0:03 I don't know how or why it
0:03 happened but my sunglasses that I've
0:06 been wearing appear to be missing
0:16 something it's a mystery welcome
0:16 everyone Adam the woo here these are a
0:19 good you think these are a good look on
0:21 me no I don't know I think it might be
0:23 like the new style to wear him like this
0:25 without a side angle sure you don't like
0:28 it
0:31 look
0:32 good the door greeter disagreed with you
0:35 she whispered to me in my ear she said
0:37 it looks fantastic they have the little
0:39 cans they have the spicy ones and they
0:42 have the gargantuan huge should we get a
0:44 gargantuan huge can yes grab one grab it
0:49 that should last us about 20 minutes now
0:52 thanks to Walmart I have new shades what
0:56 do you think of this pretty cool pretty
0:58 spiffy should I leave the tag on them
0:59 yeah that's what all the cool guys do
1:01 absolutely where's the tag on your
1:02 sunglasses I'm not
1:04 cool that's right she's not it's my
1:07 second channel daily Vlog I remove the
1:09 tag anyway I took it off anyway
1:12 loser it's the daily
1:19 woo you can look but please don't touch
1:19 Chase
1:21 feed or give water to the manatees you
1:24 definitely do not want to give them a
1:26 burger and a
1:28 Coke there's a
1:31 manatee this whole area is full of
1:35 them I think there might even be one
1:37 down in the water
1:41 there yep he coming out of the
1:51 water catches his breath and he goes
1:51 down to the bottom probably looking for
2:13 it's a little baby one in there
2:13 too
2:16 of little baby
2:20 cute I it's probably about a dozen or so
2:24 manatees out
2:25 here and they stay under the surface of
2:28 the Water swimming around
2:30 and then
2:31 occasionally they pop up catch a breath
2:35 and then go back
2:36 under and continue swimming they like
2:39 being in the sun because it's warmer so
2:41 if you look where the sun is shining
2:44 through the trees they are more apt to
2:47 be in that area than they are to be in
2:50 the Shaded area they love the warmth of
2:52 the
2:53 Rays just chilling just chilling there's
2:56 a little Overlook a little walkway that
2:59 you can stand on and look
3:02 down upon the manatees we should get a
3:05 pet Manatee and name it Mr
3:08 T Mr Man T this is Blue Springs State
3:14 Park and according to the
3:16 sign the Park Service acquired this
3:19 property in
3:21 1972 this bird is called a scrub J I
3:25 never knew there was a bird by that
3:29 title scrub Jed and they built this very
3:31 long wooden walkway which runs
3:34 parallel to the water where all the
3:37 manatees are hey how you doing there
3:40 there's a couple in this little area one
3:42 in the sun there submerging himself two
3:45 over here to the left and they're
3:48 hanging around snorting on each other
3:50 snorting on each other fish is that a a
3:53 pencil fish my dad thinks the name of
3:56 this fish is a pencil fish kind of
3:58 resembles like a barracuda I don't think
4:00 it's either one of those they're loving
4:02 on each other down
4:05 there love is in the air today this
4:09 house is a historic location it's called
4:11 the thursby home it was built in the
4:15 early 1900s actually it was a little
4:17 earlier than that here is a sketch of
4:20 what the house looked like and the
4:22 Groves around it in
4:24 1870 way back in the old Steamboat Days
4:28 going up and down the SA John's river
4:31 and this one carried US mail that's
4:33 pretty interesting your packages and
4:35 letters got delivered by a steamboat
4:37 there really are a whole heck of a lot
4:38 of these out today way more than I
4:40 thought there would now that we're
4:41 walking down the
4:43 pathway considerably more than a dozen
4:46 there's probably a dozen yeah just in
4:48 this little area here there's a half a
4:51 dozen and it stretches way down that way
4:54 and apparently some of them can function
4:57 on land like this guy but once they
5:00 reach land they start to change colors
5:02 like a chameleon like a lizard my mom
5:05 and sister are completely Amazed by the
5:07 chameleon esque manate they're getting a
5:09 photo with it so rare in fact that they
5:12 have to put a lock on it look it's
5:15 guarded mom's making herself comfortable
5:18 oh look there's a turtle over there look
5:21 really closely you see a
5:23 turtle swimming off on the side over
5:27 there by the
5:28 shore
5:30 he's trying to ignore the manatees he's
5:32 trying to get by the manatees without
5:33 being noticed go turtle go wait that
5:37 manate saw him he's been spotted oh wow
5:40 there is about five or six or seven
5:44 Turtles over there sunning themselves on
5:46 that log it's like a Congregation of
5:49 turtles there are a number of different
5:51 overlooks you can see one right there a
5:54 lot of people sitting on that porch area
5:57 looking down at
6:00 the aquatic creatures the Florida
6:03 Manatee can breathe an average of every
6:06 two to 4 minutes but they can stay
6:10 submerged 15 to 20 minutes when they are
6:13 at rest and they feed 6 to 8 hours a day
6:18 that's that's a hungry Beast we are
6:21 about to witness a fossil from the
6:24 steamboat age no not my dad up on the up
6:27 on the dock but this
6:30 used to operate and make the
6:37 boat maneuver and spin
6:37 through the ocean the ocean the rivers
6:42 River they're so excited they're not
6:44 even coming down here to look at it John
6:46 River it's what turned the wheel on the
6:48 back of a Riverboat
6:50 Steamboat he used to be a steamboat
6:53 Captain when this house was built it was
6:55 originally built on an Indian mid which
6:59 I just assumed was an Indian burial
7:02 ground but I was incorrect in assuming
7:04 that and my dad will now inform us what
7:06 an Indian mid really is yes an old
7:10 ancient Indian word that
7:13 means a
7:16 dungill uh it's kind of gross yeah it's
7:19 like a city dump it's like a why would
7:23 they build a house on it like the orange
7:25 creas so when they say would you like to
7:27 live in this house on a hill it's really
7:29 just a pile of poop just Define heill
7:32 and Mom has made a picnic for us mine
7:35 even has my name on it right there
7:38 written on the side of the tin foil is
7:40 like a hogy with
7:43 turkey tomatoes and onions all kind of
7:46 good stuff oh look at these little look
7:49 at these little are these
8:29 it's an armadillo down there what are
8:29 you doing digging for
8:32 food yeah rooting around in the sod well
8:37 the dirt
8:38 anyway and now he's gone this is one of
8:41 the best views of the park this is the
8:45 base of the spring itself that crevice
8:48 you see in the greenish blue water with
8:51 the manatees flocking all around it is
8:55 the base of the spring goes 13 30 ft
9:00 deep there's a lot of them down there
9:02 probably because it's so warm the water
9:04 coming out of the
9:08 precipice I'm not really sure if that's
9:11 a fact or just something I made up but
9:14 it would be fun to go down there swim
9:16 around with those guys put on some
9:19 fins weight around in the watery
9:22 goodness it's like the ground just split
9:24 in half it's hard to believe that water
9:26 is just protruding up out of that
9:30 the deephole some manate finger puppets
9:33 oh you got one what's the sound of
9:35 manate makes
9:37 though is that what it does
9:43 no just connected though there's two of
9:45 them they're coming pairs a baby this
9:48 dinosaur is getting in the Thanksgiving
9:50 Spirit he chowing down on a
9:53 turkey right there between this Fang
9:56 fangy teeth just hanging out on the side
9:58 of to the
9:59 road joying the day just sitting here as
10:02 the evening rears its head and I was
10:05 looking at the hurricane handbook for
10:10 Oola County Florida and I guess in a
10:14 hurricane you automatically turn into a
10:17 guy that looks similar to Abraham
10:19 Lincoln and the winds outside the window
10:24 resemble a blue creature staring in at
10:28 you the more you know
10:31 about Florida
