0:02 Welcome everyone. Adam the Woo here. As
0:02 the recording of this Saturday, November
0:04 15, 2025, I
0:07 am going to Warp Tour for the first time
0:10 since the late 90s. I went to the very
0:12 first Warp Tour in Orlando and then two
0:14 days later in Tampa in 1995 when it
0:17 first started, I went to the second Warp
0:19 Tour and I think I went to one around 98
0:22 99. But I don't believe since the turn
0:25 of the century I have been to one. And
0:28 today this old guy is going to a warp
0:32 tour. Warp tour is back. 30th
0:34 anniversary of warp tour. What the heck?
0:37 Where's the time go? I'll see how I do.
0:40 We'll see how I do in there. Join me.
0:43 Shall you? And honestly, I made this
0:44 decision about 15 minutes ago. I had a
0:46 few other things I was possibly going to
0:48 do later on this afternoon and tonight.
0:50 And I checked the lineup. Warp Tour is
0:53 two days. It's today and tomorrow. Today
0:54 is the only day I'm going to go. And
0:56 they just released the lineup and
0:58 there's a band I want to see. A couple
1:00 bands I want to see, but one's playing
1:02 at 6:00. It's 3:08 right now. 79
1:05 degrees, a little later. It's got to get
1:07 into the mid60s, so that's going to be
1:09 nice. So, it's a two-day warp tour. Back
1:11 in the day, it was just one day. It's a
1:13 two-day whole weekend thing, but today's
1:15 the only day I'm going. They never
1:16 released the lineup of what bands are
1:18 playing at one time till the day of, but
1:20 I saw this online and Pennywise, which
1:23 I've been following since the Unknown
1:26 Road and self-titled days way back in
1:30 the day. Saw them 30 plus years ago.
1:33 Gosh, more than 30 years ago now. First
1:35 time they're playing at 622 according to
1:38 this. I thought, you know, I can get
1:39 down there in time. And there's a lot of
1:41 other bands as well. While the other
1:43 band I would have liked to see, but I
1:44 don't think I'm going to make it in
1:45 time. I think they're playing really
1:47 early is Good Riddance. Really like Good
1:49 Riddance as well. So, I'll be there
1:51 pretty much for Pennywise and to just
1:52 document the experience of what a
1:56 51-year-old man will do at Warp Tour in
2:00 2025.
2:02 All right, made the half hour or so
2:04 commute, 45minute commute. There's a
2:05 little bit of traffic on I4 and then
2:07 other areas. Approaching Camping World
2:10 Stadium, which is where this event is
2:12 taking place. Big football field up
2:15 here.
2:17 I gota got to pay to park somewhere.
2:19 First step, accomplish parking, $40 to
2:22 park a couple blocks, three blocks, four
2:24 blocks
2:26 from the stadium. It's really busy out
2:29 here. I didn't think I was going to
2:30 actually go today. In fact, last night
2:31 at Bowling for Soup at Epcot, a couple
2:33 people said, "Oh, you're going to Warp
2:34 Tour tomorrow." I was like, "Now I'm not
2:36 not built anymore for all day
2:38 festivals." But I think because it's
2:41 happening in November and it's not too
2:42 incredibly hot and I'm getting here
2:45 later in the day. I think it started at
2:46 noon. I'm getting here like halfway
2:48 through the day. I think I'll be all
2:50 right. I think I'll be all right. The
2:51 sun will be setting in like 2 hours.
2:53 Maybe less than 2 hours to be honest.
2:56 Yeah, it's 4:00. So, the sun will be
2:58 setting in less than 2 hours. Not sure
3:00 what their bag policy is, but I'm
3:02 bringing this cross body bag I just
3:03 purchased. A week from today, give or
3:05 take a day, I'm going to be hitting a
3:08 plane flight to another international
3:10 destination. And, you know, I want to
3:13 get something that's a little more
3:14 secure for my wallet and extra batteries
3:17 and things. So, I'm going into the cross
3:20 body bag thing, but I'm not sure what
3:21 their policy is on bags. So, I might
3:24 have to walk back to the car, but taking
3:25 it in giving it a try. The ticket I
3:27 purchased just a few hours ago, it was
3:29 through a ticket link on the Warp Tour
3:31 30th anniversary website. And it said
3:33 that they would mail they would mail not
3:36 the ticket, but mail the wristband, the
3:37 2-day wristband. Obviously, mail's not
3:40 going to get there in time for me to get
3:41 here 2 hours before purchasing tickets.
3:43 So, I'm going to go to go to the ticket
3:45 booth and see if they have it there.
3:47 That would make more sense, right? The
3:48 2-day ticket, I think, was like 150 or
3:51 130. Prices have exponentially gone up
3:54 since 95, but that's to be expected. All
3:57 right, box office. That's the word I was
3:59 looking for. Box office.
4:02 Should be okay. This guy's got a
4:04 backpack. I should be good with my
4:06 little cross body bag.
4:14 And I can't tell if the stages are all
4:14 set up inside the stadium on the
4:16 outskirts of the stadium. Now, the first
4:18 tour back in '95, two stages. Two. Then
4:21 I think two years later in '97 there
4:23 were three stages. There was like a side
4:24 stage. Now there's like 10 stages.
4:28 But the original 95 at the Edge concert
4:30 field, well inside and outside of the
4:33 Edge, it's over on Livingston Orlando.
4:36 Only two stages. Like 15 bands. Less
4:39 than 15 bands total. 12 bands total.
4:42 Yeah. This is looking like eight stages.
4:45 There's now eight stages. started at 10
4:48 ended at 11:00 a.m. goes till like 10
4:50 p.m.
4:53 It's grown. Parking area I chose is on
4:56 the opposite side of the stadium where
4:57 the main entrance is. I think when it's
4:59 all said and done, I'm probably walking
5:01 3/4 of a mile to a mile to get around to
5:04 the front. I chose the wrong parking
5:06 lot. I thought about Ubering. Thought,
5:08 okay, it'd be all right to park, but
5:10 probably works out the same price-wise
5:11 paying the 40 to park where it was be
5:12 Uber here back. Maybe a little less to
5:15 park. All right. I think this is for
5:16 drinking, not
5:20 for admission.
5:23 Maybe.
5:27 >> Since I'm not drinking, I don't guess it
5:27 makes any difference
5:30 except for something to get hydrated.
5:32 Gatorade, waters, soda pop, etc.
5:43 Ah, okay. Here's the main entrance.
5:43 Obviously, not a lot of people are out
5:45 front because this event started 4 or 5
5:48 hours ago. Ticket help. That's what I
5:50 need. Ticket help.
5:53 I don't have a QR code or anything like
5:55 that. I just have the confirmation
5:56 number. All right, I'm good. I just
5:58 trade this in at the front entrance for
6:00 a wristband. My two-day ticket. Again,
6:02 I'm only going one day.
6:04 >> All right, no issue with the bag.
6:06 >> No issue with my camera. I'm in.
6:10 I'm in.
6:12 >> [music]
6:16 >> stages
6:16 everywhere. High heel wearing.
6:18 >> All right, whoever this is sounds like
6:20 old school Kesha.
6:22 >> Not Kesha though, but reminds me of it.
6:31 >> We're in Florida for God's sakes. I know
6:31 you [music] can dance. Come on. This is
6:33 the TWINKLE BAND. SHAKE THOSE ASSES.
6:38 Like some of the bands at their merch
6:39 booth are having little meetups and
6:41 photo ops. That's what's happening over
6:43 here. All right. I think that might be
6:44 Scene Queen, which means at the Geico
6:47 stage next might be Good Riddens. I may
6:49 have got here in time to see Good
6:51 Riddens. Oh, heck yeah. This might be
6:52 Good Riddens right here. Coming up next.
6:56 >> Perfect.
6:57 >> That'd be awesome if we get to see Good
6:58 Riddens and Pennywise.
7:02 >> I want to say probably the main stages
7:04 over there. the main two stages of the
7:07 eight stages. Plenty of portaotties out
7:09 here. That is a VIP entrance right there
7:13 for for very important pumps. Plenty of
7:16 recycling going on out here. Lots of
7:18 recycle cans.
7:21 Right. There's the lineup board over
7:23 there.
7:25 There's a guy on stilts.
7:34 I definitely going to need a law and
7:34 just green tea. lap. All right, there's
7:36 the two. Pennywise over there at 8:22
7:40 and then Good Riddens at 4:30 right
7:42 there. Good start.
7:45 >> These are all the These are all the
7:46 bands. Lot of bands. Guar's playing at
7:49 9:50. Love some great stage show. Great
7:52 stage show. Amberllin's good. Hawthorne
7:54 Heights.
7:54 >> Yeah,
7:55 >> MGK. I didn't realize Machine Gun Kelly
7:57 will be here. Not too interested in
7:59 that. Story of the year already play.
8:00 Pretty good. lot not really a lot of
8:03 what I would classify as straight up
8:04 type of punk bands. A lot of more like
8:08 indie emo metal core, but there's some
8:11 there's some good punk bands in here
8:12 too, though. Yeah, that's where Penny
8:14 Wise is going to be playing. That circle
8:16 is going to be one for the ages. I might
8:19 break an ankle.
8:34 Nothing says punk rock like pink
8:34 lemonade. $19 pink lemonade and no crowd
8:38 surfing or moshing or slam dancing.
8:41 >> It's going to be interesting to see.
8:42 >> Made me very popular.
8:44 >> I see how that rule stands up.
8:45 >> Very un
8:46 >> All right. That group was called Steam
8:48 Queen and it wasn't super
8:52 good.
8:54 All good. [music]
8:56 Old school record.
9:26 >> I got an angel on my back. I'm one of
9:29 the righteous
9:32 and I'm never going [music] back. No,
9:35 no, no. I'm never going back. [music]
9:52 >> That brought back some serious memories
9:54 of 21-year-old me. Take a look at the
9:56 Liquid Death Country Club over here. You
9:58 got to sell your soul to join.
10:02 All right, that answers my question.
10:04 It's located outside of Camping World
10:06 Stadium. It's like all the merch is over
10:09 here. All the merch is in there. Oh, no.
10:11 Actually, it's just the festival merch,
10:13 not band merch. Just merch for the 30th
10:15 anniversary award right here. Look at
10:16 this line. Found two. Found two Waldo.
10:19 The line starts there. Festival of
10:21 merch. Very popular for their 30th
10:23 anniversary.
10:26 Oh, instead of going in the line, I can
10:27 just look at it right here on the side.
10:29 I do like the Orlando Magic spoof right
10:31 there. Their Magic Magic jersey spoof 30
10:33 over there. They have free water refill
10:35 stations. That's kind of nice.
10:39 This is crazy how many people are out
10:42 >> Get over here with us. people in front
10:45 of the main stage
10:48 >> here
10:53 this morning.
10:53 >> Oh, and that's not just it. Look at
10:55 this. There's a whole other area
10:59 way back there.
11:03 Wow. Okay.
11:06 This is like overwhelming. It's like
11:07 sensory overload out here. People are
11:09 elbow to elbow beehive of activity, if
11:11 you will. I am so grateful that this is
11:13 in November and I got here after the sun
11:16 was starting to dissipate because in the
11:19 summer getting out at noon in the
11:21 Florida heat would be brutal. There's
11:23 hopeless records. And this is all the
11:24 merchandise over here. All the different
11:26 labels and t-shirt companies, etc. Oh,
11:29 there's Derek from some 41
11:31 right there.
11:39 Got a little bit of a line. I didn't
11:39 realize. Well, some 41 broke up. I don't
11:41 think they're still a band anymore, but
11:43 yeah, I'm pretty sure that's him. Pretty
11:46 pretty sure that's him.
11:48 Over here, there is a bridge leading to
11:50 more stages, more things over on this
11:53 side.
11:56 Yeah, this is very expansive, very all
11:58 around stadium. There's Penny Wise's
12:01 merch, fame on fire, Ashes to new, home
12:05 team, etc., etc.
12:09 Oh, they even have the Vegas Punk Rock
12:10 Museum has a booth out here. I've been
12:12 there a couple times. Got to be honest,
12:14 I'm kind of out of the loop on newer
12:15 bands. Like, I know some, but I don't
12:18 know all of them.
12:26 It's like Jeffree Star has own cosmetics
12:26 brand right here.
12:35 Oh, there's a little meet and greet over
12:35 here also.
12:40 That's Jeffree Star right in there.
12:40 Right.
12:43 >> The red hair, pink hair.
12:50 >> Everybody's out here.
12:50 There's just lines for There's lines for
12:52 stuff everywhere that leads to different
12:54 booths.
12:56 >> Oh, here is We the Kings. I believe
12:59 Charles Trippy used to be or maybe still
13:01 lives in that band. Charles Trippy, one
13:03 of the original early YouTube original
13:07 daily vloggers. I think he's still doing
13:09 it, too. Charles Trippy, CTFX, I think,
13:11 was his channel. You can support your
13:14 local mosh pedus.
13:27 Nobody [\h__\h] see.
13:27 >> I guess I got to get down on one knee.
13:32 No one is too cool.
13:36 >> I don't know what man this is.
13:39 That guy's too
14:02 >> We got the pit patrol in here.
14:14 Pit Patrol.
14:36 Heat.
15:07 Nitro Circus is about to do a
15:07 performance right over here momentarily
15:10 in about
15:27 Are you with me? Why are you against me?
15:27 >> All right, I'm going to start slowly
15:28 making my way over to the main stage.
15:30 Get lined up for Pennywise. I was
15:33 probably seen Penny Wise 15 times in my
15:35 life. Love them. Go over and check their
15:37 merch. Last time I saw Penny Wise at the
15:40 Hollywood Palladium back when I lived in
15:41 LA to play with Unwritten Law and Strung
15:45 Monkey, both San Diego bands,
15:48 but that was probably gosh 7 years ago.
15:51 Not sure what's on that stick. It's a
15:53 candy cane on a big stick she's
15:55 carrying. Soothing sounds of punk rock
15:58 and heavy heavy music and metal. That's
16:00 some mad dust.
16:24 All right. This is awesome. A smart punk
16:24 stage. Just a band just sets up right on
16:26 the ground. This is what I'm talking
16:27 about right here. There you go. Who is
16:30 this? [music] Let's see your horse. This
16:32 lesson, Jake.
16:34 Yeah, [music]
16:42 >> it looks like Penny Wise has their own
16:42 bands now.
16:44 Of course, the classic PW logo owning
16:48 that a few times in my life. First time
16:50 I saw Penny Wise was in 94 with
16:53 Offspring and then I saw him again in
16:54 '95.
16:57 >> And then I heard you for some reason
16:59 >> and many many many many times since.
17:03 I remember even the Zullie album that
17:05 Zullie from Ignite did with Zullie
17:10 actually that album is really really
17:12 good but then Jim Lber Jim Lindberg
17:14 joined the band back again. Now it's
17:16 back to the original lineup. I even s
17:19 got to see them a few times with their
17:20 original bass player Jason Matthew Thurk
17:23 who they now dedicate Brom to. Roheim
17:26 was written originally before Jason
17:29 passed away
17:32 and then they had another bass player
17:34 after him and they now changed the
17:37 lyrics to say Jason Matthew thirst in
17:40 brom. They always end with brom. It's
17:43 like their it's their closer.
17:48 You probably heard it at hockey games if
17:48 you're not familiar with the band. A lot
17:50 of sports sports teams will use brom as
17:52 like a kind of a motivation song.
17:55 All right. All right, I'm heading into
17:56 the thick of it. Into the belly of the
17:58 beast.
18:00 >> In the belly of the circle pit beast.
18:13 is called
18:13 >> waiting in front of Penny Wise.
18:15 [cheering] This band is finishing up.
18:27 Fireworks going off across the top of
18:27 the stadium.
18:38 Grand finale.
18:38 All right.
18:44 All right. This place is about to wake
18:45 up.
18:58 >> [screaming and music]
18:58 >> There's pleasure
19:00 guitar player from
19:10 the winner
19:11 to be California. Are you ready?
19:16 Here
19:25 it goes. Here it goes. All right. Here
19:28 we go. Peaceful [music] day
19:31 off of a mountain.
19:41 The next generation
19:41 [music] looking backward.
19:48 >> How can I go on?
20:00 Now, but somehow still [music]
20:00 will I make it.
20:03 How will I make it?
20:06 Tell me. HOW WILL I MAKE IT?
20:24 >> Are you guys ready to have a good time
20:24 tonight? [cheering]
20:41 >> want a pickle.
21:18 >> over here. Make some goddamn noise for
21:18 this.
21:20 Steve
21:32 got another guy.
21:32 Hey.
21:32 >> Hey. The the Warm Tour is 30 years old.
21:35 Do you guys want the Warm Tour to come
21:37 back next year?
21:40 >> Hell yes.
21:43 >> This next song's going up
21:56 and living every moment like it's their
21:56 last. This song straight ahead. Straight
21:58 ahead.
22:04 Circle. [music]
22:04 >> Jim Lindberg is calling a circle man.
22:06 It's going to get dangerous.
22:08 Go time. It's go time. [music]
22:51 >> [cheering]
22:52 >> Tell the people what a typical day on
22:55 the warm tour 30 years ago in 1995 was
22:58 like
23:01 >> alive 1995 out there. I was alive 21
23:05 years old.
23:23 >> They got a pit crew in the middle. If
23:23 anyone gets injured or needs anything,
23:25 it's like a little section right in the
23:27 middle of the circle pit. That's what
23:28 these flags are for, I think.
23:32 Super heat.
23:45 Sure,
23:53 girl.
23:53 [music] Who else here from our day? Back
23:55 in the day, day.
24:41 That guy's got a record in his hand.
24:41 lot of vinyl on his hand right there in
24:42 the middle. [music]
24:51 >> Nobody knows.
24:51 >> There's a lot of great bands that have
24:53 played this warp tour over the years.
24:55 Does everyone agree with me?
24:59 >> Uh, one of the greatest bands ever that
25:03 played the first Warp Tour was a band
25:05 called Sublime.
25:06 >> The hit group.
25:09 >> Hold it up.
25:12 They're going to play. They're going to
25:13 play the Oh gosh.
25:15 >> Old school sublime. [music]
25:31 Got a true identity.
25:31 62 whole air pushing boots and the girls
25:34 who ride the scooter [music] to take him
25:36 out of town.
25:46 >> Thanks so much for no effects.
25:46 >> They played like half the song.
25:48 >> Another song.
25:48 >> They play like a third of that song.
25:51 >> I just want to do [laughter] two of
25:52 them. Come on. Don't get mad. Pleasure
25:54 is really mad because I I'm trying to
25:58 songs. But this song is so fitting
26:00 today. It's a great one. This time kill
26:03 all the way. Oh, [music]
26:06 >> off the longest line. EP1.
26:32 I have some bruises in the morning.
26:39 All part of the experience.
27:01 You got to open your eyes.
27:07 generation
27:07 to a new generation. [music]
27:09 You're dying.
27:12 Stop trying.
27:14 STOP TRYING.
27:19 Stop [music] trying.
27:32 >> Here we go. Here we go.
27:47 >> for a long time. There's a gummy bear in
27:47 a falling circular ball right now.
27:51 The sun's about to get up. Standing up.
28:22 >> Clap the pain away. Orlando,
28:22 doesn't it feel good to him? Clap the
28:23 pain away.
28:26 Woo!
28:28 So good.
28:31 Ladies and gentlemen, we have a great
28:33 opportunity to have a mass competition
28:38 of who is more awesome in this entire
28:41 area.
28:54 >> I want to hear all of you scream. 1 2 1
28:54 2 3 go.
29:47 Hey, hey, hey.
30:03 [music] There it is. There it is. There
30:03 it is.
30:11 I'm going in. I'm going in. Woo.
30:16 When you were here, the fun was never
30:16 ending. Laughing man was only beginning.
30:20 >> Matthew for you.
30:33 Everyone
30:41 is yours. You got you till the end.
30:47 There was no hesitation. [music] Heat.
31:22 where [screaming] am I?
31:22 Oh,
31:49 Go.
32:51 >> Oh,
32:53 I need a massage. I'm hurting.
32:57 I'm old and out of shape. That was a
32:59 good time.
33:01 Not staying till the end. Then I thought
33:03 about sticking around till almost 10:00
33:04 to watch Guir. They're always an
33:06 entertaining show. Usually up up near
33:09 the front you get dowsted with, you
33:11 know, fake blood and
33:14 other other fluids.
33:19 Stayed around and watched a little bit
33:20 of yellow card after. Got a little bite
33:22 to eat. Had some had a noodle dish and I
33:24 got a liquid death water. Now I'm
33:27 heading out. And it goes without saying
33:34 I have not been in a circle pit like
33:34 that in a long time. Been a while. I got
33:38 bumped and bruised and bounced around.
33:41 It felt pretty good. Made me relive my
33:43 youth in a while. Looking forward to
33:44 getting home, getting these clothes off,
33:46 getting a nice hot shower, getting some
33:49 clean clothes on. Definitely a lot of
33:51 contact with a lot of sweaty people.
33:54 Man, I felt like it was 1995 all over
33:57 again. I really did. Really kind of got
34:00 a little emotional after their set. I
34:02 was like, man, that really made me go
34:04 back in time 30 years. All right,
34:06 heading out now.
34:09 I don't know if I'll ever go to another
34:10 warp tour, but I went to this one. Happy
34:13 30 years warp tour.
34:16 I had fun. I had fun. And before heading
34:18 home about a mile or two from where I
34:20 just was on the corner of Garland,
34:22 Livingston is the old Edge, which was a
34:25 nightclub here.
34:27 Saw many concerts here. Now it's a
34:29 public parking space. And I guess they
34:31 don't have it open tonight. They have it
34:32 all kind of stansioned off. But right
34:34 here in this parking lot was the first
34:35 Warp Tour 30 years ago. Again, there was
34:39 only two stages, handful of bands. One
34:42 of the bands was a band that I
34:44 eventually joined years later, a band by
34:45 the name of Guttermouth.
34:48 There was a stage out here. No, I stand
34:50 corrected. There was the skate demo was
34:53 outside here. There was some free
34:55 giveaways. Yohoo was giving away some
34:57 chocolate uh whatever that chocolate
34:59 drink that they have. and some other
35:01 sponsors and things were out here. And
35:03 then there was a place called the Edge
35:04 Shed
35:06 right over here. They had a stage in
35:08 there. One of the bands played in there.
35:12 One of the stages was there. And then
35:13 they also had a stage inside that
35:16 building right there, which was the Edge
35:19 Venue. Saw a lot of concerts in there as
35:21 well. But this is where the first Warp
35:23 Tour was, the very first one. I showed
35:25 that poster a little earlier.
35:31 Things have changed since then,
35:31 including myself.
35:37 Gotten older. Warp tour's gotten older.
35:37 I've got definitely gotten older.
35:46 Something just came over me. I figured
35:46 jump in there, mix it up a little bit.
35:48 Standing on the edge of the pit for a
35:50 while and getting really bumped around,
35:51 slammed around, falling over a couple
35:53 times. People pushed into me, people
35:55 crowd surfing, got some kicks to the
35:56 face, things like that. Then bro him
35:59 came in. and I thought I'm going to get
36:00 in there to embro him and kind of relive
36:03 my youth a little bit. So, thank you to
36:04 Penny Wise for making me feel making me
36:07 feel like it was 1995 all over again.
36:09 Fun fact, I saw Penny Wise twice in the
36:12 edge shed, which used to be right there
36:14 where that little slab of concrete and
36:16 the lights are. It was very, very tiny.
36:18 It was the footprint of that slab of
36:20 concrete that almost looks like a tennis
36:21 court. I saw Penny Wise there twice
36:24 between 94 and 96.
36:32 not associated with Warp Tour at that
36:32 time. I think the first time they played
36:33 Warp Tour was 97. They invited Blink to
36:36 come along. Blink2 to come along. I
36:39 could be getting my ears mixed up by a
36:40 year or two, but you get the idea. Well,
36:43 that's going to do it for today. Happy
36:45 30 years, Warp Tour.
36:47 Happy night to me for not breaking an
36:49 ankle,
36:55 puncturing a spleen,
36:55 cracking my neck.
36:57 losing an eye.
37:00 Thanks for watching. I'll see you in the
37:01 next video. The vlog. Little bit
37:05 different kind of a video today, I know,
37:06 but you know, it's a daily vlog. I'll
37:09 see you in the next one. The vlog is
37:10 over.
