0:16 used to sit a town by the name of akan

0:19 Florida Disney history right here in

0:23 Central Florida Walt Disney World is

0:25 about an hour that way and most the

0:27 guests most the residents and most the

0:29 people that visit Walt Disney World even

0:31 though they're a fan of Walt Disney

0:34 himself might not know about about the

0:37 Fantastic wonderful history that lies or

0:40 used to lie right over there now all we

0:42 have is memories to go by information

0:45 online information that I'm telling you

0:47 let me let me assure you I am not a

0:50 professional historian so definitely

0:52 research some of the facts I'm just

0:54 telling you what I've kind of read

0:55 online what people have told me and what

0:57 maybe I've conjured up in my own brain

1:09 and his father met got married and where

1:12 his mother used to teach at a school the

1:14 school is gone unfortunately I tried

1:16 rumaging around in that region back over

1:18 there Paisley Florida is back down that

1:21 way little small town there's no

1:23 internet signal only a couple little

1:25 stores right down that way so do some

1:28 research come out here I highly

1:30 encourage you if you're a fan of Walt

1:32 Disney himself the man the myth the

1:35 legend I am a fan hopefully you're a fan

1:47 enough information and rambling now I'm

1:50 now going to turn your eyes onto this

2:53 that is buried here a lot of memories

3:31 there I've always been a fan of the

3:31 history of Walt Disney I've always

3:33 admired the man in fact I've gone and

3:35 done a lot of other Vlogs that you can

3:36 search on YouTube I went to Kansas City

3:40 I went to where his grave was in

3:41 California of course I've also been to

3:44 the Dreaming Tree the barn his barn in

3:47 Marceline where he grew up in Marceline

3:50 been to quite a few places also want to

3:53 say everything I'm saying here take it

3:55 with a grain of salt these are unedited

3:57 Vlogs I do every day I don't edit the so

4:00 sometimes I say something incorrect so

4:02 just take it as you will my excitement

4:04 gets the best of me sometimes I get

4:05 Tongue Tied especially at places like

4:07 this I get a little emotional the Walt

4:09 Disney thing just seeps into my head and

4:11 I get excited the wishing well look at

4:14 that the wishing wheel

4:30 this it works very rarely do I I find

4:30 water if you guys watch any of my

4:31 adventure Channel videos or my daily

4:33 videos very rarely do I find water that

4:36 works so that's doubly exciting the fact

4:38 that I'm here on historical Walt Disney

4:41 ground and the water actually works

4:44 right there that's

4:52 awesome so if you're ever in this area

4:52 make sure you figure out where the

4:54 cemetery is and if you're looking for

4:56 the graves right back there right there

5:04 there you can see that little white tree

5:04 looks like a tree stump that's actually

5:08 gravestone right there so when you come

5:11 out here just drive to the back and look

5:14 for that white stump

5:16 gravestone and you'll see some Graves

5:18 there I've been there for quite some

5:19 time they're deteriorating and decrepit

5:21 starting to break apart but all you have

5:23 to do is look for that white

5:30 tree we're now approaching Disney

5:30 history right here in front of us look

5:33 at this this is

5:44 awesome Charles call and Henrietta call

5:45 are buried right

5:46 there Charles died in 1890 and Henrietta

5:50 died in

5:52 1910 that's a very long time

6:01 ago Charles and Henrietta call were the

6:01 grandparents of Walt Disney the call and

6:04 Disney family moved to Florida in 1884

6:06 from Kansas the family settled on land

6:09 about a mile north of Paisley that would

6:12 be that way that's the town I was

6:14 telling you about akan which is now

6:16 completely gone no longer even a ghost

6:17 town nothing is there that's the town

6:20 they're referring to you right next to

6:23 Paisley Charles and henrietta's daughter

6:26 Flora married Elias Disney in 1888 and

6:29 later moved to Chicago where Walt was

6:32 born in 1900 as a child and adult Walt

6:36 was a frequent visitor in Paisley with

6:38 his aunt Jesse call

6:47 Perkins so Walt visited out here as a

6:47 teenager as an and as an adult probably

6:50 came out here to even pay his respects

6:51 here at the

6:52 gravite basically from what I can

6:55 tell grandfather died in 1890 Walt

6:59 wasn't born told 1900

7:01 1901 so really the grandfather never got

7:03 to see young Walt grandmother

7:21 stuff I always think it's fascinating to

7:21 find the history of someone not always

7:23 the immediate family but the family

7:25 above the immediate family just imagine

7:28 if their daughter

7:30 had not ended up meeting Walt Disney his

7:33 father I'm getting confused if their

7:35 daughter had not met Walt Disney's

7:37 father there would be no Walt Disney

7:39 we'd have no Walt Disney World we'd have

7:41 no Disneyland the Fantastic movies the

7:44 way he touched people's hearts including

7:46 my heart my brain your heart your brain

7:49 that man touched a lot of people's

7:51 hearts and brains I'm getting

7:53 confused but all of it started right

7:55 here lots of places it started I love

7:57 going around and doing Vlogs at all

7:59 these locations and this one is one of
