0:46 figured heck it let me jump in the van
0:48 while I'm running some errands talk to
0:49 you guys at home either at home or maybe
0:53 you're out and about watching on your
0:54 smartphone trying to decide what you are
0:57 going to do on this fantastic Saturday
1:00 morning but I wanted to share some info
1:03 with you about my diet plan posted some
1:07 stuff last night yesterday on
1:10 Facebook people chimed in about what I
1:13 have been doing to lose weight basically
1:16 I am on a
1:17 60-day water diet what does that mean
1:21 exactly it does not mean that I am not
1:23 eating anything and only drinking water
1:26 I am still eating I am cutting back on
1:27 my portions sizes of what I'm putting on
1:31 my plate and putting into my gullet into
1:35 my undercarriage nether regions of my
1:39 tummy the portions are getting much much
1:41 smaller as my stomach starts to shrink
1:44 because of not eating larger portions
1:46 your stomach starts to get tinier and
1:49 you get Fuller which is really awesome
1:51 when it comes to dieting so when I say
1:53 I'm going on a water diet it does not
1:55 mean a water only diet it means I am
1:58 only drinking water in Li of instead of
2:02 give these out in Li of pay give me give
2:05 these out in Li of pay paddle balls does
2:08 anyone know what that move give these

2:19 I'm supposed to be talking about in lie

2:56 instead of drinking those objects tea
3:01 juice which has a lot of sugar even
3:03 though juice is healthy it does have a
3:05 lot of sugar which turns into fat so I
3:09 have decided to
3:11 annihilate all of those things and only
3:13 drink water for 60 days today I believe
3:16 is day
3:18 12 of said diet
3:22 plan and I probably will go back to
3:25 drinking a few sodas here and there
3:27 after this 60 days maybe go back to
3:28 drinking some green
3:30 and juice and other healthy items like
3:33 that but not until this Cleanse This
3:37 water cleanse is completed I have
3:39 realized I have said this in the past
3:42 but there are things you do not talk
3:43 about in public without getting some
3:47 sort of Retribution without getting some
3:49 sort of argument back from people the
3:51 first is politics if I was a talk
3:54 talking to you about politics we would
3:56 get into a heated discussion on what my
3:58 beliefs are versus versus your beliefs
4:00 versus the other guy's beliefs and so
4:03 forth and so on so the first thing they
4:06 say do not talk about in a public forum
4:09 is Politics the second is religion now
4:12 they say these two things politics and
4:14 religion if I was to tell you all about
4:16 religion what you should believe in what
4:18 who you should be worshiping and which
4:21 church or denomination you belong to
4:23 whether it was right wrong inaccurate or
4:27 accurate that would stem up a heated
4:30 conversation between you and I and
4:32 whoever else is watching this Vlog and
4:34 chiming in in the comments down below so
4:37 I do not dive into those two subjects
4:40 here on the daily woo very often but the
4:44 third the third my fingers are very
4:47 contorted there my third thing which I
4:51 am going to reiterate today and I am
4:53 going to say that another thing that
4:55 gets you into a very heated debate our
4:58 diet plan
5:01 whenever you talk about dieting whenever
5:03 you tell anyone about what your game
5:06 plans and I hate to use the word diet
5:08 because diet is not the word I should be
5:10 using I'm trying to go into a new
5:14 lifestyle two Mondays ago that would
5:17 have been 12 days ago I'm thinking yes
5:19 12 days ago I made the announcement that
5:22 I was going on this change of lifestyle
5:25 change of what I'm eating and drinking
5:27 and announce the water thing as well as
5:29 eating smaller portions but the diet
5:32 thing is the third thing first we have
5:34 do not talk about politics do not talk
5:38 about religion unless you want to get
5:39 into a heated debate or deed he deeded
5:42 heated or deed debate about those
5:45 subjects and the third is Diet because
5:49 anytime you go on any sort of a diet
5:52 plan any kind of change of eating habits
5:55 and you tell that to your friends or to
5:57 the general world not non friends
6:00 enemies anybody they are going to have a
6:03 different opinion than you are as I have
6:07 discovered by posting on social media
6:09 Instagram Twitter Facebook all of these
6:12 social networks I have discovered that
6:14 people have a different opinion on how
6:16 to lose weight than I do one thing I
6:19 have discovered over the years of trying
6:21 to lose weight is that if you stick to
6:23 it like George McFly says if you put
6:26 your mind to it you can accomplish
6:28 anything and the same thing goes with
6:30 losing weight as well as the same thing
6:32 goes with doing anything in life if you
6:35 stick to it 100% of what your game plan
6:39 is you will get
6:42 100%
6:43 percent pret percent perent percent
6:49 100% however you pronounce it you will
6:52 get 100 percent I cannot even talk is it
6:56 percent or precent you will get 100% of
6:59 what ever that word is in return for
7:02 your
7:08 100% attempt
7:08 goals I've lost track because I never
7:12 had a problem saying that word percent
7:14 100% 100% of the time I am Mis pronuncia
7:20 100% of the time so let's not bicker and
7:23 argue about who killed who this is
7:26 supposed to be a weight losing occasion
7:30 so we will not chime in about how and
7:35 who is losing weight correctly or not
7:37 losing weight correctly as long as you
7:39 stick to your plan you will lose weight
7:43 and I have proven that so far because in
7:46 these 12 days I have actually seen a
7:49 weight loss not only on the scale as
7:51 well as in the mirror and as well as
7:53 when I'm watching myself back in these
7:55 Vlogs when you guys are watching me I'm
7:57 also watching myself so I can see what's
7:59 going on on around me so someone doesn't
8:01 sneak over my shoulder and say drink a
8:04 Mountain Dew eat a hamburger eat a taco
8:07 salad with sour cream oozing from it so
8:11 all of these things I am battling with
8:13 but it gets a lot easier as time goes on
8:15 I would like to get down to what I have
8:18 a goal that's set in my mind I am not
8:20 releasing that goal to the masses and to
8:22 the general population yet because I do
8:25 not want to talk about it too much
8:27 because then if I do not accomplish my
8:28 goal then I will consider myself and you
8:31 sir might consider me a failure so I'm
8:35 leaving the number game
8:37 aspect on the down lad but I am writing
8:40 down what I weigh every morning and at
8:42 the end of this
8:43 60-day challenge that I have given
8:45 myself I am a big advocate of
8:48 challenging Myself by the way 24 hours
8:51 at Disneyland is coming up on May 22nd
8:53 starting at 6:00 a.m. I am challenging
8:55 myself for the third time I have done 24
8:58 hours at Walt Disney World's Magic
9:00 Kingdom I did not leave the park for 24
9:02 hours on the Adam the woo Channel

9:06 Disneyland a couple of years ago about 2
9:08 and a half three years ago I did my very
9:10 first 24-hour event I challenged myself
9:13 to stay in the park and document myself
9:14 on an hour to hour basis I filmed every
9:17 hour on my phone so you can actually
9:19 tell and see and prove to you that I was
9:22 there for 24 hours and I did that last
9:24 year at Disneyland as
9:27 well so this will be the third time this
9:30 time it's a little different than the
9:32 last time I did it at Disneyland both
9:34 those videos the Disney World and the
9:36 Disneyland video can be found over on

9:44 those will pop up this one at Disneyland
9:47 will be a 60th anniversary celebration
9:51 so the night of the day of the 60th
9:54 anniversary 24-hour thing they are
9:56 unveiling a new parade they are
9:58 unveiling a new
10:01 what do they call that thing in the sky
10:02 fireworks display fireworks I'm hitting
10:04 the side of the window fireworks display
10:07 as well as the hatbox ghost in the
10:09 Haunted Mansion will be unveiled so I
10:12 will be one of the first persons to see
10:15 that in all its glory and I will be
10:17 documenting that hopefully in my 24-hour
10:20 video as well it's on Instagram Twitter
10:21 and Facebook pictures I'm very excited
10:24 about that so that will be a challenge
10:26 the third 24-hour challenge which is
10:28 going to be smack dab almost smack dab
10:32 in the middle of this 60-day challenge
10:36 this water no juice no milk no soda
10:40 Challenge and we all know how much I
10:42 love Mountain Dew but I have given that
10:45 up because you have to give something up
10:48 if you want to get something else in
10:51 return so it's all about challenging
10:53 yourself wanted to keep you guys updated
10:55 I have not faltered from what I am doing
10:58 now what is my normal diet plan during
11:01 the day I will snack on like some little
11:03 carrots or some little tiny like fruits
11:05 like vegetables cucumber slices I eat
11:08 very lightly during the day and then
11:11 usually around 5:00 at night I will eat
11:13 dinner and now a lot of people will say
11:15 you should eat your biggest meal in the
11:17 morning and then eat a small dinner at
11:19 night that does not work for me because
11:20 it's a lot easier for me to go
11:22 throughout today without eating as I'm
11:24 doing stuff I start to get a little bit
11:27 hungrier and I know my b and the way my
11:30 body works the way my not metabolism
11:33 works but the way my attitude and my
11:35 brain works if I was to eat a large
11:38 breakfast and say to myself I'll just
11:41 eat a large breakfast and then I'll skip
11:42 dinner or I'll eat a snack for dinner I
11:45 would be hungry by dinner time again so
11:48 in actuality I would eat twice in a day
11:52 where this way I'm eating once in a day
11:54 and just just snacking throughout the
11:56 day maybe having like a little bag of
11:58 chips Maybe having like some sort of
12:00 like peanuts or like almonds or
12:03 something like that during the day as
12:04 well as like vegetable slices something
12:07 very small and drinking a lot of water
12:09 to fill my stomach up and I am actually
12:12 kind of burping up water now because I
12:14 have just
12:15 consumed a 16 o water they say You're
12:18 supposed to I don't know who they is
12:20 could be doctors could be Society could
12:22 be you telling me but they say you are
12:25 supposed to drink 8 8 oz glasses of
12:28 water in a day which is a half gallon of
12:30 water if you get a gallon jug of water
12:32 if you drink half of that in a day that
12:34 is what you're supposed to be drinking
12:36 on a daily basis so I am achieving that
12:38 because I am drinking a heck of a lot of
12:40 water and my energy level has shot
12:43 through the roof we have talked about
12:45 this challenge this water challenge that
12:48 I have been on for almost 13 minutes
12:50 it's time to say goodbye I have spent
12:53 too much time talking about this I have
12:55 taken up way too much time of your day
