0:20 be of the punk rock museum it is now

0:27 iconic
0:29 text the font there the punk rock museum

0:34 have you been here yet I have not I
0:36 waited you waited till I was here I
0:37 waited which is good went to Punk Rock
0:40 Bowling and now punk rock museum yeah
0:45 I think that's supposed to be like the
0:46 the Bad Religion font I don't know yeah
0:48 and I have no idea what to expect I
0:51 really don't either also gonna meet up
0:52 with another friend Dano is going to be
0:53 here so Danny and Dano once he gets here
0:57 I believe Dano is a street team member
0:59 and uh he hands out flyers and things so
1:02 maybe he can get this little bit of
1:03 insight Insider you know news or
1:05 anything yeah Insider info inside
1:07 Insider tips all right let's go ahead
1:09 I'm inviting you to join me at danny702.
1:12 child
1:18 ran in oh oh man it's Dan though he's
1:18 here
1:19 hey Dano made it are we just talking
1:21 about how you were on the street team I
1:23 am yeah that's a that's a phrase a lot
1:25 of people don't even know what that
1:26 means why isn't that such a punk thing
1:27 though the old Street yeah passing out
1:30 flyers don't forget the struggle don't
1:32 forget the streets I think that was
1:33 Agnostic Front this thing out so what do
1:35 we have to expect in here Diana they're
1:37 decades and Decades of punk from the 60s
1:40 to current a jam room you can pick up
1:42 actual guitars that were used on
1:43 specific albums yeah
1:46 let's get in there do you ever think
1:48 you'd see the day where there was a
1:49 museum of punk
1:58 all right thank you guys we gotta finish
1:58 our coffees first
2:00 we'll chug our coffee
2:01 nothing
2:03 there's no line no better to get hyped
2:04 on caffeine before going in for a Little
2:08 Rock what's around the back is there
2:10 like a stage around the back not yet
2:11 they're going to build a stage what I
2:13 was told is they're working on
2:14 potentially a half pipe oh okay that's
2:16 what it was yeah that's right and then
2:19 the stage will be built somewhere over
2:21 here over there everywhere but maybe
2:23 they'll put the stage up at the top of
2:24 the strap there you go yeah you can see
2:26 it from there everybody can see the
2:27 strap from here the best landmark in
2:29 in Vegas most iconic Landmark you see
2:32 from everywhere all right we have
2:33 stepped in this is the first room and
2:36 just has a lot you know a lot of images
2:37 already like famous photos and whatnot
2:40 have I going through we've got Tony Sly
2:41 over here who passed away a while back
2:43 and it's kind of cool they have some
2:44 blink-18s too so you have a Mark Hoppus
2:46 quote here there's Mark Hoppus kind of
2:48 back in the day at Warped Tour jumping
2:49 around just to show some of the stuff
2:51 when I'm already originally walking in
2:52 they have just a whole kind of wall of
2:54 different ideas but they have Joan
2:55 jett's studded jacket and Ramones
2:58 teachers a lot of Ramon stuff but Joan
3:00 Jett wore this studded leather jacket
3:02 which is pretty cool and then you go
3:03 over to like the Ramone stuff has some
3:05 of the items that the Ramones wore like
3:07 the Superman shirt
3:09 and just saw the bass guitar that was
3:12 given to CJ Ramon I believe from the
3:15 bass player of Ransom Matt Friedman one
3:17 of the best place players one of my
3:18 favorite bass players he uh he gave it
3:21 to CJ Ramon who played it for a little
3:24 while too and of course the Misfits I
3:25 can't think of punk rock without the
3:26 Misfits but the Misfits have a whole
3:28 entire huge section and there are some
3:30 of Jerry Only spikes very heavy spikes
3:33 on top of this brick
3:34 down below as well I'm going to plant
3:36 nine from outer space shirt that I
3:38 believe Glenn Danzig if I can remember
3:40 correctly Glenn Danzig I'm trying to do
3:42 like a little voiceover because of Music
3:43 pretty pretty loud in certain parts but
3:45 Glenn zazzy made this play a night from
3:47 outer space t-shirt it's just like a
3:50 wide variety of different items of
3:52 different guys in advance all different
3:54 all wore including Billy Idol made this
3:56 uh Generation X Gen X t-shirt here he
3:59 like a hand screen printed in her hand
4:01 and I painted it and then Joe schummer
4:03 from The Clash this was like one of his
4:05 last bags of weed he ever he ever had a
4:09 lot of clash stuff as well kind of
4:11 scattered around including a clash set
4:14 list as well hand written by Joe
4:17 Strummer of course but yeah it was quite
4:20 a bit of stuff when you just kind of
4:21 first walk in over here that looks like
4:22 the Palladium on on Sunset Boulevard
4:25 over there I believe as well I think
4:26 that's the famous photo of the of the
4:29 Palladium as well you got this whole
4:31 area over here with social D of course
4:33 another state of mind
4:34 three years ago here's another leather
4:36 jacket let's see who this one is oh this
4:38 is Johnny two bags Gibson SG
4:41 right up there as well I got the US
4:43 bombs t-shirt or us button on there as
4:47 well this is one by Mike Nelson the
4:48 1990s socially this must be fun but this
4:51 is by Mike ness's guitar
4:53 yeah that's why on the photo of the
4:56 self-titles the this is on the album
4:58 cover itself
5:00 an agent orange actually when I was in a
5:02 band we were in a band called
5:03 Guttermouth we tour with agent orange
5:04 for a month so I got to know those guys
5:06 pretty well pretty legendary
5:09 SoCal punk rock band surf surf Rock
5:12 style if you ever heard offsprings come
5:15 out and play they definitely like
5:16 emulated that style of guitar work for
5:18 the for that song as well so definitely
5:21 agent orange kind of Legends in the
5:24 in the pub Community whose is this did
5:26 you see who that one was
5:29 USA
5:31 stuff there's Milo's glasses for sure
5:43 here's the first to the social D's first
5:43 tea t-shirt that was on the first tour
5:45 it's Hand stenciled by the band there's
5:47 flea from Chili Peppers up there very
5:49 young
5:50 you was here did you see him we saw him
5:53 but didn't know it was him oh no uh
5:55 afterwards man we saw the museum post on
5:57 their social
5:58 here like he was standing right next to
6:00 us we didn't know who else was here
6:02 opening day Mike was here right I was
6:04 here I believe we met okay yeah from
6:07 Jackass that's pretty cool got an
6:09 adolescence flyer here this might be an
6:11 Adelaide oh this is a Cadillac tramps
6:13 guitar oh look at this you got the boom
6:15 box here you got all the VH Flipside
6:17 video the skate community
6:19 well I bet some of these I probably had
6:21 back in the days I have a lot of the I
6:23 mean obviously Repo Man that's like a
6:24 punk rock you know Punk Rock films and
6:27 these minor threats Black Flag
6:29 how the cassette days wow wow look at
6:32 all these the handwritten cassettes over
6:35 there all the best of flip side I
6:37 totally remember flip side
6:39 I went Suburbia there we go
6:42 gotta love that movie that's like the
6:43 original mole from the diva map yeah
6:46 that's what they're made from is that a
6:47 Devo soon never mind that never buy that
6:49 now so Back to the Future thing but oh
6:52 man eight tracks Ramones eight tracks
6:54 and Clash eight tracks
6:55 so that's the original mold that they
6:57 used to make the original Devo
7:00 hats
7:02 that is amazing
7:03 original vacuum form collection and
7:06 original mold from 1981 originally worn
7:08 as part of the band stage office during
7:10 the freedom of choice campaign in the
7:11 1980s
7:16 Josh Reese went on to play with Devo for
7:16 a while Josh priest just was announced
7:18 to be the new Foo Fighters from her too
7:19 so screeching weasel this is jughead's
7:22 guitar whatever Ben weasel has any items
7:23 in here because I know I think like him
7:25 and Mike had like a little uh
7:27 a little uh
7:29 they weren't getting along for a while
7:30 so I'm kind of curious if they have
7:32 anything from Ben weasel in here but
7:33 then again that was like 20 years ago so
7:35 you know as many people make up they got
7:37 the orange head here this is tsol's 1970
7:41 Fender amp
7:43 as well
7:45 there's some drawing
7:51 Circle Jerks tour and speaking of Foo
7:51 Fighters he got Dave Grohl who was
7:52 originally in Scream he played this drum
7:54 kid he was original drummer of the punk
7:56 band screen right over there the night
7:58 that was the drum kit he used at the 9
8:00 30 Club
8:01 stepping back in time until like the
8:03 1980s living room scene here with the
8:06 family houses out there got lots of
8:08 Flyers that are in frames a big circle
8:10 or what if it's a circle or a classic
8:11 surfboard with a set set list written by
8:14 Tony Sly from No Use For A Name also
8:16 there's Fat Mike and Coke in the clown I
8:17 got to see them at the Whiskey A Go Go a
8:20 few years ago when he did a side project
8:21 in L.A this is an original 1977 Ramon
8:25 standy and check them out they all
8:26 signed it well at least Dede recited
8:28 there at his crotch area and the other
8:29 guys did those look like Joey signed his
8:31 though he must not have been in a
8:33 sign-in mood that day they got Johnny
8:34 over here too Terry over here has like a
8:37 wall with all the Flyers on it like you
8:38 see in cities promoting different shows
8:40 and wow look at this this is going this
8:42 is Misfit oh yeah that's the Misfits
8:43 right over there on that one hey Danna
8:44 was saying this poll might have been
8:46 from somewhere historic but I can't
8:47 almost see like a marker of anything
8:49 this has the F1 all right they have a
8:51 section over here dedicated to the Bay
8:52 Area and Berkeley and you know San
8:54 Francisco and the whole Bay Area and
8:56 that's a lot of some Operation Ivy stuff
8:58 and then Lookout Wreckers which
9:00 disbanded years ago but they have some
9:01 out records items they also have take a
9:03 look at this this is Tim Armstrong's
9:06 guitar that he recorded the Operation
9:08 Ivy songs on one of my favorite bands so
9:10 Tim Tim Marshall was of Operation Ivy
9:12 and now in rancid also Matt Freeman was
9:14 also in both bands as well but if you
9:16 listen to those Operation Ivy songs this
9:18 is the one he recorded those songs on
9:20 and it has his nickname he used to go by
9:22 lent Tim lint Armstrong still on the
9:25 court this this is the item right here
9:27 completely blows my mind and another one
9:28 of my favorite bands Bouncing Souls here
9:30 on the stoop I think that's the original
9:32 drummer Xiao right there in fact I have
9:34 a Bouncing Souls tattoo right there I
9:37 love the souls in fact check it out
9:39 Bouncing Souls down here the drink
9:41 coffee and destroy that was the other
9:43 logo for a long time they had these
9:45 stickers that's actually on Billy Joe
9:46 back in another room Billy Joe from
9:48 Green Day they have a lot of Green Day
9:49 stuff and Billy Joe on one of his BJ
9:52 guitars has The Bouncing Souls paper
9:54 sticker I think I have someone that was
9:56 in a box somewhere but basically they
9:58 have a lot of Green Day stuff that have
10:00 Billy Joe's first amp with the tilt
10:01 sticker still on it the singer tilt
10:03 cinder block went on to do all their
10:05 merchandise I think might still do all
10:06 the Green Day merge even as big as they
10:08 have gotten but Mike durn saw one of his
10:10 original bases and Billy Joe one of
10:12 Billy Joe's BJ guitars on in here as
10:14 well these have quite a bit of just
10:16 crazy stuff and there's even some
10:18 Nirvana history they have a Nirvana
10:20 Grammy in here as well but not just the
10:22 Grammy they have a couch that was so it
10:25 kind of uses these called the nodding
10:26 off couch that Kurt Cobain would like
10:28 take little naps in and I believe that
10:30 Mike discovered that there there's this
10:32 photo this was the naughty couch and
10:33 decided to keep it put it in here and
10:35 you're allowed to touch everything
10:36 that's not behind glass like anything
10:38 you can sit on and you can sit on the
10:40 naughty couch a a employee came by and
10:43 said you could sit on that couch so I
10:45 got a little I took a little little cat
10:46 nap for two seconds on this in the same
10:48 area that Kurt Cobain from Nirvana ended
10:50 up also getting a little nap on as well
10:53 so yeah what are the odds I've napped in
10:54 the same little spot that that Cobain
10:56 took a little a little power nap on all
10:58 right getting into some of the No
10:59 Effects stuff you got the Fat Mike doll
11:01 here you got the No Effects here we got
11:03 the me first and the gimmick giving
11:04 stuff over here and no effects uh
11:06 surfboard as well this is pretty
11:08 interesting this is from the last show
11:10 of Operation Ivy and take a look over
11:11 here in this corner there's Billy Joe
11:13 from Green Day right there and here's
11:15 some of the early uh info and contracts
11:17 of fat records back in the day this is a
11:19 record deal quite all hand written which
11:20 is some of the with some of the items
11:22 very very kind of nonchalant on what
11:24 they were required to do for being on
11:26 fat records over here fat will credit
11:29 you 50 of the money fat might pay you
11:31 twice a year suckers sign Fat Mike
11:34 president oh yes and Warped Tour water
11:36 oh this is that was the first app tour I
11:38 ever saw no effects on the white trash
11:40 two heaps in a bean tour they opened up
11:41 for fishbone and like 94 at Visage in
11:45 Orlando we got Kung Fu records which is
11:47 kind of affiliated with the vandals and
11:49 Joe Escalante he used to play drums for
11:51 the band back in the Suburbia day
11:52 switched over to base and this is his
11:54 bass guitar and this is his uh leather
11:56 jacket here and getting onto some
11:58 Pennywise stuff Fletcher broke this
11:59 Fletcher's favorite longest running
12:01 guitar known as bird Banger Fletcher was
12:03 booked in Scotland Yard after hitting
12:04 security guard in the head with this
12:06 fairy guitar right down there I think
12:09 this might be another one of oh actually
12:11 that was uh Jason Matthew thirst base or
12:13 the original bass player who passed away
12:15 in the early 90s and I got the album
12:17 cover for Against the Grain Bad Religion
12:19 right over here and then let's see we're
12:21 getting to this I'm a street Punk got
12:23 Street Punk over here we got some ska
12:25 over here I want to say half the stuff I
12:27 don't know what it is half the stuff is
12:29 kind of jar in my memory when I see it
12:30 I'm like wow I actually retained a lot
12:32 of my punk knowledge Through The Years
12:34 this is the very first uh seven inch
12:37 from Pennywise uh word to the wise which
12:39 uh this is before the self-titled album
12:42 that came out on uh on Epitaph I never
12:44 had that on vinyl but I did have the
12:46 cassette tape uh years and years and
12:48 years ago here's a band I really like
12:50 the Boston so this is Nate Albert's
12:52 original guitar first time I saw
12:53 Boston's was in the early 90s it opened
12:56 up for Butthole Surfers and I was
12:58 completely blown away with how amazing
13:00 that band was I went on to kind of be a
13:02 lifelong fan oh is that a is that
13:04 Dickies out oh it's been cars they have
13:06 any Dickie stuff in here it's nice oh
13:10 Dickie's ties
13:11 yeah very various Show members Dickie
13:13 went on to be the uh the voice of uh
13:16 Jimmy Kimmel Jimmy Kimmel show all right
13:18 this photo of Pennywise here is taken to
13:21 their practice space and they have moved
13:23 some of the items in the carpet from
13:25 their practice space into the actual
13:27 Punk Rock Museum and of course also uh
13:30 the SoCal punk band 98 mute which I
13:33 think they were kind of short-lived I
13:34 didn't really like last too long as far
13:35 as like bands go but 98 mute was kind of
13:38 up there with the Theologian wrecker era
13:39 of Pennywise so definitely know a lot
13:42 about Pennywise I think Fletcher helped
13:44 set a lot of this up but I haven't set
13:46 up pretty much all of this I mean down
13:48 to the beer cans probably
13:49 and sometimes I'll have bands come in
13:51 here and play in here yeah
13:54 casualties played here what Sunday yeah
13:57 I saw me first in the gaming games on
13:58 Friday they played in here right in here
14:00 oh wow it was amazing that's I used to
14:02 have that Pennywise posture right there
14:05 a long time ago and that one the about
14:07 time one wow and that Voodoo glass goes
14:10 well he's had that Voodoo Glow Skulls
14:11 poster back in the early 90s on my wall
14:14 all right this is interesting Dano just
14:16 pointed this out this is the original
14:17 garage door from pennywise's garage
14:19 right here has Pennywise ever showed up
14:22 and actually played his played in here
14:23 as well not yet I'm sure Fletcher's
14:25 Fletcher's probably grab the guitar
14:26 though yeah I'm sure but that's
14:28 definitely got to be a 98 mute uh drum
14:30 holder there and that says fat mic right
14:33 over there so I guess it'd be fat nice
14:34 to be one of them with Fat Mike's ass
14:35 possibly the Pennywise ended up using
14:37 also the Pennywise spray painted over
14:39 there Jason Matthew first JMT right over
14:42 there the former baseball early base
14:44 bass player that was on the first and
14:46 second album all right I walked back
14:47 over to this area take a look at this
14:48 this is Fat Mike's basically smashed in
14:50 the sticking in my eye video from White
14:53 Trash the white trash album there as
14:55 well this must be
14:57 the guitar case as well and the guitar
14:59 guitar player is strung out right there
15:02 as well there's just like so many
15:03 guitars here this definitely looks like
15:05 a punk rock photo B in front of the
15:07 pennywise's drum kit guitars amps all
15:10 that Pennywise about time self-titled
15:12 I'm known Road Classic Albums we got Bad
15:15 Religion no control some old photos of
15:17 course La how could help you any worse
15:19 their very first one well I thought and
15:21 then up here at the very uh well it's
15:23 actually technically the second
15:24 Offspring album but ignition the first
15:26 one on Epitaph this is the first tour
15:28 that I saw Offspring on and Guttermouth
15:30 on but I saw them at the Orlando show
15:32 and it was Offspring gutter mouth and
15:34 Bouncing Souls face to face wasn't on
15:36 that one I believe that was 90 94 before
15:40 smash became a complete smash I love
15:42 that album though I love the ignition
15:44 album yeah oh that's uh that was when
15:47 they that was when they went for the
15:48 first time ever through the one album
15:49 they went to the major label on Atlantic
15:51 for 21st century digital boy everyone
15:54 gave them so much crap for like selling
15:56 out and then they were just like we
15:58 could have stayed on Epitaph and we made
16:00 way more money
16:01 another vandals guitar over here and it
16:03 looks like some shoes these look like El
16:05 Jefe has signed these from No Effects
16:08 guitar player from from NOFX sign that
16:11 right now
16:15 there we go let's take a look at this
16:15 old Vandal setlist old school Pat Brown
16:18 Mohawk town on there Anarchy Burger hold
16:20 the government hold up I'm trying to
16:22 figure kind of what the back story on
16:24 some of these jackets are like I'm
16:25 noticing this uh this Gigi one right
16:27 there I wonder if that like it's from
16:28 his band or they also have a little area
16:30 here known as the triple down which is
16:32 like the bar and like through the little
16:34 air the bar area they serve a lot of
16:35 different uh drinks and whatnot but
16:36 Fletcher has a drink that you actually
16:38 from Pennywise where they dump out the
16:40 Pringles you could eat the Pringles and
16:43 they put the booze in the Pringle can
16:45 it's kind of like a Cool vibe I'm a
16:47 non-drinker but it's kind of cool that
16:48 they have this like Punk they have this
16:50 like punk rock bar inside the museum
16:52 itself that you can get like you have a
16:54 few a few a few uh a few drinks if you
16:57 associate and if you want to get married
16:58 in here there is a wedding chapel where
17:01 you can get married inside the museum
17:05 itself you have to have an ordained
17:07 minister here I'm not sure who that
17:09 would be but they have the candles all
17:11 set up and there's even an area where
17:13 you can tattooed over there you get a
17:16 tattoo so if you get married in here you
17:17 get all these uh these postings from you
17:19 know Sid Vicious and you gotta Sid and
17:21 Nancy up there that did not end well
17:23 before Nancy or an orpherson or anything
17:26 like that but yeah you got all this when
17:28 you when you give your vows it would be
17:31 like right here I'll blowing all that
17:32 all right I'm inside the jam room now
17:34 all these different instruments here and
17:36 then they also have the photos
17:38 above her like Mike playing this bass
17:41 here yeah
17:42 you can
17:44 play it that's the Pennywise chasing
17:46 their space
17:47 versus the cabinet there
17:50 was that how rare is that says that's
17:52 his bass from mxpx
17:59 I think that's Tim's guitar right there
17:59 I'll let Danny pick that pick it up and
18:01 pick up a base
18:02 oh you can actually pick them up
18:05 yeah now it's
18:06 left-handed I'm right-handed yeah three
18:08 strings are backwards but yeah oh when
18:12 they were down in the gym room yeah I
18:14 think they grabbed everything from here
18:15 except for the drums that were already
18:16 down there
18:22 so I can grab this mxpx base
18:22 yeah really gotcha
18:24 it's been a long time so he would
18:26 attempted to play guys
18:28 I'm gonna plug it in he can get you I
18:31 can plug it up yeah I'm I'm covering
18:34 someone's break at the moment so I don't
18:35 know how any of this works oh okay I
18:38 mean there's a chord here but if you
18:39 want to wait and come back in a minute
18:40 we can yeah he'll be up in like five ten
18:42 minutes and try to he's the one that
18:44 knows how it works
18:52 that's correct and that's this base
18:52 right here oh that's the actual base
18:54 yeah there we go that's it like
19:02 nailed it
19:02 a little rusty
19:14 Just Like Mike
19:14 who's whose was that that's uh Michael
19:16 Harris from Empire right on so I know
19:19 you're gonna love this
19:20 is Tim's guitar pick it up pick it up
19:23 it's still recording
19:25 this is so cool isn't that awesome pick
19:28 it up yeah you can play it if you want I
19:30 don't know how to play if I can pretend
19:32 you could pretend well temper tens a lot
19:34 of time so it's fine
19:37 I mean large as you usually cover the
19:40 guitar parts
19:42 I love this too much this is amazing
19:44 that's Mike's right no fact nice
19:54 what guitar is this
19:57 okay that's relatively numerous yeah
20:01 when he came through on tours wow that's
20:05 so cool yeah
20:08 are you right or left-handed I'm right
20:09 okay yeah so you're playing it he plays
20:11 the left-handed you have to spell I can
20:14 feel the night it doesn't feel right oh
20:16 this is cool this is a queer screeching
20:18 weasel fappets amp
20:27 good
20:27 down close to the stratosphere
20:34 there we go
20:34 let's just have Mike say up here says
20:36 fat boy on the side of it there
20:39 the off sticker down there
20:44 you guys are familiar Wesley Willis but
20:44 his keyboards back there
20:47 oh where thank you what rocket Roll
20:51 McDonald's yeah is this this is where
20:53 Rock and Roll McDonald's has played yeah
20:56 what wow
21:02 that's awesome Rock and Roll McDonald's
21:02 yeah
21:04 do you ever hear that song yeah yeah
21:06 sounds exactly the same as all these
21:08 other songs yeah that's that's that's
21:09 where it happened right there Fletchers
21:11 wow
21:20 the flushes guitar I believe it is
21:20 believe it is
21:22 Dropkick Murphys guitar
21:25 this is awesome man yeah oh look at that
21:29 PD's guitar
21:31 no way you just pick up a [\h__\h]
21:35 Lobster one hey that's amazing I wish
21:39 yeah in high school my girlfriend's
21:41 sister was dating him and he came out to
21:44 visit in Albuquerque he took us out to
21:45 the uh New Mexico Yacht Club restaurant
21:47 and wow me a lobster dinner when I was
21:50 like 18. yeah that would have been me
21:52 bore lesson the 90s like probably late
21:54 90s if I did that now I probably would
21:57 not end well for me yeah I probably not
21:58 would not be able to do that these days
22:00 okay this is kind of cool Jason Navarro
22:02 from destruction by definition Great
22:03 Scott punk band this is an original name
22:05 they dropped the Jack of work in but
22:07 they originally called that in fact the
22:08 first demo green world was titled up all
22:10 right that was awesome that was much
22:12 better than I expected it was going to
22:13 be it was going to be good but that was
22:15 definitely pretty cool and ended up
22:16 getting some merchandise as well I got a
22:18 t-shirt here
22:20 for posterity to kind of remember the
22:22 moment but yeah I would recommend going
22:24 in there if you're into the Pokemon
22:25 genre or I just said rock and roll in
22:27 general engineer close to Vegas oh this
22:29 is the shirt I got says howdy Punker Las
22:32 Vegas right over here it's got the
22:34 Circle Jerks uh the skanker going on
22:36 there but it's like the Vegas style it
22:39 says punk rock museum got the dice
22:42 over here so it's kind of kind of cool I
22:44 figured might as well get a little
22:46 something from in there I got quite a
22:47 bit of merchandise too when you're kind
22:48 of going around inside there there's
22:49 like a photo of cbgb's from New York I
22:52 used to look and then like just quite a
22:54 few different items not just t-shirts
22:55 but also like pins I didn't see any
22:58 magnets but pins and patches and
23:01 ashtrays and things like that just kind
23:03 of scattered around all through there
23:07 yeah definitely uh
23:09 definitely glad I'm glad I'm glad I
23:11 shopped in
23:12 and the prices on the merch weren't too
23:13 bad I think the shirt was uh the shirt
23:15 that I bought was thirty dollars Danny's
23:17 trying to get a bird's eye perspective
23:19 of the punk rock museum
23:25 can I get your bird's eye review from up
23:25 there did you like it
23:28 no I mean the punk rock museum
23:30 did you like the punk rock music
23:37 what was your favorite thing in there
23:37 Tim arms guitar that was the original
23:40 self-titled guitar like 94 I think that
23:44 guitar was from which is funny because
23:45 it didn't look like the photo that's
23:47 behind yeah because I guess he painted
23:49 it pink afterwards but the guy flipped
23:51 it over and you can see the original
23:52 yeah amazing
23:54 there was a lot of stuff in there that
23:56 you knew from bands that you liked that
23:58 I had never even really gotten into so
23:59 it was kind of depends on what you're
24:01 into and this is kind of all different
24:02 genres in there totally yeah I mean punk
24:04 rock it expands you know there's so many
24:06 different types that you can listen to I
24:08 was definitely into like Street Punk
24:11 um some of the Bands I use the same
24:12 thing some of the names that you were
24:13 familiar with I wasn't too familiar with
24:15 so that's cool yeah and then Dano knew
24:16 it all Dana knows a lot of bands I don't
24:18 know yeah I'm from all over the some of
24:20 the stuff I was chiming in on both of
24:22 you were like I don't know what the heck
24:23 you're talking about
24:28 everybody from all arrows no matter when
24:28 you got into fun right
24:30 modern day I like that 70 like it's all
24:34 there it's all in there they covered it
24:36 up even some like hardcore scene like
24:38 the use you know that you wouldn't
24:39 really categorize as Punk yeah that's
24:42 what they call that crossover or
24:43 something they had it labeled as pretty
24:45 cool I don't know here's the veil
24:47 I was trying to do that pierce the veil
24:49 in there
24:51 it is very hot and bright out here now
24:54 it feels good to be standing in this
24:57 gate though because last time we were
24:58 only I was only able to stand right over
24:59 there so now I'm on the property I feel
25:03 like I need to get I feel like all the
25:04 cool kids are over on top of the
25:22 we did it
25:22 I think this thing might tumble over I
25:24 don't think we're a little worried about
25:24 it
25:26 now
25:33 all right the three of us have now made
25:33 our way over to the pepper mill I've
25:36 eaten here once before I think I hear
25:38 last time I was in Vegas and I kind of
25:41 want to start a tradition of eating at
25:42 the pepper mill and it doesn't seem to
25:43 be too busy at this particular moment so
25:45 we're gonna grab a bite to eat
25:46 the world famous or at least the Vegas
25:48 famous Peppermill and the thing I like
25:50 about the place is just kind of how like
25:52 you know Vegas has a lot of neons
25:54 there's a lot of neon in there and they
25:55 also have the very colorful boosts and
25:58 whatnot and you know like uh they
26:01 actually have trees on the inside
26:02 between the booths just like a whole
26:05 vibe inside they ended up having
26:07 a Cobb salad first of all with a soup I
26:10 went with a broccoli cheddar soup which
26:12 is probably probably should have got a
26:13 cup and not a full bowl and I ordered
26:15 the cobb salad thinking it was going to
26:16 be kind of a small portion just a
26:18 massive salad
26:20 that it almost got different different
26:22 options
26:23 but I ended up with the cops cop salad
26:25 which definitely was very very filling
26:28 but I just I've been here before and it
26:30 was uh late at night and it was very
26:31 very busy this is a little earlier in
26:33 the day which would be like early
26:35 afternoon early dinner late lunch early
26:37 dinner and there was definitely way less
26:39 people at all the Boost was full but I
26:42 highly recommend the pepper mill it's
26:43 kind of a win in row moment or a win in
26:45 Vegas moment
26:47 to go to the pepper mill it's just a lot
26:49 of history and just kind of textbook
26:52 Vegas
26:53 good stuff
26:55 pretty full and from everywhere in Vegas
26:58 you can see the Strat stratosphere
27:01 pretty much everywhere it's like a good
27:03 landmark
27:04 so you kind of know where you're at if
27:05 you just kind of find the strap and
27:07 that's gonna do it for today
27:10 from Las Vegas
27:12 thanks for watching I'll see you in the
27:13 next video the Vlog
27:16 it was a good day in the Vlog
27:19 is over
