0:15 you can see it's early enough here on
0:17 this Monday morning that a lot of the
0:19 shops and a lot of the
0:22 consumeristic businesses here in the
0:25 very awesome orange circle are not even
0:29 open yet shop owners over there sweeping
0:31 up the trash from the night's business
0:37 preparing for the new week the new day
0:40 that is upon us it's very interesting
0:42 too
0:43 because that sign right there that says
0:46 Tiddly
0:48 Winks toys and games that is actually
0:52 the appliance store or was The Appliance
0:55 Store from the movie that Thing You Do
0:58 In fact I did a vlog here about a year
1:00 and a half ago very interestingly and
1:03 ironically with my now current roommate
1:06 Tyler Evans Rock journalist that was the
1:08 very first Vlog Tyler Evans Rock
1:10 journalist and I did together and it
1:13 just so happened that we both are now
1:15 roommates together in Orange County
1:17 little did we know way back then when we
1:19 filmed the Vlog of the filming locations
1:22 of that thing you do
1:24 here in the orange circle that we would
1:28 actually be future
1:30 roommates interesting how things work
1:32 out it's my second channel daily blog
1:34 channel it's the daily woo hopefully I
1:37 did not do the intro twice I've had a
1:39 bad habit lately of either forgetting to
1:40 do the intro completely at all or doing
1:44 it twice so I guess it kind of makes up
1:46 for the days I forget when I do it
1:49 twice my brain is not working correctly
1:52 coherently at the moment so I'm going to
1:54 sit right here on this bench and you'll
1:56 notice I actually have a fresh gallon of
2:00 Aqua
2:01 H2O and don't let the don't let the

2:18 you and the what looks to be like an old
2:21 bottle of waddle waddle I'm not waddling
2:24 I'm watering but don't let that fool you

2:40 cold let's open it together because I
2:42 need to Wet My Whistle so let's open up

3:02 achieved and I am going to hydrate
3:08 myself right now I need to put the top
3:08 back on
3:16 it so why am I drinking water I have
3:16 actually not had many sodas lately in
3:18 fact I have only had probably I'm going
3:21 to say maybe 15 sodas in the last month
3:25 but I've also been noticing based on
3:29 vlogs that I've been doing photos of
3:32 myself let's face it everyone knows
3:34 their body better than anyone else knows
3:37 their body you know what it is about
3:41 yourself whether it comes to goes to
3:44 feeling well whether it goes to you
3:46 putting on weight losing weight nobody
3:49 will be able to tell you about yourself
3:53 other than yourself better than yourself
3:55 if that makes any sense but I have
3:57 noticed that I have actually gotten back
3:59 up to a weit I really am not comfortable
4:02 with and not really feeling well so I
4:03 have decided that I am going to go back
4:07 on not really a diet per se but I'm
4:10 going to go back and I'm going to try
4:12 I'm going to attempt my goal is to
4:16 change my lifestyle I now have a new I
4:20 basically have kind of a new life a West
4:22 Coast life if you will and I want to
4:25 spend my time on the west coast here in
4:28 California and and I want to spend it
4:30 feeling good feeling healthy and try to
4:34 lose a few pounds I'm going to actually
4:38 Channel Mr Miyagi who is on my t-shirt
4:41 someone sent me this shirt pretty
4:43 recently I think it's pretty fantastic
4:45 it's the first time I have worn it it's
4:47 Mr Miyagi right there I'm going to
4:50 channel Mr
4:51 Miyagi and his insights I am not going
4:54 to be waxing on or waxing off I'm not
4:57 going to be painting a events as far as
5:00 I know unless there is some fences that
5:03 need painting I will not be painting any
5:06 of that but I'm going to channel the
5:08 inspirational words and the
5:09 inspirational attitude of Mr Miyagi and
5:13 apply it to my life I've actually gone
5:15 on these quote unquote diets I hate to
5:17 use the word diet but I have actually
5:19 gone on these missions of weight loss
5:23 before and I've been very very
5:25 successful about a year and a half gosh
5:28 two years ago I lost 40 lb in 40 days
5:32 that was my mission I am not sure if I
5:34 am setting myself up for success or
5:37 failure to do that again because as you
5:38 get older you cannot go on these insane
5:42 water diets and insane light portion
5:45 diets as you could when you were younger
5:47 because your body does not react
5:49 correctly but I'm going to attempt to
5:51 lose some weight I actually bought a
5:52 scale yesterday one of those electronic
5:55 scales that you stand on I weighed
5:56 myself this morning on a piece of paper
5:58 I put the day I put the date and I put
6:01 my weight and I am not going to share my
6:04 weight with you because that is for a
6:06 future Vlog I want to have a unveiling
6:10 of my weight loss either in 40 days
6:13 maybe even 50 days we might even do a TW
6:16 month weight loss period you know what
6:18 I'm going to announce this now TW month
6:21 weight loss period And I want to see
6:24 what I can get down in two months from
6:27 today I want to see what I am weighing I
6:30 also kind of figured that there is a
6:33 24-hour event at Disneyland which I
6:35 actually announced recently a few days
6:36 ago that I will be attending on May 22nd
6:39 that is about 40 days from now 38 39 40
6:42 days if you will you should see a
6:45 significant amount of weight I should be
6:47 feeling a heck of a lot better than I am
6:51 right now I have been ill the last few
6:53 days I'm actually feeling very very well
6:55 I'm probably at about
6:57 96% on a scale of 1 to 100% I have a
7:00 little bit of congestion left in my
7:02 throat but that will be going away very
7:04 soon because I am going to be drinking a
7:06 ton of water yes you can buy these small
7:09 water bottles but I always have this
7:11 philosophy that if I carry a bottle of
7:14 water around with me either walking keep
7:16 it at my home keep it in my van but I
7:19 will not be tempted to drink anything
7:21 else no juices that have sugar in it no
7:23 sodas that have sugar high fructose corn
7:26 syrup and the plethora of other evil
7:30 things that go down into your nether
7:33 region so basically it's going to be me
7:35 and this water
7:37 bottle and probably a few other water
7:39 bottles this will not be the only water
7:40 bottle but I will be drinking try to be
7:42 drinking about at least a half gallon of
7:45 this if not a full gallon of this every
7:47 day for the next couple months at least
7:50 the next month I've actually already
7:52 announced two months so let's stick to
7:53 what I'm saying 2 months from now you
7:57 will be seeing a different person in
7:59 fact will probably be seeing a different
8:01 person appearance-- wise physically wise
8:04 within probably a couple weeks two a
8:07 month if the good Lord is willing and
8:10 the creek doesn't rise you this guy you
8:13 are seeing here in the window you see
8:16 this guy right here before you this guy
8:19 here who is a little bit overweight not
8:23 I've actually lost a few pounds a lot of
8:25 people you can see my tummy sticking out
8:28 there I hoping to get rid of that with
8:32 your help you will see the
8:35 slenderized version of Adam the woo here
8:38 on the daily woo this is what I need
8:40 from you I would love your opinions your
8:42 comments your criticisms left in the
8:45 comments down below if you have any
8:46 ideas about how I can go about staying
8:50 dedicated staying active staying the
8:55 course if you will like Mr Miyagi is

9:02 that has negative things to say leave
9:05 those negative things now and especially
9:08 if in a week or two from now if I have
9:09 not lost any way if you see me drinking
9:12 a soda eating a hamburger eating ice
9:15 cream something of that nature feel free
9:17 to chime in and say man I thought you
9:20 were on a diet what the heck you have
9:22 lost sight of your goal this is what we
9:25 do here we Inspire each other friends
9:28 acquaintances
9:29 and Kindred Spirits always try to help
9:33 each other
9:35 out in that aspect so please help me
9:38 I'll help you we'll all help each other
9:41 together and I will stay tuned probably
9:43 in about a week maybe every Monday or
9:45 Tuesday within a week from now I will
9:47 give you an update on how much I have
9:49 lost how much I am staying the course
9:51 and how excited I am about my new
9:54 lifestyle new transformation not only
9:58 wait wise but
10:01 also motivation wise CU I have noticed
10:04 the less you eat and the more hydrated
10:07 you are with aqua goodness and the less
10:10 you think about food the more you think
10:12 about other positive things and the more
10:16 things you actually get accomplished so
10:17 I'm excited about this new not a new
10:20 lease on life but a new turn in my
10:24 California lifestyle healthy California
10:27 lifestyle I've talked too much I'm going
