0:22 Nostalgia for where my current home is

0:24 in Anaheim because directly in front of

0:27 us is an attraction called one man's

0:30 dream which is basically an homage

0:32 honoring the man the myth the ultimate

0:36 Legend in my eyes and maybe possibly in

0:38 a few other people's eyes Walt Disney

0:41 and it's right here in front of a

0:45 sh Walt Disney one man's dream from

0:49 Mickey Mouse to the Magic

0:52 Kingdoms and d23 according to that sign

0:56 welcomes us and I wanted to do a vlog

0:58 last time I was out here which was early

1:00 October and I neglected because of time

1:03 constraints to actually be able to

1:04 actually show up and document this so

1:07 today we are going to rectify that

1:09 problem and actually go through one

2:11 plans buying the property but Walt did

2:13 not see much of the construction if any

2:19 in 1971 he passed away thankfully we had

2:21 his brother Roy that's very true and a

2:23 lot of people consider Disneyland to be

2:25 Walt's Park and a lot of people consider

2:28 Disney World to be Roy's Park which at

2:30 first when somebody told me that I go

2:31 what are you talking about the more I

2:33 think about it it kind of makes a lot of

2:34 sense because Roy had more of a business

2:37 model type mindset than Walt dreamer

2:39 mindset and Walt Disney the corporation

2:42 here in Central Florida Walt Disney

2:44 World is massive in comparison to

2:46 Disneyland but these pictures are in

2:49 Anaheim this is actually at Disneyland

2:54 and look at this Micky's hand how many

2:56 fingers there are on that's very bizarre

3:01 very bizarre why does Mickey have five

3:04 fingers there so basically let's just do

3:06 a quick little walk through here of

3:07 course this is Nature's

3:09 Wonderland which a lot of the remnants

3:11 of that are going to be removed very

3:13 very very soon in construction for Star

3:16 Wars land but there are some remnants of

3:18 it on around the rivers of America there

3:22 at Disneyland of course Walt loved

3:24 trains and this is my favorite picture

3:26 ever of Walt Disney early in the morning

3:29 walking through the castle in Anaheim

3:32 and the the water is on the ground a

3:33 little bit of either rain or maybe they

3:36 have cleaned the park early and there

3:37 are no guests in the park that is one of

3:39 my favorite alltime pictures the

3:40 backside which a lot of people do not

3:42 realize was actually going to be the

3:43 front of the Sleeping Beauty castle and

3:46 they spun it around so the backside is

3:48 actually the front which kind of

3:50 actually looks kind of cool so Walt is

3:51 walking through the back of it which is

3:53 technically the front so kind of crazy

3:56 that I am here in Florida but in reality

3:59 looking at Disneyland stuff which is

4:02 where I moved a year ago to California

4:04 and Anaheim and this is Main Street USA

4:07 at Disneyland 1954 so that must have

4:11 been right before the park opened in

4:15 1955 and they have a lot of relics of

4:17 Walt's history and Walt's past show you

4:20 something pretty cool here show me

4:21 something cool over here all right so

4:22 you guys know about Oswald the Lucky

4:25 Rabbit well Walt kind of lost Oswald for

4:29 a while

4:30 look who presented Oswald that's true

4:32 Universal which here in Florida Walt

4:35 Disney World and Universal Studios are

4:37 still neck and neck all time they are

4:39 they are competition Y and for a little

4:41 while Universal owned the rights but

4:44 Disney got him back in fact when you go

4:46 to when you go to Disney California

4:48 Adventure that was awesome which is the

4:50 the secondary Park in Anaheim there are

4:52 two parks there four Parks here in

4:54 Florida the secondary park next to

4:56 Disneyland is Disney California Venture

4:58 you can actually meet oswal

5:00 in person and get a picture with him

5:02 which is actually that was the first

5:03 thing I did super super cool look at

5:04 this it is a Mickey

5:07 rocking rocking chair and of course the

5:10 multiplane camera for creation of a lot

5:13 of the original Disney animated

5:18 Classics so this is actually a really

5:20 cool area and here's something

5:21 interesting too when you walk in the

5:23 front gates at Magic Kingdom there is

5:25 that famous sign that sign that you go

5:28 into the train station here is a little

5:30 bit different not the wording of it but

5:32 basically just the way that the

5:33 construction of it is and it kind of

5:35 throws me off cuz I'm used to the

5:36 Disneyland version but I am breathing a

5:38 sigh of relief right now because I am

5:41 looking at the Disneyland threshold as

5:44 you walk underneath the train station it

5:46 is right here in front of me here you

5:49 leave today and enter the world of

5:51 yesterday tomorrow and fantasy I feel

5:54 like I'm in Anaheim right now I was

5:56 there last week and I feel like I'm here

5:58 again when really I am in cm/ Orlando

6:01 Florida but I am walking under the train

6:04 station in Anaheim very weird how your

6:06 mind my R hours here in Walt Disney

6:08 World is circle circular it's very

6:10 bizarre very different because when I

6:12 went to Disneyland for the first time

6:14 this year last year first time in April

6:16 last year I noticed that was different

6:18 and it's just little things like that

6:19 you start noticing oh look at this we

6:22 got Dumbo up here I believe I can

6:25 fly I believe Dumbo can touch the sky

6:29 one person that yeah that right there is

6:32 very is that an original ride vehicle it

6:34 is wow there I could fit one leg and

6:37 maybe a pinky toe in there total that is

6:41 super crazy look at this Adventure Land

6:44 adventur Land here no not in Florida but

6:48 at Disneyland which right now the jungle

6:51 cruise which you're seeing right there

6:52 is under construction for 4 and a half

6:55 months but this place is pretty awesome

6:58 and they used to have wal desk his

7:00 office here and spoiler alert at in out

7:04 in burbeck in California they have

7:07 actually reopened Walt's office so I am

7:10 thinking that the desk that used to be

7:11 right over there has been transported

7:14 from coast to coast and is now in

7:16 Burbank and a exact Recreation of Walt's

7:19 old stuff at Burbank at the Walt Disney

7:22 Studio so that is actually very good

7:25 news and there's a lot of rumors about

7:26 when one man's dream is going to close

7:29 if it will ever

7:31 close pix that's where T is now in that

7:34 area this is Pixie Hollow now yeah these

7:36 are all remnants which no longer exists

7:39 exists at the old Disneyland of course
