0:03 Welcome everyone. Adam the Woo here. As
0:03 the recording of this Saturday, July
0:05 12th, 2025, I'm heading over to Tampa to
0:09 the Tampa Toy Convention
0:13 which has a lot of pop culture,
0:15 collectibles, retro stuff. Going to
0:17 check out what they have there. And then
0:19 on the way back, pop over to the
0:21 Lakeland Antique Mall and also my Fred's
0:25 Diner, which is has great food. So, few
0:28 things on the agenda. A buddy of mine is
0:30 picking me up. We're heading I4
0:33 westbound.
0:35 Hopefully traffic is kind going to
0:37 Tampa. Well, just before Tampa to the
0:40 fairgrounds first to the Toycon and then
0:43 the other two spots. Just see where the
0:45 day leads. I'm inviting you to join me.
0:47 It's good to have you here, shall you?
0:50 And I'm sure I'll pick up an item or two
0:52 for the little nerd room here. the
0:55 corridor of goons, if you will. Also, I
0:59 got a new corkboard that I got behind
1:01 the door that I'm going to move some
1:02 pens around later. Right below Mr.
1:04 Norris there. Science created him. Now,
1:08 Chuck Norris must destroy him. One of my
1:10 favorite Norris films, Silent Rage, got
1:12 him to sign that last year when I met
1:14 him. But right here, look at the size of
1:18 this thing. This is going to be where
1:20 I'm gonna put some pens. I probably got
1:22 to move all my Mickey pens over here
1:23 because Mickey is probably the
1:25 predominantly the largest,
1:28 you know, demographic of pens that I
1:30 have and it's going to keep expanding
1:32 because Mickey's on a ton tons of pens.
1:34 So, this is going to be my Mickey pen
1:35 wall. But more on that later. That's
1:38 Steve Urkl right there. He likes cheese.
1:42 Also, I must say this shelf is looking
1:44 rather nice. Starting to fill up a
1:46 little bit with some tiki stuff.
1:49 Got my sloth tiki mug that I got over
1:52 here in Atoria. I'm actually wearing an
1:53 Atoria shirt today. Jerk Alert jerk
1:56 alert shirt. And check out my vinyl. It
1:59 is really starting to culminate and
2:02 frolic here on the shelf. I'm really
2:04 starting to enjoy the amount of vinyl I
2:07 have. I might pick up a record, too.
2:08 Also, this is a randotti skull right
2:11 here. This is very heavy. And they used
2:14 to sell this at Disneyland, believe in
2:16 New Orleans Square over near the
2:19 mansion. A Randati skull. And this
2:23 Randati was born the same year I was and
2:26 has the Randati stamp number 847.
2:31 Born in 74 just like I was. So if you
2:34 know anything about Randis and the
2:37 Disney skulls they used to sell there,
2:39 maybe you'll be excited to see that.
2:42 This is not a randotti. This is a sloth.
2:45 Now, yesterday was 7-Eleven. Yesterday
2:47 was slurpee day. Today is not slurpie
2:50 day. Did not get a coffee from here
2:52 yesterday. But today, I'm going to
2:53 rectify that. Get a piping hot
2:55 caffeinated beverage from this art deco
2:56 7-Eleven. Yes. Always good to get
2:59 caffeinated before heading down. I
3:01 getting caffeinated from 1730.
3:05 That's the address.
3:07 Well, that's the number of the address.
3:11 Be kind. I4 westbound. Be kind. This is
3:13 definitely a rare treat to be in the
3:15 dune buggy gym mobile for two days in a
3:18 row. Of course, it's not the dune buggy.
3:22 But while I'm cruising along here, I
3:24 still have Paris on the brain. And I
3:27 looked up here and this construction
3:29 crane for a brief moment I thought was
3:31 the Eiffel Tower. Doesn't it look like
3:33 it?
3:36 Traffic hasn't been too bad on I4, but
3:38 there are some little pockets of of
3:40 wearing bottlenecks. That is not the
3:42 Eiffel Tower for anyone.
3:49 Also, over here, it's hard to whenever
3:49 I'm driving, I I can never show this cuz
3:50 it's hard to like show this while
3:52 driving, but now that I'm in the
3:53 passenger seat, this always reminds me
3:55 of Naked Gun. These over here, which is
3:58 filmed in Southern California, but they
4:00 have these little bulbous looking things
4:02 as well. Everything I see reminds me of
4:05 her.
4:07 Right. I made it over to the Tampa
4:08 Fairgrounds. This thing gets pretty good
4:10 in gas mileage when you as fast as you
4:11 were going.
4:17 This I was trying to pretend that this
4:17 was your car.
4:17 >> Oh, we just also realized that there is
4:20 a Shark Con going on also here at the
4:22 convention, the the Florida State
4:25 Fairgrounds, I should say. So, we might
4:27 pop into Shark Con after we do the the
4:29 Toycon. We're going to do a lot today.
4:30 We're going to add on add on. You never
4:32 know how a day is going to go. This is
4:34 also the Planet W. That's weird. Planet
4:37 Express here on the the Ecto
4:41 the Ecto Ghostbusters car.
4:45 All right, to the collectibles.
4:49 I was at this event a year ago in the
4:51 same building.
4:53 Shark Con is on the other side of the
4:54 property in the main building. This is
4:55 in a little smaller building. Nice and
4:57 intimate.
4:59 Over into the special events center
5:03 entrance over this way. Look at all
5:04 those clouds up there. 90 degrees out
5:06 here right now.
5:07 >> 90 on the black top.
5:09 >> I can feel that heat coming off.
5:12 I'm not even looking for anything in
5:14 particular, but I'm sure I will walk
5:15 away with something. Oh, here's the
5:18 Florida State Fair emblem
5:20 right here. A little plaque. This
5:22 building was built February of 1999.
5:26 this particular building where they're
5:27 having the this version of it. $15
5:29 admission. Got our wristbands here for
5:33 the $15. Look at some retro goodness.
5:37 >> Okay. Half price.
5:39 >> The prices are on them.
5:40 >> Uh most of them there are the ones I put
5:43 in new sleeves. They don't have the
5:44 >> Yeah, you get Drape to sign that at
5:45 Shark Con.
5:47 >> Oh, I just got that. I just I just I
5:49 just got that Skinner album. The Fire
5:51 album.
5:52 >> Kiss Creatures with Vinnie Vince card.
6:05 >> Look at this.
6:05 >> Prong.
6:07 Remember that band? Prong. Live and
6:09 illegal in Baltimore. 1994. How about
6:12 Hardened Heavy right here? Jean Simmons.
6:14 Axel in the front. Queen
6:22 >> Black Sabbath Tour Book 1976. Look at
6:22 them. They're just kids.
6:24 >> Oh yeah. Wow. wearing a a wrestling belt
6:27 here. Iron Man is.
6:30 All right, heading in this place. Pretty
6:33 expansive.
6:35 Got a lot good amount of boosts in here.
6:44 Wow.
6:44 Oh, and speaking of the Ecto, here's
6:47 another one over here. And look at
6:48 Slimer over here. Look at Slimer over at
6:50 the the end of the the Ecto. Take a look
6:53 at all the jaw stuff up here. You got
6:54 Jaws, Jaws 1, and filmed in Orlando.
6:57 I've never seen that Jaws 3 poster
6:59 before. That's kind of cool up there.
7:00 The third dimension in terror. Jaws 3D
7:03 filmed at SeaWorld Orlando. Yeah, this
7:05 is a great Slimer. Look at this. Like a
7:07 little uh movable animatronic type of
7:10 Slimer over here.
7:13 Oh, there he is right there. Slimer's
7:16 everywhere in here. Love it.
7:23 Yeah, you gave me you gave me a flux
7:23 capacitor that I have in my little nerd
7:24 room. The corridor of goons, I call it.
7:27 >> You got all kind of stuff. Look at this
7:28 little indie the little Indie skull
7:30 right there. You got a little
7:32 Terminator, a Wonka bar, Mr. Fusion.
7:35 What is this?
7:37 >> Chitty Chitty B. Okay. Did you make
7:39 that?
7:39 >> I sure did.
7:40 >> Really?
7:40 >> I did.
7:41 >> So, you like put all this stuff on your
7:42 YouTube channel and how you make it and
7:44 everything?
7:44 >> No, I don't do that. I use the props in
7:46 my show. A lot of the props I use in my
7:49 show. Actually, Mr. Fusion idea. Have
7:51 >> you seen that episode with the back to
7:52 the Charlie goes back to the past?
7:54 >> Okay.
7:55 >> You've seen Mr. Fusion and you'll see
7:57 the clutch the pass that you had in that
7:59 show.
7:59 >> Yeah. I have I have it in on my
8:01 bookshelf in my little I call it the
8:02 corridor of goons.
8:04 >> I've seen it.
8:05 >> Good to see you again, man.
8:06 >> How was France?
8:07 >> It was amazing. Yeah. I love I love
8:09 traveling the world.
8:10 >> I know you do.
8:10 >> I love coming home, too. It's like a
8:12 best of both.
8:13 >> I bet your mom and dad in the show.
8:14 >> They do. Yeah. I'm going to see them
8:16 tomorrow.
8:17 >> I got Lego train. miniature train going
8:19 around the tracks over here. This is the
8:22 Lego users group right here. They've
8:24 recreated a lot of little Main Streetes
8:27 stores and whatnot. And they have the
8:30 the miniature Lego train going around
8:32 the tracks which is always really really
8:34 cool to see. There it goes. And there is
8:37 a droid display over here. Compliments
8:40 of the Star Wars guys.
8:45 This is a cake.
8:45 >> Don't Don't look at him. This is Jeff,
8:48 by the way. How are you? How's the show
8:49 going?
8:50 >> Great. Great. Our biggest
8:52 >> This is big.
8:52 >> Biggest event that we had like space
8:54 wise.
8:55 >> Do you do it twice a year? Is that what
8:56 this is?
8:57 >> Uh yeah, three three times at this fair,
8:59 but not in this building. Just once a
9:01 year.
9:02 >> I love it. So, what's the what's the
9:03 cake for? There's a dinosaur walking by.
9:05 >> He um he he does all these special
9:08 cakes.
9:09 >> They're all cakes. That Yoda's a cake.
9:11 >> Yeah. And he made me a birthday cake one
9:12 time and he came up with this idea.
9:14 >> Cake master.
9:15 >> Yeah. The cake maker studio.
9:17 >> Cake maker studio. That's what a cake
9:19 maker studio from Lake.
9:20 >> And we came up with this grand idea to
9:22 make a trench run with the idea to do
9:25 something about Star Wars.
9:27 >> Yeah.
9:27 >> And then we have a little
9:30 >> Yeah, let's do this. Let's do this. So,
9:32 we came out with this.
9:33 >> This is a cake. This is edible.
9:37 >> I think we're going to cut We're going
9:38 to cut it tomorrow. Yeah.
9:40 >> Oh, I love it. Lord Vader, you made it.
9:43 You made it, Vader.
9:45 Good to see you, sir. Oh, I like that.
9:48 I'm always intimidated around you,
9:50 though. I never know how to what to say
9:51 and how to react whenever I see you,
9:53 Lord Vader.
9:53 >> As you should be.
9:55 >> As I should be. All right. Thank you,
9:58 Vader.
10:00 Look at this. I've never seen this film.
10:02 The Giant Leeches. How about Flesh and
10:05 the Spur? Tarzan and the Valley of Gold.
10:07 It's thundering outside hard. The Giant
10:10 Leeches. I might have to give that a
10:12 wash. That looks like 50s horror.
10:17 >> You got some NES over here. Tyard Fight.
10:21 One of my favorite hardcore bands. The
10:23 Straight Edge Youth Crew Hardcore. Name
10:25 their band after this. Tenyard Fight.
10:27 Great band. Shout out to Not a lot of
10:29 people remember them, but if you're into
10:30 the
10:32 Youth Crew Hardcore stuff, you probably
10:34 remember that band.
10:36 Some VHS down here. Wow. Romancing the
10:39 Stone.
10:41 Jewel of the Nile. Arachnophobia, Blade
10:43 Runner.
10:45 Look at this. Oh, all the Superman's
10:47 down here. Well, Superman 2, three, and
10:49 four.
10:52 Wow, they have Quest for Peace.
10:55 They sure do.
10:57 They have Quest for Peace. Canon Films
10:59 Quest for Peace. 10 bucks.
11:03 >> Holy cow. That's got to be pretty rare,
11:05 right?
11:16 got that Quest for Peace VHS 10 bucks. I
11:16 don't even have a VCR yet, but I feel
11:17 like probably at some point I will just
11:19 like how I bought a recorder player
11:21 recently. Now that I have the house, I
11:23 might actually make a put a VCR maybe in
11:25 the in the corridor.
11:28 Watch some retro VHS's at some point.
11:40 Ah, look at this cycling monkey right
11:40 there. Blacksmith bear.
11:51 Yeah, I always love these uh metal
11:51 robots. There's a lot of old school ones
11:53 up here. Check out the Sky Patrol flying
11:56 saucer. The Apollo spacecraft. I have a
11:59 few of these like wind up ones.
12:02 Mechanized robot right here. Amazing
12:04 battery robot. The new astronaut. Look
12:07 at that on his chest. He's got the He's
12:10 got the blasters. Speaking of Superman,
12:12 look at this right here. The last son of
12:13 Krypton right there. Is that a Oh,
12:15 that's a book. I thought maybe it was
12:16 the uh I didn't know what that was, but
12:18 it's a book. And this is like a soap
12:20 dispenser right here. That I really like
12:22 that. What is What is this right here?
12:24 Wonder how much this is. The soap
12:25 dispenser. $95. Okay, put that soap
12:28 dispenser right back there. Yeah, that's
12:30 neat to look at. And this Batman one
12:32 right here. This looks like 89 Batman
12:35 maybe. Yep. 89 Batman right there. Date
12:38 stamped. That is $25. That's a little
12:42 more reasonable than a 95 Superman. That
12:44 is That is good. That's real good. And
12:47 I'm loving the vendors here this year.
12:50 This is a windup. $125 for this windup
12:54 Donald. But that is a thing of retro
12:56 beauty.
12:58 Love that. Casper
13:02 Kellogg's WDW Mickey Humpty Dumpty right
13:05 there. Knock him down. Build him back
13:07 up.
13:18 I love how low-key and just chill this
13:18 con is. There is a job of the hut action
13:21 playset right there.
13:24 Look at it. Still has the original
13:25 clearance price of $6.80.
13:29 Love Jedi. There's the Rancor. I have a
13:32 Rancor. I don't have the Java playset
13:34 yet, though. That's probably what the
13:37 price is on that
13:42 stretch x-ray.
13:42 >> I saw that. I've never seen that.
13:44 >> They got some good stuff in here. Some
13:46 >> wild stuff.
13:57 >> Look at Daisy Duke's Jeep over here.
13:57 Little Dukes action.
14:02 >> Seeing any you need?
14:02 >> Maybe one or two. These
14:07 are so
14:07 >> I got to get I got to take mine out of
14:08 boxes and start putting mine in display
14:11 them a little bit better.
14:17 >> Find something good over here.
14:17 >> Did you and Chewy ever men fences?
14:19 >> No, he I don't even know what happened
14:21 that day.
14:22 >> But you got your back.
14:23 >> I got the cart back.
14:25 >> I don't know. I haven't seen him since,
14:27 man.
14:27 >> Wow.
14:28 >> Even at the lightsaber meet up that
14:29 night. I didn't I never even saw him.
14:32 He's just been he's been like he just
14:34 ghosted me. I used to have a lot of
14:36 these California raisins when I was
14:37 young, but I don't have any anymore.
14:39 Figure I need one of these on my little
14:41 little nerd collectible room. So, I got
14:43 him one with the boom box. I don't need
14:45 more than one. One's enough, but I feel
14:47 like California raises need to be
14:49 represented in the corridor of goons.
14:51 Showed uh my Urkl doll. And there's two
14:53 over here. These are two different
14:54 versions of the Urkl doll. I still need
14:56 to get a pee one of the pee-wee dolls. I
14:58 don't have a peewee doll. Keep an eye
15:00 out for the Pee-Wee doll and the Jim
15:02 Barney doll would be all the Earnest
15:03 doll, which is even rarer. Would love to
15:05 find one of those.
15:08 This place has some super old school
15:10 stuff. And the Wolf Man right here.
15:13 Frankenstein.
15:15 How much is that Frankenstein?
15:18 >> 600. Wow.
15:22 >> Yeah. I was drawn in by the
15:27 >> I was drawn in by your Migos over here.
15:35 >> Those are great.
15:35 I like that Frankenstein. That's cool.
15:38 Who made these?
15:41 Who was the people who made these?
15:43 >> I think it's
15:44 >> okay.
15:46 >> 1980.
15:48 >> But I think it's
15:50 >> Yeah. 1980. handwritten 1980 on there.
15:53 That is beautiful.
15:55 Look at the wolf man right here. I mean,
15:57 it's right next to here.
16:00 That is great,
16:07 man. That's cool.
16:07 Some rare ones. Trap jaw.
16:11 Can't get over the size of these 3D
16:14 printed benders right here. Bite my
16:16 shiny. You know what? Metal. You know
16:19 what? Love Futurama. Love Futurama so
16:22 much. I don't know if I have room for
16:24 that though. We're going to drive over
16:25 to the other side of the We're going to
16:27 walk over, but the weather is very
16:29 nasty.
16:30 Little Oo, that's a lightning strike
16:32 over there. Probably didn't translate to
16:34 camera, but that was a big one. So,
16:36 we're going to leave the special event
16:38 center and then go into the
16:41 state fairgrounds building proper and go
16:44 to Sharkcon. We're going to do a lot
16:45 today. And I showed some of the stuff I
16:47 bought, but Jim got a little Jawa here.
16:51 77 Jawa,
16:53 Aita's Treasures. They were really nice
16:56 father and son duo that opened a toy
16:59 shop up in Georgia.
17:01 Talking, we were talking them for a
17:03 little about the old Eisner days of MGM
17:05 Studios and Disney and and all that. So
17:08 that was that's his hall. You got your
17:10 small hall. Got my small haul. Jawa
17:12 Hall.
17:15 All right, making our way over to the
17:17 other side of the property.
17:23 I think we missed the rain, though. I
17:23 think it was like pretty ruckusy out
17:25 outside while we were in there. We
17:26 hadn't planned on going to Shark Con 11.
17:29 >> Should we pay $30 to get in?
17:40 >> We could just go to Fred's.
17:40 >> I don't know. What do you think? Clity
17:42 bug. We just
17:45 be 60 bucks for us to go to the shark
17:46 hunt. You can walk directly underneath
17:49 or through a shark mouth.
17:53 Isn't
17:53 >> that cool?
17:59 >> Well, people are taking a photo, so I'll
17:59 go around it.
18:01 Shark Con. Shark Con 11.
18:04 Hello, Shark. Are you a friendly shark?
18:08 Friendly shark. Okay, I like it. Thank
18:10 you. I always like a friendly shark.
18:14 A happy friendly shark here at Shark
18:16 Con. Woo! Doing a dance. Doing a
18:21 shark-like dance.
18:32 That was the friendliest shark ever.
18:32 This right here is a big shark. Look at
18:34 this thing. Wow.
18:58 That's pretty epic.
18:58 >> Look at the big squid over here.
19:06 >> You need one of these for your yard. A
19:06 big inflatable squid.
19:08 I don't know if Celebration HOA would
19:10 allow this year round.
19:12 >> Maybe
19:15 I've seen Crocs, but these are sharks.
19:16 These are These are sharks. Shark
19:19 slippers. Wow.
19:32 >> Look at this. Here's a deep cut shark
19:32 movie. Shark NATO filmed at the the pier
19:35 in Santa Monica.
19:39 I realized Rick was going to be here for
19:41 13X. He's got all kind of
19:42 >> We're going to do
19:43 >> all kind of Jaws stuff.
19:45 >> All right, this is a creative idea. Jaws
19:47 3 mask with the 3D glasses.
19:50 >> Yes, Jaws 3 uh filmed at SeaWorld in
19:54 Orlando. So, I had to give a little
19:55 piece of history with the glasses.
19:57 >> Jaws 3 for me nostalgic wise is one of
20:00 my favorites of the franchise.
20:02 >> I just love it. Just a nostalgia wise.
20:04 >> Yeah,
20:04 >> cuz it's so wacky and weird and know is
20:07 I you know it's I think it's the most
20:09 perfect movie in history.
20:10 >> Um I always say Pulp Fiction is my
20:12 favorite my favorite horror movie is
20:14 Jaws, but I think it kind of swiped in.
20:16 I mean it's just I love everything about
20:18 Jaws.
20:18 >> So not to digress from Jaws, but you're
20:20 going to be very happy to know that when
20:21 I was in Paris. Yep.
20:23 >> I had a Royale with cheese.
20:25 >> Oh my god.
20:25 >> I actually ate a Royale with cheese.
20:27 Speaking of Pulp Fiction and it was
20:29 good. Jaws Mobile
20:49 >> Shoozies. Right.
20:50 >> They fit the cans really well.
20:59 >> Slithering sharks there.
20:59 Oh, here you go. You got cookie cutters.
21:01 >> Cookie cutters.
21:21 >> Real shark jaws.
21:22 >> This is what you were looking for, man.
21:24 >> Great white up here. The juvenile great
21:28 white.
21:48 >> Are they for sale?
21:48 >> 3,500.
21:53 >> That one doesn't have a price. What's
21:53 the other side? Eagle. No price on the
21:55 other side. This is dated 1979.
21:59 Goblin.
22:02 That bad boy. Woo.
22:05 Should mount that on your wall.
22:32 little Amity Island area over here.
22:32 >> Come on this side. Come around here.
22:34 Come on. Don't be scared of the water.
22:36 >> Thank you.
22:37 >> Are you just hanging around here for no
22:39 reason?
22:39 >> Well, I heard a rumor there's a shark
22:41 around.
22:42 >> Shark around here? Around a place called
22:44 Shark Con? I can't imagine that being
22:46 true.
22:48 What kind of sharks you been looking
22:49 for?
22:51 I don't really have any particular
22:52 favorite, but maybe a great white. I
22:54 heard great whites are popular. Great
22:55 white. You mean a porker?
22:58 >> I don't know if you'd be finding one of
22:59 those around these waters. You
23:01 definitely have to be keeping an eye
23:02 out. Yeah.
23:04 >> I mean, I caught a 16footer off Bontok.
23:08 Took two barrels. Two barrels. Wear them
23:11 down. Bring them up to the surface.
23:14 >> I hear somebody been looking for a 25
23:16 footer.
23:16 >> That's a big shark.
23:17 >> Five tons on them. Five tons.
23:20 >> Five tons.
23:22 >> What's a regular shark? What's the size
23:24 of a regular shark usually?
23:25 >> Regular shark. Regular shark. Let me see
23:28 your hands.
23:29 >> Oh, my hands.
23:30 >> Your hands. Look at that.
23:31 >> Yes. Okay. Talking about a poker dog
23:34 fish. Yeah. You got a $5,000 net with
23:37 $2,000 worth of fish in it. And along
23:38 come Mr. Whitey. By the time he's
23:40 finished with that net, look like a
23:41 kitty scissor class coming up for a
23:43 paper doll.
23:45 >> You got city hands, Mr. Woo.
23:47 >> I do. Yes, sir. Counting money all life.
23:50 >> Not all my life.
23:51 >> All right. Maybe just counting
23:52 followers.
23:57 >> And well,
23:57 my dear Adam,
24:00 >> take care, ladies.
24:02 >> Thank you. Good to see you.
24:03 >> You as well. Some drinkers.
24:05 >> Wait, that's you? Is that you?
24:06 >> Yeah. That's
24:07 >> Are you known as the great white hunter?
24:09 >> The great white.
24:10 >> Great white hunter.
24:11 >> There you go. Look at that.
24:14 >> It's fantastic.
24:15 >> But you're you're marketing. You're just
24:17 doing you're just you're just uh
24:18 >> Oh, we got lots of things.
24:20 >> Capitalizing on that
24:21 >> vintage from Amity Island here. Look at
24:23 that right there. This is from one of
24:25 the town council wanting to have some of
24:27 the different pins of the different
24:29 areas on the island.
24:31 >> And then they came and brought me a
24:33 whole bundle and said they weren't going
24:34 to settle mine. So, I'm stuck with them
24:36 now.
24:37 >> I'm going to buy a couple things from
24:38 you.
24:38 >> Buy a couple. All right. You might want
24:40 to get one of these right here.
24:42 >> One of these harpoon
24:43 >> miniature harpoons come right over here.
24:45 Greener Extraite hot model for 15 mm.
24:49 You'll be able to put that on the end of
24:50 your extra light. Greener gun. Shoot
24:52 right in there. Got the date engraved on
24:54 there.
24:55 >> 50 years ago.
24:56 >> 50 years.
24:56 >> Been dwelling on the past for 50 years.
24:58 >> I sure have. You're not going to dwell
25:00 on the past. You'll be dwelling on the
25:02 future
25:04 right there. We drink to our legs.
25:11 >> Got a land shark running through here.
25:11 Land shark.
25:14 Sea life. Land shark.
25:15 >> That is Sharky.
25:16 >> Wait, Sharky.
25:18 >> Wait, why are you pointing at me,
25:20 Sharky? Wait, you know something? I
25:21 don't know.
25:23 >> I think Sharky knows who you are.
25:24 >> Sharky knows who I am.
25:27 >> Okay, so it's a good thing. It's a good
25:29 thing you know who I am.
25:31 >> Are you screaming it from the mountain
25:32 tops?
25:33 >> I love that, Sharky.
25:34 >> He's saying, "Woo!"
25:36 >> Okay, I like it. I got to come see you
25:38 at Sea Life.
25:39 >> Are you still over near the uh the big
25:41 ferris wheel?
25:42 >> Okay. Uh, what do they call the ferris
25:44 wheel now?
25:45 >> It's the Orlando Eye.
25:46 >> Orlando Eye.
25:47 >> Presented by Berlin Entertainment.
25:50 >> So, Berlin Entertainment, Legoland,
25:53 Massachusetts, Orlando, and
25:55 >> on International Drive.
25:57 >> You're an international shark, right?
25:59 Internationally known.
26:01 >> I wonder what you're listening to. I
26:03 don't know what What are you listening
26:04 to up there?
26:05 >> He's He's actually got his translator so
26:07 he can understand what we're saying.
26:08 translates to sharks.
26:11 >> And
26:11 >> so you understand me because of the
26:13 translator.
26:14 >> The backpack here is how we can check
26:15 his migration patterns.
26:18 >> Because sharks of them are migratory.
26:21 >> So you're migrating now as well.
26:23 >> Migrating.
26:24 >> I caught him mid migration.
26:26 >> Yes, exactly.
26:28 >> Okay. And what was your name again?
26:29 >> Sharky.
26:30 >> Sharky. I should know that. I should
26:32 remember that. It rolls off the tongue
26:34 very well.
26:35 >> It's pretty obvious.
26:42 I love you, Sharky. I just met you, but
26:42 I but I but I love you.
26:44 >> We've arrived.
26:46 Anytime I'm in Lakeland and I'm with a
26:49 friend, I always try to bring them over
26:50 to this property. Yes, that's right. The
26:53 hair shanty.
26:55 So, I just discovered that there's
26:57 another one of these. This is Fred's
27:01 Market. Oh, they fixed the sign. Last
27:02 time there was some storm damage and the
27:04 sign was gone. I always thought that
27:07 this No, it is. Okay, it is slow food
27:11 fast.
27:13 But I then is that slow food east or
27:16 slow food fast? No, that's slow food
27:18 fast. This is one of my favorite places.
27:21 And so good. So good. We are going to
27:24 go. There we go. Slow food fast. We're
27:26 going to get the
27:28 dinner the dinner menu. Full market
27:31 table. Everything you could possibly
27:33 want to eat. Southern comfort food for
27:37 $22. That's the dinner menu, right?
27:40 Yeah. This is like comfort food to the
27:42 fullest extent. Got limema beans. We got
27:46 mashed potatoes, gravy, pinto beans,
27:49 regular beans, rice and beans,
28:02 yams,
28:02 cabbage, okra,
28:09 fried green tomatoes. Look at that fresh
28:09 batch of fried chicken. They just
28:11 brought this out of the out of the
28:13 kitchen.
28:14 Got some fish over here. You got some
28:17 kind of
28:19 rice item right there. Not rice. That is
28:22 a corn chowder.
28:25 I think I get some fried green tomatoes.
28:27 Some fried catfish right over here.
28:28 Starting off with the salad first. I got
28:30 a salad.
28:31 >> Cottage cheese.
28:32 >> Mhm.
28:33 >> Making me look bad though. You got Are
28:34 you going to get more than that?
28:35 >> No, I'd probably stop right there.
28:37 >> No, you're not. This isn't
28:38 >> That's not yours.
28:39 >> No,
28:40 >> that's not yours. You're saying?
28:41 >> No. This is this gentleman's down to
28:43 here.
28:45 >> That is a thing of beauty right there.
28:47 >> That is nice.
28:50 >> Let me eat in peace.
28:51 >> What's your first thoughts on this
28:52 place?
28:52 >> I like it.
28:54 >> I like it a lot.
28:55 >> We do things differently. I end with the
28:57 salad just to like just to take all the
29:01 food in my belly and lighten it up with
29:03 a little light fluffy iceberg lettuce.
29:07 >> And you've got another
29:09 >> No, this is the guy's next to me. You
29:10 just wanted to sit it here for a minute.
29:12 >> Okay. All right. We made it over to the
29:14 new Lakeland Antique Mall. I say new,
29:17 it's been open for four or five months
29:19 now from the old location. See what we
29:22 can find
29:23 in the antique mall today.
29:27 Could possibly find some stuff for my
29:29 homestead. I kind of like the ceramic
29:31 frog down here. Kind of a throwback to
29:33 the old ' 70s ceramic days. I think my
29:36 mom when she was in ceramic class maybe
29:38 made one of these. But it's $65. I don't
29:41 know. I don't know about $65. Well, you
29:44 can talk about what it is.
29:45 >> Yeah. So, it was from uh Disneyland
29:49 California Adventure.
29:51 >> 2004. They made three of these for like
29:54 the opening or a media something to do
29:56 with media and that was one of them. So,
29:59 it's, you know,
30:00 >> over 20 years old, man.
30:02 >> That's pretty cool. This is Drew,
30:03 everyone.
30:04 >> Hello, everyone.
30:04 >> Drew in the moment.
30:05 >> I'm in the moment with Adam. You know, I
30:08 just drew I just went to Disneyland
30:09 Paris and over at their studios park, I
30:12 rode their Twilight Zone.
30:13 >> Oh, it was awesome.
30:16 Always lots of Disney stuff in here as
30:18 well. Look at this baseball Mickey here.
30:21 Baseball jersey Mickey. There's a
30:23 boardwalk and baseball bottle cap right
30:26 here. Look at this. Highway 27 and 192.
30:29 I'm Oh, it's not a It's a bottle opener
30:31 right here. I think I'm going to get
30:32 that. But I also wanted to show some of
30:34 this other stuff. You got like a Mickey
30:36 barf bag here, like a plain barf bag,
30:38 which I think is a cookie thing, but I'm
30:40 going to call it that. You got
30:40 Pinocchio. Check out this MGM Studios
30:44 guide book. 20 years guide book. 20
30:46 years of probably not studios, but 20
30:48 years of something. Walt Disney World.
30:50 You got Norway here. Then you got
30:52 Disney's Disneyland's entrance into
30:55 Frontier Land. So, I'm going to get Oh,
30:57 yeah. And open every day of the year.
30:59 Disneyland. Look at this Splash Mountain
31:01 one right here. American Express Splash
31:03 Mountain.
31:05 Disney Disneyland details.
31:08 This is over at the booth called Trader
31:11 Samantha's right next to ET.
31:15 >> Is that does it say on the back
31:22 Disneyland the Magic Oh, it's also
31:22 called That's originally before pre71
31:24 Disneyland was called the Magic Kingdom.
31:26 Walt's original Magic Kingdom. What is
31:28 that? You know what? I don't know what
31:30 that Oh, here we go. It's uh Rainbow
31:32 Caverns. says it right down here.
31:35 Frontier Land Rainbow Caverns. That's
31:37 long gone now, but that's pretty cool. I
31:40 never got to see that. See, your
31:42 Tomorrowland one that I'm very, very
31:44 jealous of that you guys got.
31:46 >> That is uh that's good. But I got
31:48 Boardwalking Baseball bottle cap opener.
31:50 Michael Jackson rode the roller coaster
31:51 at Boardwalking Baseball.
31:52 >> No way.
31:53 >> Yeah. Look it up. There's a photo of
31:54 him. Seriously?
31:54 >> Yeah. He rented out the whole park.
31:56 >> Boardwalking Baseball. Michael Jackson.
31:58 >> I think Adam's just saying that. So then
31:59 we make a trade.
32:00 >> No. Look it up. Look it up.
32:03 You sure you don't want the boardwalking
32:05 baseball bottle cap opener for that for
32:07 that uh tomorrow?
32:10 >> Sweet, sweet,
32:11 >> sweet, sweet. Uh Michael on the roller
32:13 coaster photo. I'll text it to you.
32:16 Found a couple more things. Starting my
32:18 little uh preh Halloween shopping. Rest
32:20 in peace, Cousin Huitt. We all know you
32:23 didn't do it. And then I also got this
32:25 vintage around the world with Disney
32:27 book. And I never got the 50th
32:28 anniversary back in the CHP days
32:30 portrait of Walt Disney World. So, I got
32:32 that. And this is kind of a rare thing.
32:35 The ponchos now at the parks are clear,
32:38 but back in the day, the ' 80s, early
32:39 '90s, they used to be yellow. So, for
32:41 $13, I'm going to get one of the adult
32:44 size, one sizefits-all. Highly doubt
32:45 this will fit me, but maybe. But it's
32:47 one of the rare yellow ponchos. So,
32:49 rains again, I'll try it out and see if
32:51 it if it really is one size fit all. Got
32:54 a couple couple little items.
33:04 It's been a successful day. Right. Have
33:04 a ride back home. Show the little haul I
33:06 got today
33:08 from an assortment of different places.
33:09 The poncho 50th anniversary book. Got
33:12 quite a few Disney books. This classic
33:14 retro around the world one. Got the orca
33:19 pen. California raisin right there with
33:21 the boom box. Got some little postcards.
33:26 Got the Mi Mickey barf bag, which is I
33:29 think it's just a cookie bag, Quest for
33:31 Peace, Splash Mountain, Disneyland
33:33 pamphlet, Jaws 3,
33:36 Studios guide book, Boardwalking
33:38 Baseball opener.
33:41 This is one of the best. Right here, you
33:43 got the harpoon from Jaws.
33:51 The har Jaws harpoon.
33:51 Very, very cool.
33:58 Sharp tooth right there. That's actually
33:58 really sharp on the end, too. Really
34:01 sharp on the end.
34:03 You got the receipt right there.
34:07 I think that's it. I think that's it.
34:09 The went to the Toycon.
34:12 Went to the Lakeland Antique Mall. Where
34:14 else did we go?
34:17 Was that it? Oh, we went to Fred's
34:19 Market.
34:21 What other place, too? Oh, we went to
34:23 Shark Shark Con.
34:25 >> Shark Con
34:27 Toy Convention, Lakeland Antique Mall,
34:30 and Fred's Market.
34:33 And that's it. That's going to do it for
34:34 today. Thanks for watching. See you in
34:36 the next video.
34:38 The vlog
34:41 is over.
