0:23 California and you can actually see the

0:25 Greater Los Angeles area off on the

0:28 horizon and you can see my van

0:30 parked right over there and there's

0:31 really no one out here on this cool

0:34 crisp Monday

0:36 morning you probably have heard the

0:39 stories or maybe you have actually dived

0:42 into the history of the Manson family

0:46 Charles Manson of course you've seen the

0:49 clips of Charles Manson who has been

0:50 imprisoned for decades well he

0:54 actually lived with the Manson family

0:58 not far from Los Angeles just on the

1:00 outskirts of Los Angeles at a little

1:03 place called the spawn Ranch and out in

1:06 Death Valley at the Barker Ranch

1:09 basically Off the Grid from civilization

1:12 kind of like away from people so they

1:14 could like do their own thing and like

1:16 have their own thoughts well in August

1:19 9th 1969 and August 10th there were two

1:23 separate occasions two murders that went

1:26 on to become infamous and the first one

1:31 was of Sharon Tate and Sharon Tate is

1:34 actually buried in the cemetery and I'm

1:36 actually going to pay my respects and go

1:38 and show you guys where her final

1:41 resting place is and I've actually been

1:43 fascinated for a long time but I have

1:46 rekindled my I don't want to say my

1:50 Fascination or my obsession with it but

1:52 I've definitely rekindled my interest in

1:55 the Manson Murders and the folklore and

1:59 the history and the rumors and the

2:01 truths and the unknown facts and things

2:04 that actually re resolve or revolve

2:07 around that

2:08 entire that entire sad tale and it's

2:12 crazy because on August 9th and August

2:16 10th there was a series of two different

2:18 murders of two separate groups of people

2:21 by the Manson family and of course

2:23 Manson actually was convicted and is

2:26 actually serving he was convicted

2:29 actually to be sentenced to death but

2:31 they changed the laws in California

2:33 where they do not have the death penalty

2:35 anymore so he is actually serving life

2:38 sentences and he's in prison and has not

2:41 been paroled after many parole hearings

2:44 he never or has not been let out so far

2:47 which is probably a good thing so I'm

2:51 going to go over here and show you where

2:53 Sharon Tate is buried but first I want

2:54 to show you this like beautiful little

2:58 little area this Little Rock area right

3:01 here now I've actually been out here

3:04 before because Bella legosi is actually

3:07 buried right down on the hill and you

3:09 can actually watch a former Vlog that I

3:11 have done you can just look up the daily

3:13 woo Bella legosi he's actually buried

3:16 down that way and the last time I was

3:18 out here I did not realize that Sharon

3:20 Tate is actually also buried here not

3:23 very far just maybe a couple like

3:27 segments over a couple sections over

3:30 from where Bella legosi is but first

3:32 before we walk over to Sharon's grave I

3:35 want to show you

3:37 this very beautiful Cemetery

3:46 here I really love this rock

3:46 formation and they have all the candles

3:59 here I was saying I got uh sidetracked a

3:59 minute ago but

4:00 August 9th was the the night that Sharon

4:04 Tate was killed along with a few of her

4:07 friends up on Celio Drive which is not

4:10 far from here and at some point not

4:13 probably tomorrow not the next day but

4:15 at some point in the very near near

4:17 future I will go there and do a vlog at

4:19 the former home that was

4:21 actually actually in after after all of

4:24 that happened Trent resner from 9 in

4:25 Nails actually bought the house and felt

4:29 some weird Vibes in the house they

4:31 eventually bulldozed the house and built

4:33 a new house but the property is still

4:34 there the the driveway is still there at

4:36 some point I will go there and document

4:38 that and also go and I'm hoping to do a

4:41 main Channel video at the spawn Ranch

4:43 and find some of the remnants find some

4:46 of the remnants and show you guys some

4:47 of the stuff that actually happened out

4:49 there and what is left there are still

4:52 little things left from the Manson

4:55 family but that will all be in the very

4:57 near future today today's topic of the

5:00 Vlog is Sharon Tate and her final

5:04 resting place which is actually right

5:07 over there and it's not the original

5:09 gravestone in fact since her death her

5:13 mother has actually been buried beside

5:16 her and her sister have actually been

5:18 buried beside her so they've actually

5:20 replaced the headstone with a newer

5:23 newer headstone so we're going to take a

5:26 look at the Sharon Tate grave which I

5:30 believe is right around here it's

5:34 actually kind of hard to find in fact I

5:36 kind of roamed around for a little bit

5:37 before I found it now that I've lost

5:40 kind of where it was I'm having a hard

5:41 time actually it's right over

5:43 here so the grave is

5:46 right

5:52 here and you can

5:52 see people have left flowers there is a

5:55 photo of Sharon there

6:02 the date is very interesting to me

6:02 because the second of the murders Sharon

6:06 was the first night with her friends and

6:08 the next night was August

6:09 10th which was a totally different set

6:13 of people and the police at first did

6:15 not even realize that the cases were

6:18 involved in the same way it took them a

6:20 while to figure out that the Manson

6:22 family was involved in both cases but

6:25 August 10th is my birthday August 9th

6:28 the day that sh and died was one day

6:32 before when I was born obviously it was

6:35 in 1969 I was born in

6:38 1974 but it's very eerie when it is in

6:41 coalation with your birthday so kind of

6:44 like hits home just a little bit even a

6:46 little bit more because of that fact

6:48 Sharon Tate

6:50 palansky and she was actually the wife

6:52 of Roman

6:55 pansky and at the time people actually

6:57 thought Roman palansky had something to

6:59 do with it of course now we know that is

7:01 not the case there are actually Clips

7:03 online of the funeral he was very

7:06 distraught everyone was totally

7:08 bewildered there was no motive there was

7:11 no reasoning behind it as far as anyone

7:13 could tell and it was one of

7:16 those one of those cases that just was

7:19 so peculiar and so bizarre and goes on

7:21 to live in infamy especially in Los

7:23 Angeles and Hollywood all the

7:25 celebrities thought that that these

7:27 killers were targeting them some

7:29 celebrities left town They Carried guns

7:31 around with them they were terrified

7:33 that celebrities were being targeted and

7:35 stalked and killed no one knew the real

7:38 reason behind it until later when police

7:41 discovered the whole Manson family and

7:44 over time her mother Doris gwindel and

7:47 Tate who died in

7:49 1992 became quite the

7:52 advocate of the case and she actually a

7:58 bunch of different times actually was at

8:00 the parole hearings for the girls the

8:03 Manson girls and Manson himself and had

8:06 to sit face to face with these killers

8:08 and give her sight of the story and

8:10 tried to convince the parole board not

8:13 to let the killers out and none of them

8:15 have actually been let let out but

8:17 gwindel and Tate her mom actually passed

8:19 away in 1992 and was buried next to her

8:23 daughter and then Patricia gay Tate died

8:25 in 2000 and she was actually Sharon's

8:29 sister

8:30 and there's one other little interesting

8:33 fact about this case Sharon Tate

8:39 palansky was actually pregnant with a

8:42 child Paul Richard palansky was their

8:46 baby and he's actually buried here as

8:49 well and he was very very close to being

8:53 born he was 8 and 1/2 months in his

8:56 mother's womb she was just about to give

8:58 birth when she was actually brutally

9:00 murdered and what is

9:02 sad just just saying that really kind of

9:05 bums me out it's very it's a very sad

9:13 tale I've just kind of developed this

9:13 I've developed this not a Fascination

9:16 but I have developed a interest in the

9:20 darker side of Hollywood and Los Angeles

9:23 I moved here to Orange County which is

9:25 probably I don't know 30 45 minutes from

9:27 here an hour depending on traffic I have

9:30 really started to realize that there is

9:32 a lot of scary and dark and twisted and

9:36 maob in the Los Angeles area probably

9:39 because there's so many celebrities and

9:41 so many people and this story is

9:43 definitely one of

9:46 those pretty

9:48 wild pretty

9:51 sad very

9:53 interesting that after all this

9:56 time how popular in the culture this

10:00 case

10:02 is pretty amazing to be standing here at

10:05 Sharon Tate's

10:07 grave do a little moment of quietness

10:10 you can get the Ambiance of this

10:12 facilities you can see the freeway over

10:15 there we'll pay our respects here to

10:17 Sharon

10:19 Tate who was taken from this world for

10:22 basically no reason a crime that did not

10:25 need to be committed

11:13 pretty sad it's amazing how much good

11:13 there is in the world but it's also

11:15 amazing how much evil there is in the

11:18 world and sometimes it's good to

11:20 remember that there is evil out there

11:23 because you kind of have to watch you

11:26 have to kind of have to watch out even

11:27 though sometimes you really can't you

11:29 don't know when something like this is

11:31 actually going to happen you cannot

11:33 expect or plan that you just never know

11:35 you have to cherish every day because

11:36 you never know when things might or will

11:40 come to an end and this is what

11:42 situations and stories like this always

11:46 resonate in my mind thanks for watching
