0:37 nland it's a very different kind of

0:39 dialect out here in this area of

0:42 Louisiana I want to take you down the

0:45 stairs and show you some of the

0:48 wonderful things that exist here in New

0:52 Orleans Louisiana don't really have a

0:54 lot of time to spend today so I'm just

0:56 going to kind of venture around very

0:57 quickly we stayed in a hotel near the

1:00 French quarter and when you think of the

1:03 French Quarter you think of something

1:05 along these lines if I can dig it out a

1:07 quarter that's not an American Quarter

1:10 that's another country I don't know why

1:11 I grabbed that that is a quarter that's

1:13 two quarters that's two US quarters

1:17 unlike a normal French Quarter this guy

1:21 over here was playing his guitar but he

1:23 has now stopped playing his guitar I was

1:25 hoping to get a couple Tunes from that

1:27 gentleman sitting right over there

1:28 trying to make a few dollars on the

1:30 street but he has stopped playing

1:31 because that police officer has told him

1:34 to leave he's now packing up his guitar

1:37 I guess the police officers in New

1:39 Orleans don't like you playing your

1:40 guitar on the street corner which ruins

1:43 my Vlog I was going to start my Vlog

1:46 with that gentleman but that's not going

1:48 to happen now I'm just going to have to

1:49 show you some horses instead some horses

1:52 over there HSE drawn carriages that you

1:55 can take around the city and Bourbon

1:58 Street and the French

2:01 Quarter this is not a hor drawn carriage

2:05 that's a two-ton death machine that's

2:07 scary those are other scary items known

2:10 as horses that are carrying and hauling

2:13 around touristy folk I really need some

2:17 caffeine I'm really not even awake yet I

2:19 probably shouldn't even be shooting this

2:20 Vlog I pretty much crawled out of bed

10:33 across through Texas into California and

10:37 that whole region there but on my way

10:39 out I stopped in Baton Rouge and I went

10:41 to a museum about Marty gr and I

10:42 realized that Marty gr is also in Baton

10:45 Rouge as well as other towns not just

10:48 New Orleans so that's a little tidbit

10:50 fact for you for today that you might

10:53 not have known about but now you know

10:56 about this is so Random we have water

10:59 here on the road soapy water at least

11:03 it's not urine it's actually soapy maybe

11:06 the soap dissipates the smell of urine

11:10 there were certain areas of Bourbon

11:12 Street when I was walking earlier down

11:14 that way that you could smell a little

11:16 bit of stench but someone had relieved

11:19 themselves on the side of the road but

11:22 luckily this soap eat down here has

11:25 eliminated all of that people have their

11:27 artwork hanging right over here lots of

11:30 artists out here displaying their

11:32 talents you can come out here to this

11:34 neck of the woods of New Orleans known

11:36 as the French Quarter you can buy

11:38 people's personalized handmade

11:41 handcarved art right out here they

11:43 really don't want you taking

11:45 photographs they don't want you taking

11:47 photographs of the artwork I'm not

11:50 really too sure why it's not like you're

11:51 going to reprint it I wonder if I should

11:53 just photography one of those artwork

11:56 goodnesses and try to repaint it myself

11:58 un unfortunately the only thing I know

12:00 how to paint is a stick figure and it

12:02 really does not look very well so I'm

12:04 just going to leave the artwork the

12:06 people out here trying to make a couple

12:08 bucks in New Orleans just like this

12:09 gentleman over here he doesn't create

12:11 art with a pen and a paintbrush but with

12:14 a guitar a lot of

12:21 musicians you know what they call that

12:21 when you grab your guitar you go out in

12:22 public you get some gumption and you

12:24 take it upon yourself just to go around

12:26 and play guitar for just a couple

12:28 quarters or a couple

12:30 it's called busing I don't know why it's

12:32 called busking any idea why it's called

12:35 busking I think it's actually fantastic

12:37 it's someone creating something

12:39 themselves going out on the street

12:41 corners getting their gumption up and

12:43 their brain power and their will power

12:45 up hopping out on the street what's down

12:47 here I don't know where I am I honestly

12:53 lost I am lost I am trying to find my

12:57 way back to the hotel confused

12:59 go across the water anyway like I was

13:01 saying I think it's very awesome when

13:03 someone takes it upon themselves grabs a

13:05 guitar goes out in public and they

13:07 basically are just playing the music

13:09 they love and know and have created for

13:13 you so if you see a busker on the street

13:15 right there and you enjoy it throw him a

13:17 buck or two that's going to help him get

13:18 a coffee that's going to help him get a

13:20 drink feed his belly and all that's

13:22 going to do is continue so that he can

13:25 go on for another day of busking and

13:28 creating things and hopefully fulfilling

13:30 his dream everybody has a dream and you

13:33 can help fulfill a busker like that guy

13:36 dream unfortunately I have a112 that I

13:39 just showed you I really need some

13:41 caffeine I should have had more cash on

13:43 me cuz I would have loved to have taken

13:45 one of those trolley rides on the

13:48 horses so that's pretty much it that's

13:50 around the French
