0:06 what you're staring at right here is an
0:06 alligator tail and that is actually an
0:10 alligator in the wild you can barely see
0:13 it his tail is right there and his body
0:16 is protruding out of the water in this
0:19 little retention Pond area a lot of
0:22 times you see gators at theme parks
0:24 places in Florida like Gatorland and
0:26 other zoos have alligators this zoo in
0:29 particular this theme park has been
0:31 closed for over 40 years I'm talking
0:35 about the original Tarzan Johnny Weiss
0:38 Mueller's tropical Wonderland here in
0:41 Titusville Florida and I'm here my
0:43 friend Daniel who is a local resident
0:46 how long have you lived in Titusville
0:47 born and raised here 29 years so this
0:49 place has a special place in your heart
0:51 and the generation above you you said
0:53 your father came out here quite a few
0:55 times as well so you know a lot of the
0:57 history and as we were walking along
1:00 we noticed this guy mowing the yard and
1:03 then he noticed an alligator a real live
1:07 alligator and there's actually a turtle
1:09 over there popping out of the water at
1:11 first I noticed the turtle and then he
1:13 said I think that's a gator tail and
1:15 what's attached to a gator tail a gator
1:18 head a gator itself the rest of the body
1:21 hopefully you can see that zoom in oh my
1:24 gosh let me do this let me pry this back
1:41 that is frightening it's my second
1:41 channel daily blog channel it's the
1:43 daily abandoned kind of abandoned the
1:46 property is owned by several different
1:49 businesses it's the daily woo theme park
1:52 version of an old classic Florida
1:56 attraction that most people outside of
1:58 Titusville probably never knew about and
2:00 a lot of people in Titusville have
2:01 probably forgotten most of them have
2:03 forgotten so give me a little backstory
2:05 of what you know on this property and
2:08 Johnny Weiss Mueller and his association
2:10 with that anything that you know that
2:11 you want to chime in in the blog um 1959
2:14 the park opened here in Titusville um
2:17 and then it was it was under a specific
2:19 operation under whoever opened it as a
2:21 theme park um had all kinds of stuff
2:23 there was a Dodge City like a shootout
2:25 kind of an old west kind of area and
2:27 then they also had a tropical area that
2:29 had animals and
2:30 all kinds of zoo exhibits uh they even
2:32 had a big building that was that's still
2:34 here actually part of the uh the snake
2:35 and reptile exhibit we're going to walk
2:37 over to the front of it the reason we're
2:39 over in this area is we were looking at
2:41 some old maps online if you just Google
2:44 Johnny Whit mu or tropical Wonderland
2:46 one of the first maps that shows up is
2:48 an old rure of the layout of the land of
2:52 the entire property so go on Google look
2:55 at that or download that on your
2:56 computer or on your smartphone and while
2:58 we do the Vlog we'll pin point out
3:00 certain areas of where attractions were
3:03 at least what I kind of know from my
3:05 research online and what you know
3:07 through distant memory as a child or
3:09 stories that people have told you will
3:11 try to vicariously bring you along on
3:14 the property here in Titusville so this
3:17 guy's actually mowing the yard there's a
3:19 mower shop in front of this nightclub
3:23 sports bar right here and this sports
3:25 bar as best as we can tell this sports
3:28 bar nightclub and The Mower Shop on the
3:30 other side are actually original facades
3:34 and original buildings from back in
3:37 1960s or
3:39 1959 when the place opened I'm not sure
3:42 if it was here on opening day but it was
3:44 here when the maps were created so if
3:46 you have that map in front of you if
3:48 you've Googled it and done the research
3:50 you will realize that on the far corner
3:53 of the map are these buildings we
3:56 actually tried to get way up top up
3:58 there on those condominium
4:00 and get you guys an aerial shot however
4:02 it's all locked up and the only way to
4:04 get on the elevator is to have a key if
4:06 you actually live in the condominium and
4:09 we do not live up there so we could not
4:11 actually get up there's actually a dog
4:13 over there barking quite a bit and at
4:16 one time there was actually a house here
4:19 and if you look on that map online you
4:22 will see at the front edge of the
4:24 property is this long building and then
4:27 next to it is a another angled building
4:30 which we'll show momentarily and then
4:32 behind that was a house and then the
4:34 Titusville drive-in movie theater was
4:36 actually on the corner of Highway 50
4:38 which is Colonial Drive is it not
4:41 Colonial Drive Highway 50 and what road
4:44 is this right here that we're see that's
4:46 us one here so US1 that's different than
4:49 A1A right yeah that A1A is beach side
4:51 this one this is the one that runs all
4:53 the way from all the way down by Miami
4:55 all the way up to Maine okay gotcha
4:58 we're not in Maine today however we are
5:00 in Titusville Florida a little town
5:03 which is pretty much known for one thing
5:05 the space Community NASA Kennedy Space
5:08 Center which is actually right past
5:10 there if our peripheral vision could see
5:13 past that building we would see some of
5:15 the structures at Kennedy Space Center
5:17 so look at this this building is an
5:20 original building from the late 1950s
5:23 60s when Johnny Weiss Mueller took over
5:26 this property the original Tarzan from
5:29 TV and the movies was right here and all
5:31 of this acreage was his dream his theme
5:34 park a tropical Wonderland SL Zoo SL
5:38 theme parks they had boat rides they had
5:40 train rides they had monkeys monkeys
5:43 definitely they had among all the other
5:45 animals they had they had a full-fledged
5:47 Zoo pretty much that was more tropical
5:49 themed monkeys birds reptiles snakes um
5:53 they may have even had a couple other
5:54 more exotic animals maybe I've heard
5:56 word that there may have been like a
5:58 lion or a tiger or two and a bear maybe
6:00 a oh my that sounds dramatic and tell me
6:03 a story about these monkeys when the
6:05 place closed in 19 was it 73 I think it
6:08 was might have been 1979 the place9 so
6:11 Magic Kingdom Walt Disney World came in
6:13 in 71 so in that 8ye period This Place
6:17 slowly declined the place closed and did
6:20 they ship all the animals and monkeys
6:21 off to other zoos and other people who
6:23 wanted them actually no they um when
6:26 this place closed they ended up having
6:28 um it was pretty much they just kind of
6:30 left it bare for a while they had the
6:32 animals taken care of for a little bit
6:34 but actually as it started to you know
6:36 decline even more they didn't really
6:38 take care of it too much so some of the
6:39 animals actually escaped when I was a
6:41 kid I heard a lot of stories about there
6:42 being monkeys in the woods surrounding
6:44 this place wild monkey well technically
6:46 they weren't wild well it depends if but
6:48 they became wild again they were
6:50 originally wild they were captured for
6:52 the zoo and then if they were bred maybe
6:55 The Offspring of the unwi if you're unwi
6:58 and you have a child
7:00 it can become wild so technically I'm
7:02 very confused on the wildness one thing
7:05 I'm not confused about that is one of
7:07 the other structures that still exists
7:09 out here was the snake house or the
7:11 snake pit something to do with snakes
7:14 yeah was there Snake and reptile
7:15 facility snake and reptile facility I
7:18 like to call those things a snake pit
7:20 but the actual original building prepare
7:23 yourself
7:25 shun is right there if you look on the
7:28 old Maps do some old research you will
7:30 find this is the actual structure from
7:33 back in the day Johnny Weiss Mueller's
7:36 tropical Wonderland snake snake pit is
7:40 what I'm calling it was right there look
7:43 at that structure it almost looks like a
7:45 slithering SL snake head if you look at
7:48 it just right you got to have a lot of
7:49 imagination but it does look like
7:51 doesn't it look like a snake head trying
7:53 to bite out and draw us bottom two poles
7:56 or
7:57 fangs and check this out if put a fence
8:00 up they put a bunch of palm trees which
8:02 probably grown naturally some Ferns and
8:04 stuff and they've actually converted
8:06 this entire property which back there
8:08 there was actually a ferris wheel
8:10 probably Where the wild west show was
8:13 back in there this whole area has been
8:15 leveled bulldozed and now they're using
8:17 it for a storage area for 18-wheeler
8:20 trucks and Mach heavy machinery I should
8:23 actually get up on there as well climb
8:25 up on top of
8:26 here yeah I think this side here was the
8:28 Dodge City area it was kind of their Old
8:30 West theme they had daily shootouts and
8:33 they had uh different kind of stage
8:34 coach shows where they would come out
8:36 and you could ride in the stage coach
8:37 they would actually jump on and kind of
8:39 take over the stage coach this was more
8:41 their tropical area this is where the
8:42 zoo was more located so the zoo over
8:45 here and then all the other theming the
8:47 sparis wheel back there the wild west
8:49 stuff a train the restaurant if you look
8:52 on the map you'll see Johnny Weiss
8:53 Muer's restaurant that was the original
8:55 building that was on that so picture we
8:57 were standing up on there which we could
8:59 not go from that angle looking down this
9:03 way if you look at that handrawn map of
9:06 the property back when it was open it
9:08 would be from that angle looking down on
9:10 the far right bottom corner of that map
9:13 that you find by Googling Johnny weisser
9:15 tropical Wonderland you would see the
9:17 first building which was the restaurant
9:19 then you would see how much wonderful
9:22 touristy goodness things were all
9:24 through here ending with the snake pit
9:28 area right over there then there was a
9:30 parking lot they actually had a boat
9:32 ride and from what I've heard there's
9:34 actually remnants of the water way that
9:36 the boat I'm a big fan of theme parks
9:39 and boat rides I love train rides dark
9:42 rides and boat rides those are my Holy
9:46 Grail Trilogy if you will of fantastic
9:50 Roadside Attraction things I would have
9:53 loved to come out here when this place
9:54 was actually open unfortunately is it is
9:57 not open and I've heard they really do
9:59 not want people rooting around the
10:01 property because people in that back
10:02 corner are storing things of value and
10:05 they do not want people coming out here
10:07 vandalizing and stealing that stuff in
10:10 that far right corner of the property so
10:15 I think that guy actually might have
10:16 some stuff stored back there but we're
10:19 going to take you up closer to what did
10:23 you call the snake pit I call it the
10:24 snake pit what did you call it again
10:25 well on their map it's just known as
10:26 like their snake Hut the snake Hut not
10:29 job of the Hut no imagine I wonder if
10:32 job of the Hut was some weird form of of
10:34 a deformed snake kind of you could kind
10:37 depending on which version yeah which
10:40 depending on which version of George
10:42 lucas' CGI remastered version he could
10:45 have been considered a slithering snake
10:47 he did have the personality of a yeah
10:49 exactly so here is the parking lot here
10:52 is the snake Hut right
10:56 here man that look at that that is
10:58 awesome
11:12 structure I think these stairs were
11:12 actually added on probably in the 60s it
11:14 wasn't here opening day like this just
11:16 this format was opening day in 1959
11:19 right yeah on that map it just shows it
11:20 with just the archway here no stairs yet
11:23 so the stairs were added later the
11:24 stairs have definitely been here a while
11:31 oh what's going on over there is there a
11:31 guy fighting over there I don't know I
11:34 think we have a discrepancy a little bit
11:35 of road rage if you will right across
11:38 the road those two gentlemen are
11:40 exchanging words whoa some profanities
11:44 look at
11:51 this some excitement for the day yeah
11:51 see they need some goodness in there
11:53 they need some Johnny Weiss Mueller
11:55 snake pit excitement in the form of
11:58 Tourism it's it seems they rectified
12:00 their disagreement and they have moved
12:02 on I thought we were going to have not a
12:04 video about touristy locations in
12:06 Titusville but about road rage in
12:08 Titusville you probably couldn't catch
12:10 that from a distance but we heard it
12:12 pretty clear so check this out here's
12:14 the sign right up there I think
12:16 someone's actually living in here I
12:18 thought maybe it was an office but it
12:19 looks like someone's actually living
12:21 inside of
12:22 here there's the old not a neon sign but
12:25 an old light up sign here's the old wood
12:28 structure there's a wasp nest up there
12:31 bees
12:32 nest
12:34 4710 so if people wanted to look up the
12:36 address
12:38 4710 right here what would they look up
12:42 4710 in what road uh US Highway One
12:44 it'll come up as long as you look up us
12:46 uh 4710 US Highway 1 in Titusville it
12:49 should come right to this location so
12:50 they can zoom in on where we are at this
12:53 exact moment if they wanted to right and
12:55 they could figure out where we are
12:58 follow us along
12:59 I think we're going to try to walk
13:01 around the backside and show you guys a
13:04 little more if you look at some
13:05 satellite views they actually have like
13:06 a paintball tournament thing out here
13:08 they had some like little balloony toys
13:10 for kids and a lot of this area when
13:12 they used to do the launches or when
13:14 they still do the launches I think they
13:15 just sent the Orion up from over there
13:17 right stra acoss they have this area
13:19 here where people rent it out and they
13:21 charge for parking cuz everyone wants to
13:23 see the rocket go up so they make a
13:24 gazillion dollars in one day by charging
13:26 five or $10 to park your cars all
13:29 through this property and people that
13:31 are sitting here watching the NASA
13:33 program across this body of water have
13:35 no earthly clue that they're sitting on
13:38 fantastic Florida history right through
13:42 these
13:52 Gates so it looks like the property line
13:52 for the storage area ends here you can
13:54 see this fenced off area but this is
13:57 actually where the water area The Boat
13:59 Ride part would have gone through the
14:01 woods the back tail end if you will of
14:04 the boat ride so we might actually
14:06 stumble on some water and you know what
14:08 happens in Florida with water as we
14:10 showed at the beginning of the Vlog
14:13 Gators I have you ever come across a
14:15 gator in the wild I don't think I've
14:17 ever been in the wild deep enough to
14:18 come across a gator we might run into a
14:19 gator I do not want to have my leg
14:23 feston with teeth into my shin I don't
14:27 know what's going to happen in that situ
14:29 so if you see a gator they say to run
14:32 zigzagged so who is that a
14:34 gator no I think that's a pile of dirt
14:37 oh it's a pile of it looks like a gator
14:38 head though it does it looks like the
14:39 one from the
14:45 water yeah that's just a pile of dirt
14:45 almost looks like a big ant ant mound
14:48 that might be that's an ant
14:55 bed oh yeah look at
14:55 that Stir It Up a little bit more Stir
14:57 It Up a little bit more
15:03 oh you can even see
15:03 inside if you come over here you can see
15:05 inside jump back so your shadows out of
15:06 the
15:19 way that's what we deal with here in
15:19 Florida ants we have snakes we have
15:23 Gators and we have massive red ant
15:26 beds all right let's go deeper into the
15:30 jungle Johnny see this is why you needed
15:33 a Tarzan to come out here and actually
15:36 survey this land because a normal person
15:39 like me is terrified of the swamps
15:42 Tarzan never was afraid of the swamp so
15:45 maybe that's why he decided to come into
15:47 this area and actually take over this
15:50 property look at
15:51 this I see some sort of a
15:54 moat yeah a lot of the trails that are
15:57 here are from the original they should
15:59 be from the original layout of the park
16:00 they never really changed much on this
16:02 back end here yeah why would they
16:03 because no one's really coming out this
16:05 way so if we find a trail or a body of
16:07 water it probably is an original area
16:10 from the Park yeah there's never been
16:12 anything developed past the past the
16:14 snake Hut there it's all been natural
16:16 land back here the snake pit the snake
16:18 pit the snake pits back
16:20 there that does look like a
16:47 B look at these ants as they go up this
16:47 stick this is what we're dealing with
16:49 fire ants here in Florida look at this
17:07 I do not like fire ants I do not like
17:07 walking through knee high brush when you
17:09 do not know what kind of slithering
17:11 creature of the wild is below you so the
17:15 boat area would have been through here
17:17 it looks like the moats and The Ravines
17:19 are dried up if you look at
17:22 this it looks like maybe this could have
17:24 been a ravine at some sort or what's
17:27 over here
17:38 too see all over in that area there were
17:38 a lot of buildings and restaurants think
17:40 there was like a petting zoo some gift
17:41 shops and arcade but over in this area
17:44 was basically the tar
17:47 xanes Ravines and rivers oh my gosh look
17:51 here we go we got it that's the moat
17:53 right there we found the boat ride
17:57 Waterway yes
18:07 I think we've actually found
18:07 it oh yes look at
18:18 this there you go that is definitely
18:18 where the boat ride came through You' be
18:22 on a boat looking at all the sights and
18:25 sounds on either side of you straight
18:27 down this Waterway
18:29 that is awesome this is this is the
18:32 original path too because it starts on
18:34 the other side of the snake the snake
18:36 pit area there see you're call it the
18:38 snake pit I've converted you to the
18:40 snake pit but yeah it starts on that end
18:43 down there and it comes all the way
18:44 around this other side of the property
18:45 here so I wouldn't doubt if we followed
18:47 this around if we wanted to it would go
18:48 all the way around so this was probably
18:50 added later cuz before the boats would
18:52 actually go in a full circle so this
18:54 little walkway where they could drive
18:55 the cars over it was probably added
18:58 after fact so they could actually get
19:00 vehicles across here I think it was
19:02 actually a full circular boat ride that
19:05 went all the way around like you were
19:06 saying went this way circled all the way
19:10 around that is awesome I had no idea we
19:13 were actually going to find this the
19:15 Waterway area so that's actually really
19:17 awesome you could tell there was a
19:19 building here that's either burned down
19:21 or been torn down like I was saying way
19:23 over there that's all fenced off that's
19:25 where they do not want you going because
19:28 people have private property over there
19:30 uh trucks and their storage areas but no
19:33 idea that all this stuff here was still
19:35 out here especially that water area
19:38 which makes me pretty excited I get
19:39 excited about really small insignificant
19:42 things to most but history is a big part
19:44 of my life especially theme park history
19:46 so this is very cool and very exciting
19:49 have you ever actually been wandering
19:50 around out here recently not recently I
19:52 came out here as a kid kind of wasn't
19:54 able to come all the way out because
19:56 obviously it's been owned by any kind of
19:58 private owner for a long time now but um
20:00 I've been out here as a kid but there
20:02 was a a paintball place there so it was
20:04 kind of hard to stay focused when you
20:05 hear all day long yeah very true you
20:07 don't know if they're shooting at you or
20:09 they're shooting at the ghost of Johnny
20:11 Weiss
20:16 Mueller according to the map there
20:16 should be what was left of the Alligator
20:19 Pit somewhere on this section the
20:20 Alligator Pit yeah it's even Lo it's
20:22 labeled on the map so I figured it
20:24 should be somewhere back here cuz it's
20:26 almost directly back from the actual
20:28 snake Hut snake pit lotss of pits we're
20:32 in the pits of the pits of Despair from
20:35 Princess Bride this is awesome was going
20:38 to do a full main Channel video of this
20:40 place but let's be honest look at it
20:42 there really is not a lot left there's
20:44 not a lot of video footage from back in
20:46 those days not a lot of photos there are
20:49 a few photos but pretty much one or two
20:51 that hopefully you have actually
20:53 downloaded or you're looking at as we
20:55 wander the property if you see anything
20:57 in the background that maybe we missed
20:59 or if you say Hey you actually walked
21:00 right over this area leave some comments
21:03 down below I love when people chime in
21:05 live vicariously I love showing things
21:07 teaching things and I love when you guys
21:10 leave comments as well and share things
21:12 with me that I didn't know that I can
21:14 learn later on as the video is done got
21:17 more of the boat ride y
21:19 here they must have filled it in on the
21:21 other end to not to be able to drive
21:23 over it but it looks like they've
21:25 they've left a lot more of it here this
21:27 should be the other half of it
21:32 so the full circle has been actually
21:32 closed
21:33 up yeah cuz it would only continue that
21:35 far cuz with the property line being
21:37 right there this should be the other
21:39 what would be the other half of
21:41 it too bad we don't have a canoe we
21:43 could actually take the boat ride
21:44 ourselves imagine dragging a canoe back
21:46 in here I wonder if the boat ride was a
21:49 canoe or if it was actually like a a
21:51 theme more probably more of a themed or
21:54 maybe it was a canoe we're talking 1959
21:56 1960 it could have been have been very
21:59 Primal when it came to tourism and
22:02 theming if you will so maybe it was a
22:04 canoe but just think of all the tourist
22:07 back in the day right here in this water
22:17 area an exhibit here there looks like
22:17 what could have been concrete along the
22:19 side oh yeah look at
22:20 that you're right good eye on that one
22:24 yeah if you look at this awesome tree
22:25 look at this tree this is something out
22:27 of a movie out of almost Tarzan if you
22:29 will look at the Majesty of this tree in
22:32 these roots straight ahead and as he was
22:35 pointing out where the roots end and the
22:37 boat ride starts you can see some sort
22:39 of a concrete or some sort of a shell
22:42 that comes out maybe that was the dock
22:44 maybe this is where they loaded the boat
22:47 ride who
22:48 knows a lot of this is speculation a lot
22:51 of this is our
22:53 imagination you really do not know but
22:55 that is an awesome that is an awesome
22:57 tree
22:59 that might be my favorite thing out here
23:00 is that treez that's pretty
23:05 fantastic I can imagine how much bigger
23:05 it would have been if it didn't break
23:07 here too and probably at one time it was
23:08 probably the center point of the park
23:11 which is probably why they built that
23:12 little dock there or whatever that was
23:14 that came out from the roots
23:22 wow all of these are all original paths
23:22 they've just continued to keep using
23:23 them just keep using the same path this
23:24 is where people walked in the 1960s
23:27 1970s as part of this park so it almost
23:30 makes me feel a little nostalgic little
23:33 I'm only years old so before I was born
23:36 here's some more waterways here there's
23:39 waterways all over this might just be
23:40 like a regular
23:42 like I don't know maybe some kind of
23:44 either a sewage area or no that might
23:46 have been part of it as well it's hard
23:49 to
23:50 tell I think this might be it's quite
23:58 mystery' be nice if we could can find
23:58 some of the train tracks They had a
24:00 train ride that went all the way around
24:01 this property here but years ago my
24:04 father came out here and he said a lot
24:05 of it was already defunk they had
24:06 already pulled a lot of the track up and
24:08 all the train cars that were here have
24:10 pretty much disapp probably scrapped it
24:11 sold it for scrap metal who knows
24:13 there's a lot of vandalism that happens
24:15 out here too this became a party spot
24:16 for a lot of people in like the early
24:17 80s so it was probably a lot of it has
24:20 been taken I wouldn't doubt stolen as
24:23 love MOS of their past little homages to
24:27 their youth
24:30 you can hear the trucks starting up over
24:37 there drop in the middle of this place
24:37 that is weird you want to donate some
24:39 clothes that's the place to do
24:47 it there's the continuation of the boat
24:47 path
24:52 there this is pretty awesome I've
24:52 actually been out here quite a few times
24:53 wandering around and always stopped at
24:55 the gate and thought actually I'm not
24:56 going to go in but today we got the
24:59 gumption me and you together as a team
25:02 decided we're finally going to walk in
25:04 there and see what we can find and we've
25:07 done it we've actually done our duty and
25:09 walked around here seen what there is to
25:12 be seen which is not much where for
25:14 people who are a fan of old theme parks
25:16 or Florida history this means a lot to
25:19 me hopefully to you I know it means a
25:20 lot to you oh yeah so watch this back
25:23 download that picture the information I
25:26 gave you just Google it you can find
25:28 some really cool old articles other
25:30 people have done blogs out here on the
25:33 property as well more informative than
25:36 my rambling incoherent unedited Vlog I'm
25:40 glad you were here to actually chime in
25:42 with some of the info and
25:44 cough right there in the
25:46 Vlog thing about unedited Vlogs is
25:49 sometimes you have to wipe the spit off
25:51 your mouth you have to cough you have to
25:53 sneeze or you have to belch like you no
25:56 belching yet who what is this
26:05 whoa look Birds oh look up there it's an
26:05 osprey with a
26:15 fish that was an osprey with a fish and
26:15 I know I got the sun in that people do
26:17 leave comments saying stop filming the
26:19 sun you're a professional I am not a
26:21 professional and the way these Vlogs
26:23 they always work I'm showing all kind of
26:24 stuff so sorry if in the Vlogs the glare
26:28 sometimes is bothersome I do not mean to
26:30 get the sun in there but I'm all over
26:32 the place I get excited sometimes I'm
26:34 not focusing on holding the camera
26:35 straight I'm more excited about what I'm
26:37 laying my eyes on like this metal cone
26:44 full of grass out of the top that looks
26:47 like it might be an inh
26:58 now looks like a dunce cap it does I
26:58 wouldn't put that on though cuz it
26:59 probably has so many ants in it there's
27:02 so many red ants which is actually kind
27:05 of unusual because summer is
27:08 over and usually the red ants go away oh
27:11 my
27:12 gosh there's termites there
27:16 too
27:24 wow so many red ants here's more of the
27:24 Waterway there was a massive Waterway
27:28 boat ride area going all through this
27:30 property this is awesome this this Vlog
27:35 is very long we're 28 minutes in is
27:37 anyone still watching this at 28 minutes
27:40 in so far if you are I want to know
27:42 leave a comment if you're still
27:45 interested in continuing the Vlog look
27:48 at this old tree that's
27:50 falling can imagine the exhibits that
27:53 were along the river ride there with
27:55 having a boat ride I can imagine it was
27:56 a lot like Gator land or something like
27:58 that with each little area had its own
28:01 exhibit maybe one had Gators another one
28:03 was kind of in the I'm sure they were
28:05 all kind of little vestibules and
28:06 buildings all along here for
28:12 sure there's only a few pictures online
28:12 I really wish the thing about technology
28:14 of course is as the generations get
28:17 older there's more documentation of
28:18 things so we're talking 1959 to 1973 or
28:22 79 whenever it closed there wasn't a lot
28:24 of photos and videos obviously no videos
28:27 taken then so if you can find anything
28:29 that you might think I might enjoy about
28:32 Johnny Weiss Mueller's tropical
28:34 Wonderland here in Titusville be sure to
28:36 post on my Facebook page slthe daily woo
28:39 I would love to see that leave some
28:41 comments down below or get a hold of me
28:43 on Twitter or Instagram just look up
28:45 Adam the woo and you can
28:48 actually get a hold of me on there that
28:50 is some green slime that's pretty slimy
28:54 in there I think over in here was the
28:56 arcade they had the the arcade plus the
28:59 other shows as well they this where they
29:00 did the stage coach rides and the show
29:02 itself they actually had a shootout and
29:04 they advertised on the street I don't
29:06 know how socially acceptable it is
29:08 nowadays but it said that there were
29:09 actual shootouts and real hangings so I
29:12 could imagine that was a an odd draw to
29:15 this place gosh we got to get out of
29:17 here before that comes back around
29:18 that's one of they say that Trends come
29:20 around every few decades that's a trend
29:23 I don't want happening I don't think I'd
29:25 want to see that I Val that's one of the
29:26 things that just needs to stay in the
29:28 past I don't need that happening to us
29:31 out here of course technically we're not
29:33 really supposed to be out here so they
29:35 might have the right to hang us from one
29:38 of these trees and if I had to choose
29:40 not that I'm hoping that happens but I
29:42 would choose that epic tree back over
29:44 there yes and not that I really want to
29:47 end this on a negative negative note oh
29:49 you know I think over here that used to
29:51 actually be a foundation that someone
29:55 found of where
29:58 either a building was or the arcade was
30:00 at one time used to be right over in
30:01 here of course now it's probably all
30:02 grown
30:08 over yeah it looks like it's all grown
30:08 over now used to be right in this
30:19 area there had to have been at least 20
30:19 30 buildings in this area all each one
30:21 had its own little exhibit or show in it
30:24 and this place actually looked a lot
30:25 like a neighborhood at one point because
30:27 of how full it was they had what looked
30:29 like city city or small town streets um
30:32 I mean they had traffic going through it
30:34 with their own Vehicles there was a
30:35 train ride that ran through here um
30:37 actually around this whole perimeter of
30:39 this area which doesn't exist at all
30:42 anymore yeah train tracks are gone
30:43 trains are gone the old foundation of
30:45 the arcade is gone so all you have to go
30:48 off of are old pictures that you dig up
30:50 online the Vlog that we just presented
30:52 to you thanks to Daniel for helping me
30:55 out with this Vlog a lot of helpful
30:57 information that I didn't know or I
30:59 would not have remembered I do a
31:01 different Vlog every day of wonderful
31:02 wacky places sometimes they're abandoned
31:04 sometimes they're old roadside
31:05 attractions sometimes they're movie
31:07 locations sometimes sometimes they just
31:08 me rambling about nothing and sometimes
31:11 they're about an
31:13 apple a decayed
31:17 Apple where's
31:24 Scott you know what they say an apple a
31:24 day keeps the Tarzan away
31:28 that has ants on it so many ants out
31:31 here all right say goodbye we'll see you
31:34 guys tomorrow I'll see you tomorrow but
31:35 only you if you subscribed I cannot talk
31:37 I'm winded I'm tired you were drinking a
31:39 beverage the whole time I left mine in
31:41 my van so now I'm going to go quench my
31:44 thirst and end this Vlog oh you know we
31:47 should get one last shot of the snake
31:49 pit the snake pit
