0:30 what am I going to do this afternoon

0:32 I don't know well I do I have a couple

0:34 things but I'm just gonna see where the

0:36 late afternoon and evening progresses I

0:39 gotta be honest I'm a little tired I

0:40 think jet lag has finally set in and two

0:44 of the last three days I have hit the

0:46 gym I've hit the treadmill I've been

0:48 walking a lot

0:50 two three days ago I did a gem session

0:52 worked out just a little bit

0:53 lightweights treadmill skipped yesterday

0:55 I guess I was at Epcot at Magic Kingdom

0:57 walk with 22 000 steps and then today

1:00 earlier

1:02 did a little cardio at the gym as well

1:04 because I knew I was gonna cheat a

1:06 little bit this afternoon and have some

1:09 St Patty's delicious treats

1:22 but I stated I was predisposed earlier

1:30 usually I'll wait for the minute hand

1:30 the bicycle to move and then I'll get

1:43 five o'clock I had to look at you it's

1:55 I need to go get a donut and some coffee

2:00 Patty's donut time there's also a clock

2:03 right up here on Market Street

2:05 which definitely you can tell that says

2:11 in celebration for St Patty's but it was

2:13 kind of kind of walk the street see what

2:17 I'm gonna head over to Highway 192 also

2:19 and then probably end up at Disney

2:20 Springs it is kind of rare to see a

2:23 patrol vehicle over here that is like

2:25 something you hardly ever see

2:27 here in town here at the end of Market

2:29 Street it's a little secure one patrol

2:36 I don't think I've ever seen this

2:41 I'm not sure if this would be classified

2:41 as a Green Building or maybe like an

2:44 aqua blue I remember when I was younger

2:54 you should go around pinching strangers

2:55 because that I don't know if I go over

2:56 well oh they are celebrating over here

3:08 I'm a non-drinker though

3:10 have a drink this is like 2005 even when

3:13 I did drink I didn't drink a whole lot

3:14 it wasn't really a big Beer Guy

3:17 Starbucks has the green going on too and

3:19 because of this day and all the green

3:21 I'm starting to notice things that are

3:23 that color that I don't normally notice

3:26 would be like here like this this look

3:28 at this this is this is green I don't

3:31 mean it's something I just wouldn't

3:32 normally notice but today I have to

3:33 solved the lookout for green even though

3:35 I don't have a major game plan

3:38 if I did have one it would be to keep it

3:40 mellow this evening I mean there is a

3:43 possibility coffee and a sweet delicious

3:48 in the form of a sugary donut might pet

3:50 me up just a little bit so evidently

3:53 for today for a Krispy Kreme if you go

3:56 in here wearing green you get a free

3:58 green glazed donut a regular glazed

4:01 donut that has been

4:03 dreamed

4:05 so I'm gonna see if that's true

4:13 I do love Krispy Kreme just the regular

4:13 glaze is good I'm gonna definitely get a

4:15 coffee as well and whenever I get like a

4:17 sweet delicious donut treat from Krispy

4:19 Kreme I usually will not get any cream

4:21 or sugar in my coffee because the donut

4:24 itself acts as the cream and the sugar

4:27 so it kind of just go with a straight

4:30 black coffee regular coffee and then

4:31 whatever whenever I go to Krispy Kreme

4:33 any donut place I don't eat a lot of

4:34 donuts but when I do I just I don't put

4:36 anything in my coffee it doesn't doesn't

4:37 really make a lot of sense to me and the

4:39 green glaze wasn't fact-free

4:43 I did purchase one other one though so I

4:45 got my coffee and I got my two Donuts

4:48 one of them did not cost anything

4:49 because I am wearing a green shirt all

4:52 right so I got the caffeine

4:55 evidently Krispy Kreme started in 1937.

4:58 I have done some uh reviews from here

5:01 necessarily food reviews but donut

5:03 reviews from here in the past and doing

5:06 one again here at the Kissimmee on

5:08 Highway 192. Krispy Kreme so this is

5:13 what we're dealing with this might not

5:14 be the only food item that I get

5:16 throughout the course of the day but I

5:19 got two as of now delicious treats I

5:21 think this one

5:23 390 calories so the treadmill time that

5:26 I did a little earlier is pretty much

5:27 gonna like work this off

5:29 but this one here probably treadmill did

5:31 not is not gonna go after that one so

5:34 two different Donuts you can kind of put

5:36 the ring put the ring on it I think it's

5:38 a song and I got my coffee so it is time

5:42 I'll get to get the shirt in there

5:44 it is time for Saint Patty's Patty's Day

5:47 coffee oh my bot the box is like wedged

5:52 that's pretty good

6:06 cabbage green cabbage like I said I'm a

6:08 non-drinker so getting green beer

6:10 doesn't make a whole heck of a lot of

6:24 you don't want to make this donut angry

6:26 you wouldn't like this donut when it

6:37 can't tell much of a taste difference

6:37 between a regular glaze a little bit of

6:47 that's why I got the coffee straight up

7:19 seems like any occasion they just want

7:21 you to feed your belly with lots and

7:23 lots of sugar

7:24 I wish there were more options that were

7:26 a little healthier

7:28 for holidays and stuff but there's

7:30 really not a whole heck of a lot

7:32 I think just us as a society myself

7:34 included we just like to eat garbage

7:36 when we're celebrating something after

7:38 that I feel like I need a Savory treat

8:56 going to have an Irish pork bangers

8:58 poutine and then also City Works Eatery

9:00 and four house is also going to have

9:02 some Saint Patty's Irish type of stuff

9:04 as well so I can try either one of those

9:06 place and also deluxe burger has a

9:08 really huge hamburger for today as well

9:11 but I don't know I don't know if I want

9:13 a huge hamburger but maybe I'll get some

9:14 poutine or I can just keep kind of

9:15 wandering around until something catches

9:17 my eye and it seems like I just need

9:19 something non-sweet I probably shouldn't

9:20 have got the second donut probably
