1:02 the Sky Lift and it's

1:04 $16.50 for one ride or for $20 you can

1:08 ride the entire day from dawn until dusk

1:12 actually 11:00 p.m. so I'm going to see

2:20 the really cool thing about time lapse

2:22 is in real time when you're watching it

2:24 it doesn't appear like anything is

2:25 happening but when you watch it back you

2:28 see the clouds start to move Mo at a

2:30 really cool pace and you see the Shadows

2:33 on the mountainous Hills starting to

2:36 really like move quickly and you can see

2:38 the patterns developing when it's sped

2:41 up and you normally don't see that in

2:43 real time I just think that's so awesome

2:45 as hot as it is out here it feels really

2:48 great when you're out of the Sun and

2:49 you're in the shade and look there's

2:51 that River again we're going over a

2:54 thoroughfare right now down below us our

2:56 cars there's a picture of the Sky Lift

3:00 54 look at that thing 1954 and current

3:05 day we made it to the bottom I've spent

3:07 a lot of time the last few days

3:08 wandering this stretch of road here the

3:10 strip in Gatlinburg and in some weird

3:13 way it kind of reminds me of Main Street

3:16 USA at Walt Disney World or at

3:18 Disneyland in a weird way not exactly

3:21 but it kind of gives me a similar type

3:26 vibe and just so you know I'm serious on

3:28 how many bears are out here here this

3:30 dumpster has a bear

3:33 latch make sure you secure it don't want

3:37 any bears getting in there and I even

3:38 heard a rumor a little buzz with some of

3:40 the locals that in time the city and the

3:43 lawmakers might close down traffic down

3:46 this road and make it walking only

3:49 rerouting the traffic around the

3:51 perimeter streets and that really would

3:53 make it more like Main Street USA cuz

3:55 there' be no cars allowed just people

3:57 right across from the aquarium is this

3:59 parking lot and in the parking lot is a

4:01 series of large trees but keep an eye

4:04 out for the largest tree this tree that

4:07 you see straight ahead was a subject of

4:11 basically a protest something called a

4:15 Sittin many years ago the city

4:17 considered tearing this Monumental tree

4:19 down and the town folk were so upset

4:22 with this decision they climbed the tree

4:26 and sat in the limbs until the

4:29 construction and the bulldozer Vehicles

4:33 away I am really having a serious

4:36 conundrum of interests a quandry in my

4:40 mind when it comes to these they don't

4:44 make these anymore and these are my last

4:46 pair I have no more backups and I've

4:48 been wearing these for a very long

4:51 time and they're just not fitting
