1:30 the shopping center as a whole the

1:32 entire property is not completely

1:34 abandoned in fact that CVS down there is

1:37 still open but I'm going to guess give

1:42 to guess that that originally was not a

1:44 CVS pharmacy CVS probably took over that

1:48 after it was empty and run down and

1:51 needed occupying and they probably got

1:53 it for a heck of a deal because as you

1:55 can tell that particular storefront is

1:58 not a normal

2:00 CVS type of storefront nor is the

2:03 Goodwill this fashion AB is still open

2:06 there is a Goodwill right behind these

2:07 trees right up there you can see that

2:10 sign which the top part of the sign is

2:13 empty as well but there are three key

2:15 components that are keeping this place

2:18 alive as well as a Dollar Tree over here

2:20 some sort of restaurant and a Metro PCS

2:24 cell phone

2:26 establishment but my question is today

2:29 my conundrum that I would like to

2:32 partake out of my brain and place it

2:34 into your brain and you can leave some

2:36 comments about this if you so feel the

2:39 desire why do places like this that

2:42 obviously were built by someone someone

2:45 had a dream a vision in their mind that

2:48 this was going to be a thriving

2:51 establishment and now this entire area

2:53 of the parking lot this very expensive

2:57 piece of property and that massive

2:58 awning which which is no joke that is a

3:01 humongous awning sit completely empty

3:04 and I can kind of see where it actually

3:06 says food for less and I am guessing

3:09 here in California there probably at

3:11 some point or maybe currently still are

3:14 there are food for lesses still in

3:17 existence I have not seen any driving

3:19 around I am still getting familiarized

3:22 with Southern California and their

3:23 grocery stores I noticed Ralphs is very

3:26 popular and there are a series of other

3:27 ones that I do not recognize because me

3:30 being from Florida and the East Coast

3:32 they have a whole different plethora and

3:34 array of different grocery stores so

3:36 here's a question is Food For Less still

3:39 open in other areas of California

3:42 Southern California or other areas of

3:44 the country or was this just a one-time

3:47 thing that failed and now this sits

3:49 empty along with this building sitting

3:52 empty and as long as this electronic

3:55 Place sits empty then we will have three

3:58 empty business say and an empty parking

4:01 lot that you could use for a number of

4:03 things

4:05 including kite flying I was going to say

4:08 flight King but I don't know why I would

4:10 say that kite flying which brings me

4:13 back to my youth in my teenage years

4:16 actually my early 20s which was a long

4:18 time ago because I am now 40 years old

4:20 so I guess my early 20s would be 18 19

4:24 ago my former roommate at the time that

4:27 I live with in CMI St Cloud area around

4:31 that time of my life we would sometimes

4:33 go to empty parking lots like this cuz

4:36 even in St Cloud Florida there are empty

4:38 parking lots like this or at least were

4:40 in the early

4:42 mid90s back in my early 20s we would

4:45 actually purchase a kite which you could

4:48 probably get from that Dollar Tree right

4:51 there get yourself a dollar kite we

4:52 would fly a kite around and we would

4:54 actually develop quite not a fan base

4:58 but we would develop quite a following

5:00 of people that were coming out of the

5:02 other retail establishments and they

5:04 would see us in big patches of area like

5:07 this flying a kite so there are ways to

5:11 utilize parking lots that are empty and

5:14 as you can see by these tracks on the

5:17 ground here someone has been utilizing

5:19 the parking lot for doing figure eights

5:22 and circles and Spins and driving very

5:26 recklessly in this parking lot so I'm

5:28 going to recommend if you find abandoned

5:30 parking lot like this one moderately

5:32 abandoned parking lot like this one and

5:34 you see the stretch of area right here I

5:36 am going to recommend to fly a kite

5:39 because is it is way safer than doing

5:42 figure8 by a 2ton vehicle spinning

5:46 around aimlessly and who knows what

5:50 influence the people that were doing

5:52 this were under this does not look safe

5:55 at all I could be incorrect they could

5:57 have hired a Stunt Driver who was

5:59 actually professionally licensed to do

6:02 figure eights in an abandoned parking

6:05 lot I should show you what is actually

8:51 like this are all over the country not

8:54 just here in Southern California but all

8:56 over the country all over the world even

8:58 in your deck of the woods you probably

9:00 have areas like this that you drive by

9:02 every day and you see parking lots that

9:04 have all this section completely empty

9:10 relatively

9:11 abandoned in comparison to the rest of

9:15 the sections of said property so that's

9:19 the discussion we are going to have

9:36 property owner's fault or is it it just

11:38 property has come out here and fixed it
