I'm here to say 13 days or two weeks,

myself, to give me a key date in mind to

that. And I've just realized it gives me

more stress. It stresses me out more

than it needs to be. And I have seen

progress. ups and downs. Usually around

this time of the year is when I drop a

little bit of weight. For a few years, I

used to do the Thin by Dragon Con, which

I would do leading up to the convention

would do pretty well. I would drop some

pounds before that. And then last year

before my 50th birthday, I did Fit by

get as fit as I wanted to be, but I did

slim in comparison to what I had been

and what I am now. Now, I am kind of on

the cusp. I've hit a plateau. I haven't

really been going for the gusto trying

to lose. I do some intermittent fasting.

I do light workouts in my home gym. When

I say light, I mean very light. I am not

a weightlifter, but I do get some cardio

in from time to time. But I'm done

will still travel international, but

there will be times where I will never

leave the US for probably months at a

so far away and there's so much to cover
