The Hollywood Show 2025
Transcript

Welcome everyone. Adam the Woo here as
0:02
the recording of this TGIF. It is
0:04
Friday, September 5th, 2025. Don't have
0:07
a major game plan today. I'm going to
0:09
start off by popping over into Universal
0:11
Studios Hollywood. Try to find a record
0:14
that I forgot to get last night, a new
0:16
slash album for one of the haunted
0:19
houses that are over at HHN. I purchased
0:22
one last year, but evidently there's a
0:24
new one this year. So, I'm going to see
0:26
if they have that. Grab that, get a
0:28
coffee, maybe walk around CityWalk, and
0:31
then head over into Burbank. There is a
0:34
small convention happening over the
0:36
weekend called the Hollywood Show near
0:38
the Burbank airport. Just discovered
0:41
that that was happening a couple days
0:42
ago. So, since I am here in town and
0:44
today, no real agenda. Going to pop over
0:47
there, see what's happening, and then
0:49
before and after that, just see where
0:51
the day leads. Again, no major game
0:53
plan. don't have anything on the agenda.
0:56
So, let's see where it leads. Join me,
1:00
shall you? I'm definitely looking
1:01
forward to a nice piping hot caffeinated
1:04
beverage. Got back to my hotel room room
1:07
last night about 1:45 a.m. By the time I
1:10
winded down and went to sleep, it was
1:13
probably around 3. Then I got up early
1:17
with the, you know, editing and
1:19
uploading of videos.
1:23
Didn't get a whole lot of sleep last
1:24
night, but nothing a little caffeine
1:27
and a wonderful day cannot fix. It's a
1:30
beautiful day out here. Not a cloud in
1:32
the sky once again. A little warm, but
1:35
it's beautiful. It's going to be a
1:37
wonderful, wonderful day. I'm excited to
1:40
see what happens. Big difference in the
1:41
amount of cars pulling in here at 12:50
1:44
p.m. 10 minutes till 1 p.m. So, a little
1:47
bit afternoon than it was last night
1:49
when people were heading into HHN. a lot
1:51
more mellow pulling into the parking
1:53
area here at Universal Studios
1:54
Hollywood. And as I've gotten older,
1:56
I've kind of discovered I can be very
1:58
content and happy and feel really good
2:02
in the mornings, even though this is a
2:04
late morning cuz I stayed up late.
2:06
Getting a late start today, I should
2:08
say. If I just have a nice bed to
2:10
slumber in, a really good shower, and a
2:13
cup of Joe. Those three things, it's
2:16
really, really the main focal point.
2:19
It's the holy trinity to just content
2:22
contentment in the mornings. Sometimes
2:24
one of those does not have to happen. If
2:26
I get all three of those, everything
2:29
else is just is just gravy. Good good
2:33
gravy. What's the saying? Everything
2:34
else goes along smoothly as if you're
2:37
flowing on gravy. Not making any sense.
2:40
You know what I mean? All right, heading
2:42
in. I'm just going to head to the gift
2:43
shop. No rides or attractions. Just
2:45
going to the gift shop. It is really,
2:47
really warm today. That big mister's out
2:49
here on the side of the tree, which is
2:51
kind of nice. I don't know what the
2:52
temperature is. It's probably high 80s,
2:55
low 90s right now. It's warm. Currently
2:57
85°. Going to get up to 86. It feels
3:00
warmer than this, but yeah, 85°. There's
3:03
a cloud in the sky though, so it does
3:04
probably feels a little warmer than it
3:06
is. Got my coffee and they put Friday
3:09
because it's Friday. There's a song
3:11
about that, right? Going to get down on
3:12
Friday. Also ended up getting my record,
3:14
my slash record. I'm going to put my
3:15
record back in the room. So, it turns
3:17
out the record is $65,
3:20
the volume two of Slash doing the music
3:23
for HHN here at Hollywood. And he
3:26
evidently signed some copies. So, for
3:29
$75, you could pay for a signed copy.
3:31
Only signed a few hundred and there was
3:34
some left. So, I got one. It was only
3:36
limit one of the signed per person. So,
3:40
I was only able to get one. But not only
3:42
do I have a collectible from this year,
3:44
vinyl, which I got one last year, volume
3:46
one. Now, this is volume two, but this
3:48
year I had slash sign it.
3:52
Nice. And this is what it looks like as
3:54
I peek out the window here at the hotel.
3:57
The music of Universe Studios Hollywood
4:00
Halloween Horror Nights volume two
4:03
slash. There's his signature right
4:06
there.
4:07
And then on the back
4:10
you got the bride of Frankenstein lives
4:12
universal monsters
4:15
eternal bloodline. Curious to see what
4:18
the difference is between this one and
4:19
the one I got last year cuz the one I
4:22
got last year was volume one. This one
4:24
of course volume two. Pop this open in
4:28
the middle here. You can kind of see
4:32
little uh
4:38
couple paragraphs there written by John
4:38
Murdy.
4:41
Pretty cool. Pretty dang cool.
4:47
Nice.
4:48
While they last. Can't guarantee
4:49
there'll be any left, but they were
4:50
there when I got there.
4:52
Pretty sweet. $75. All right, starting
4:55
the day. Go heading over to Burbank now.
4:57
Yeah, it's also splattered vinyl. That's
4:59
side B. And then flip it over. Well, if
5:01
it come if it doesn't. Here we go.
5:03
There's side B. Just want to stick
5:05
there. And then there is side A.
5:08
Beautiful. Look at that. That's nice.
5:11
Grabbing a quick Uber.
5:17
Heading over to the Hollywood show in
5:17
Burbank. Haven't been over to the hotel
5:19
that that's happening in in a long time.
5:21
Over near there, there used to be a
5:22
Fries. Fries is an electronic store that
5:25
had really cool theming. I think they
5:27
might have torn it down. So once I get
5:28
over to that area, I might walk over and
5:30
see if that fries with the spaceship is
5:32
still there. But I think last I heard
5:34
they tore it out. But I'll see what's
5:36
left.
6:00
I made it over here to the Marriott,
6:00
which the Marriott is right next to the
6:01
convention center over by the airport.
6:04
And I have bad news besides the fact
6:07
that you're not allowed to climb on
6:08
these hills cuz the sign says right
6:10
here, no climbing on these little hills
6:12
or this burm right here. But also, the
6:14
Fries has been torn down. It's gone. The
6:16
spaceship, the Fry spaceship at Burbank
6:19
was nothing but a an empty lot when the
6:22
Uber drove by it. It's like maybe a half
6:25
mile mile back the other direction, but
6:26
there's nothing left there, which is
6:28
kind of a bummer. And here's a photo of
6:30
what the exterior used to look like at
6:31
the Fries, the Burbank Fries.
6:35
I think the most recent thing it was
6:37
ever seen in was the Jordan Peele Jordan
6:39
Peele's last film Nope,
6:42
which was kind of a space a spacey type
6:45
of UFO movie. And they ended up using a
6:49
van from Fries and they used the
6:50
exterior of it. I went in this Fries a
6:52
couple times back when it was open, but
6:54
last few years it just kind of sat empty
6:56
and they finally just tore it down.
6:57
Nothing here, but just a a dirt lot now.
7:01
All that's gone. I wonder what they did
7:02
with that though. Goodness, I have not
7:04
been to the Marriott Convention Center
7:07
in many years. Many, many years.
7:11
I believe Monster Palooa used to take
7:14
place over here before Monster Palooa
7:16
moved over to the Pasadena Convention
7:19
Center. It outgrew the spot.
7:22
And the Hollywood show, which is
7:23
happening here today. I've been to a few
7:26
of those many, many years ago, and they
7:27
would be over at a smaller venue by LAX.
7:31
But evidently now the Hollywood show is
7:34
has been here the last few years.
7:53
You know, now that I'm in here, I think
7:53
I did go to a non horror convention in
7:57
here once. I think I did go to a
7:58
Hollywood show back in like 2018 or 19
8:01
and I met Elsa who played the clock
8:04
tower lady in Back to the Future in
8:05
here. So evidently I did go to one
8:08
Hollywood show in here. It's all coming
8:09
back to me but looking at some of the
8:11
vendors here with the pen boards cereal
8:13
to eat for
8:13
>> these are not cereal. This is Wacky
8:15
Packs. They were classic stick. I mean,
8:18
they they packaged them like cereal
8:20
boxes as a parody, but Wacky Packs was a
8:23
They were trading cards, but they were
8:25
stickers of various parodies of
8:27
products.
8:29
You know, I can't believe
8:30
>> I don't remember these in the '8s.
8:32
>> Uh late '7s, early ' 80s.
8:34
>> Do you remember them?
8:36
>> I don't I mean, I was a kid at
8:39
>> Clearly. She I don't even remember.
8:42
>> I
8:42
>> Oh, I say Cookie Crisp, not Cookie
8:45
Crisp. Tap and crud.
8:46
>> Found those brand new hangers back.
8:48
>> Oh, what? Wonder what year these came
8:50
Oh, they're made by Topps. So, they're
8:51
made by
8:51
>> This is brand This is new. Obviously, an
8:53
updated version of the classic.
8:55
>> 2010.
8:56
>> I have a 2010.
8:58
>> Yeah, it says right there.
8:58
>> I didn't even know that these came out
9:00
back then.
9:02
>> That's crazy. So, I have a a sheet at
9:05
home, like a giant sheet like this big
9:08
of uncut sheet of this original stickers
9:10
from like the ' 70s.
9:11
>> Yeah.
9:12
>> So, wow. Now I Now that I know this is
9:15
this is freaking No, I just have it.
9:17
>> That's a collectible.
9:18
>> But this is this is like almost 17 years
9:20
old. This is already vintage.
9:25
>> 17 years old.
9:25
>> Would it be? Well, almost 17.
9:27
>> Well, next year 15 15.
9:28
>> You should get this since you're living
9:29
in the future.
9:30
>> There you go.
9:31
>> I think there's some of the cast from
9:32
Back to the Future here, right?
9:34
>> Well, that's debatable. I mean, they're
9:36
uh
9:36
>> part two people. No, part one. Part one
9:39
and one person from part two, but
9:41
they're literally people that are kind
9:43
of extras.
9:44
>> You'll I'll show you their tables.
9:45
You'll see the picture.
9:47
>> All right. So, I just heard the author
9:49
of this book, Michael Clasterin, is
9:51
writing a 40th anniversary book. This is
9:54
the 35th that I got 5 years ago. Here's
9:57
the man himself. You want to talk about
9:58
the 40th book you got coming out?
10:01
>> Well, it's for the 40th anniversary of
10:03
Back to the Future. And um it it as I
10:07
did in the last revision, it now covers
10:10
from 2020 to 2025.
10:13
>> All right.
10:13
>> And what's happening happened in the
10:15
Back to the Future world. Um so there's
10:18
more about the musical. There's new
10:20
stuff coming out all the time. Back to
10:22
the Future is constantly evolving. It
10:26
seems like it's more popular now than it
10:28
was even back in 15 when we thought it
10:30
was going to kind of fizzle out a little
10:32
bit, but it's gotten even more popular.
10:34
>> Back to the Future has it has gotten
10:38
much more popular over the years. It is
10:41
a generational thing. It's it's jumping
10:43
from generation to generation where
10:46
people who saw it in 1985 as kids grew
10:49
up. They had kids, brought them, those
10:52
kids loved it, and on and on and on. Um,
10:55
that new future is going to outlive all
10:57
of us.
10:58
>> I think you're right. It's become a
10:59
culture cultural icon.
11:01
>> It it is and I am I'm very proud to be a
11:04
part of it.
11:05
>> Now, I noticed you have the musical book
11:07
as well. Did you work on the musical at
11:10
all or just wrote a book about it?
11:12
>> I just wrote a book about it.
11:13
>> Okay.
11:14
>> When I did the revision for the other
11:17
book, they asked me to do a few pages
11:19
about the musical.
11:20
>> Okay. And when I started interviewing
11:23
people and delving into it, I knew that
11:27
it deserved its own book. And happily,
11:30
Bob Gail, uh, who I've known for many,
11:34
many, many years,
11:35
>> agreed with me. And, uh, and and there
11:38
it is. So, that's
11:40
>> Well, you'll be happy to know I've seen
11:42
the musical. I finally saw it in London.
11:45
>> You saw it at the Deline,
11:46
>> right? It was it was really good. Really
11:48
enjoyed it. And if I wasn't traveling
11:51
and uh don't have a lot of room, I would
11:53
probably buy the hardback. But is this
11:55
be something that I or others could get
11:57
online as well somewhere? Maybe through
11:58
your social media or something or
12:00
>> um I can be reached on social media and
12:02
then Yeah, I can work something out for
12:04
you.
12:04
>> Okay. What's the What's your social
12:05
media if you like to promote it?
12:07
>> It's
12:09
M Claster. That's my name, my last name.
12:12
>> So just the first letter M and then
12:14
Clin. I'll show it right here so people
12:16
can get a an idea. So, don't spell out
12:19
Michael, just M. And then that's how you
12:21
spell the last name.
12:22
>> Exactly.
12:23
>> On social any social media or just uh
12:25
Instagram?
12:26
>> Uh in Instagram. You can go on on
12:28
Facebook and look for Michael Clum.
12:31
>> He's there, too.
12:33
>> We'll look it up. So, you were all you
12:35
were in part three. This is you.
12:36
>> Uh that's me
12:37
>> right there.
12:38
>> I I line.
12:41
>> Say good morning, Mr. Eastwood.
12:44
>> That's awesome. That's awesome. That's
12:47
my oneman show.
12:49
>> This is
12:49
>> No.
12:50
>> Oh,
12:50
>> good morning, Mr. Reason.
12:52
>> That's your oneman show.
12:53
>> Your claim to fame.
12:55
>> Right there. That's awesome. You sell
12:56
frisbes and you have a skateboard here.
13:00
>> I have several skateboards, but this is
13:02
the one I have with me today.
13:04
>> Well, thank you for talking to me. I
13:05
appreciate it.
13:05
>> My pleasure. I I'm a fan of yours, too.
13:08
>> Well, thank you. I can't wait for the
13:09
40th anniversary book.
13:11
>> Me, too.
13:11
>> Thanks, Michael.
13:12
>> Thanks, Adam.
13:13
>> All right. It is a a YouTuber cavalcade
13:16
in here. So, you got Action Jack
13:19
Adventures.
13:19
>> Yes, sir.
13:20
>> And then give your channel a shout out
13:21
as well.
13:22
>> He's great.
13:23
>> I've seen his Back to Future 3 filming
13:25
location. It was awesome.
13:26
>> Oh, he's fantastic.
13:27
>> He was just rooting around out there in
13:29
the weeds.
13:30
>> Oh, he's awesome.
13:31
>> Yeah. And he does the best invitations
13:33
of anybody.
13:34
>> And you do.
13:35
>> And I do not ever get bit by snakes.
13:38
Everybody says, "Are you afraid of
13:39
snakes?" And I say,
13:40
>> "You have pants. At least you have pants
13:41
on." See, I wear shorts and Crocs. That
13:44
doesn't work.
13:44
>> That's true.
13:45
>> What imitations do you do?
13:48
>> Well, I do Ronald Reagan very well.
13:51
>> That's pretty good.
13:52
>> Yes, he does FDR. Few people do FDR.
13:55
>> That's a deep cut in this day and age.
13:58
>> Can you do an FDR?
14:00
>> You're putting him on the spot right
14:01
now, Jack. [laughter]
14:04
It's not going to work.
14:04
>> We'll stick with Reagan.
14:06
>> Reagan's a millionaire.
14:07
>> That's good. All right.
14:09
>> Well, we love you. Nice to meet you
14:11
both.
14:11
>> Thank you for the inspiration.
14:13
>> No problem.
14:13
>> I know you're an introvert and I
14:14
appreciate you being an extrovert.
14:16
>> I'm working on it. I'm working on
14:18
>> I'm working on being an introvert.
14:20
>> We can teach each other. I'll learn your
14:22
way as you learn mine.
14:23
>> Very Irish. So I need to learn all the
14:26
time.
14:26
>> Shut up, Jack. Shut up.
14:28
>> That's cute.
14:30
>> Shall you?
14:31
>> Woo. That was good.
14:32
>> Very good.
14:33
>> You were doing me right then.
14:34
>> I want my picture with Adam, too.
14:36
>> You met who?
14:37
>> Elvis Presley. This was in when he was
14:40
at the landmark. No, not landmark. What
14:43
was it back there?
14:43
>> International honey.
14:44
>> International.
14:46
>> Yeah, it's a very
14:47
>> How many times has he told you the
14:48
story?
14:50
>> Pass County.
14:50
>> Do you want to tell the story?
14:52
>> Okay. All right. Tell his story.
14:53
>> All right. Tell the story.
14:55
>> Tell the story.
14:56
>> What happened? This is I love him and I
14:58
love Priscilla, but my parents got in a
15:01
big blowout fight
15:04
at the thing. So, it kind of ruined the
15:06
memory for me a little bit. Oh, really?
15:09
>> Cuz I was so happy.
15:11
>> But they got in a big fight and I end up
15:13
leaving and they're kind of sad.
15:16
>> But now I make it happy cuz I edit it.
15:18
>> Priscilla here last time.
15:20
>> I don't know if I've ever met anyone
15:21
that met the king.
15:23
>> I have a friend that's coming tomorrow.
15:25
She's met him. Okay.
15:27
>> She has his scarfs. Her name is Nina.
15:30
>> She's going to be here tomorrow. She's
15:31
got everything else. Real stuff. She was
15:33
a big fan of me cuz I was the very first
15:36
professional Elvis imitator. I did it
15:39
back in 1971 when I was in high school.
15:41
>> I thought you were the one who did the
15:42
best imitations.
15:43
>> I just did Elvis.
15:45
>> I just did Elvis and then I was I toured
15:48
all the high schools two times in LA and
15:51
then I was at the Long Beach Arena where
15:53
Elvis performed
15:54
>> and he performed three months after me
15:57
>> and then I had my own fan clip.
15:59
>> And then my pastor asked me not to do
16:01
this. You didn't think it was good for
16:02
me.
16:03
>> Rock and roll was evil.
16:04
>> Yes. And so I gave it up and I'm glad I
16:06
did.
16:08
>> But I got to meet her.
16:09
>> Got me instead.
16:10
>> And I did everything.
16:10
>> I'm a I'm a better trader.
16:12
>> So life is fantastic.
16:13
>> Exactly. Everything worked out.
16:15
>> You were born in 1976.
16:18
>> I was born in 74.
16:20
>> Oh.
16:20
>> And you know where I was born?
16:22
>> Where?
16:22
>> In a manger.
16:23
>> Tupelo, Mississippi.
16:25
>> Really? Oh my god.
16:26
>> Elvis
16:28
Elvis connection there.
16:30
>> Yes. We've been all over.
16:31
>> Well, I was going to tell you we got
16:33
married in 76 and I thought you were all
16:35
born the same year we got married.
16:37
>> And what's your name?
16:38
>> I'm Bergie.
16:39
>> Nice to meet you.
16:40
>> Likewise. Nice to meet you, Bergie.
16:42
>> This is just a whole It's just an
16:43
arsenal of of new friends here.
16:45
>> This is Cadillac Frank.
16:48
>> Cadillac Frank.
16:49
>> Pleasure to meet you.
16:50
>> Nice to meet you, buddy.
16:51
>> Did you ever meet Elvis?
16:53
>> Elvis? No. No.
16:54
>> I mean Vegas a few times, but that's not
16:56
the one you're asking about, actually.
16:58
>> Yeah. Yeah. He met Elvis Costello.
17:00
>> Yeah,
17:01
>> you met Elvis Costello.
17:02
>> Abbott and Costello.
17:04
>> You met Abbott and Costello.
17:05
>> I totally set you up for a routine
17:07
>> That's a good one, though.
17:09
>> I'm not asking you who's on
17:12
your
17:13
>> Nice to meet you, man.
17:14
>> Likewise.
17:15
>> How many times did you see Elvis Presley
17:17
in concert?
17:17
>> 50.
17:18
>> 50 times. What is your name?
17:20
>> Nina.
17:21
>> Nina. My name is Adam.
17:22
>> Hi, Adam.
17:23
>> I was born in Tupelo. I just was talking
17:25
to you off camera.
17:26
Where did you see Elvis all the
17:28
different times? A variety of places,
17:29
>> you know. Mostly it was Las Vegas,
17:32
>> but I did see him in Long Beach three
17:36
times,
17:38
>> twice in one day cuz he he did two shows
17:41
in one day. And then I saw him in Tahoe
17:44
like four times and Anaheim Convention
17:47
Center.
17:48
>> Yes. and twice, three times I think at
17:53
um
17:55
what was called the forum in Los
17:57
Angeles, Englewood area. Yeah.
17:59
>> And you said you always sat in the front
18:01
row.
18:01
>> Well, in Vegas.
18:02
>> In Vegas.
18:04
>> Where did you see him in Vegas?
18:06
>> Well, the only place
18:07
>> where he had his his spot.
18:08
>> The only place you could was at the
18:10
Hilton and before that it was called the
18:12
International.
18:13
>> The International.
18:14
>> I've been in there recently. Of course,
18:16
that I never got to see him live. It's
18:18
Westgate now.
18:19
>> And obviously in the movie, the the new
18:21
movie, they they show a lot of the
18:22
international there. So that's kind of
18:24
how
18:24
>> they show a replica that they built in
18:28
Australia.
18:29
>> Really?
18:30
>> Nothing was filmed there?
18:32
>> I had the wool pulled over my eyes.
18:34
>> Oh, it wasn't filmed. No, not at all. Is
18:36
that crazy?
18:37
>> That is crazy.
18:38
>> And Gracland, too. That was not the real
18:40
place.
18:41
>> No kidding. Yeah. Do you have
18:43
>> I have a lot of the props from that
18:46
movie that I bought
18:47
>> from the Baz movie?
18:49
>> No kidding.
18:49
>> A lot.
18:50
>> All right. A lot of them.
18:51
>> Do you have a favorite Elvis tune?
18:54
>> If you had to choose one.
18:55
>> Depends on my mood.
18:57
>> You know, I love Promised Land. Um,
19:01
I like some of the obscure um, Strangers
19:06
in the Crowd,
19:08
but the real hot one for me is um, Power
19:11
of My Love. Holy Christmas. That's
19:14
>> okay.
19:15
>> Kind of hot.
19:17
>> All right. I like the American Trilogy
19:20
from the Live in Hawaii.
19:22
>> Well, I saw him do that. But here's
19:24
here's a here's a fun trivia kind of a
19:27
thing. People would sometimes yell out
19:30
what they wanted him to sing and he's
19:32
like I no because he had a list most of
19:35
the time and somebody yelled out
19:38
American triology and he's like no that
19:42
would be trilogy. Yeah, it was pretty
19:44
fun.
19:49
>> Well, thank you for talking to me and
19:49
nice to meet you.
19:50
>> It was a pleasure.
19:51
>> I've met two people today that have seen
19:52
Elvis. So that's Yeah,
19:54
>> it's kind of a big deal. I don't know if
19:56
I've ever You might be the first person.
19:57
The the other person I met too, he he
19:59
actually met him. Did you ever meet him
20:00
in person? Just from afar. Admired from
20:03
afar.
20:03
>> Well, I got to kiss him. I got scarves.
20:05
I would jump on stage. I was ridiculous.
20:08
>> You got to kiss the king of rock and
20:09
roll.
20:10
>> Oh, a 100 pounds ago. Yes, I did.
20:13
>> Isn't that amazing?
20:14
>> That's amazing.
20:15
>> Have you ever met someone that kissed
20:16
the king? my uh my mother's
20:20
>> uh cousin actually saw him I think in
20:22
Utah or Reno and kissed him and got him
20:26
a scarf or something.
20:27
>> Yeah, me too.
20:29
>> She has seven scarves.
20:30
>> I had I I've sold three two at auction
20:33
and one price.
20:34
>> That is amazing.
20:35
>> How do you authenticate them? Are they
20:36
like stamps?
20:37
>> They don't have to be. Um
20:39
>> did he have like a monograph junkie or
20:41
something?
20:41
>> Oh, no. No, no, no.
20:44
>> There's so much to it. I never unfolded
20:47
them. I never washed them. I never did
20:50
any of that. So who know? Oh yeah.
20:54
People who know
20:56
know. You can tell by the fabric. You
20:58
can tell by the stitching. Um
21:02
the biggest experts,
21:05
trust me, they know that it's the real
21:07
deal. But
21:08
>> that's so cool. There are some that
21:10
people will say if it has the silk
21:13
screen um signature, you know, the fake
21:16
signature on it that those were only
21:18
sold, he never threw them. That is not
21:20
true. It was both. Um I have one square
21:24
one that I bought the same thing that I
21:26
bought in Vegas. I think they were 10
21:29
bucks or something just to have. And
21:31
then he did he did give me one one night
21:36
that did have them. they would run out
21:38
and so they would take the ones from
21:41
>> And you can see some pictures with him
21:43
wearing a scarf with the signature, the
21:46
silk screen signature on it. So, anybody
21:49
that says that there's a signature, it
21:51
isn't real. They're full of crap.
21:53
>> How's that?
21:54
>> I like them. Well, thank thank you for
21:56
talking to me
21:57
>> and nice to meet you.
21:58
>> Pleasure. Absolutely.
22:00
>> Just random arcade cars. Arcade cards
22:06
and vintage postcards.
22:17
Oh, there's Ronald Reagan right there.
22:17
He signed it. 450 bucks.
22:28
>> Yeah, this is definitely very random,
22:28
these postcards.
22:31
Pretty neat, though. So, if you're
22:32
looking for someone in specific,
22:45
this is like the deep cut convention.
22:45
Most of the celebrities here are like
22:46
really deep cut people that wouldn't do
22:48
other cons too much. And then this is
22:50
the kind of stuff you would not see at a
22:51
normal convention. This type of thing,
22:53
it's kind of neat. And if you're looking
22:55
for autographs, this is the one to do it
22:56
at because it's really chill.
23:05
Oh, look at this. Murphy Brown. Who if
23:05
they have any threes company?
23:23
>> Was seeing maybe if he had any threes
23:23
company stuff.
23:24
>> Threes company?
23:26
>> No threes. Okay. Pretty neat, though.
23:29
Yeah.
23:29
>> Yeah. You have a really cool booth with
23:32
all the very very different.
23:36
>> We're redoing the way we do everything.
23:37
The next time you see these will all be
23:39
printed out. So be
23:43
>> tall guy. Look at this old guy.
23:45
>> Yeah. This is great though.
23:48
>> This is a lifetime of collecting this
23:49
stuff.
23:55
>> The the tattoo cards we bought from the
23:55
estate.
23:57
That's everything they had left.
24:01
So, we've got more next time we will
24:04
have better organiz
24:22
show. West Wing. Look at this old
24:22
Paramount jacket.
24:25
thing I like about this type of
24:26
convention. It's not what you would have
24:27
at a normal con, it's just uh
24:31
kind of very interesting stuff. You
24:33
wouldn't really see these at any other
24:36
convention. A lot of old Hollywood. Look
24:38
at this. Nashville Network.
24:41
>> Why are you telling me
24:44
that Biddler autograph
24:50
from Dallas?
24:50
>> I'm a little jealous. So, I did not I do
24:52
not have my Back to the Future poster on
24:54
me, but Sean, who's a local, has his
24:58
>> and you're going to get two uh two
25:00
people I do not have. So,
25:02
>> yay. How you doing?
25:04
>> How you doing, man?
25:05
>> What's your name?
25:06
>> Sean.
25:07
>> I'm Kristen.
25:12
>> Wow.
25:12
>> The real deal.
25:15
>> Oh my god. You got to be kidding me.
25:17
>> Got everybody on.
25:19
>> Oh my god. needs the mechas on there.
25:25
>> Do you want me to personalize it?
25:26
>> You can. Everybody else already has.
25:28
>> And where would you like it?
25:30
>> Where would you like it?
25:36
>> I'm not going to chill it, but I'm sure
25:36
I'll see some dunk around here.
25:44
>> You going to chill out?
25:44
>> I'm not going to either of them.
25:48
>> I set them on these. Yeah.
25:49
>> Oh, okay.
25:57
>> Hello, sir. Sean, nice to meet you.
25:57
>> Sean, nice to meet you. Sean, where you
25:58
from?
25:59
>> Orange County.
26:00
>> Where are we doing?
26:01
>> Uh, wherever you like, uh, up and then
26:04
bystander number two or Jordan.
26:09
>> Whatever you Whatever you think's
26:10
coolest.
26:15
>> You want me to put you, Sean?
26:15
>> Sure. Fa as everybody else is. And So
26:19
that's him right there.
26:22
>> Right here.
26:24
>> Thank you so much.
26:26
>> I have that book. I never I never
26:27
noticed that in the photo. That's pretty
26:28
cool.
26:29
>> Thanks so much.
26:32
>> I would have got two more, but there
26:33
were no shows.
26:34
>> Who got I got Billy Zayn.
26:36
>> Yeah, I got Billy.
26:37
>> I got him. I got uh Claudia Wells, Jason
26:40
Herby,
26:41
>> Milton Baines. Milton Baines,
26:43
Christopher Lloyd, uh Tom Wilson,
26:46
>> Baldi Wilson.
26:48
>> Uh Katherine Britain who played Peabody
26:50
Daughter.
26:51
>> Do not have her.
26:52
>> Um Leah Tom. Okay, I said her. Uh
26:54
Scooter kid one. Johnny Green.
26:55
>> I don't have Scooter Kid.
26:57
>> Uh Marvin Barry.
27:00
>> Got him.
27:01
>> A lot man.
27:02
>> And then uh Betty Ren.
27:04
>> Didn't get the clock tower lady.
27:06
>> Yeah, she was here. We both met her here
27:08
like how long was that?
27:10
>> I think it was 2019 or 18. Yeah,
27:12
>> the ultimate Masters of the Universe
27:14
poster right here.
27:15
>> Canon.
27:16
>> I just got Charlie,
27:19
>> man. That's cool.
27:20
>> William Stout. He was a production
27:22
designer, too.
27:22
>> Oh, you had to put tape on yours, too.
27:24
>> Yeah. And the back cuz I have it
27:27
specially made because it started
27:28
coming. This is an original 87. And the
27:31
way they're made is 27 by 41. So, I had
27:34
to have a special thing made.
27:36
>> That is awesome. And
27:37
>> I don't like taking it out. When I heard
27:38
uh Barry Livingston was going to be
27:40
here, I was like, "Yeah, I gotta take."
27:43
>> He was the guy in the music shop.
27:47
>> that's awesome. Thanks for showing me
27:48
that, man. That's cool.
27:50
>> Bigger cameras, but I'll do an iPhone
27:52
today. Very popular. Very popular. Get a
27:54
shot of her. That's Christine.
27:56
>> Did he do it though? I don't I don't
27:58
talk to stuff, but I I probably
28:01
he's guilty. I believe my opinion is I
28:03
think he's
28:05
>> really
28:06
>> Have you ever been to Celebration
28:07
Florida?
28:08
>> I just talked about that. I live there
28:11
show.
28:11
>> I see you every year at the car. I see
28:13
you every year. I love it, Adam. Yes.
28:16
>> I've been on the K train for a long
28:18
>> The K train.
28:18
>> The train. Hop on the K train.
28:20
>> Hop on the K train. You know, one of my
28:22
favorite bits you've ever done on
28:23
Instagram is you went to MCO Orlando
28:26
International and you yelled at the
28:28
person behind the Nathan's Hot Dog
28:29
Counter, Nathan. Nathan.
28:31
>> It was one of the funniest things.
28:32
>> I do that, but I also do Jersey Mike.
28:35
Mike,
28:36
I do it all. My airport stories, they're
28:38
called on Instagram, KO Kalin. My
28:41
airport stories are hilarious.
28:44
>> Every I fly out of there all the time. I
28:45
always pass that Nathan's. And I Anybody
28:47
I'm with, I tell that story and I give
28:49
you credit.
28:49
>> I like your airport, by the way. Very
28:50
clean.
28:51
>> It's one of the best.
28:53
>> My name's Adam.
28:54
>> Adam and Kelly together again.
28:55
>> I I see you every Are you going to be
28:57
there this year or next year?
28:59
>> Yeah, I'll be there. I just did Jim
29:00
Kelly's event cuz Jim Kelly's a big part
29:02
of it. So, I flew in from Niagara Falls
29:05
to come here because Jim throws his golf
29:07
tournament at charity and Jim goes to
29:09
the exotic car show also. Chris McDonald
29:13
shooter. He was there too.
29:14
>> He's going to be very popular there this
29:16
year with the the new movie that came.
29:17
>> We already did it. We already did it.
29:18
>> Well, next year I mean.
29:20
>> Yeah. But we uh the movie came out after
29:22
July. So he was already there in August.
29:24
>> So we did the the event in Christmas
29:26
break. Golf together. Love.
29:28
>> Who's the better golfer?
29:30
>> Uh Chris really good. I'm pretty good,
29:32
too. I hope my own. We're different
29:34
groups, but uh it's it's scrambled.
29:36
Easy. Chris Brink. Chris Borman was
29:39
there, too. We're a little better than
29:40
Chris B, but we love Back back. Back.
29:44
It's in the woods. Chris, get a shot of
29:46
the lovely ladies here. Uh, this is of
29:49
course runs Burbank the whole city. And
29:52
this is Christine. Hello.
29:54
>> Hello.
29:55
>> This is Stacy.
29:56
>> Stacy runs this. Uh, you might want to
29:58
get a shot of Stacy. You might recognize
29:59
her from the L'Oreal commercial. Go to
30:02
>> the L'Oreal commercial.
30:11
>> I'm just learning. I'm learning so much
30:11
today. Ko. So fun facts with fun facts
30:14
with Ko. Should be a whole new series.
30:17
>> Brian's here, too.
30:20
>> Hi, everybody. How you doing? I know
30:22
what you're saying. Yes, it is right
30:24
here.
30:28
>> It's really him.
30:28
>> One night only. One night only. It's Jed
30:30
Mills. I got his card right here.
30:32
>> Jed right here. Jed Mills.
30:36
Baseball right there.
30:37
>> This is the ultimate hype man right
30:39
>> I like this guy. Automatically he's
30:42
going to sell stuff. We actually met in
30:44
a cave bar.
30:46
>> Hey,
30:50
>> where did you meet, sir?
30:50
>> We met in the cave bar.
30:53
>> Get a shot of her talking to her
30:54
boyfriend.
30:55
>> You're on camera right now. NBC News. We
30:57
have permission to put you on camera.
30:59
>> Yeah, that's what's your name?
31:01
>> You look great. Talking to her
31:03
boyfriend. Welcome. It's Kalin. NBC
31:05
News. We're at the Burbank Show in
31:06
Marriott along with Jails from Casino
31:09

31:11
>> Jackie. Jackie talking to
31:13
>> James.
31:14
>> James, they've been going out for
31:16
>> six months.
31:17
>> Six months and he's not here because
31:19
>> he's dead.
31:20
>> He's working.
31:22
>> A big hand. Thanks for being here. We're
31:23
going to be here.
31:24
>> I'm just fascinated by this friendship.
31:26
>> By the way, you didn't hear where I told
31:28
him where we met.
31:31
>> Yeah, you heard that. I heard I try not
31:33
to hear it. [laughter]
31:35
>> Nice to meet you. I'm Adam.
31:37
>> I'm Jay. Nice to meet you.
31:38
>> Nice to meet you, buddy. New York.
31:39
>> Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York.
31:41
>> That's right. And uh never had a tattoo
31:44
in my whole life. I didn't have a lot of
31:46
tattoos.
31:46
>> Yeah. But I decided I wanted to get one.
31:48
So I got one
31:50
>> recently.
31:51
>> That's at two week two months ago.
31:53
>> I like that.
31:54
>> And I got that in Chicago. You're in
31:56
Chicago. You got to do something, right?
31:58
There's a lot to do in Chicago. But I'm
32:00
in the movie Casino. Uh you guys should
32:02
see casino. I killed Joe Peshy in that
32:05
movie with the baseball bat. Okay. And
32:07
Joe Peshy was a little [\h__\h] He says,
32:10
"Uh, this guy going to hurt me? I got a
32:12
fact that I couldn't hurt a fly if I if
32:14
I stepped a fly and stepped on couldn't
32:17
hurt." The Scott uh Scott guy says, "No,
32:21
Jen Mills, don't worry about him.
32:23
Professional. I I work in many movies
32:25
and stuff. I'm in a lot of movies." But
32:27
Casino is a fun movie. Killing Joe Pes.
32:31
Yeah. Here's what happened. He asked the
32:33
guy that the guy said, "I'm fine." And
32:35
there was another guy holding something
32:37
down off camera. So, uh, we we were
32:40
shot. And at the end of it, neither one
32:43
of Joe, neither Joe nor this guy could
32:46
get up. They couldn't get up on. And so,
32:48
what this guy did was he's put his hand
32:50
on Joe's shoulder and pushed himself up
32:53
and and uh,
32:55
>> what are you doing? You don't break the
32:57
Joey. Uh,
32:59
>> dislocated. I'm dislocated.
33:01
>> Dislocated. Joeck. Pulled out a socket.
33:04
Yeah. And I that's the moment I realized
33:07
there is a God.
33:10
>> See you. Well, I did uh Seinfeld.
33:12
>> Seinfeld.
33:13
>> Yeah. I was I was a nonfat yogurt shop
33:16
owner on Seinfeld. I did the Incredible
33:20
Hulk. I did two of them. I did uh the
33:22
first one I did was um a wonderful
33:26
experience. I mean, uh, Bill Briby,
33:29
>> when I saw got on there and we we saw
33:32
him, you know, first night and I talked
33:34
like this. I was a little weasly little
33:36
guy. And what I did was I did everything
33:38
with a bad guy. Whatever they wanted me
33:40
to do, I did. I was even shorter than if
33:42
you could believe it. Right. So, and
33:44
that was great. Um, then I he called me
33:47
in at home uh the next it was a a break
33:52
and he called me at home and said, "I'd
33:54
like you to do the next one we're
33:55
doing." and I'm uh directing. Bill Bixby
33:58
said that. Uh so I'd like you to do the
34:00
guest lead. So I did the guest lead.
34:02
When I get there to do this new one, he
34:05
says, "By the way, the um uh the uh
34:09
producers
34:12
putting you up for an Emmy for your
34:15
produc for your work on the last one."
34:17
Okay.
34:17
>> I think a lot of wast
34:20
that was wonderful. I just got my first
34:24
uh guest staring le just on my I my I
34:27
moved up in my my power. So I said
34:31
that's fantastic. And I kept calling my
34:33
agent and saying okay you're looking it
34:35
up where you picking it cuz the agent
34:37
has to take over and make it happen. So
34:39
finally I went to the agent. I said what
34:41
happened? He said well no what? They
34:42
haven't called us back yet. Still
34:44
haven't called us back yet. So, I went
34:46
to the uh actor's uh
34:49
office to all the actors on uh in LA and
34:52
they said, "Oh, yesterday was the
34:54
deadline."
34:56
>> That agent screwed me from being up for
35:00
>> for an Emmy.
35:01
>> For an Emmy. Yeah.
35:02
>> Hey, have you ever wanted to kill
35:04
somebody?
35:05
>> I never personally have.
35:06
>> You want to?
35:08
>> That would have been justifiably that
35:10
would have been a reason to maybe think
35:11
about having that thought.
35:12
>> Yes. Well, I was uh in the in the uh in
35:15
the uh green room with the killer who uh
35:19
I was on the dating game,
35:21
>> as you may have mentioned if you see or
35:23
seen that. Yeah. With a with a killer by
35:26
the name of Rodney Alcala.
35:27
>> It's on the photo over here. It's
35:28
>> right there. Yeah. Want to go see it?
35:33
>> He's on here.
35:34
>> No. Well, that's this is a lot of the
35:36
things I've done. Um uh let me just show
35:39
you this first.
35:40
>> This is me with the the dating game.
35:43
This is the murderer. He already killed
35:45
>> Oh, I've seen this clip on YouTube
35:47
before.
35:47
>> Yeah. And you probably may have seen me.
35:52
>> I've seen this clip.
35:53
>> Yeah. And this was all over the all over
35:56
the uh the TV thing.
35:58
>> Yeah. This is like a viral video online.
36:00
>> Yeah, it was. Uh and he um he's dead
36:03
now. He killed they he went to 2 months
36:06
after this show.
36:07
>> Yes, sir. that that gave uh the uh
36:09
police some lead of how they could catch
36:12
him because they've been looking for
36:13
this guy. He killed all over the United
36:15
States. Dick Clark.
36:17
>> Dick, not Dick Clark.
36:18
>> Dick Clark.
36:20
>> Dick Clark. Yeah. Bought me here from uh
36:22
from New York to do a TV series with
36:25
Frankie Abal. So I did that was my first
36:28
thing I did. And then uh I was just met
36:31
her Andrew Orlando when I went to see
36:34
somebody else on on uh on the scene of
36:38
the movie was the parents of
36:41
>> Oh, I've seen that many many years ago.
36:43
>> I I'm not in the movie, but Angela was
36:46
and when I was introduced to her, this
36:48
is right after right before she gave me
36:50
a big kiss on the cheek. Okay,
36:52
>> that's so neat. Peter uh Sonair, he was
36:55
uh doing a movie in my house and when
36:57
the uh director said, "You know, Jed
36:59
Mills is an actor as well." Peter ran
37:02
over to me, grabbed me, hugged me and
37:04
kissed me all over my face. Um Twin
37:06
Peaks, I worked with what's the lady's
37:09
name on Twin Peaks?
37:11
>> Peggy Lipton.
37:11
>> Peggy Lipton. That my scene was a Peggy
37:14
Lipton.
37:14
>> Is this this is in the diner in one of
37:16
the episodes?
37:17
>> Yes. Yes. And of her her diner, her
37:20
character diner, right? Amazing. And uh
37:22
the only thing I regret was not asking
37:24
her out for dinner.
37:25
>> Oh yeah.
37:26
>> Cuz she was act and she was told me all
37:28
about her husband who kept a prisoner.
37:31
Wouldn't let her go out. Wouldn't let
37:32
her have any friends. He uh he would uh
37:35
wouldn't let her audition for anything.
37:38
She was basically a prisoner. That piece
37:40
of [\h__\h] I used to like him, but I don't
37:41
like him anymore. Okay. Uh Frankie
37:44
Avalon was the one I came here to do
37:47
that um that Dick Clark brought me here
37:49
to do. Uh Carrie Fisher. Yes, sir.
37:52
>> Um I became she she and and who's the
37:57
other woman?
37:58
>> Marshall.
37:58
>> Penny Marshall came to see War Babies.
38:01
>> You know about War Babies, right?
38:02
>> I don't I know Penny Marshall, but I
38:04
don't know War Babies.
38:05
>> War Babies was an improv company for
38:06
many years in LA. Okay.
38:08
>> Anyhow, um she um she came to see the
38:12
show with Penny Mor and came backstage
38:15
after the show and Carrie came up to me
38:18
and she just uh telling you your
38:20
wonderful lovely work all that sort of
38:22
stuff and by the way I'm having a party
38:25
on uh on Saturday while I would you like
38:27
to come? I say yes. So, I came to the
38:30
party on Saturday, that was like a uh t
38:33
Tuesday night or something like that.
38:34
And at the party with all the the
38:37
celebrities that you want to meet, but I
38:40
was new in LA, so I was kind of shy. Uh
38:43
but anyhow, I got through the night,
38:45
everybody was gone. I find that I'm the
38:47
last person there at the party. It's
38:50
midnight. Okay. So, I had to get out of
38:52
there. A little a little shy, a little
38:54
awkward. But what I did was I had to go
38:57
to the bedroom to get uh to the car, go
39:01
down the car and get to Labraa. All
39:03
right. And I do that and then halfway
39:05
down and I had to pass by her. I said,
39:07
"I'm going. I'm leaving." Uh and she
39:10
said, "No, I'm leaving like that." Uh
39:13
and I turned around. I said, "What the
39:15
[\h__\h] Am I crazy?" turned around, went
39:16
back up to the uh to the house and I
39:19
opened the French doors in and carryers
39:23
in bed and I said to her, "I I decided
39:26
not to come. I thought maybe you'd like
39:27
some company." She says, "Yes, but you
39:29
have to take your clothes off first."
39:31
And off went to the clubs. And we stayed
39:34
together as lovers for 6 to9 months.
39:37
Carrie Fisher.
39:38
>> Amazing.
39:39
>> I got to give you a fist bump for that.
39:42
>> Well, well, thank you. in love with
39:45
Carrie Fish.
39:46
>> I was in love with her. And And then she
39:48
brought me to LA to to London where she
39:51
was doing the the the uh
39:53
>> what was the name of that last uh the
39:55
last uh uh Joey the the last uh Star
39:59
Wars
40:01
>> Return of the Jedi, right? She brought
40:03
me there cuz she wanted some some
40:06
support. She had to do that scene with u
40:10
her brother that he where she finds out
40:12
it's her brother and she was having a
40:14
lot of trouble with that. But in the
40:16
meantime, uh we were hanging out and
40:18
going this place and that place. I was
40:20
there on my birthday. In fact, u she
40:23
said, "Let's go shopping one night. I
40:25
want to get a jack a gift for my for the
40:30
guy who was playing her brother. It's
40:32
his birthday son which I
40:33
>> Mark Hamill."
40:34
>> Mark. Yeah. Yes, sir. And uh so we go
40:36
and we go to the shop called Ice was the
40:39
name of the shop. And she said, "Oh, I
40:42
like that leather jacket. It's
40:43
beautiful. It was like $1,200 back
40:46
then." Uh she said, "Uh I don't know how
40:48
that'll look on you, Jed. Put that
40:50
jacket on and see. Let's see. I want to
40:52
see how it looks on you." She was
40:54
pushing said, "Happy birthday." $1,200
40:56
jacket.
40:57
>> $1,200 jacket.
41:00
>> We started seeing each other after that
41:02
and we've already seen each other.
41:03
That's awesome.
41:04
>> This picture here is when she came Oh,
41:06
at the party earlier before uh the uh
41:10
end of the night. She comes over to me.
41:13
I'm having a drink and so many people
41:17
for stars were on these tables and
41:20
chairs. She comes over and pulls me down
41:23
like that and kisses me for what had to
41:25
be a minute long. Uh this is the first
41:28
time she kissed me, okay, before I went
41:31
down and it came back. Okay. That same
41:33
day. Okay. Um Bob Hawk came to visit. He
41:37
was one of our guests on that show. It
41:39
was called Easy Does It. Uh he was one
41:41
of the guests. I said, "Let's go talk to
41:43
Bob Hulk and say hello." All the other
41:45
war band. He said, "No, you can't do
41:47
that with Bob." Of course I can. Uh Bob,
41:50
um uh we just want to say hello. Thank
41:53
you for coming to be guest on our show.
41:55
And he was a dog. Absolutely.
41:57
>> That's nice to hear. Now, Peter Rig, who
41:59
was in my group, was a dating but me.
42:02
So, that's how we got to know her. So,
42:04
she came into a restaurant that I was
42:06
at, came from behind. I had no no idea
42:09
who was doing that. But anybody at my
42:12
table, it looked like I'm shocked. Okay.
42:14
Until Bill Bixby talked about my first
42:17
>> talking about that. Yeah.
42:18
>> My first guest staring role. And
42:21
>> I'm going to look up that episode. I'm
42:22
going to look up the episode.
42:23
>> That's the first one. It's called um
42:25
called um
42:28
>> company.
42:29
>> I can probably look it up. Look up your
42:31
name and his name on there on
42:39
I just ran into her at a party. Not at a
42:39
party. He was doing a uh charity thing
42:42
and she come over here and she rugged
42:46
me, hugged me and she was doing her
42:49
stiff
42:50
>> with me wrapped up and she had my arms.
42:53
I couldn't get loose, but it was fine.
42:55
Anyhow, this was a Simon and
42:59
I did.
42:59
>> That's great.
43:00
>> They were wonderful. And when he uh the
43:03
black the other actors right there
43:07
Knight everybody and I did that the cast
43:11
and the crew went you don't touch Ted
43:14
Knight. Okay. That was the rule. Don't
43:17
touch and I touched him like that.
43:21
>> Yeah. He says, "Get out of here. Don't
43:23
come back." And I walk out and I say, "I
43:25
have to cuz I own the house." These that
43:29
um Ross Kelly. Um we uh saw each other
43:34
for a little while. I know who she was.
43:36
Um she was
43:37
>> I'm not familiar.
43:38
>> What was Rod Joey? Ross Kelly. What was
43:41
uh her name?
43:42
>> Pinky Todd.
43:44
>> Okay. Yeah. Yeah.
43:45
>> We became good friends. We didn't have
43:47
an affair. Uh, and uh,
43:50
>> well, thank you for all your stories,
43:51
sir.
43:51
>> Yeah, I've got a million of them. I got
43:53
500 pages in my book.
43:55
>> You have a You have your book here?
43:56
>> No, I haven't. It's not. I have to get
43:58
all the women in there first.
44:00
>> Then I'm going to have it edited because
44:02
you can't write a book about who know
44:04
who who are you. Yes, sir.
44:06
>> And expect it to be published.
44:10
really appreciate it. You're very
44:11
entertaining.
44:12
>> This video will be up tomorrow.
44:14
>> It'll be up tomorrow.
44:15
>> Yes, sir. And I'll I'll title it the
44:17
Hollywood show so it'll be easy to
44:18
search on YouTube. You'll be able to
44:20
find it on there.
44:21
>> I was talking too fast, wasn't it?
44:22
>> No, no, no. You were talking very
44:24
eloquently. Better than when I talk I
44:26
over over speak and talk too fast. But
44:28
you did very well.
44:29
>> Thank you.
44:30
>> Yeah, you're the professional. I'm just
44:31
I just I just point camera at things and
44:34
state the obvious.
44:35
>> It was a pleasure. Thank you.
44:37
>> Nice to meet you, sir.
44:38
>> And uh we'll see you again tonight.
44:40
>> Oh, there he is. There's the bat in
44:42
animated form. And here's the real bath.
44:44
>> Right there.
44:46
>> So, this is like the same kind of bat as
44:48
a classic bat,
44:48
>> basically. Yeah.
44:50
>> I got to rewatch Casino. Some say Casino
44:53
is the best Vegas movie ever made. You
44:55
know that?
44:55
>> You know, it's a great movie.
44:56
Absolutely.
44:58
I love it. Uh this is by uh who is the
45:01
artist?
45:03
>> The last real animators at Disney.
45:12
>> Someone named Andrew. Andrew was indeed.
45:12
Yeah. He's the artist and he um
45:15
>> what was he uh his last day? Oh, he just
45:19
got out of Disney or something like
45:21
that.
45:22
>> It was he he was just released from
45:24
Disney. He's one of the last
45:25
>> computer now.
45:26
>> Yeah. That's uh
45:27
>> there's the scene.
45:28
>> Yeah. That's me and Marty fooling
45:30
around.
45:30
>> Look at that.
45:31
>> Amazing. There's the bat right there.
45:33
There's the bat.
45:34
>> And there there's the replica right
45:38
>> And then of course there's me. I had the
45:41
bat up in the air kind about to come
45:42
down on him. Same thing there and that's
45:45
why I'm with you again. And Martin
45:47
Scaresi was a gentleman of
45:51
>> And so are you.
45:52
>> This is kind of a cool experience. Wet
45:53
movie one is here.
45:54
>> What's up, man?
45:56
>> I met you here
45:58
10 years ago for the first time we met
46:00
was in this place during Monster Palooa
46:02
>> around here somewhere. Yeah.
46:04
>> I think it was like in the hallway or
46:05
something or between here and the other
46:07
hotel area over there.
46:08
>> Yeah, man. We've been doing these con
46:09
things forever. But what attracts you to
46:13
these cons besides doing the videos and
46:14
stuff?
46:15
>> I just It's kind of like people watching
46:16
almost. It's like I I have a a comfort
46:20
almost when I go to conventions where
46:21
I'm just kind of I don't know. I'm just
46:23
like in my element when I'm looking at
46:24
things like over here like older posters
46:27
or merchandise. I remember something
46:29
from my youth and it jars like a little
46:32
nostalgia. What I think I like about it
46:34
the most to me is like, you know, not
46:36
just meeting the actors stuff because
46:38
sometimes they don't care. It's just
46:39
like sign it and move on.
46:40
>> I like coming here to see like familiar
46:42
faces like you.
46:43
>> Like you know, my friend Sean Cool
46:45
Doodle and like, you know, all like, you
46:46
know, like the the convention family,
46:48
you know,
46:49
>> that's like that's what I like.
46:50
>> No, I got you 100%. It's not just
46:51
hanging out with friends.
46:52
>> But I have noticed this convention the
46:54
celebrities are really cool. They are
46:56
>> like everyone's been talking.
46:58
>> I got some great footage.
46:59
>> Yes, sir. Even when I don't even ask
47:01
them to talk, they just get right in the
47:03
camera and just tell me stories. Uh
47:05
>> I wish John Carpenter could do some
47:07
stuff like that. Unlike, you know,
47:09
>> the last time we wrapped together.
47:11
>> Oh well.
47:12
>> Midsummer stream.
47:13
>> I did get to tell John Carpenter I love
47:15
Star Man, though. So that was cool.
47:17
>> And he was like,
47:18
>> "Yeah,
47:19
>> he gave me a nod."
47:20
>> Yeah, that's still cool. That's still
47:23
>> Not my
47:25
only person.
47:27
>> All right, heading out now. I think I
47:29
