drinking only water I am 6 weeks in so I

the longest period in my adult life

have gone that many days with only

drinking water and not having soda or

not having tea nothing has been through

this body when it comes to a beverage

soda it would probably not hurt anything

I am doing currently at the moment but I

is based on me keeping promises making

I'm feeling super good and it's because

coffee nothing all I had for the entire

it was actually not as difficult as I

caffeine as I am and Mountain Dew and

really you do not get any less tired now

first of course the first week when you

have the caffeine withdraws two weeks in

to rely on that caffeine but I think I

that is I'm trying to take my habits
