1:21 downtown area downtown would be New York

1:24 Avenue Massachusetts and Pennsylvania

1:27 Avenue are the three roads Cobblestone

1:28 roads the original roads created 1908

1:32 1909

1:34 1910 this was one of the first housing

1:36 developments let me show you these nice

1:49 area this is one of the first housing

1:50 developments that popped up away from

1:51 the downtown area it's probably about 5

1:53 or six miles from downtown on the

1:56 outskirts of St Cloud I wanted to show

2:08 realtor told him a little bit of secret

4:04 kind of wanted a Florida winter home

4:06 when he was touring or when he wasn't

4:08 touring he could have lived right there

4:24 Elvis Presley almost moved in there let

5:18 lived here in fact Elvis never lived

5:21 here but he almost did which would been

5:23 really crazy it would have definitely

5:25 blown Saint Cloud up into the pop

5:27 culture stratosphere here as far as

5:30 celebrities there really is probably no

5:32 bigger celebrity that I can think of

5:35 than Elvis Presley and he would have

5:37 been right here pulling his car into

5:38 here driving into town going to the

5:41 store to buy some groceries or going up

5:44 to the lakefront going to the flea

5:46 market who knows what Elvis could have
