0:04 welcome everyone Adam the woo here it's

0:07 daily
0:18 woo I think we're going to go full Dukes
0:18 of Hazard today well check this out 15 M
0:22 an hour General Lee doesn't abide by
0:24 those rules oh look skid marks
0:27 Gatlinburg is home to a cter museum
0:30 Museum as well and I've been to that one
0:32 a few times but I have never documented
0:35 the one in Nashville this is going to be
0:37 fun one thing about those crazy kids
0:40 they never meant no harm yet they were
0:43 always in trouble with the law since the
0:46 day they was born were they really in
0:48 trouble since the day they were born
0:50 even as infants this
0:52 Museum was free
0:58 admission this kids's room is completely
0:58 Decked Out he's a fan Boss Hog and Rosco
1:01 welcoming Us in and this is only
1:05 $88.99 that's a pretty good deal for
1:07 that thing oh wait a second I was
1:08 incorrect it's these posters that are
1:11 $8.99 this standup is not for sale a few
1:15 people have drawn their Renditions their
1:18 artwork here all along the wall some
1:21 daisy duke esque shorts right up here
1:25 when you turn the corner there is a
1:28 plethora
1:30 of merchandise and former memorabilia
1:33 this stuff is awesome old TV tray
1:36 welcome mat a book Daisy Duke Barbie
1:40 doll and Underoos seeing a lot of this
1:44 stuff brings back a lot of memories I
1:46 loved that TV show this little hang
1:49 around the house/ bathrobe it's for a
1:52 child you would be the coolest kid on
1:54 your block if you own that about a year
1:57 ago I had the privilege of meeting John
2:01 Schneider and I fanboyed out just just a
2:05 little bit it was pretty exciting it's
2:07 good to see that they made the front
2:08 cover of The Inquirer along with garlic
2:12 the miracle medicine this garage is
2:16 actually a little tin that goes in a
2:18 child's bedroom man I wish I had one of
2:22 these when I was when I was younger
2:25 there was a point when you were able to
2:28 purchase and own the dashboard check
2:31 that out and these old retro looking
2:35 duffel bags there is a little bit of
2:39 everything in here including a standup
2:42 of the boys themselves a few scripts
2:45 from episodes of the show including a
2:48 couple that are final drafts and that's
2:52 a that's a first draft which means over
2:54 time it was changed before the episode
2:58 you see on television four or five years
3:00 ago I was in Covington Georgia I did the
3:02 filming locations of the first five
3:04 episodes of the TV show this door is
3:07 from the now destroyed property of what
3:11 was Uncle Jesse's house and it's even
3:13 documented with a certificate of
3:16 authenticity this is it you could just
3:19 knock on it and see see if Uncle Jesse
3:23 or maybe Daisy Duke i' I'd probably
3:25 rather have Daisy Duke open the door but
3:26 I would be excited about seeing Uncle
3:29 Jesse as as well either of them I would
3:31 be very happy to see walk through that
3:33 door remember back in the day when they
3:35 would Market all these little record
3:37 players they would basically take the
3:39 same record player and just throw a
3:41 themed TV show movie or musical acts
3:44 name on it the good old days one of
3:47 James bests who played Rosco PE Cole
3:49 train this is one of his outfits his
3:51 uniforms and look there on the Hemm of
3:56 his
3:57 pants that's his name
4:01 engrave is is that actually called a hem
4:03 when it's around the waist a
4:05 hem I think I might be using that word
4:08 inappropriately and they even have his
4:10 dog
4:11 flash that is awesome if they still sold
4:15 these I would buy one the action set
4:20 handcuffs disguise glasses and look at
4:24 this this is a legit Sheriff officer's
4:28 badge
4:30 nice between the two locations that I've
4:33 now been to Gatlinburg and now Nashville
4:36 I must say that this location Takes the
4:39 Cake on the amount of artifacts that
4:43 they have
4:44 including a rare koi Duke hat it says
4:49 that that hat fits all sizes but how do
4:52 they know it really fits everyone's head
4:55 would it fit my head there's a few
4:57 things in this case that I did own at
4:59 one point in my life including this
5:02 board game I don't know what ever
5:03 happened to it but I distinctly remember
5:06 having that I think Boss Hog would be a
5:08 great character to cosplay at at a
5:11 convention I don't know if I could pull
5:13 him off maybe if I shaved maybe I could
5:16 be Boss Hog or if I had the appropriate
5:19 masks yeah that might work now here's
5:22 something I've totally forgotten about
5:24 the old Presto Magics and look what's
5:27 happening here in Hazard Square
5:30 that that guy's got is he's like
5:32 garnishing or brandishing a weapon once
5:34 again I don't think I'm using that
5:36 terminology correctly but that looks
5:38 like a hardened criminal there with a
5:40 very large firearm oh man look at that
5:44 that's Boss Hogs personal mobile
5:48 equipped with the longhorn on the front
5:52 and his license plate and Uncle Jesse
5:56 looks like looks like the ghost of Uncle
5:58 Jesse is like haunting B Hog's car is
6:02 like Illuminating from the clouds back
6:05 there now I'm not allowed back there
6:07 it's just for storage but they have
6:08 recreated the entrance to the bores Nest
6:11 yes this place truly is amazing if you
6:15 are a fan of that classic TV show they
6:18 have a little bit of everything also
6:20 little Miniatures of Hazard itself the
6:24 whole town and look a miniature Bor Nest
6:30 they always had the chases in front of
6:32 the B's Nest always made more sense why
6:34 didn't they just take it out on the road
6:36 why do they always have chases in the
6:37 small teeny tiny parking lot I guess
6:41 they had their reasons this is a
6:43 rendition of the county road map and
6:46 this is basically based off what the
6:48 later episodes were filmed out which is
6:50 Warner Brothers out in Burbank and
6:53 that's the Town
6:55 Square from Warner Brothers the first
6:58 season was in Covington Georgia and the
7:00 rest of it was at Warner Brothers so
7:02 Warner Brothers real life Covington
7:05 Georgia picked up some merchandise a
7:07 t-shirt sticker and a keychain and got
7:11 some pictures in the vehicles just a
7:13 good old boys never meaning no harm
7:17 always been in trouble with the law
7:19 since the day they was bored making
7:22 their way the only way they know how
7:26 that's just a little bit more than the
7:29 law will
7:30 allow now I want to check out the Willie
7:33 Nelson and
7:34 Friends Museum
7:37 showcase you get to go through these old
7:40 western saloon doors the
7:43 birthplace of a
7:52 legend and it's not just Willie that is
7:52 prominently displayed here but other
7:55 country stars like Lefty Frizzle that's
7:58 his guitar
8:00 and his outfit whan Jennings that's his
8:03 sunglasses there and one of his guitars
8:08 this pool table was made especially for
8:10 Willie by the Brunswick billiard company
8:13 many of his famous musician friends
8:17 played pool around this very table it
8:20 used to be located at his recording
8:22 studio there used to be a place called
8:25 Tootsie's Orchid Lounge where a lot of
8:28 famous musicians used to hang out and
8:30 they have one of the booths from the
8:34 lounge itself with some of the
8:36 signatures of the famous people who once
8:40 frequented that establishment and that
8:43 was the smok she would wear nearly every
8:46 day and when it was closing time she
8:48 would take that whistle and blow it to
8:50 let everyone know it was time to leave
8:53 an article of clothing from py Klein and
8:58 some jewelry that she
9:00 used to
9:01 wear regarded as one of the greatest
9:05 female
9:06 singers in country music some of the
9:09 outfits are pretty amazing
9:12 that the artist used to wear this
9:14 furniture which used to also be in his
9:17 recording studio was personally
9:18 customized for Willie including the
9:22 domino table there and the interesting
9:25 thing is down here on this carpet you
9:28 can see where the microphone stand used
9:31 to be and a worn out patch where he
9:34 would stand to sing this is the original
9:37 rug as well and the reason I knew that
9:39 is because it is stated on this
9:42 information panel pretty cool JD suner
9:47 was a friend of Elvis's and performed at
9:50 his funeral in fact he and his band
9:54 backed up Elvis on tour from
9:57 1971 until
10:00 1977 when he passed away he then
10:03 recorded this record Elvis has left the
10:05 building and they have a ticket stub to
10:09 an Elvis
10:11 concert on August 17th 1977 the day
10:16 after the king died I really like this
10:19 engraved totem pole cuz at the very top
10:23 is Willie himself what's going on man
10:27 and they even have a stuffed a stuffed
10:30 Willie if you feel so inclined something
10:32 that you can slow dance to but I've
10:35 always got some great advice and if you
10:37 share some good old American currency
10:39 I'll tell you everything and know I
10:42 don't know that doesn't really sound
10:43 like you think Willie Nelson provided
10:45 the voice for that I don't know maybe
10:49 wow check that out that's the grand old
10:52 opery Straight Ahead downtown Nashville
10:56 there's a billboard for a place I want
10:58 to check out
10:59 Third Man
11:01 Records down this way that's a very
11:03 interesting art project there looks like
11:06 a bunch of pencils in the ground fast
11:09 moving train coming
11:11 through at high
11:26 velocity and I couldn't find any place
11:26 else to park so
11:29 this is a good of place as any I suppose
11:31 sometimes in heavily populated downtown
11:33 areas finding a spot for the RV is tough
11:36 but I think that'll work cross your
11:38 fingers judging by the sign I think I'm
11:41 at the right
11:42 place Third Man Records I got to check
11:46 this out Doc and they have a free
11:48 library right out front where you can
11:50 give a book take a book kind of like a
11:52 leave a penny take a penny and this guy
11:54 is the one saying hello inside the shop
11:57 they actually have a mold arama that my
11:59 friend friend Jacob the carpet bagger is
12:00 a huge fan of and he told me to check
12:02 this place out unfortunately currently
12:04 the machine is out of order okay I'm
12:06 going to insert a quarter in
12:08 here and watch oh my gosh they have they
12:12 have a they have a monkey band it's a
12:15 dancing band of monkeys that plays their
12:19 instruments that guy's doing some
12:21 serious headbanging wa they stopped it
12:24 only lasts for a minute they also have
12:25 this photo booth where you can get your
12:27 picture taken unfortunately it also is
12:30 out of order it's kind of a bummer cuz I
12:32 wanted to get my picture here for
12:34 posterity when you press these buttons
12:36 and it makes noise you can see the
12:38 changing of the pattern on the
12:41 TV this guy over in the corner looks
12:43 like he used to be holding maybe a
12:45 trumpet or a trombone perhaps and now he
12:48 has like a a cow skull even a few little
12:51 artifacts in here all right I'm now
12:52 holding one of Jack White's
12:55 gramys pretty cool I place a dollar in
12:57 here let's see what we get
13:03 a pen it looks like a penguin where you
13:03 can see his veins you see the blood
13:05 pumping through his body pretty cool
13:07 place inside there and you can mail out
13:11 your letters from their letter box this
13:14 is owned by the singer of The White
13:16 Stripes Jack White who's done a lot of
13:18 other projects but most people would
13:21 know him from that band and it's not the
13:23 only location there's another one in
13:26 Detroit but this one's in Nashville cool
13:29 place and there's a guy behind me
13:32 playing a woodwind instrument and even
13:35 though their moldarama machine was not
13:37 working they went in the back room and
13:39 they found one and gave it to me very
13:42 nice folks just waiting for another
13:44 train to go by before I
13:52 depart it's going the other direction
13:52 though it's like deja vu in reverse
14:17 once again the weather is coming into
14:17 play on which direction I should go I'm
14:20 giving it some heavy
14:30 contemplating you can drive yourself
14:30 crazy trying to figure out where Large
14:34 Marge is going to go but don't think too
14:36 hard because the reality
14:40 is I don't even
14:43 know I haven't even
14:51 decided I'll see you tomorrow
14:51 Vlog over
