TDW 1329 - Bizzare Circle Building - What Was It ?

0:02 Saturday it's my second channel daily

0:04 Vlog channel it's the daily woo and I'm

0:08 taking a massive break from editing I've

0:09 been editing for the last couple of days

0:11 footage I

0:13 filmed on Wednesday and it's going to be

0:16 a doozy I'm putting a lot of effort and

0:19 research and time into the pre-planning

0:24 of the video before I actually even went

0:25 to the location to film it and now I'm

0:27 doing a lot of research in the post

0:30 production doing some overlays throwing

0:32 in some old clips some old photos facts

0:35 and figures trying to coordinate all

0:38 this footage and I think I'm at the

0:40 point now where I just bought some new

0:42 camera

0:44 equipment and now I think I really am

0:47 going to sometime this year this will

0:48 that happen probably for at least four

0:50 five 6 months cuz I have to get some

0:52 credit cards paid down first but I

0:55 really need to get a better computer

0:58 better processor better video call

1:00 whatever it is that the people who know

1:04 about computers have been sharing with

1:06 me to make the editing process on my

1:10 videos go a lot quicker I'm a big

1:13 fan of

1:17 the what's the word for it the opinion

1:20 I'm a big fan of the opinion that the

1:23 right tools make the job a lot simpler

1:27 and a lot easier that is actually true

1:31 if you're working on a car and you do

1:33 not have the right socket set you're

1:35 going to have a hard time getting that

1:37 nut and bolt to screw off or screw on

1:40 correctly and the same can be said for

1:43 editing video filming videos things like

1:46 that I spend a lot of time sitting in

1:48 front of my computer I have a Macbook

1:51 laptop I spend a lot of time sitting

1:53 there editing on iMovie I would like to

1:56 get to the next thing and edit with

1:59 something a little bit better better and

2:00 faster and you know a little bit better

2:02 than iMovie but right now the only thing

2:05 my computer will run and I use that term

2:08 quote unquote run very Loosely

2:13 because half the time I'm sitting there

2:15 staring at the computer thinking what

2:18 the heck man why is this thing circul

2:20 this little circular wheel turning

2:23 aggravating me it's almost like it's

2:24 drawing me in like hypnotizing me so I

2:28 spend a lot of time

2:30 that the the fluid motion of the editing

2:33 should be going well where it's not

2:36 going well now when I do an abandon

2:38 video like maybe like a five or six

2:40 minute finished product it doesn't take

2:42 me very long to edit that because

2:43 there's not a lot of overlays not a lot

2:45 of voice overlays not a lot of photos

2:47 not a lot of old video clips but once

2:49 you start adding that in like the

2:50 filming locations and this video that

2:52 I'm doing working on currently that I'm

2:54 going to try to get up tonight or

2:57 tomorrow I'm going to hopefully try to

2:58 get it up on YouTube on the Adam the woo

3:00 Channel tonight about halfway done with

3:03 editing I probably have maybe 5 to 8

3:06 hours more of editing which is intense

3:10 about halfway done so you figure if I'm

3:11 halfway that's probably 15 to 20 hours

3:15 total of editing when it's all said and

3:17 done and I think if I had a better

3:19 computer a faster computer I think that

3:23 process would be expedited completely

3:27 okay so I want to show you guys

3:28 something really cool over here this

3:31 Vlog was not supposed to be about the

3:32 editing thing I'm just trying to get out

3:35 get out of my home get away from the

3:36 computer breathe a sigh of relief ah get

3:41 away from the editing process get away

3:43 from the editing table if you will but I

3:47 I want something that's around here that

3:49 I don't want something I want to show

3:51 you something whoa what the heck my van

3:53 was making like a really oh by the way

3:55 look my good friend Steven Shay gave me

3:57 this the other day I finally got one of

3:59 these char He's Back to the Future

4:01 Chargers which is super cool so thanks

4:04 to my good friend Steven Shay and I

4:05 should probably remove that yellow

4:08 ticket that's right there not a ticket I

4:10 didn't get a parking ticket I still have

4:12 not put any WD40 on my van door but I

4:16 got a yellow ticket this when you go to

4:18 Disneyland by the way I have been going

4:21 to Disneyland a few times I took like a

4:23 Disney detox for a week did not go to

4:26 Disney for a week which was kind of nice

4:29 kind of like getting some other stuff

4:30 done pre-planning some stuff but I have

4:32 been going occasionally every couple

4:34 days I'll go for a couple hours I'll get

4:35 a coffee I'll walk around I'll get lunch

4:37 I'll get dinner I'll just kind of like

4:38 roam around ride a ride or two it's been

4:41 kind of nice like getting back into like

4:43 going into Disney and like just enjoying

4:45 it for a couple hours at a time not

4:47 going for the full day but these yellow

4:49 tickets if you ever Park and you have a

4:51 big vehicle sometimes you can actually

4:53 cohar the cast members as you're going

4:56 into the parking garage to give you one

4:58 of these yellow tickets and they will

4:59 actually send you outside and you're

5:02 actually technically parking in the

5:03 parking area but you don't have to go

5:05 through the whole Mickey and Friends

5:07 parking structure that is my favorite

5:09 spot to actually Park so let me throw

5:12 this away cuz I will not be needing this

5:15 today so let me

5:16 discard of this in the trash we are

5:19 right here at the Santa Ana Medical Arts

5:23 Building and I'm in this little Veranda

5:25 area right here where people have tagged

5:27 it up with graffiti this little what

5:30 probably was a once beautiful little

5:33 Courtyard and people have tagged it up

5:36 and you can also see the weather has

5:38 actually started to

5:40 deteriorate these benches but what I

5:43 really want to show you is something

5:44 very peculiar I noticed this a few weeks

5:46 ago when I was driving around here and I

5:47 figured today I'll drive back down here

5:49 and actually document this for my

5:51 unedited the daily woo Vlog take a look

5:54 at this building right here behind this

5:59 wooden sign

6:08 sh it's a very peculiar and round

6:08 circular building that is now a

6:13 pharmacy and very rarely do you see any

6:16 sort of building business or office or

6:19 anything in this sort of facet kind of

6:22 reminds me of like an alien takeover

6:25 like or something this could be some

6:26 sort of alien building a circular

6:31 building there are no squares there are

6:34 no rectangles

6:37 everything in the

6:40 alien takeover is circular or something

6:43 like that this right here this sign is

6:46 actually kind of old school and

6:48 deteriorating as well the North Park

6:51 Plaza welcomes you and look at the site

6:55 map look at this old site map this is

6:58 actually really really really cool look

7:00 how old school this is if you want to

7:02 know where we are we are here you are

7:07 here and there is that S Building the S

7:12 building that circular building is

7:14 displayed on the map itself and there

7:18 used to be some sort of like bulletin

7:19 board where you could pin any kind of

7:22 announcements right up on there and this

7:25 place has probably seen better days you

7:27 can tell people are still using this for

7:29 off office spaces and whatnot and this

7:31 has turned into a pharmacy and there's a

7:34 circus going on over here there's

7:36 actually a circus in the parking lot the

7:39 side parking lot of the circular

7:42 building so here's the question I want

7:44 you guys to use like I always say your

7:46 Columbo like research skills see if you

7:49 can figure out what this building

7:53 originally was I'm thinking maybe a bank

7:56 of some sort because check out this

8:00 depository there is a depository I don't

8:03 not know if that is for money or maybe

8:04 it is for medicine maybe for the now

8:07 current Pharmacy but look at this window

8:10 here this looks like a bank teller's

8:13 window was this an old Bank

8:17 perhaps very interesting so let's walk

8:20 around the front here oh what the heck

8:24 are these these little

8:25 Planters very strange peculiar

8:30 Planters

8:33 H oh I should try to turn this water on

8:36 I should try to turn this well I can't

8:38 the water there's no way I can turn the

8:40 water on the knob has been removed so

8:44 let's continue to walk around actually

8:45 let me get a shot from the front over

8:48 here so you can kind of see it where the

8:50 sun is not glaring in your eyes you can

8:53 see how bizarre what the heck how

8:57 bizarre is this

9:07 building pretty cool not everything is

9:07 going to be super duper historical or

9:11 super duper exciting but things normal

9:14 things that a lot of people take for

9:16 granted I find exciting and I think this

9:19 is very interesting look at this that's

9:22 going to be the default picture right

9:24 there not with the car driving by when

9:26 the car goes out of frame I'll do a

9:27 confusing face like this

9:30 and that will be probably end up being

9:32 the default or maybe this

9:34 one that's going to be a good default

9:37 speaking of weird look at this right

9:39 here look up in this

9:43 tree in this tree are three three white

9:49 fluffy objects what in the heck is that

9:54 can you see those in this tree are three

9:59 white fluffy

10:03 objects that is super weird there's

10:06 nothing else in the tree except right

10:09 there do you see them one two three

10:13 fluffy objects they almost look like

10:16 those little things that you take

10:18 showers with that you like wash your

10:20 body off with soap and you like hang it

10:22 over the shower like faucet the knobs

10:25 and they just dangle there that's what

10:27 those kind of look like why are those up

10:29 in the tree three of them and they

10:31 almost look like they kind of look like

10:34 bunny rabbits without their

10:38 heads that's super super

10:42 weird oh and there's actually a few more

10:45 over here it must be the type of tree

10:48 okay this is strange it might be the

10:49 type of tree growing these look at this

10:53 so yeah this tree produces these weird

10:57 fluffy bunny type fur

11:00 plants

11:02 look

11:10 wow so I get so overly excited I get so

11:10 overly excited about the mundane what

11:14 mundane things to people would be

11:16 something that I would classify as

11:18 something we can learn from something we

11:20 could take from something we could

11:21 actually get joy out of every day is

11:24 filled with new adventures new things

11:27 you always need to learn something

11:29 new every day if you progress from one

11:32 day to the next day to the next day to

11:34 the next day to the next day without

11:35 learning anything without getting

11:37 excited about anything then I think

11:39 you're kind of missing the point of what

11:42 life is all about so I encourage you to

11:45 look around your surroundings I

11:47 encourage you to basically just Feast

11:50 your eyes on things and find a childlike

11:54 excitement in your heart as we get older

11:56 a lot of people as they get get older

11:59 start to lose the excitement of finding

12:03 interest in things and that is kind of

12:05 what my life is about these videos are

12:08 about not only on this Vlog Channel but

12:10 the Adam the woo channel it's

12:11 researching things asking questions

12:15 trying to learn and get excited about

12:18 pretty much anything that you can

12:21 actually look at and learn from so that

12:24 is basically what the Vlogs are about

12:28 and the Adam the woo ch Chanel I really

12:29 appreciate you guys tagging along with

12:32 me on these Adventures both the unedited

12:35 ones and the edited ones new computer

12:37 needs to happen by far needs to happen

12:40 in the very near future but that

12:41 probably will not happen for at least

12:43 four or five months I'd really like to

12:45 at some point make friends with someone

12:49 who is good at filming and good at

12:51 editing and that might even parlay into

12:54 either from a friendship friendship

12:57 first and that may at some point you

13:00 never know what the future holds that

13:01 might actually turn into maybe either an

13:04 employment opportunity for said person

13:07 or something could be worked out in the

13:11 facet because I think I could put a lot

13:12 more content into the world if I had a

13:16 helper not just any random person it

13:18 would have to be someone that I

13:20 developed a friendship with and someone

13:22 who actually knew what they were doing a

13:24 somewhat

13:25 moderate professional or at least A step

13:28 above an amateur filmmaker photographer

13:32 and video editor so if this is you find
