in shape and also by then hopefully drop

after a month on the treadmill I'll kind

going to start walking outside and

but this whole month I'm going to be

start hitting it again pretty hard as

well so be doing again doing the

treadmill for the next solid month again

taking the next couple days off my ankle

here been having some ankle problems and

I think a lot of it is because of how

much I walk each day I'm curious if the

new shoes that I'm going to get today

think it's because I'm not I never

stretch like even when I even when I go

out walking I don't really stretch

enough one of my major downfalls is not

need to work on that I kind of

embarrassed to say I can't even touch my

toes without it being physically painful

just because I feel like my body is

continuously feels like a pretzel so

when I get to the point where I can

the floor a little more limber I'll

that's a big goal of mine is to be able

that I'm looking at this I'm realizing

my garage light has quite an orangish

kind of had was kind of like mentally

like unprepared for thinking about

running that far but now that I'm like

Got My Mind Set I'm grateful that I did

and he is also the one that recommended

me to go get the shoes I believe they're

this again and I'll be doing the

treadmill preparing my my body doing

some stretches maybe I can find some

stuff online different stretches

different different work workouts that I

can follow along with now again I'm just

going to state that I think possibly the

reason that my ankles hurt is because

I'm not really stretching out the feet

remember when I was young when I was in

PE the PE coach would always have us sit

on the floor take your take your feet

and you kind of do the spin around like

that I don't do any of that anymore

whenever I go out I just throw my

clothes on jump in the shower take put

my cloes clothes on well first I jump in

head out I start doing stuff so I'm not

really doing any stretches I'm not doing

calisthenics so all that I think will

motivated to do the stretches or even

whole body is definitely not as thin as

I was back when I used to run when I was

in school that was also 30 plus years

but as the weight drops off I think the
