0:04 school is out for summer but the reason

0:07 I'm showing you this sign is because

0:09 school at this school is officially out

0:13 forever it's my second channel daily

0:16 blog channel I'm in St Cloud Florida and

0:19 right here where I'm pointing is the

0:21 water tower the St Cloud Water Tower and

0:25 the reason I'm familiar with

0:27 this is because I used to live

0:30 right over here in 1991 when my family

0:33 moved my dad used to preach at that

0:36 church we moved from Oklahoma down here

0:38 my dad was a preacher at that church

0:41 right there and we lived on the back

0:43 side of that church right here next to

0:46 the St Cloud Florida water tower it's

0:49 the daily woo

0:51 school this school doesn't exist anymore

0:54 I wanted to show you that sign CU that

0:56 sign has been sitting there for years

0:58 serving no purpose

1:00 there's no reason for that sign to be

1:02 there there's no school buses that come

1:03 up and down this road anymore because

1:05 there is no school at the church anymore

1:07 they used to be a Christian school at

1:10 the church that my dad used to preach at

1:13 so I'm going to show you kind of a blast

1:14 from the past not really a blast a

1:17 memory from my past let me get out of

1:19 the road I don't want to get hit by a

1:20 car I said there was no school buses

1:22 that come down this way but there are

1:24 still vehicles I don't want to get run

1:25 over either by a school bus or by a car

1:28 neither one of those things do I really

1:30 want look at that

1:32 see I wasn't kidding you there actually

1:34 are vehicles that drive down here look I

1:37 parked my van right here on this side of

1:39 the road I can remember the youth

1:41 minister at the church my dad was the

1:44 senior Minister the youth Minister used

1:46 to live right here in a house his house

1:48 is now completely gone it's now just a

1:51 memory and I'm actually parked in the

1:53 former youth ministers yard right there

1:57 and I'm going to show you up close in

1:59 personal a little memory from my

2:02 youth so come with me now come with me

2:05 into Adam the Woo's youth St Cloud

2:09 Florida we lived in a town called eala

2:11 Oklahoma I've passed through there I've

2:13 been there twice in the last year I did

2:15 some daily Vlogs there we moved from

2:17 there down to here in 1991 and the

2:20 reason we moved here is my dad got a job

2:22 at this

2:23 church gosh it seems like so long ago

2:26 it's about what 22 23 22 years ago and

2:30 it seems like an eternity but in the

2:31 same time it almost sounds like seems

2:33 like it was yesterday do you ever have

2:35 memories like that where they seem so

2:36 far away but they also seem just like

2:39 yesterday well that's pretty much how

2:41 this feels this was the main Auditorium

2:51 here the church my dad was a preacher at

2:51 was First Christian Church it's now a

2:54 different type of church I believe a

2:55 Spanish church but if you look right

2:57 through there you can see the mural

2:59 there the stained glass window off in

3:01 the distance the same stained glass

3:03 window back

3:13 there looks pretty much the same as it

3:13 did 22 years

3:15 ago this concrete area here they

3:18 actually put this sidewalk in when we

3:21 first moved here they actually created

3:23 the sidewalk and a bunch of people from

3:25 the church my sister included and a

3:28 bunch of her friends all came came out

3:30 here and they marked look at

3:33 this they marked and engraved their name

3:37 that's my sister right there

3:39 Faith here's a drawing that's

3:48 her that's a character of my

3:48 sister Faith

3:59 1992 so in 1992 we were here one year my

3:59 sister permanently engraved for

4:01 posterity she is there forever as long

4:04 as that concrete remains my S my

4:06 sister's memory of living here she now

4:08 lives in Logansport Indiana but her

4:10 memory will always be here in St Cloud

4:13 Florida underneath the water tower our

4:16 house was right here someone else has

4:18 moved into the house and they've

4:19 actually built a privacy fence around

4:21 the house it's called the parsonage if

4:24 you're not familiar with the way the

4:26 church at the way the whole church thing

4:28 works when you're minister a lot of

4:30 churches will let you live in a

4:32 parsonage it's a basically a house they

4:34 provide for you and that's what we did

4:36 when we moved here they provided a

4:39 parsonage I'm not really sure where that

4:40 name came from does anybody know where

4:42 that word parsonage came from I've said

4:45 it a million times in my life I'm

4:47 actually gotten pretty good pretty good

4:49 at saying the word

4:50 parsonage but I have no idea what it

4:52 means if you know what it means leave a

4:54 comment below cuz I'm curious as to what

4:56 the word parsonage actually means and

4:58 where it came from but that was the

5:00 parsonage right over there that's where

5:02 I lived frolicked all around in here you

5:05 can see other people have put their

5:16 names a lot of other people have

5:16 actually engraved their names in here

5:18 all from

5:19 1992 I unfortunately was not present

5:23 this day I don't know where I was I was

5:24 probably off rambunctiously gallivanting

5:27 around the Sint Cloud area not wanting

5:30 to put my name in this in the ingrain it

5:32 of the concrete I wish I would have

5:34 hindsight is 2020 now I don't have a

5:36 memory here as far as in the concrete

5:39 but I have lots of memories here in the

5:41 air and in the breeze underneath the

5:44 water tower of St Cloud Florida right

5:46 here underneath the stained glass window

5:49 the pulpits right behind there the house

5:51 is over there we lived in over here is

5:53 an abandoned empty lot there used to be

5:56 a park over here I used to come here and

5:57 play basketball run around there was

6:00 like a swing set I would come out here

6:02 late at

6:04 night now there's a no trespassing sign

6:15 up used to play basketball right there

6:15 on that

6:29 Court lot of memories if you have any

6:29 members like this in your old Hometown

6:32 or where you've lived maybe you liveed

6:33 somewhere else new in the town you live

6:35 in you lived in a different house leave

6:37 some memories of what you remember and

6:39 and all the memories that are in your

6:41 head we're all about memories life is

6:43 about memories and remembering those

6:45 memories know that doesn't make any

6:46 sense but it makes sense to me leave
