0:02 today's adventure
0:02 begins out here on the
0:05 outskirts I guess about an hour or so
0:07 from downtown Vancouver British Columbia
0:11 Canada cruising along the thorough
0:14 stopped over here on the side of the
0:15 road to do the intro some
0:24 Farmland as the recording of this
0:24 Wednesday March 12th 2025
0:33 tomorrow I'll be back on us soil leaving
0:33 tomorrow will be a travel day and if all
0:34 goes well I will be back in the USFA but
0:46 today welcome everyone Adam the woo here
0:46 making a commute to see some fantastic
0:50 movie Cars do not know where the day
0:52 will lead but whatever happens I'm
0:54 inviting you to join me also I have not
0:58 seen son the whole time I've been here
1:01 maybe an inkling of sun peaked out a few
1:04 days ago but it has been overcast dreary
1:06 rainy and cool and crisp my time here in
1:09 Canada I'm inviting you to join me for
1:11 my final Day in Canada shall you all
1:16 right I have arrived the first thing I'm
1:18 seeing are not movie cars but in
1:20 fact animals over
1:23 here Billy Goats
1:31 llama yeah this this is
1:31 cool prettyy excited to get a chore of
1:33 the property here coming over coming
1:37 over no no just getting a little
1:40 water all right pulling in definitely
1:43 there a you have a lot more cars than I
1:45 expected I was not expecting to see doc
1:48 Brown's car or his van over there from
1:52 the Twin Pines mall you also got the
1:54 blues mobile this is
1:57 Brandon hi welcome so give me a give me
2:00 a synops little quick backstory on your
2:03 on your spot here sure so uh we're BC
2:05 DeLorean which stands for British col
2:07 British Columbia DeLorean um we're I
2:10 I've lived in uh BC my entire life uh we
2:14 do events and we have a large collection
2:16 of movie cars and Hot Rods and we're
2:18 going to show you a bunch of them today
2:20 so fun fact first time I met you was
2:23 down at Megacon a few years ago yeah
2:25 let's go in and Chevy Chase was there
2:28 and I got a photo with
2:30 Chevy with this family trucker this is
2:33 the exact family truckster that I got a
2:35 photo with chvy we were down at uh
2:37 Megacon in
2:39 Orlando I believe I was the thumbnail of
2:41 that video you were you had uh cousin
2:43 Eddie's RV I dressed as Cousin Eddie I
2:45 think I I think I had a shaved beard at
2:47 that point for for the costplay have to
2:49 go back and look at
2:51 it but yeah this is the very car that
2:54 you got your photo in front of with
2:55 Chevy and and Christy Brinkley uh
2:58 Anthony Michael Hall and Dana Baron
3:00 it was great now are any of your cars
3:02 screen used or are they all Recreations
3:04 there's a couple screen used and I will
3:06 let you know which ones they are okay no
3:08 spoilers we'll see it when we get there
3:09 and then you got the Christmas Vacation
3:11 one over here yeah yeah that's we can uh
3:14 we eat my
3:22 rubber oh look at this this is great got
3:22 The Honky lips on the
3:24 side create this gas station we buil and
3:27 Brandon built this and we only Built it
3:28 like 3 years ago that's my favorite oh
3:31 that's so cool you know what the penalty
3:34 is for animal cruelty in this state but
3:37 yeah so uh this is the a a a tourist
3:40 station wagon and this one most people
3:43 assume that it's the uh family truckster
3:46 in Christmas vacation so whenever you
3:48 see like t-shirts or Christmas ornaments
3:51 there's always a tree on the family
3:53 truckster but they actually drive a
3:55 station wagon Taurus for Taurus so it
3:59 was was originally built out of a Ford
4:01 Country Squire and then it was actually
4:04 I believe George Baris the the famous
4:07 like hot rod or car customizer who built
4:09 like the original 66 Batmobile their
4:12 team worked on it and they changed the
4:14 position of the back window um obviously
4:17 added the the double headlights um the
4:21 the all all the little details that make
4:23 it it still looks like a car but it's
4:26 customized it's it's it's very strange
4:28 have you ever thought about doing the
4:30 planes Transit automobile car which is
4:31 very s similar just you wait okay all
4:35 right all right cuz it's it's very
4:36 interesting how John Hughes he
4:39 affiliated with both of them yeah it's
4:41 kind of the same car but a little a
4:43 little smaller but the same kind of well
4:45 it it's supposed to be a reference
4:47 because John Hughes obviously uh wrote
4:50 the script for the first Vacation movie
4:52 which was directed by Harold Ramos from
4:54 Ghostbusters name but John Hughes wrote
4:56 and directed Planes Trains and
4:58 Automobiles and that's why the car is a
5:00 green car with the wood paneling cuz
5:02 it's supposed to be a reference yeah to
5:04 the first vacation I like you're giving
5:05 a little give little nods of what we're
5:07 going to see later in the day the old
5:09 Sinclair
5:12 dinosaur yeah we got packages of them
5:15 too oh that's neat compliments of your
5:18 Sinclair dealer you put a lot of work
5:20 into your spot yeah we're we're big
5:23 collectors you you'll see in some of the
5:25 other rooms we love stuff we love
5:29 physical objects we love historical
5:32 objects we love
5:34 movies there's tons to look at
5:43 here East gas station but the era is
5:43 supposed to be end of 1960 that's kind
5:45 of my where I chose yeah so that's why
5:48 you know we got Disney so we got all the
5:50 Disney stuff you've probably been to a
5:52 couple of these
5:53 places they're from all over they're
5:55 just random cards that I've
5:58 collected I got I got a little bit into
6:01 uh postcards only because there was like
6:03 a there was the same clouds in multiple
6:07 postcards because a company would like
6:10 basically cut out the buildings and then
6:12 put them over fake uh Cloud backdrops so
6:15 you could track the same Cloud
6:17 Recreation Blues mobile
6:19 here even got the briefcase
6:24 inside nice and the eight track player
6:27 cut into the dash just like it is in the
6:29 movie yeah oh wow all the garbage along
6:33 the the dash
6:37 there so yeah this is a real 1974 Dodge
6:40 Monaco uh same type of car that was used
6:43 in the movie it even has the rare 140
6:48 mph speedometer which was the Police
6:50 Package speedometer so the regular uh
6:54 Consumer Car only went to 120 mph those
6:57 Sirens famously they get put on the top
7:00 of the car as the the megaphone right
7:03 and those were only uh they're Air Raid
7:06 Sirens from the cold war in the 1960s
7:08 and they were only Built and displayed
7:10 in Canada so Dan akroy famously is is
7:14 Canadian he's from Ontario right so
7:16 clearly he saw that when he was a kid
7:19 out and around and then that's what
7:21 inspired him to put it in the the the
7:23 screenplay for for blu's brother so that
7:26 siren would never actually appear down
7:28 in the states anywhere
7:30 and it's it's clearly been made in the
7:32 movie cuz it has like a thinner section
7:34 in the middle whereas this one has a big
7:36 generator which would make the big air
7:38 raid noise does it work if we hooked it
7:41 up it and probably would cuz it's just
7:44 it's just a motor rushing air through it
7:47 to make like
7:49 that no this is Mater from Cars This is
7:52 Tow Mater he just has his hood on real
7:54 life real life Mater yeah real life
7:56 inspired Mater got the blue door got the
7:58 light on top it's a real tow truck so
8:01 your company you rent these out people
8:03 want to rent it for an event that's what
8:04 that's basically yeah some of them this
8:06 one is uh more of a yard art same with
8:09 the the jp8 Jeep beside it that's kind
8:12 of like the Jurassic World Rotten
8:16 Jeep but if someone wanted to rent a
8:18 blues mobile or the truckster or
8:19 something you that's that's what you do
8:21 yeah we do a lot of DeLorean uh
8:27 Ghostbusters this one doesn't have the
8:27 ramp on it on the back yet but oh you
8:30 going to put the ramp on it yeah one day
8:32 the thing a lot of our project cars
8:34 they're hard to find so when we find one
8:38 we we grab it because if we decide one
8:41 day we want to build doc Browns band
8:44 they're tough to find but but you found
8:46 it I don't know how but you found it
8:49 wait a second so right the wolf mobile
8:52 this is going to be the wolf oh man so
8:56 we found this out here so you're going
8:57 to paint it green Like the Wolf mobile
8:58 it's got to be painted and one of the
9:00 things I really want to do is I want to
9:01 put a mannequin on top doing hand stand
9:04 so that when we're when we're at shows
9:06 it always like like your Styles grabing
9:08 up here and he's like hold on these
9:10 waves are
9:12 mine oh that's so cool so it's the same
9:14 model as the wolf mobile from Teen Wolf
9:17 y International
9:24 1500 sitting in somebody's driveway
9:24 about uh about an hour from here we got
9:26 a call somebody's like hey man you guys
9:27 might want to check this out
9:30 car here another Blues
9:33 mobile what's your YouTube channel BC
9:35 DeLorean BC DeLorean on YouTube I'm just
9:37 showing this Eagle but there's a video
9:39 on their channel of them crushing this
9:41 check out their YouTube channel their
9:44 scene with our
9:46 excavator have to check it out we're
9:48 stepping inside got the Peewee
9:51 bike Paul Ruben's bike actually Adam you
9:55 helped with this bike I did yes by doing
9:58 the filming locations no the what's it
10:01 called the
10:02 Hollywood collectible orw the Hol the
10:05 Hollywood Museum on Hollywood and uh
10:08 Highland so there's screenshots from
10:11 your video because you went and visited
10:13 one of the screen used bikes and I was
10:15 actually looking at it you helped me
10:17 identify this brake lever really yes cuz
10:21 I have a screenshot from your video cuz
10:24 when I was doing all the research for
10:25 the bike nobody really covered that
10:28 screen I knew that it was there and
10:30 there was not really any great photos of
10:32 it but in your video you went right up
10:34 to the glass and I could see the
10:35 handlebars I remember that was years ago
10:37 y so you just added this as your little
10:39 as a little Disney nod or is that no
10:40 that's on the bike in the movie yes he
10:43 has a tailor Mickey uh you can see it
10:45 most clearly in the shot when he when
10:47 he's dressed as the nun there's a shot
10:50 I'm going to go start a paper route
10:51 right now shot down on the bike from his
10:55 point of view right before he takes it
10:57 and you can see that Taylor Mickey belt
10:58 and Paul sign it there before yes yeah
11:01 can I touch it yep brush brush brush
11:04 brush brush brush so we were talking
11:07 about Planes Trains and Automobiles yes
11:09 that's the project I'm working on right
11:11 now you're working on the car yes so
11:14 I've got uh
11:15 1986 krysler learon which is what they
11:18 use for the rental car and we're going
11:20 to be doing the burnt out version so I'm
11:25 in the process of stripping everything
11:26 out I just cut all the foam off the
11:30 seats to make them look like they're
11:32 melted so I'll have to add some melting
11:34 details the inside will be all painted
11:37 black and and burnt and melted the car
11:40 beside it is a Dodge 600 which is the
11:44 same type of car in the movie they made
11:48 the um the farm and Country car is is
11:52 what is what it's called in the movie
11:54 out of these two cars so they're the
11:56 same type of car just two different
11:58 manufacturers
11:59 um but the interior is that like marony
12:04 purpley color so I'll put some of that
12:07 in here before I melted and paint it you
12:09 got the VHS yeah and the Dell Griffith
12:12 is that D's uh no this I just found um I
12:16 have to paint it cuz his is like a
12:18 greenish color and and I'm working on
12:20 all the stickers the Jal doll
12:23 there yeah cuz Steve urel drives a
12:25 little Isetta right in the show his has
12:28 a white door but
12:29 so this is the Steve Urkel mobile yeah
12:32 we we it's kind of a bit of both it
12:34 happened to be the Steve merel Steve
12:35 Urkel car but uh we just like it cuz
12:37 it's like a fun little weird car it uh
12:41 this is the door does it this is one of
12:44 the coolest things I probably ever say
12:46 yeah yeah 32 1 one two three what the
12:51 heck is bothering me so I can get in
12:54 there yeah go ahead get in there Miracle
12:57 mobile you guys fit perfect in there
12:59 it's a tight squeeze dude this is what
13:01 we're going home with we're going to
13:02 leave you our rental we're taking this
13:04 back how fast does this thing go uh 88
13:08 miles hour
13:10 8 this is one of the coolest things man
13:13 throw back to TGF days so this belonged
13:16 to this belonged to Carson yes so this
13:18 is this is Johnny Carson's DeLorean and
13:21 the story with it is in 1977 Johnny
13:24 Carson uh gave
13:27 $500,000 in shares
13:30 uh invested into the DeLorean Motor
13:32 Company to build these cars and out of
13:34 that he got a company car so this go
13:38 ahead no was ask how did you come across
13:40 it auctions we so we we do have a time
13:44 machine there you will see a time
13:46 machine and we wanted a stock DeLorean
13:48 and when we were looking for a stock
13:49 DeLorean just to be able to display them
13:51 next to each other Johnny Carson's came
13:54 up for sale oh man this is beautiful man
13:57 did you guys have to refinish any of
13:58 this no this car is in Immaculate
14:01 condition didn't want him badmouthing
14:03 the car on TV or anything the biggest
14:04 talk show host in the world so they gave
14:06 him like so they he called John called
14:09 the back to I have said make sure this
14:12 is the best car you guys ever built so
14:14 here's the here's the sign off for VIN
14:16 number 4523 Johnny Carson car and here's
14:20 all the Departments signing off
14:23 11881 and then the other thing that I
14:25 have which I really love is this is
14:26 original DeLorean Motor Company uh
14:30 documents and these are the VIN lists
14:33 for the car so you can see John DeLorean
14:35 had two DeLorean himself but on the
14:37 second page the third page I me we have
14:41 outside directors and VIP Vin 4523 J
14:44 Carson and that's this car right here
14:47 and this is just random paperwork that I
14:49 found collecting DeLorean history
14:52 because it got seized in the bankruptcy
14:54 it went up for auction just like all of
14:56 the DeLorean Motor Company stuff uh and
14:59 so a collector bought it so it's bounced
15:01 through a couple Collections and those
15:04 collectors have done personals PL
15:06 personal plates cuz it's Johnny's ex
15:08 staran yeah so evidently this was the
15:11 car that jacket and suit tie oh he
15:13 actually wore this yes yeah they came
15:15 with the car but this was the car he got
15:17 the DUI in supposedly yes yes and Ed
15:20 McMahon ripped his pants yes that's
15:22 getting out of here I I can see why he
15:23 was Ed McMahon was like my size a guy
15:25 about my size and it's uncomfortable for
15:28 me to get into DeLorean oh yeah they're
15:29 super super low only 5,000 miles on this
15:31 thing so Johnny would been cruising
15:33 around Burbank in this bad boy probably
15:34 went to Bob's in this thing
15:37 yeah and this is a recreation of George
15:40 McFly's bicycle yes uh a Schwin Black
15:43 Phantom he's a Peeping Tom he's a
15:46 Peeping to look at this you're
15:48 even yeah so this is one of my favorite
15:51 movies of all time and it happened to
15:53 also be shot out here this is the it's
15:56 my work in progress of The Hot Rock bike
15:59 from 2007 Andy
16:01 Samberg this is the 69 chevel this is
16:04 the one that replica of the one that wal
16:07 drives blind in and they have the cougar
16:09 in the back oh you have the outfit y got
16:12 all the race got all the race
16:14 gear got the Lucky Charms in there this
16:17 was where I live in Charlotte oh really
16:21 yeah yeah I I love that scene where he
16:24 like drives into the house Frank Frank's
16:26 going to be pissed
16:29 was the best so this is normally All
16:31 American Graffiti so the car is above
16:33 you on the rack um and all of these
16:36 vehicles are all from American Graffiti
16:38 it's been heavily modified cuz I mean
16:40 that movie is all about car and Cruis
16:42 and culture right so it's all those kids
16:45 rotting out their uh their their
16:47 personal cars getting into some Star
16:50 Wars collectibles here the Vader
16:53 character
16:55 holder ET your big ET guy know you have
16:58 an ET shirt on to yeah huge ET fan
17:01 Goonies we love love the
17:03 80s a Harry and the Hendersons yeah not
17:07 far from here in Seattle is where that
17:09 was
17:26 course man you got all kind of stuff
17:26 through here Gremlins
17:29 it's a Kentucky Harvester you ever
17:31 thought about putting together a
17:32 Kentucky Harvester from Gremlins that
17:35 would be a deep cut I'd love to do uh
17:37 that would be that's a really good idea
17:39 I don't know it'd be like six people
17:41 that would get it but
17:44 yeah so it is original the transform uh
17:48 that one I think is I think that one is
17:50 the
17:51 original so unfortunately we do we do
17:54 have an off in this Prime we got a full
17:56 semi- Tru he's just not here's are you
17:59 guys into Optimus would you like Optimus
18:01 or not I grew up liking the show and the
18:04 cartoon stuff you did say you had some
18:06 screen use is this screen Ed no we we
18:08 built this one you're saving the screen
18:09 newed towards the end yeah that's that's
18:11 the that's the other garage okay but
18:13 yeah so this is our this is our RoboCop
18:16 replica uh it was really hard to find a
18:19 four Taurus because nobody kept it they
18:22 just all crushed them and they were just
18:24 junky cars but we found this one uh and
18:27 painted it the map black track down a
18:30 real police light bar uh I had to
18:33 identify the spotlight which is a boat
18:36 Spotlight and a shifter bezel so this is
18:39 like this is just like what a shifter
18:42 for a car would be would be made out of
18:45 but there's a really great shot when uh
18:47 RoboCop puts the sniper rifle sniper
18:50 rifle up on top of the car and you can
18:52 clearly see this this spotl you're just
18:55 going frame by frame FR just lots of
18:58 research to
18:59 to identify everything this police
19:01 computer that's in here it's not from
19:03 RoboCop 1 it's from RoboCop 2 it's also
19:06 in Terminator too but I just like the
19:08 look of it so much I think I think it
19:10 just like brings the police car look
19:12 together so I track one of those down no
19:15 I've seen a couple of be car
19:17 here with the with the the
19:21 lock no it's actually the Beverly hill
19:24 Beverly Hillbillies okay that would have
19:26 been my second guess yeah we want want
19:28 to make ours um from the 9s version the
19:31 Jim party version that I appreciate the
19:35 original Beverly Hiles but I also I love
19:38 Jim Barney one of my childhood Idols oh
19:41 dude I love her so much you ever thought
19:43 about doing the uh Jim Varney's truck
19:46 the Snake Mobile from Earnest Christmas
19:48 yeah that would be great if I can put
19:50 together that
19:51 cosplay Poison Poison the this where the
19:55 horror people are yes so this is our
19:58 replica murf mobile so we spent a year
20:01 building this replica and then we ended
20:04 up finding the actual screen used Mur
20:06 mobile so we'll check that out in the
20:09 other garage you have the screen used we
20:11 have the actual screen used MF Mobile in
20:13 lames World why but we spent a long time
20:16 building
20:17 this and then when the real one comes up
20:20 for sale you're like not only do you
20:21 want to check your work but you're like
20:23 when when other when when are you going
20:24 to have the chance to own the actual car
20:29 I'm excited to see that I have a buddy
20:31 used to live in Denver he used to have a
20:33 birth mobile and he took me for a ride
20:35 on it a few years ago around around
20:37 Denver with this one here uh one of the
20:40 things we did is we put a massive sound
20:41 system in it there's three subw South
20:43 Pasadena classic
20:53 Christine yeah ours is built out of a
20:53 veter but it's very similar to the movie
20:56 because even when they were making the
20:57 movie they couldn't find enough 58
21:00 Furies so they converted baders into
21:03 Furies so even ours is a a badier
21:06 converted into a fury but so all of
21:10 these you'll rent out for events if
21:11 someone wanted to rent this for an event
21:13 you would rent that out through your
21:16 business like I mentioned earlier
21:18 Ghostbusters and The Time Machine those
21:20 are the ones that go out the most that's
21:21 what people want to have at their events
21:24 Christine has gone out to a couple car
21:26 shows uh car show people are a little
21:29 bit more interested in
21:32 it6 yeah if you go look at the the
21:34 driver's
21:36 seat the steering wheel does not adjust
21:39 the seat does not adjust how does a
21:42 person fit in there I I I have no
21:46 idea well in 1916 they weren't they
21:48 weren't as heavy as I am now true people
21:51 people were smaller back then you can
21:52 honk the horn give the horn a good honk
21:54 right here
21:56 yeah that's amazing
22:01 oh that's so
22:01 good I need one of these for my uh my
22:04 little golf cart around celebration I
22:07 think you can find I'm going to make
22:10 that happen yeah so this is what we call
22:13 the movie car garage even though we've
22:14 seen a bunch of movie Cars this was the
22:16 main
22:18 garage
22:20 welcome oh man I recognize a lot of
22:23 these
22:25 yeah this is the screen used so this is
22:27 the actual screen used M mobile from the
22:31 first Wayne's World movie so this is the
22:33 very car that Mike Myers and Dana Carvey
22:35 are driving this is the car that filmed
22:37 the famous Bohemian rap city the
22:39 original lior suspensor is still in
22:41 there go yes and I can match that up to
22:44 a screen the the closeup when they're on
22:46 their way to Alice Cooper there's the
22:48 closeup of G grabbing Licorice and I can
22:50 see there's a glue streak from the ring
22:52 on the top of the the bowl and then down
22:55 beside the little cutting Point there's
22:57 a glue streak that runs down that you
22:59 can see in the movie I don't know if you
23:01 can see it I can I can light it
23:04 up so there's a GL above the little
23:06 cutter here right there there's a glue
23:09 streak and you can see that glue streak
23:11 in the movie so it's 100% the actual
23:15 liquor
23:17 dispenser so this car had been restored
23:19 it was actually found by the the Pawn
23:21 Stars guys so it was on two episodes of
23:24 Pawn Stars as well and they were the
23:26 ones who restored it so they repainted
23:27 it add carpet redid the uh whole street
23:31 but the bumpers are original the rims
23:33 are original um this car was given away
23:39 uh in a in a MTV contest in
23:43 1982 and I believe it was a woman named
23:46 Sherry I have the original paperwork she
23:49 won this car a white guitar uh tickets
23:53 to SNL tickets to a private screening of
23:55 the movie with Mike and Dana it's an
23:58 it's just awesome so Mike Myers there
24:00 Dana Carvey right here
24:03 yeah that is absolutely
24:06 incredible one of the interesting things
24:08 is in the movie it was uh actually a
24:12 yellow and brown car they painted it
24:16 blue and painted the whole interior blue
24:19 in fact if you watch the movie you can
24:21 see on the interior you can see the blue
24:24 paint flaking off like um behind Tia
24:27 carrer
24:29 uh like where her seat belt goes in you
24:31 can see the the blue paint flaking off
24:32 and you can see the original Brown
24:34 interior underneath but yeah so this is
24:36 actually a yellow and brown car painted
24:38 blue watching the planes are laying
24:39 right there you're saying when you watch
24:41 that scene The Bugs Bunny talking about
24:44 Bugs Bunny you can see that little screw
24:45 there that holds the licorice
24:48 dispenser is longer than the driver door
24:51 so it was easier for your friends to get
24:53 in the back so this is the car when
24:55 they're riding down the road but wraps
24:57 of these on
24:58 yes is this is the same spot that Mike
25:02 Myers you're Dana Carvey on Mike Myers
25:05 way
25:07 and so they would have been right here
25:09 Mike Myers would have been right here
25:10 they've been Towing this car most likely
25:12 doing that
25:18 scene screen used car is an original
25:19 original y from the 90s the SNL gift
25:22 shop you can put it on might have to
25:25 resize it yeah I might have a big head
25:30 what do you think man unbelievable you
25:32 like some liquorice this is movie
25:35 history this is a can dispenser we got
25:37 your cups here obviously and then you
25:38 got your can crusher but in the movie
25:41 when they get to Stan makita's Donuts
25:43 which is based on Tim Hortons I he was
25:45 mentioning that the other day yes um you
25:48 see a can laying sideways here but there
25:51 was obviously a cut special effect
25:53 because they went out of the way to cut
25:55 a hole in the dash so they could load
25:56 three cans in here and then there's a
25:59 button down here which you would press
26:02 to activate a little lever to drop the
26:04 can they just never use it they never
26:06 use it it it maybe it got cut from the
26:08 final this is it this is our uh this is
26:10 our DeLorean time machine this is it
26:13 started it all you got the Mr Fusion yep
26:17 on there this is it this is the big one
26:19 that's where the conducting hook would
26:21 have been which we have you have the
26:22 conducting hook Yeah we actually can
26:24 display oh my gosh I'm just noticing all
26:26 this do you have we have a l wow we can
26:29 do all three versions of the movie okay
26:32 so obviously Mr Fusion's on there if you
26:34 take Mr Fusion off the 20um chamber goes
26:36 on we have the lightning hook we even
26:39 have the Hood Box recreated Doc's little
26:41 shed with all the clocks and everything
26:43 you even have a lot of those items over
26:46 here oh my gosh this is awesome the ones
26:48 he had like on the on the side of the
26:50 wall right there
26:53 what how the heck did you recreate all
26:56 this so some of it is actually from um
26:59 Bruce who built our time machine for us
27:01 and then over the years I've just been
27:03 collecting pieces and these are mixed
27:05 vegetable cans from the dollar store
27:07 that I just
27:08 relabeled just just Stu we found that's
27:12 amazing Marty would have come in right
27:14 here skateboard riding past here this
27:17 one they drop inside of there so you
27:19 have is this an original no that's the
27:22 so Madrid skateboard every few years
27:24 they re-release the fly skateboard so
27:27 that one's from 2015 and they just
27:29 re-released another one so dude this is
27:32 amazing you even got the tape over it
27:34 yeah got the
27:36 hoverboard all right this is cool man
27:39 three hover boards oh hey Adam this is
27:41 the skateboard we were trying to figure
27:44 out remember what's in so that's
27:46 actually a prop from the Michael J fox
27:48 documentary still oh the doc that's in
27:51 it so uh they asked us if we had this
27:55 and I said we we haven't built it yet
27:57 but I do have the roller skate wheels so
27:59 then they said well give us the roller
28:01 skates we'll make the skateboard and
28:02 then you can probably just have it after
28:04 they're done we were just at Fan Expo
28:05 Vancouver a couple weeks ago and we
28:08 brought this whole clock wall display
28:10 and I had built all of the the Hill
28:13 Valley model yeah on the ping pong table
28:15 you can there's videos of it on our uh
28:17 on our Instagram but yeah I built a full
28:19 scale
28:21 replica not painted and not to scale
28:24 that's amazing that you have this yeah
28:26 the drunk man clock wow it still works
28:29 too I don't I don't it has to plug in
28:31 but uh yeah his arm still moves van Hal
28:33 tape
28:34 yeah that's my Marty
28:37 costume there you go my Darth Vader
28:40 costume beside it yeah for the planet
28:47 Vulcan this is great what are these
28:47 chairs from something you just made
28:48 yourself this is also from the Michael J
28:50 fox documentary okay the production made
28:53 these um the the the ACT chairs and then
28:56 they let us have the fabric so we put
28:58 them on other chairs yeah got the Cass
29:00 yeah and the the silver um bag there the
29:03 Seiko stopwatch that's actually a
29:05 printer for your stopwatch so Doc Brown
29:07 is wearing that on his belt in the
29:09 opening parking lot scene 3D files for
29:11 it even have the teeny tiny guitar yeah
29:14 we just got that actually when you watch
29:15 that scene it's like I always think like
29:17 why the heck is he playing the tiniest
29:18 guitar known to man yeah apparently it
29:21 was Robert a me yeah yeah it was a meus
29:24 yeah really it just sold it just sold at
29:25 auction he's the one who brought it in
29:27 so you're going to get to see Optimus
29:29 Lee just test like look at the size of
29:31 this thing just yeah that's you can put
29:34 it right
29:35 on the pick is uh he does this he goes
29:38 over the top over here and he
29:41 goes the pick is in the top
29:53 there boom rock and roll from Indie yeah
29:53 this is screen used this is matched to
29:55 yeah this is actually from Indiana Jones
29:57 and the kingdom of the the Crystal Skull
29:59 it is screen matched to a shot of
30:01 Harrison Ford driving this exact car in
30:04 one one shot for sure in that jungle
30:07 Chase sequence um from Indie 4 yeah cool
30:11 very cool the coolest thing about this
30:13 is that it's just a 1990s Jeep with
30:16 everything cut away and they put this
30:18 fiberglass body on it so if I let me
30:21 just move these chairs and you can get
30:23 right in
30:28 there get get Michael Christopher's
30:28 chair out of the way so if you take a
30:30 peek down here you can see the door this
30:33 is the original door of the uh of the
30:36 Jeep there yes so they just cut
30:38 everything away that they didn't need
30:39 and then they put this fiberglass body
30:41 on top awesome check out that 4x4 that
30:45 is hot someday Jennifer someday wouldn't
30:48 it be
30:49 great throw a couple sleeping bags in
30:52 the back go to the lake that's what I
30:54 want to do next throw a couple sleeping
30:55 bags in the back some vintage sleeping
30:56 bags lie out underneath the
30:58 does your mom
31:00 know we just uh going camping with the
31:03 guys we just met Claudia Wells the
31:05 original Jennifer Parker she signed our
31:08 uh our our visor you know I've always
31:11 thought if I was going to buy something
31:13 or or use something from Back to the
31:15 Future it wouldn't be a DeLorean I would
31:17 like to have this truck or Biff's
31:18 classic car this truck gets so much
31:20 attention when we bring it out from Back
31:22 to the Future fans but also just like
31:24 car enthusiasts they love this Trustin
31:27 condition there's one scene at the end
31:28 of part one I always remember every time
31:30 I get excited about anything I always
31:33 think of Marty coming up leaning in here
31:36 and he has his hand right here and he
31:38 just kind of does like a tap like I'm
31:40 excited and I always think about that I
31:42 always think of that moment whenever I'm
31:44 happy I think like a channel Marty tap
31:46 in his hand like right there and then
31:48 Jennifer comes in how about a ride
31:50 Mister yeah we got to we got to show
31:52 this to Tom in the oh he saw it yes okay
31:55 cool what did he was he was he stoked on
31:57 it he gave us the thumbs up he came over
31:59 he told us a couple stories about the
32:01 the 46 Ford what stories what stories
32:04 you telling uh just about how he it
32:05 didn't run really he was he said does it
32:08 run and we said oh yeah it's so quiet
32:10 he's like well that's good cuz mine
32:11 never ran man that's yeah it was at it
32:14 was at the the Portland Fan Expo he was
32:17 incredible first time I ever met him and
32:20 I I love the man so much and uh yeah he
32:22 came over to see us it it made a big
32:25 impact he should have had him sit in it
32:27 and once sat you could have said get the
32:29 hell out of my car old man but then he
32:32 snuck over snuck over right before he
32:33 left which it just me it aot to us he's
32:36 the best yeah literally still wet well
32:40 on both of these
32:42 cars his handprint still on the back
32:45 this is awesome yeah if I if I had to
32:47 get a classic car I'd probably want
32:48 something like this yeah are these
32:50 really difficult to find me very very
32:52 rare um while we recreated it we bought
32:55 a burgundy one and had to all everything
32:58 and do a lot of work to it but um
33:01 they're not that hard to find I'm sure
33:03 if you search for one you'd probably
33:04 find one in a couple months yeah so
33:07 we're taking this to that show in
33:09 Vancouver next week oh you even have the
33:11 tracksuit of
33:13 course what the hell is going on around
33:15 here even have the Mountain
33:17 Dew little throwback to part one right
33:21 there with the mountain de cap remember
33:23 when everyone back in the day thought
33:24 the guy with the Mountain Dew cap was
33:25 Spielberg yes this is actually in the
33:28 scene oh is it at the end when he's when
33:30 he's waxing the Family's car you can see
33:34 this Mountain Dew can with The Ridges a
33:36 vintage Mountain Dew can on his Dash and
33:38 a napkin like he just ate his lunch in
33:40 the car or
33:42 something man you have a good eye for
33:44 detail you're just like going through
33:46 all the Blu-rays and just going frame by
33:48 frame I I got obsessed with it oh then
33:51 Chris signed his a Shir here uh one of
33:54 my favorite details on the back of the
33:55 Biff truck here is you never the the
33:58 tailgate is down so you never get to see
34:01 it so we added our own he's got his
34:03 little slogan two coats of wax
34:05 guaranteed just putting on the second
34:07 coat now now Biff don't con me that
34:13 Biff it's amazing to me that George
34:15 McFly keeps him around as a as a worker
34:17 after what he tried to do to his future
34:19 wife yeah exactly see he cleaned all the
34:21 manure out of
34:22 it yeah we kept we kept a little bit he
34:24 hates
34:26 manure that's a 46 Ford Superduty Super
34:30 Deluxe Super
34:31 Deluxe oh speaking of Jim VY you got uh
34:34 yeah you got Ernest P War my prize
34:36 possessions I found that on Facebook
34:38 Marketplace it's incredible what's he
34:40 promoting a Pacific Pilsner beer I never
34:43 even knew he did a commercial for that
34:45 yeah that's cool I get 80 miles to the
34:47 gallon on this hog traded it straight
34:50 up John Denver holy
34:54 crap you even got uh oh what you got
35:04 oh man might want to hold on to that
35:04 one that's a
35:10 car it probably more difficult to create
35:10 something that's not screen used than
35:11 you just buy the screen used one right
35:13 because you got to really put everything
35:14 put all the pieces together oh yeah I
35:15 got to find everything this is the again
35:17 this is the exact same Bell this little
35:19 American FL way
35:21 better D so this is the exact model of
35:25 bite that they used in the movie uh yeah
35:27 it the frame are very between these mini
35:31 like mini bikes in general the frames
35:32 are very similar we had to extend it and
35:35 that's the same thing that they did in
35:36 the movie all right this is your first
35:37 time ever in a DeLorean big Back to
35:41 Future fan what's it feel like sitting
35:42 in here my inner nerd is exploding right
35:46 now your inner nerd location is
35:47 exploding my inner nerd location is
35:49 exploding let's complete this and let's
35:52 oh are we're going to close it can we
35:54 get up to 88 in here I don't know
35:56 there's a lot of stuff in front of us
35:57 but back up a little
35:59 bit you're going you don't need roads is
36:02 a fle capacitor flux it is fleux
36:04 capacitor
36:07 FL say want to see the signing of the
36:09 decoration of independence witness the
36:12 birth of
36:16 Christ 88 M an hour are we
36:19 back oh we're back okay cool now turn it
36:24 on oh yes it's a has the
36:29 noise that's
36:31 awesome yeah here I'll close the Dorian
36:34 door um one of the things that we wanted
36:37 to find it was most important to us was
36:39 a right-and drive for Anglia so we
36:42 bought this out of New Zealand and
36:45 that's a Canadian movie like uh video
36:48 store rental uh
36:51 vest and they are so expensive but we
36:54 found that at an estate sale I don't
36:56 know if I've ever seen that yeah I think
36:58 we paid like maybe like 50 bucks for it
37:00 like it was one of the best
37:03 deals great all right I'm heading up to
37:05 the lake got a couple sleeping bags in
37:07 the back my mom doesn't know she thinks
37:09 I'm going camping with the guys go the
37:11 transan Smokey and the Bandit this is a
37:13 special one because this is actually
37:15 Bert Reynolds
37:16 car this is still in his name we have
37:20 the original title over here this is
37:23 still technically owned by Bert Reynolds
37:26 this was the last last one that He
37:28 restored and sold before he passed
37:32 away that is amazing yeah it was
37:34 restored by his friend down in Florida
37:37 um went up for auction somebody else
37:39 bought it and then we bought it from
37:40 that person but the person that we
37:42 bought it from also understood what
37:44 makes this one special is that it's bur
37:47 Reynolds car so even that previous owner
37:49 didn't put it in their name so when we
37:52 got it it's not even on our name so
37:53 that's the original title
38:00 now you're a big Disney guy yeah do you
38:00 know the correlation between this logo
38:02 and Epcot no I don't the artist that
38:05 designed this logo designed all the
38:08 Epcot logos for the lands originally in
38:11 ' 82 wow that's incredible from smoky in
38:14 the Bandit the engine noises in the
38:16 parking lot driving the DeLorean through
38:18 the parking lot right before he's about
38:20 to time travel yeah the the engine is is
38:23 roaring in that scene because he's about
38:25 to hit 88 for the first time Deloreans
38:28 don't sound like that they don't have
38:30 hardly they have hardly any engine noise
38:32 really and all of that because smoking
38:34 the Bandit is a Universal Property they
38:36 had all those sound effects of the
38:38 engine so all of those sound effects in
38:40 the parking lot sequence are from smoke
38:41 I had no idea it's some peee action here
38:43 oh I got the Ernest doll signed signed
38:46 by Varney yeah to Ed we got that at an
38:49 auction but I didn't care Sayed go
38:51 signed by Jim vanney that is amazing of
38:55 course you seen the opening of Splash
38:56 Mountain which Bary yeah oh yeah and you
38:59 got Peewee there on Cherry got the whole
39:02 set here you got Peewee on is that a
39:04 laser Des yeah and look at the look at
39:07 the tiger siren on the bike see it has
39:09 the Jewel and it's not painted like a
39:10 lion it's got the tiger on it there's
39:13 the house house in South Pasadena oh I
39:16 have the same one the Star Tours yeah I
39:19 have that one but mine's not in the Box
39:20 though so that's a little more hard to
39:22 find couple of my favorite pieces are
39:23 the original press kits for peewee's big
39:26 adventure and Big Top
39:27 just say what was the guy from Growing
39:29 Pains that like hosted this Kurt Cameron
39:31 yeah like he was uh this is a this is a
39:33 unique one this is a Canadian French
39:36 version of Back to the Future and I love
39:38 it because they've actually changed the
39:39 logo so in the movie it's brown uh found
39:43 this Metropolitan but we have to paint
39:44 it brown so just one of our projects
39:47 that's great yeah I love UHF when I I
39:50 remember watching it uh for the first
39:53 time and thinking that they made that
39:55 car for the movie because I thought it
39:57 was so funny seeing those two grown men
40:00 inside this tiny little two-seater car I
40:02 was like there's no way that's yeah and
40:03 then also same car Paul rubben owned one
40:06 of these as
40:08 well so I got my little my little Weird
40:10 Al Shrine over here oh you got weird ow
40:13 stuff yeah this is my yes one of my this
40:17 is my UHF tapes signed by weird one of
40:19 my favorites one of my favor too give me
40:22 a steak medium rare
40:25 medium no more Mr passive resistance not
40:29 the exact same truck that the that the
40:32 actual like animated film is based off
40:34 of because it's not an extended cab
40:37 right ours is an extended cab but we
40:39 ended up finding that black 4x4 in
40:42 pristine conditions so we're like okay
40:44 that's the dream truck and so we turned
40:46 our other one into this Pizza Planet
40:48 truck Mr
40:51 T love a good 18am
40:59 van collection of the pizza plet truck
40:59 you ever just take this out as like a
41:00 daily driver around town uh
41:03 no this is this would be my vehicle that
41:06 I would drive around in for sure this is
41:07 my closet oh you use storage it's full
41:10 of
41:16 storage keep all I keep all my show bins
41:16 for our conventions and stuff in there
41:17 there's actually a a 80s living room in
41:21 there currently because at Fan Expo a
41:23 couple years ago we built a whole 80s
41:25 living room with uh 18 van Ghostbusters
41:28 time machine you could come in you could
41:30 sit on the ET bike and sit on the couch
41:33 I had the coffee table and the TV and
41:35 all my 80s props all all around one of
41:37 my pride and joys is this basket so this
41:40 is this is the exact same type of
41:43 baskets they used in the movie the word
41:46 Southland Corporation you can see on the
41:47 basket as the 4K versions of the movies
41:50 were coming out I could read the word
41:52 Southland so it was a clue and I was
41:54 like okay I I got to find out what these
41:56 are Well turns out it's the Distribution
41:58 Company for 7-Eleven in California so
42:01 now I've tracked down four of these
42:04 vintage Southland Corporation baskets
42:06 and they are the exact same type in the
42:08 movie you can see that they're painted
42:11 white and you can see the blue chipping
42:12 off so you got the the little floppy
42:15 record here the ET Dialogue on it this
42:19 is this is the coolest thing and it
42:20 doesn't have the the person's name on it
42:23 this is to certify that blank is an
42:25 official friend of ET the extra Ral et's
42:28 footprint acknowledges your acceptance
42:29 into his fan club and recognizes you as
42:31 a member in good
42:34 standing amazing and then there's some
42:36 like um fan magazines the fan club
42:40 magazines just a bunch of Articles
42:43 interviews yeah there's John Williams in
42:52 ET it's it's like the the Deep dive I'm
42:52 in currently on all the stickers on John
42:54 C's trunk from Planes Trains and
42:55 Automobiles
42:57 I found there's I think what I counted
43:00 there's like
43:11 72 so Ghostbusters afterlife as I was
43:11 mentioning was filmed in Alberta which
43:14 is in Canada it's the province uh beside
43:16 us and uh so there was a guy who worked
43:20 in the props department and we had done
43:22 a couple events um doing some charity
43:25 fundraising with the Alberta
43:27 Ghostbusters groups and as a thank you
43:30 he built us the props guy from
43:33 Ghostbusters he built us a replica of
43:35 the RTV ghost track so this is built by
43:38 the same guy who built it for the movie
43:39 it's not screen used from the movie but
43:42 it is next exactly it's built by the
43:45 same guy so so that that yellow taxi is
43:48 is a screen used Mercedes taxi from the
43:51 TV show The Man in the High Castle which
43:53 was filmed all out in Vancouver here
43:55 Amazon show based off the Phil K dick
43:58 novel uh and the concept is that what if
44:00 Germany won World War II okay and so the
44:05 the the Germans and the Japanese run
44:07 North America so this is a a German taxi
44:11 cab New York a German New York Taxi C so
44:13 it obviously would be made out of a
44:15 Mercedes not an American car
44:55 awesome that's a it's impressive
45:21 outside hey there's the photo of me and
45:21 Chevy so that was April of 2023 so it's
45:24 almost been two years ago yeah man time
45:26 flies me and chvy wear my flet shirt and
45:29 now I have been
45:31 reunited with the family truckster same
45:33 one from MegaCon
45:41 20123 and Eda back there yeah and and
45:41 right in there and she doesn't fit she's
45:45 in the
45:47 garage right here so this is the
45:50 original John Hugh story that inspired
45:53 screenplay no kidding yeah have you ever
45:55 read this it's a family going to
45:58 Disneyland really
46:00 Y what listen listen to this first line
46:03 if Dad hadn't shot Walt Disney in the
46:05 leg it would have been our best vacation
46:07 ever that's the opening line wow yeah
46:10 vacation 5 not Roy Wall-E it's Walt
46:12 Disney what uh what What's the September
46:16 1979 the fall poer issue that's amazing
46:20 I got I got a looked at and then John
46:21 Hughes wrote another one um for a
46:24 Christmas family right story which then
46:27 inspir Christmas
46:29 dation Wally World dad all right we are
46:34 going to go to another
46:36 spot in not the screen used but
46:42 in a recreation merth
46:49 mobile yeah that's very interesting that
46:49 the this side door is a longer door just
46:52 so someone can get in the back 4 in
46:55 longer so have to get a piping hot
46:56 caffeinated beverage in the
46:59 mmobile Alice Cooper right here cruising
47:04 along I also got
47:07 the the licorice
47:16 dispenser I heard that Tim the Tim
47:16 Horton coffee has changed their
47:18 flavoring right yeah the rumor is that
47:21 McDonald's in Canada now has the old Tim
47:23 Horton recipe because Tim Horton is is
47:27 actually owned by an American company
47:28 now same company that owns Burger
47:30 King there you go fun facts it's all
47:34 filmed in
47:35 chilak there was a movie a couple years
47:38 ago called monster trucks which was
47:40 actually starred the guy who was in the
47:42 remake of MacGyver there it is in all
47:45 its
47:46 Glory cousin Eddie's RV not screen Ed
47:50 right no Recreation okay it is a real
47:54 Ford Condor 2 the exact same making
47:56 model that appears in Christmas Vacation
47:59 just painted with the fake rust but it
48:02 is falling apart this is actually Hank
48:04 William Jun Hank Williams Jr's green
48:07 room it's from a country music festival
48:10 down in the states I can't remember
48:12 exactly where but this was his green
48:15 room so the inside still has family
48:16 photos of him and his grandkids he got a
48:19 bunch of his really stuff all on the
48:21 inside yeah but it's like totally fall
48:23 it's it's nasty in there but it looks
48:26 like it would be how Cousin Eddie would
48:28 live like
48:29 it's there's a pair of underwear in the
48:32 bathroom I don't know if they're Hank
48:33 Williams Junior's under what that's wild
48:36 it's it's falling apart on the inside so
48:39 one of these days we're going to have to
48:40 do we have to do big
48:42 repairs just is that Hank thei thir
48:45 right there must
48:47 be that's Hank Williams III he's a
48:50 actual an artist too like he does kind
48:51 of like metal and punk and
48:54 country that's a really rare photo
49:05 wild so there's a couple there's some
49:05 country music festival stickers back
49:09 here Ohio I like how you left all this
49:12 in
49:13 here well is this a set list yeah look
49:17 at this so like obviously for like the
49:19 historical aspect it's it's all cool to
49:21 leave it but I also legitimately think
49:24 like this is what the inside of the RV
49:25 would look like
49:28 living in it
49:30 right really has been a fun day checking
49:32 out all these
49:45 friends seeing some movie history and
49:45 movie
49:46 Recreations but we found for and we had
49:49 to put the D in it because that's you
49:50 know you do see the dents in the in the
49:53 movie so yeah once they once they uh
49:58 work all right that's going to do it for
50:09 awesome thanks for watching I'll see you
50:09 in the next video the
50:11 Vlog
