0:03 today's adventure begins in my garage as
0:03 the recording of this it is the last day
0:06 of March
0:08 20125 Monday March
0:12 31st tomorrow is April 1st April
0:16 fools so call it and I tomorrow I'm not
0:20 going to do it tonight but tomorrow
0:23 going to get back into the gym my little
0:25 home gym that I built here in the
0:28 garage I'm only going to be able to use
0:30 it for about 5 days but I'm going to go
0:32 pretty hard for those 5 days cuz after
0:35 that I'm going to be leaving five or six
0:37 days give or take a day and then I'm
0:39 going to be boarding a plane going to
0:41 California for one
0:43 day just a one day layover and then
0:45 getting on a plane to go somewhere very
0:48 far away and I'm not sure in my
0:50 international travels if I'll be hitting
0:53 the gem at the hotels but I'm going to
0:55 try to keep it up I've said this a
0:57 million times
0:58 before if there's one thing in life I
1:00 really fail at it is sticking to my
1:03 promises to
1:04 myself when it comes to getting on the
1:07 treadmill and hitting the weights and
1:08 doing the gym and eating better and all
1:10 that but going to give it another whirl
1:13 and I think in
1:16 addition we not an addition but to help
1:18 motivate me I've added a TV out here in
1:22 the garage I have been on my phone you
1:25 know I watch movies and things like that
1:27 on my phone I have a little clip here
1:31 that I did have on a cabinet that I
1:33 removed this right here holds my cell
1:37 phone and I removed the cabinet and my
1:40 friend dune buggy
1:42 Jim you've seen in a few of the videos
1:45 he helped me Mount this TV up here 40in
1:47 TV and I have the streaming services and
1:49 all that so I'm going to get back on my
1:52 idea of watching all the Disney theater
1:55 version animated Classics that were
1:57 released in theaters in a row I think
2:00 I've gotten through 13 tomorrow I'm
2:02 going to start on number 14 I think
2:03 there's 63 out right now so I got a long
2:06 way to go
2:11 but my thought process now this is kind
2:11 of a long-winded intro but my thought
2:13 process now is so before I would do an
2:16 hour and a half I do an hour and 15
2:18 minutes an hour and 20 minutes an hour
2:19 and a half on the treadmill watching
2:21 each of those Disney films and I could
2:24 do it but after that was over after that
2:26 90 minutes or 85 minutes on the
2:28 treadmill I would be so tired and worn
2:32 out and sweaty and nasty that I had no
2:35 motivation you know to do this do the
2:37 leg crunches and use this machine or go
2:41 over here and use the weight
2:45 bench so I was really kind of just a
2:47 little too winded not using it so now my
2:51 goal is to maybe do like a half hour 45
2:53 minutes on the treadmill and then the
2:57 other 45 minutes while the TV is is
2:59 playing the rest of the movie and I
3:01 could see
3:02 it utilize these again that's I mean if
3:07 I'm going to be motivated I can't be
3:08 saying that that's the only reason I'd
3:10 be motivated but I think it would be
3:11 very helpful to
3:13 myself
3:15 to to have the TV on up there and you
3:19 know once I finish over time going
3:21 through all those those movies I can
3:23 start on the Pixar movies and then I
3:24 could just pick different series of
3:26 films to get through but I've always
3:28 wanted to get through all those those
3:29 Disney movie so I'm going to get back on
3:31 track with that when I'm home a lot of
3:33 international travel coming up so might
3:36 have to pull the old phone out and do
3:37 them do them in the in the hotels but
3:40 I'm going to try and I have an in goal
3:42 in mind two years ago I had I had thin
3:47 by Dragon Con I got pretty skinny by
3:50 Dragon Con two years ago and then last
3:52 year I had fit by 50 before August 10th
3:54 and I got pretty
3:55 thin I probably should have kept it
3:58 going but I went off the rails for
4:00 Halloween season into Christmas season
4:01 and all that so this one is going to be
4:04 dedicated around the anniversary of
4:07 Disneyland for their 70th anniversary on
4:10 July
4:11 17th I'm going to go get some
4:14 coffee welcome everyone Adam the woo

4:21 as I go get coffee probably go to Publix
4:24 talk about some things do some
4:27 stuff I'm inviting you to join me
4:30 shall you it's already a little after
4:32 6:00 p.m. was busy most of the day doing
4:35 stuff around the
4:37 house planning Out Future trips looking
4:41 a couple more flights for the next few
4:43 months got a got a lot coming up a lot
4:47 going on from here on out the rest of
4:49 the year I think probably the first
4:51 couple months of the year were the
4:53 Mellow months it's about to get it's
4:55 about to get
4:57 wacky I mean I did a lot the first few
5:00 months but the April and on is going to
5:02 be very very hectic procured a parking
5:04 spot definitely not as many people down
5:07 here as there was over the weekend for
5:09 the car
5:10 show I get some Starbucks mobile ordered
5:13 it I liked that they wrote the word yum
5:15 with 3
5:16 m this cup made a yummy
5:19 sound made a yummy sound see my shadow
5:28 there check and see if the scale that I
5:28 have which I did not use at all last
5:30 year I had it back when I had my
5:31 apartment you know over a year and a
5:32 half ago you weigh myself every once in
5:35 a while when I get on these like kind of
5:37 weight loss extreme trying to drop some
5:39 weight challenges and last year I
5:43 decided I wasn't going to do that I was
5:44 just going to base it on how I felt and
5:45 how I looked in the mirror but I think
5:47 that might have been part of the
5:48 downfall I think the fact that I wasn't
5:50 I I think to help me get motivated
5:52 obviously I told you about the TV thing
5:53 that's just kind of an added Thing For
5:56 Less excuses to get out of the garage
5:57 but then also seeing myself in and and
6:00 weighing myself on a semi-regular basis
6:03 I think it probably be good and this
6:04 will probably be my last latte for a
6:07 while get back to the regular coffee
6:10 just cuz lattes have a lot of stuff in
6:12 it doesn't probably need to be
6:15 consumed get back on the no lattes no
6:19 desserts and no fried foods it worked
6:22 well for me last year worked really well
6:25 and then I and then I went off the went
6:27 off the rails but that was like My
6:30 Prerogative and it always seems to
6:33 work
6:35 tonight who knows what I'm going to get
6:37 tonight who know I'll probably go to
6:39 Publix get some get my usual from Publix
6:42 which is usually salad chickpeas ctsh
6:49 cheese which I guess doesn't fall
6:49 underneath the fried or dessert
6:52 category there's a cyber truck over
6:55 there in the 10-minute limit parking
7:03 I've also heard I am again just looking
7:03 at me you know I'm not a I'm not the
7:05 picture of health or an expert when it
7:06 comes to Fitness in any way shape or
7:09 form but I've
7:12 heard that cardio is great if you don't
7:14 do cardio but I think I already do a lot
7:17 of cardio I do cardio all the time
7:18 walking around I walk a lot of steps
7:21 every day so I feel like just breaking
7:23 that sweat on the treadmill and doing
7:26 you know 20 30 minutes of cardio maybe
7:27 even less than that if it was like a
7:29 really elevated or
7:31 inclined then hit the weights cuz they
7:34 say I don't know who they is but I've
7:37 heard they have
7:40 said those who know more than I do about
7:42 Fitness that you're going to burn more
7:44 calories by lifting weights throughout
7:47 the whole day for cardio you only burn
7:50 it when you are doing said cardio so
7:54 we'll give it a try we'll see how we'll
7:55 see how it goes over the over the months
7:57 we'll see what happens and basically
8:00 what my thought is I'm not going to be
8:01 filming a a video tomorrow of you know
8:04 what I'm doing in the gym however I will
8:06 be putting the putting stories up on
8:09 Instagram so if you would like to follow

8:23 be doing number 14 tomorrow which I

8:33 tomorrow so I'll do half hour on the
8:35 treadmill 45 minutes on the treadmill
8:38 and then a solid minute 30 minutes of
8:39 doing some weight reps and doing the the
8:42 leg crunches doing some stretches which
8:44 I probably I feel like a pretzel all the
8:47 time so being in there having I just I
8:50 could glance up at the TV hear the TV
8:52 like I said as when I had this the phone
8:54 it was just so small when I got off the
8:57 treadmill I couldn't see what was going
8:59 on so I kind of lost the excitement of
9:01 trying to watch that so I would just
9:03 stay on the treadmill the whole time it
9:04 was over and then pretty much about to
9:06 pass out after that so I kind of want to
9:09 kind of want to change it up a bit let's
9:11 see what happens July 17th 2025 will be
9:13 the 70th yes that's right the
9:17 70th anniversary of Walt original Magic
9:20 Kingdom in Anaheim California Disneyland
9:24 I've stated this before and I will state
9:26 it
9:27 again 2015 was the greatest Disney year
9:31 of my entire life I moved to California
9:34 in February
9:36 2015 lived at the orange circle well few
9:39 blocks away from the orange
9:41 circle and it was just such a great
9:44 year around the same time the 70th is
9:47 starting around
9:50 mayishan starts in May May 16th is the
9:53 kickoff and I am planning on
9:56 going to the Disneyland Resort for the
9:58 kickoff of the I'm going to be there for
10:00 a couple days going to fly in and going
10:01 to fly out this challenge I'm doing is
10:04 for the official day which is July
10:08 17th 2025 which is the exact 70th
10:12 anniversary of Disneyland so there's the
10:14 kickoff of the 70 celebrations within
10:17 the official day of July 17th that is
10:19 when the Walt animatronic appears and
10:22 Rears his head for the first time first
10:24 ever Walt animatronic in the history of
10:27 ever of Walt Disney and that is going to
10:29 be happening over in the Great Moments
10:31 with Mr Lincoln
10:33 Theater so I would like to be thinner
10:37 than I am now I like to weigh less feel
10:40 better I have not been feeling great the
10:43 last couple months whenever I pack
10:45 pounds on I start not feeling
10:49 good and it just my body always just
10:51 tells me what the heck are you doing man
10:54 so again for the 9,000th time I know I
10:58 get it
11:00 I know how I am
11:06 but going to do it again
11:06 2025 from working retail over the years
11:09 stocking shelves getting up and down off
11:11 my knees doing things like that throwing
11:13 feed big bags of feed 50 lb 100lb bags
11:16 of feed when I worked at the feed store
11:18 groceries unloading trucks things like
11:20 that I have a bad back my knees are not
11:23 so great I got a little bike wreck where
11:24 the knee still hurts from back then when
11:26 I got in that bike wreck so I when I
11:30 start putting on pounds I start to feel
11:31 it a little bit notice those ailments as
11:34 much when I'm you know 30 lb or more
11:37 lighter than I am right
11:40 now so that was kind of what got me
11:42 thinking and then I'm like you know it's
11:43 like it's always springtime I'm always
11:45 at my heaviest and then I get excited
11:48 and I start making changes and then you
11:50 know usually by my birthday or you know
11:52 in September into into haunt season the
11:55 start of haunt season I'm usually doing
11:57 pretty good and I again part for the
12:00 course you know you can you can you can
12:02 set your watch by my
12:12 habits and my decisions and
12:12 my positive aspects and my negative as
12:16 you negative aspects you can set a watch
12:19 by my promises and fail promises I don't
12:21 even really have a clever saying for
12:22 this I don't know if I'm going to be
12:25 well I guess you know technically if I
12:26 do drop all the weight before a August
12:29 10th which is my 51st birthday I guess
12:31 the fit by 50 still kind of will be cuz
12:33 I'll still will be fif fit in my 50 in
12:37 my 50 I don't know that's a stretch my
12:40 game plan tonight is just to go to
12:41 Publix get some food I'm going to go
12:44 over to the 192 Publix get some food
12:46 take it home going to watch the Rays
12:48 game I think tonight they're playing the
12:49 Pirates the Rays have won two out of
12:51 three games as I'm filming this
12:53 obviously when this video is up in the
12:54 morning I'll know the outcome of the
12:56 Pirates game because I'm going to watch
12:57 the whole game at my house I've had to
13:00 sign up for FanDuel Sports Network even
13:03 though I do subscribe and pay for the
13:05 MLB app and I also subscribe to the fubo
13:08 or fobo fubo app I pay for that I pay
13:11 for mmob app just so I can watch Ray
13:14 games but now they have switched from B
13:16 Sports to this
13:18 new new app or new whatever it is the
13:24 sports network I had to sign up for that
13:27 so I now I'm paying a monthly fee on
13:30 that now because even on fubo and M
13:34 Mo they wouldn't let me watch it they
13:36 were they were blackouts now when I'm on
13:38 the road once I'm out of Florida and I'm
13:40 traveling like if I'm going to be in
13:41 other countries or I'm going to be in
13:42 other states I could easily watch it but
13:45 they they put a blackout on it and it's
13:47 like I'm not even I'm not even near the
13:49 stadium here I'm not even near the
13:51 stadium so I had it's a it's a whole
13:53 it's a whole challenge it's a whole
13:55 monetary challenge to try to be able to
13:57 watch the rise but I love the and I love
13:59 watching it so they're doing pretty good
14:01 though they're uh they're not doing so
14:02 bad they're two and one right now going
14:04 into sight and I feel like it's going to
14:06 be a good season you know in fact I did
14:08 contemplate going to the game tonight
14:11 because this will be the first night
14:13 game at Stein Brer the first three games
14:15 were Day Games 4 p.m. time 1:00 p.m.
14:18 noon this is a 700 p.m. first pitch so
14:20 it'll be a night game I didn't want to
14:22 sit in the
14:23 traffic yeah first pitch is in 35
14:26 minutes 7:05 it's 6:31 now it's still
14:31 82°
14:45 now also
14:45 really not looking forward to the
14:47 Summers here I probably won't be around
14:50 much of the summer I mean here and there
14:52 not that I'm around much here anyway
14:59 but I really got to get I really got to
14:59 get in the habit of using gems
15:02 at the hotels I stay at because the
15:05 hotels I stay at all have
15:12 gems and then also traveling you always
15:12 want to try food in different areas the
15:13 whole win and row moment is something I
15:15 need to get get it rid of because you
15:17 know I'm like excited about food I like
15:20 I just I love to eat I hate I hate that
15:22 I love to eat be a good idea too to
15:25 actually watch the baseball games while
15:28 I was on the treadmill but I want to
15:29 again I want to get through the I want
15:31 to get through all those Disney one it's
15:32 really hard for me to watch movies take
15:35 the time to watch movie I have to force
15:36 myself sometimes so being on the
15:39 treadmill is a is a big Advantage
15:41 sometimes people will say oh you should
15:42 just go out running you know out in the
15:44 in the open the problem with that is or
15:48 not the not problem with that is the
15:50 advantage of being on a treadmill is I
15:53 can watch stuff I've never seen before
15:54 that's in front of my face everyone
15:56 wants to know and by everyone I mean
15:59 if there's water in this I made the
16:01 statement that there is no water in this
16:05 and I wouldn't say the agreement with
16:08 what I said was
16:14 100% the only reason I don't think there
16:14 is is because about a year and a half
16:16 ago or more maybe a year
16:19 ago they had this dismantle they were
16:21 repainting it and fixing it and it was
16:23 just down on the ground and I realized I
16:25 don't think there's any way there could
16:26 be water in that
16:40 prop because if there is water in here
16:40 what would it be used for okay let's
16:42 look at this look at
16:44 this if water really went underneath
16:47 there would there be concrete around it
16:50 to use as a
16:52 stabilizer I'm just asking I don't I
16:55 don't know for
16:56 sure but I do not believe there is a
17:00 hole in that
17:02 concrete because you would have to put
17:04 this down and Whittle that out to get
17:07 the water to go up underneath
17:16 there and look at this look at this so
17:16 if you look
17:17 closely you can see some light coming
17:20 through these slats of the
17:23 wood wouldn't the water be pouring out
17:26 of there
17:28 again I don't know for certain I'm just
17:32 showing I'm just showing my thoughts
17:35 reason I go to the 192 publs as opposed
17:38 to the one that was just built recently
17:41 just opened you know in the last year or
17:44 so over by World dve by the art deco
17:46 7-Eleven and Mickey D's over near the
17:49 entrance to Island village there's two
17:51 Publix's this is technically in
17:53 celebration but it is on the 192
18:01 side the reason is because I'm
18:01 technically not supposed to drive on the
18:03 road that is marked 40 mph that goes
18:06 over to the other Publix that's the only
18:09 Road in town I cannot take many Marge on
18:11 however I have seen quite a few people
18:13 driving their golf carts on it so I'm
18:16 kind of wondering maybe it's just one of
18:17 those things that's overlooked maybe
18:19 it's not
18:21 enforced I've driven it on the sidewalk
18:24 before but the problem with that is it's
18:26 a very populated sidewalk way more
18:29 populated at certain times of the day
18:31 going to towards Island village and that
18:33 Publix than the ones here on one92 that
18:37 I go take to
18:38 Oldtown so according to the stipulations
18:41 and according to the guidelines of
18:42 Florida if a sidewalk is more than 5 ft
18:46 you can
18:48 take a golf cart on it and I measured
18:52 this and this is like 8 8 and 1/2 10 ft
18:54 this is this is this is like over 8 ft
18:56 wide
18:59 so that's why you could take a golf
19:07 cart so maybe I don't maybe I won't
19:07 maybe because there's more people
19:11 walking on that road or walking on the
19:13 sidewalk going towards the other
19:16 Publix maybe I maybe I cuz other people
19:19 have done
19:20 it doesn't make it right but I got to I
19:23 got to dig a Little Deeper when it comes
19:25 into
19:27 the how celebration feels about driving
19:30 a golf cart over to the other new
19:34 Publix because if you bought a house in
19:36 Island village which I I looked at some
19:38 houses in Island village I don't live in
19:39 Island village I live closer to downtown
19:42 if you bought a house in Island village
19:44 and decided to buy which is the newest
19:46 version or the newest extension of
19:48 Celebration and you bought a golf cart
19:50 like I did technically wouldn't be
19:52 allowed to drive to downtown in
19:55 it so maybe there's an exception
19:59 I'm doing a lot of
20:01 pondering all right going to get some
20:03 food go watch some
20:04 baseball have a relaxing Eve and get up
20:07 in the morning and Crush some weights in
20:10 the
20:15 treadmill now usually like if there's
20:16 water on the floor in a public so put a
20:17 cone down and a wet floor side they've
20:20 extended it out here onto the sidewalk
20:21 they put a cone here just so everyone
20:22 knows there a little puddle I like that
20:26 definitely like the exterior the other
20:28 Publix's way more than this one the
20:30 other one is awesome this one's
20:32 like for the course for me a usual
20:35 Publix's
20:36 go-to
20:39 rump pre-made salad from the deli
20:42 cottage
20:44 cheese
20:46 chickpeas some hummus already got chips
20:49 at home and I also got a can of soup cuz
20:51 I got some also got some Arizona green
20:54 tea I got some leftover Saltines so got
20:58 got a can of soup for that
21:01 too all right baseball
21:03 time I love going to live games love it
21:06 but I also really enjoy watching on
21:10 TV Dwayne stats Brian Anderson great TV
21:19 commentators I don't know which one I
21:19 enjoy more I like being there
21:23 live but I also like watching on TV it's
21:25 two totally different experiences also
21:28 we just think about the Rays even though
21:30 they don't have like a big draw to the
21:34 stadiums back when they had Tropicana
21:37 Field now the stadium they're playing at
21:39 Stein Brer the Yankees are that's their
21:41 farm team stadium that they're renting
21:43 out to the race for $15 million this
21:45 year it only holds about 11,000 people
21:48 or less so most of those games are going
21:50 to be pretty full but evidently they
21:52 have a huge TV
21:55 audience they do really well on TV
21:59 from what I've heard who knows yeah one
22:02 thing's for sure when you get a little
22:03 older and your joints aren't doing as
22:05 good as they were when you were you know
22:07 a spring
22:09 chicken I'm also heavier than I was when
22:11 I was a spring chicken you really start
22:13 to notice it
22:14 more fact the last few
22:18 days I stepped in a hole the other day
22:20 like 3 or 4 days ago four days ago I was
22:23 out doing some thrift
22:24 shopping and I stepped in a hole that I
22:26 didn't see on the ground the next day I
22:28 get up and my ankle is like throbbing
22:32 hurting and it's been really sensitive
22:35 since then it's doing okay
22:38 now but I think it wasn't just
22:40 necessarily me falling in the little
22:42 small very small hole I mean it was only
22:44 like a few inches deep it twisted my
22:46 ankle just a little bit but I think if I
22:49 was if I was much lighter those in
22:51 instances would not happen as
22:58 often I don't have the strongest ankles
22:58 and the best
23:00 knees but I don't notice any of the I
23:02 don't notice any of the pain or the
23:05 ailments when I'm
23:12 thin I never have heartburn when I'm
23:12 thin acid reflux when I'm thin not that
23:14 I've had acid reflex or heartburn in a
23:16 while but it's been kind of hinting that
23:19 it's going to be rearing its head again
23:21 soon
23:22 so kind of at that point
23:25 where need to need to make a change and
23:27 not go the other direction
23:29 cuz the other direction will not end
23:31 well and if my math is correct it's 108
23:34 days so tomorrow will be 107 days until
23:37 July 17th so I have a week of a buffer
23:40 over the 100 day kind of challenge thing
23:44 but I have a week to kind of prepare
23:46 myself and do it but I got an extra week
23:49 on top of 100 days till till the day I'm
23:52 not sure my mental state of goals and
23:55 being driven to do things is based on
23:57 mathematical numbers
23:59 and having dates dates that I can put as
24:02 a pinpointed number to get
24:09 to I'm not really sure why my brain
24:09 ticks that way but it works for me if I
24:13 don't have
24:14 that that I just don't I'm not as
24:16 motivated so I always have to have
24:18 something like
24:20 that not just with you know trying to
24:22 drop a couple pounds but just in general
24:24 with any kind of goal I mean perfect
24:26 example was doing all 30 current MLB
24:29 stadiums which I finished took me three
24:31 years to do there was no reason for me
24:33 to do that but I was so motivated that
24:35 really drove a lot of my travel over the
24:37 last few years and I just knocked off my
24:39 31st Stadium by seeing the Rays at Stein
24:41 Brunner during the regular MLB season I
24:44 haven't seen a gator in a while in any
24:46 of the Lakes haven't been looking super
24:49 hard but Lake Reinhardt I haven't this
24:50 little retention Pond next to the golf
25:03 I know bird I've stated this before year
25:03 after
25:10 year I get
25:10 it doesn't mean you can't try again
25:12 though right Bird you trying to
25:15 fly oh you're uh you just took a little
25:18 swim I think that bird is drying his
25:21 wings
25:22 off that's one of those birds that flies
25:25 but also can swim really really well and
25:27 sticks his head out of the water
25:28 sometimes you think it's a snake but
25:29 it's just the bird sticking its little
25:31 beak
25:34 up so tomorrow if I have batteries on
25:37 the scale I will in the beginning of
25:38 tomorrow's video I'll show how much I
25:41 weigh I'll make get a piece of paper and
25:45 I will put the lines across it put the
25:47 dates put the numbers of how many days
25:49 it is the 107 days and I'll weigh myself
25:52 occasionally not every day cuz there's
25:54 going to be times going be out of town
25:55 for a couple weeks at a time
25:58 don't be don't be alarm bird it's just a
26:06 truck and if you feel like following
