2:10 cylinder spires that have been replaced

2:12 since the old days which makes me really

2:14 happy because i have a photo in front of

2:16 them many many years ago when i was much

2:18 younger when they originally existed and

2:20 the guy they're bringing back a little

2:22 retro wdw here it's gonna be nice when

2:25 it's all completed

2:29 with my sister sitting up on the ledge

3:44 gone for now for one reason or another

3:46 the hopping water effect are not working

3:50 wonder why first impression as far as

3:52 crowd levels go

3:54 seems to be rather mellow it is the

3:56 middle of the week

3:58 it doesn't seem to be any wait time for

4:00 the few that i saw the land

4:02 living seas going inside journey to

4:04 imagination so i'm going to take this

4:06 opportunity to walk to the other side

4:08 and see how test track looks like who

4:11 needs coffee well i need coffee

4:13 but who needs extra caffeine when you

4:16 it is rather odd to see a lot of this

4:21 however progress is a real thing

4:31 and guardians of the galaxy coaster

4:36 the building looks like it's done still

4:39 food and wine festival 25th anniversary

4:43 little station over there is not open as

4:45 well as that gift shop i'm gonna try to

4:47 find a halloween seasonal treat or a

4:49 food item

4:50 or two it's stating 50-minute wait time

4:53 i have to come back a little later i

4:55 know it's taking a chance but it might

4:57 lighten up as the day progresses

4:59 here are the wait times currently

5:00 filming this on a wednesday it is noon

5:04 is the how long the weights are i do not

5:07 have a major game plan other than

5:10 checking out some merchandise enjoying a

5:12 snack or two

5:14 and meandering around world showcase and

5:17 going on a ride or

5:19 attraction or two it's gonna be a whole

5:22 things i'm gonna do it is daytime

5:26 but inside the mexico pavilion nightfall

5:30 almost appeared to rear its head it's

5:31 just an illusion though

5:33 it's just an illusion i love it in here

5:35 kind of creates a cool ambiance

5:36 dare i say might be one of my favorite

5:39 pavilions to

5:40 walk through in world showcase i just

5:43 love it

5:43 so much feels great in here gonna take

5:45 myself a nice little boat ride

5:48 no line whatsoever for this attraction

5:51 very nice it's just a walk-on i like

5:55 i've always heard up there in the smoke

5:57 stack of that volcano is a hidden mickey

5:59 but you have to look very closely to see

6:05 at what is erupting one of my favorite

6:07 parts of this is the section it kind of

6:09 reminds me of it's a small world after

6:12 but as you're like going around and i'm

6:16 looking here against the side of the

6:17 shadow of the wall i'm seeing the

6:19 animatronics

6:20 dancing over here it's a dancing shadow

6:22 never noticed that before

6:24 why you learn something and see

6:25 something new every time every visit

6:27 every ride through

6:28 now back in july when i was here was

6:30 only eight minute wait for frozen it's a

6:32 little bit longer today things have

6:34 progressed over the last few months

6:35 obviously

6:36 and i am truly thankful i was able to

6:38 attend the re-openings back then in july

6:40 it's something i look forward to doing

6:41 out in southern california when

6:43 disneyland does whenever that day

6:45 may happen check out this food and wine

6:48 to wear but that has figment on it i

6:50 i just talked to a cast member and they

6:52 said there really are no halloween

6:54 treats per se

6:55 here at epcot there are going to be some

6:57 on all hallows eve

6:59 october 31st but for now not a lot here

7:01 at epcot seems to be something happening

7:03 over here they have this makeshift

7:05 temporary wall place up towards the

7:07 american adventure

7:08 and don't fret i will still find plenty

7:09 of food options to chow down on

7:11 i do love seeing the friendship boats

7:14 cruising around the lagoon there it goes

7:17 not a monorail but there goes i don't

7:19 want to say it in the same fashion but

7:20 there goes a friendship boat it really

7:22 is rather mellow through here i heard

7:24 the weekends are very busy but for a

7:26 weekday not bad

7:27 i always like to point out the hidden

7:28 mickey over here in the koi pond

7:31 it's a great one and what i mean by by

7:34 it's right down there on the grate see

8:04 they're making a new announcement not

8:41 building they're using as an event

8:43 for food options since my last visit

8:45 they've removed some of the tables in

8:47 this section and put merchandise up

8:49 instead but

8:50 to sell some tables down here into the

8:51 main the main area

8:53 this one states mac and cheese yep don't

8:56 mind if i do

8:57 and this is what we're dealing with

8:59 lobster mac and cheese for six dollars

9:02 and fifty cents a pretty good sized

9:03 portion

9:04 clean your hands often and thoroughly

9:06 cover your mouth and nose when coughing

9:08 and sneezing oh man that's

9:09 so good that is so dang good

9:13 it's so unusual having to eat not on a

9:16 trash can but having a table accessible

9:18 there goes another friendship boat

9:19 cruising by usually the festivals are so

9:22 popular that you don't have a table to

9:23 sell you have to use a trash can

9:24 wasn't there a musical act here that

9:26 used chainsaws at one point it's there's

9:28 been so many i

9:29 can't really call all of them always

9:31 interesting to try to figure out why

9:33 some attractions have lines at certain

9:36 points when others are not lengthy like

9:38 journey to imagination right now has

9:41 quite the congregation of folks

9:44 where usually it's just like a quick

9:45 little walk on a minute or two

9:47 but then some of the other ones around

9:49 world showcase wait times are a lot

9:51 shorter

9:52 things that make you go hmm does not

9:55 appear to be too many folks in line

9:57 for the land that's an option states

10:00 15 minutes i think it might be shorter

10:02 than that though i'm going to say it's

10:03 less

10:04 than that it might be difficult to film

10:06 through the plastic here

10:50 by looking down that way you can get a

10:52 good gauge on just how busy it is

10:55 as well showing 10 minutes for spaceship

10:57 earth and 35 for test track so spaceship

11:43 favorites it was supposed to go through

11:44 a big reefer but they have put it off

11:46 for the time being

11:48 and for that we should also thank the

11:50 phoenician it never really feels like a

11:52 trip

11:53 to epcot without going on spaceship

11:57 earth there was one visit where i didn't

11:59 have a lot of time in central florida

12:01 i only had one park visit here and

12:04 something happened where it was either

12:05 crunch for time or the attraction was

12:07 down

12:08 and i didn't get to get on board and

12:11 there was something missing from my life

12:14 for the next few months until i returned

12:16 back to florida because i skipped

12:18 going on space shipper so i do it every

12:20 i attempt to do it every single time

12:22 it's just

12:22 kind of a tradition just you have to

12:25 just have to stopped into guest services

12:28 which i love the carpet in here and i'm

12:31 just inquiring about my ap because i

12:33 have the

12:34 coast to coast premiere also while

12:38 they go to talk to a supervisor to

12:40 answer my question i'm loving the

12:41 disneyland

12:43 items right up here on the side of the

12:45 wall a little homage to california

12:47 gives me a chance to look at the the new

12:49 guide map which still calling it future

12:51 world east and

12:52 west and also has the relaxation

12:54 stations pinpointed on here

12:56 but check this out the fountain is gone

13:40 they are making the announcement that

13:42 test track is closed due to inclement

13:44 i was going to end with a riveting ride

13:50 they're formulating quite nicely

13:59 look how glorious those are peeking up

13:59 over there really tough to see them but

14:14 in general or epcot center as i like to

14:16 refer to it as and

14:17 those of us who've been you know coming

14:19 here for a long time and have hold a

14:21 special place in my heart you used to

14:24 seeing the monorail all of us

14:25 love the monorail doing the loop around

14:27 not just that that is unavoidably

14:30 missing and the you know the current

14:32 state of

14:33 how things are in this year but because

14:36 of all the construction and the updates

14:38 and things that are happening which are

14:39 going to be amazing when they are

14:40 completed right now it is a

14:42 shell of its former self and it kind of

14:45 reminds me

14:45 of how hollywood studios was for a few

14:48 years and now it is at its

14:50 fully armed and operational

14:54 potential and that is what is going to

14:55 happen here but

14:58 for the time being currently it is i

15:01 don't want to say it's a half day park

15:02 because you had in the food festivals

15:04 and it really

15:05 it kind of ups up the the the what they

15:08 call that

15:09 ups the annie is that what you say when

15:12 you're

15:12 i'm not a gambler so i don't know but

15:14 it's just it's a it's a different vibe

15:16 in there than it than it has been in the

15:19 past

15:20 but it will be it'll be back epcot will

15:21 be back we'll have

15:23 capitalized epcot and full center

15:27 of the walt disney world universe once

15:30 again in the future just like

15:32 as i stated hollywood studios is now

15:35 really the place to be that's how this

15:39 i'm convinced that's how this is going

15:41 to be

15:41 back to its back to its glory with all

15:45 things that are going to happen might

15:46 take a couple years 2020 is going to set

15:48 everything back

15:50 a few years it's not just all going to

15:52 go away in a year even when everything

15:54 kind of re returns back to usual

15:57 progress even a year off

16:00 is going to take two or three years to

16:02 kind of bounce back from

16:03 i ended up going to guest services i'm

16:06 back at my rental car now

16:08 going to guest services and talked about

16:10 my annual pass

16:11 which is supposed to expire back in

16:13 march it has been pushed forward to the

16:15 end of november

16:17 my conundrum was will that extend

16:21 when disneyland in anaheim is not open

16:23 none of the theme parks in southern

16:24 california

16:26 los angeles here even northern

16:27 california the whole heck the whole

16:29 state

16:29 is closed off when it comes to

16:31 attractions and rides and all that

16:32 smaller theme parks that say under

16:34 500 people like you know santa monica

16:37 pier things like that

16:39 might be able to open we have their

16:41 ferris wheel and their coaster but

16:42 disney universal knots will not be

16:45 opening for quite some time hence

16:47 why i'm here in october for halloween

16:49 time even though there wasn't a whole

16:50 lot of

16:51 halloween stuff happening in this theme

16:53 park magic kingdom has quite a bit

16:55 hollywood studios

16:56 a little bit of magic kingdom really is

16:58 the pinnacle of 2020 halloween at walt

17:01 disney world

17:02 do not want to extend my annual pass

17:05 however

17:06 i don't want it to expire either or

17:08 either

17:09 so i asked them and they said basically

17:11 what is going to happen because i am a

17:13 premier coast to coast means i have

17:15 disneyland when it reopens that will be

17:17 pushed forward right now it's been seven

17:18 months but if it goes 10 months or 11

17:20 months

17:21 it should push forward this pass which

17:24 are combined

17:26 walt disney world wdw and disneyland are

17:28 combined so it should go into next year

17:31 so i'm just kind of

17:33 they said be patient see what happens if

17:35 by a couple days before the end of

17:37 november nothing has progressed then

17:40 i guess i'll call and figure out what's

17:42 going on that's going to do it for today
