9:35 but the thing that really blows my mind

9:38 is there are plans for next year to

9:43 build a 15 story

9:47 building a skyscraper if you will for

9:50 this neck of the woods right here in

9:53 this lot

10:05 or in this lot here one of these two

10:05 empty lots will be home to a supposed 15

10:15 progress will this happen who knows but

10:19 those are the plans so at a future later
