2:02 a couple years ago I found this location

2:07 here in a secret remote spot it's an

2:10 abandoned place and a friend of a friend

2:14 of a friend of a friend of a dog's

2:18 owners neighbors Brothers nephew that I

2:23 knew their

2:25 buddy and then their seventh Uncle down

2:30 guy who used to own this property the

2:33 property owner passed away but the wife

2:36 was friend of this person I just

2:38 mentioned so I figured you know normally

2:40 I sneak on places sneak around do it the

2:43 way you're not supposed supposedly

2:45 supposed to do it but I figure I would

2:47 do things the correct way this time and

2:50 actually get permission Well the lady

2:52 wanted nothing to do with me coming out

2:53 and in photographing this fantastic

2:56 place and this fantastic place I am

2:58 referring to is an old abandoned

3:03 airport yes it's an old abandoned

3:05 airport let's get a closer look now the

3:08 one of the reasons I really wanted to

3:10 ask permission out here is because of

3:11 the massive gargantuan signs that they

3:15 have up trying to ward off trespassers

3:18 take a look at

3:24 this they're not playing around they are

3:24 not playing around so I figured why

3:27 would I play around when I could get

3:28 permission of a friend of a friend dogs

3:30 previous owners nephews goldfishes

3:32 previous owners

3:34 neighbor far removed 17 times and the

3:37 reason I wanted to come out here and

3:39 what I wanted to get photographs and

3:41 video of pretty harmless in my opinion

3:44 but way down there you will see there

3:46 are four or five old school airplanes

3:50 that used to fly right down this flight

3:53 P like this flight path I can't even

3:55 talk those old school airplanes would

3:58 take off and land right right here so a

4:00 lot of history here I wanted to show

4:02 some of the history get up close and

4:03 personal with the history but now the

4:05 closest I will ever be able to get is to

4:08 this Barb Wire that's all you're going

4:10 to see maybe you could zoom in this will

4:13 be uploaded in HD so hopefully you can

4:14 pause it and zoom way in on those

4:18 fantastic airplanes down there look at

4:21 those those are pretty cool so the

4:24 subject at hand is is it better to ask

4:26 for permission or for forgiveness and

4:29 what I mean mean by that is if I would

4:30 have snuck in here and gone out there

4:33 got away with it the video would be up

4:34 online everybody everything would be

4:36 hunky dory happy and good times I'm not

4:39 really sure what hunky dory means but I

4:41 do know what happy and good time means

4:43 but I would have got the footage you

4:44 guys could have seen it everything would

4:46 have been great but then they would have

4:47 been upset that I was on their

4:50 property so here is my dilemma I have

4:53 filmed a bunch of things and I'm not the

4:55 only person that goes around exploring

4:56 there's plenty of quote unquote

4:58 explorers out there

5:00 so I want to know is it better for

5:02 people like us or you to go explore

5:05 things and do them first and then if

5:08 people have a problem with you filming

5:10 their things or seeing it online getting

5:12 a hold of you and asking you to take the

5:14 videos down or is it better to ask for

5:16 permission and then the things never the

5:19 wonderful things never exist online

5:22 think of all the videos that you have

5:24 seen not only of mine but other people's

5:27 videos that they have filmed oh here

5:29 comes some guys there's guys out here

5:31 I'm not the only people out here that

5:34 are enthralled with this fantastic

5:36 location look these guys going beside me

5:39 here look right

5:40 here guys on bikes are thrilled and

5:44 excited about the abandon fantastic

5:47 place that I just showed you I wonder if

5:49 they're going to ask permission or are

5:51 they going to ask for forgiveness so

5:54 basically here's my predicament like I'm

5:56 saying it's taking me a long time to get

5:57 through this but I've been to a bunch of

5:59 places a lot of places that I never

6:01 asked for permission to get into have

6:04 now been demolished they're history

6:06 they're gone a lot of other people who

6:08 do what I do have gone to certain areas

6:11 just like those guys on the bikes way

6:12 back there those guys way back there on

6:14 the bikes they're going to certain areas

6:17 and snooping around things most of the

6:20 time people don't even own the property

6:22 a bank owns the property so I'll go out

6:24 I'll film it the thing gets demolished

6:26 like a year later and the only proof

6:29 that the place ever existed as a video I

6:31 Shot or another quote unquote Explorer

6:34 or videographer or photographer has

6:37 filmed so what's better ask for

6:39 permission or ask for forgiveness leave
