0:40 about lack of sleep which is what i have
0:43 had usually play a show get done loading
0:46 out by the time we drive to the hotel
0:49 to all crash in the room together
0:52 it's usually about three or four o'clock
0:54 in the morning
0:55 and right now it's only a few hours past
0:57 that i think it's about nine o'clock

1:07 of sleep that you should get every night
1:09 if you're not taking a nap during the
1:12 day a lot of times i'll take naps during
1:13 the day on my normal road trips because
1:16 i'll get a little bit of sleep at night
1:18 and a little bit during the day but i am
1:20 failing in the nap aspect because we're
1:22 driving all day loading into venues
1:24 playing shows have about two and a half
1:26 weeks of tour left
1:28 so how much sleep do you get leave some

2:18 drinking anything caffeinated except
2:20 maybe a couple little green teas
2:23 that's it a couple green tea just to
2:25 keep the caffeine headaches down other
2:27 than that no soda no coffee i'm doing
2:30 really good on this new fangled
2:33 lifestyle of dieting i'm not even really
2:35 calling it a diet diet or anything like
2:37 that i'm just trying to watch what i eat
2:39 eat smaller portions and drink a lot of
2:42 water
2:43 so hopefully it sticks this time i think
2:44 i'm actually losing a few pounds i did
2:46 not weigh myself like i normally do i'm
2:49 just trying to visually gain it by in my
2:51 face and looking in the mirror so wish
