0:02 Welcome everyone. Adam the Woo here as
0:02 the recording of this Sunday, August
0:04 24th, 2025.
0:07 I'm getting ready to head over to
0:09 Cracker Barrel, which is changing not
0:12 only their logo, but also the interiors
0:15 of their store. Don't know about the
0:17 exterior, probably other than the
0:19 signage. There is one located here in CM
0:22 a few miles away. Once I heard about
0:24 this, I thought probably should go check
0:26 it out, get a meal. I love Cracker
0:30 Barrel food, the aesthetic, the ambiance
0:33 of it, but they're getting a reverb.
0:36 They're streamlining it, I think, is the
0:39 terminology, which a lot of things are
0:40 doing that. McDonald's, Taco Bell, even
0:43 some of the stuff in Disney, you know,
0:46 the kitsiness, quirkiness of things is
0:48 really starting to get toned down a
0:50 little bit. And Cracker Barrel appears
0:52 to be on that list as well. I'm going to
0:55 check it out. I'm inviting you to join
0:58 me. I'll probably get some breakfast
0:59 food even though it's I think it's
1:01 already almost about noon now, but I
1:03 love some breakfast food. Don't usually
1:05 eat at this time of the day. When I do
1:07 breakfast food, it's usually later at
1:08 night, but today's an exception. It's
1:11 Cracker Barrel Day. Join me, shall you?
1:16 Couple months ago, I purchased a couple
1:18 of chairs from the establishment. I do
1:21 like their rocking chairs. Ended up
1:23 getting two of those. One there, one
1:26 there.
1:28 Very comfortable
1:31 and sturdy.
1:33 Heading out of the celebration bubble
1:35 over to Highway 192. Only a couple miles
1:38 from here, not too far. Over to where
1:41 I'm heading now. Now, I've eaten at
1:43 dozens of these, not not the big
1:44 oranges, but I've eaten at dozens of the
1:47 restaurants, which is right across from
1:49 the big orange orange world, all across
1:52 the US over the course of my life.
1:54 Probably dozens and dozens, if not a
1:57 hundred different ones. But the one I
1:59 have frequented the most, just simply
2:00 because I've lived in this area a while,
2:03 is this one.
2:06 And I got to say, I mean, it might be
2:07 because it's a Sunday, but it's pretty
2:09 busy out here. There's a lot of There's
2:13 a lot of cars here.
2:15 This is a after church type place. It's
2:19 11:00 right now. I guess it would be not
2:21 I guess church wouldn't be out yet.
2:29 But this is definitely a Sunday dining
2:29 establishment.
2:30 You know, family style. Everyone shows
2:33 up, group of people.
2:37 That's the old sign. They haven't taken
2:38 it down yet.
2:40 with the gentleman sitting in his chair.
2:41 It's not a rocket chair. It's just
2:42 standard wooden chair with the barrel
2:44 itself. Cracker barrel. And I didn't
2:47 notice this till I was looking about
2:48 this the other day. I've seen this logo
2:49 so many times. I believe that this is
2:52 supposed to be a lasso
2:56 coming off of the K and and looping
2:58 around back to the R. I think it's
3:01 supposed to be a rope. I could be wrong
3:04 on that. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
3:07 That sign will probably be taken down
3:08 very soon.
3:11 Classic car alert right there, the El
3:12 Camino. And the sign up there is also
3:16 has not been changed. Next door, I'm
3:19 going to show a little update on some
3:20 192 stuff. This property may be I don't
3:23 know. It doesn't say it is protected,
3:24 but it may be protected by electronic
3:26 surveillance. No other surveillance,
3:28 just electronic. Like maybe a robot.
3:31 This property may be
3:34 I don't know where I'm going with this.
3:35 This will most likely be my last time
3:37 eating here with the old signage. They
3:39 haven't taken it down. What if we're
3:40 going to do with that old sign? Probably
3:41 end up at an antique place. Maybe the
3:44 Lakeland Antique Mall.
3:48 So, right next door there used to be a
3:50 an attraction. It was like a movie ride
3:52 type of thing. They took the sign down.
3:55 I showed it many, many times in my
3:57 Highway 192 updates. And then I happened
3:59 to be out here when they were destroying
4:00 it. And I got a couple episodes of the
4:03 progression, the destruction of it. And
4:06 it looks like they're building something
4:07 new or at least starting to move the
4:09 dirt around. Something to go here.
4:17 Lot of stuff through here is closed.
4:17 I think one of the restaurants down here
4:19 closed as well down this direction.
4:23 Cracker Bear is still open though.
4:27 I don't really know if the change will
4:29 help. I have I must say
4:33 I've noticed with a lot of places with
4:35 the whole streamlining and keeping
4:37 things not as cluttered as they once
4:40 were with establishments, there has to
4:42 be a reason for it because every place
4:44 is doing it. It's not just not just this
4:45 place. Everywhere you go, it's
4:48 happening. The kitschy and quirkiness
4:51 and clutter of places, it's becoming a
4:54 thing of the past.
5:04 It's busy.
5:04 I go check in the gift shop and see what
5:06 see the inside looks like. The general
5:07 consist consistent consistent the
5:10 general con consensus the consistent
5:14 consensus so far that I've seen the last
5:16 couple days is the majority of people
5:17 are not happy with the change. I'm kind
5:20 of waiting to see maybe if the food has
5:21 changed. If still food still tastes the
5:23 same. I guess that's all that really
5:24 matters. But I do like walking in and
5:27 getting the experience. You can always
5:28 get to go food. But if you're going in
5:29 to sit and eat, you kind of like that
5:31 that kind of homestyle vibe almost like
5:33 you're going into like, you know, your
5:35 grandparents house or your grandparents
5:37 friend's house. That old that old school
5:38 style that Cracker Cracker Barre really
5:41 really had. But will the change will
5:44 that end up dictating into less people
5:47 going or the company failing? I don't
5:50 know. I'm not a business owner. I have
5:52 no clue. All right. So, I'm noticing as
5:54 I'm about to walk in, doesn't really
5:55 look like they have really done too much
5:57 to this one. So, my I might be tapping
6:00 into one of the still untouched,
6:03 unchanged, unchanged versions. So, we'll
6:06 kind of see. I'm going to I'm going to
6:07 step in and kind of walk around, put my
6:10 name in. They've already started. You
6:12 can see they they still have quite a few
6:13 things in the gift shop. In fact, they
6:14 even have like their Halloween stuff up
6:16 through here. They got some Halloween
6:18 items. You got some skulls down here.
6:21 You got the dancing broom, which is not
6:22 dancing at the moment. Yeah, this still
6:24 kind of looks the same. So, this might
6:26 be one of the ones that they have not
6:28 quite ransacked yet. They haven't
6:31 changed over yet, but I would imagine
6:33 it's coming. Or maybe the CMI. Maybe the
6:35 CMI one will stay old school. I mean,
6:38 this is this kind of like cowboy
6:40 country, so you never know. Maybe
6:41 they'll keep it the same. Believe it or
6:42 not, Central Florida is big cowboy
6:45 country. I used to work at a feed store
6:46 in St. Cloud, Florida. A lot of the
6:48 farmers, a lot of the ranchers, one of
6:50 the biggest rodeo, Silver Spur Spurs
6:52 rodeo happens in this town just down the
6:56 road down Highway 192. Maybe they will
6:58 not overtake this one, but I would
7:00 imagine it's probably a complete
7:02 corporatewide type of thing. There's a
7:06 lot of people in here. They said about
7:07 30 minute wait. Put my name in at the
7:09 front. They're going to alert me soon
7:11 and then I'm going to go walk around. I
7:13 probably can walk around beforehand and
7:15 just kind of film the inside of the
7:16 inside there before I sit down at the
7:18 table. But yeah, this all kind of looks
7:20 the same. They haven't done any of this
7:21 yet. They haven't changed any of this
7:22 yet. Fingers crossed. Maybe they won't.
7:25 Oh, maybe they won't. Yeah, speaking of
7:27 country, I mean, this is You got Dolly
7:29 Parton right here. You got Paty CL. Oh,
7:30 they got vinyl. They got vinyl here. I
7:33 mean, this doesn't really Which one
7:35 doesn't fit in? Paty Klein, Miles Davis,
7:38 Guardians, a lot of the patriotic garb
7:41 here. We got the we the people, United
7:43 States of America with the US flag
7:45 there. And you got the Constitution over
7:47 here as well.
7:49 A lot of different items all around. And
7:51 you got the old washboards. See, this is
7:53 the kind of stuff that I think they're
7:55 going to be getting rid of the
7:56 washboards. The old signage. You got the
7:58 25% sale price hand cleaner. You got the
8:01 enjoy team right up there. The old IG.
8:05 Nothing says the South like IG. You
8:08 know, I got to thinking I this might
8:09 just be more of a southern thing. Do
8:11 they have these on the west coast? I've
8:13 never eaten at a west coast Crackco
8:15 Barrel. It's just always for me it seems
8:17 like it's more of a southern thing cuz I
8:18 grew up, you know, in the south. I lived
8:20 in Oklahoma for a while, but other than
8:22 that, that's kind of the Midwest, but
8:23 other than that, it's I've always lived
8:25 in southern states and that's where me
8:26 and my family would always eat. We went
8:28 to Cracker Barrel. Oh, these are blow
8:30 molds. Look at this. Look at these cute
8:32 little blow molds. They're like mushroom
8:34 blow molds. Some really good Halloween
8:37 decor. animated haunted house with
8:40 projector. Look at this dog right over
8:42 here with the with the kind of creepy
8:44 eyes. This is good. Halloween decor blow
8:48 molds with this crow with the skull.
8:50 That's a light up the pumpkins. I like
8:53 that pumpkin stand right over there. I
8:57 can maybe maybe I could get something
8:58 from here. A little little yard art cuz
9:00 I am going to be decorating for
9:02 Halloween. Even Christmas blow molds.
9:05 Ooh, this might go good with my hot
9:07 chocolate one I got last year. It's
9:08 Frosty. I think that's Frosty. It is a
9:11 snowman. I don't even want to start
9:12 thinking about Christmas yet. It's not
9:14 even Halloween yet. But these are cute.
9:16 These are so cute. How much is that? 60
9:20 bucks. That's a pretty good deal for 60
9:22 bucks right there. Yeah. So, you got the
9:25 whole biscuit tray up top. Applesauce
9:29 right up there. Little uh Typton County
9:32 sweets.
9:34 Magnolia's a Beetlejuice shirt.
9:36 Ghostbusters,
9:38 a little bit of everything. It really is
9:40 a a huge mishmash of stuff. There's
9:42 Elvis to focus on really what made this
9:45 place super popular and definitely
9:47 notable with their theming is the
9:49 country vibe, the southern vibe, if you
9:52 will. Ooh,
9:55 there's a shirt here.
9:58 Cracker Bara old country store shirt.
10:00 Oh, and they still have these also. They
10:02 have the these on the t Oh, they still
10:04 have these on the tables. I can this is
10:06 a core memory for me when I was young.
10:08 The little game here that you like put
10:10 the put the items in and you jump the
10:12 >> wild.
10:13 >> Leave only one. If you leave only one,
10:15 you're a genius according to the $6. Oh,
10:19 there's there is that the new logo. No,
10:20 that's the old logo. Okay, that's the
10:22 old logo. But see how it's a rope? See
10:25 how it's a rope there? I might have to
10:27 buy one. I might have to buy some stuff.
10:28 First place I ever had a moon pie was in
10:31 the panhandle of Florida. I think it
10:33 might have been Panama City or
10:34 Pensacola, Florida. Went to a place
10:36 called Po Folks. And that was the first
10:38 place I had a moon pie. The second place
10:40 I ever had a moon moon pie was this
10:42 establishment. It wasn't this particular
10:44 place. It was in a different different
10:46 spot across the US. But when I think of
10:48 moon pies, I think of this place and
10:50 Poof Folks. Love some Poof Folks. You
10:53 got the this this whole inside area here
10:56 is one big impulse buy. There's the old
11:00 logo. There's the old logo. I probably
11:03 am going to have to buy that shirt right
11:05 there. They have the logo hat, $20. The
11:08 logo tea, $20. The hoodie, $19.99. I'm
11:13 going to get that shirt. I wonder what
11:14 if they have it in my size. There's only
11:15 two of them left. There's only two of
11:18 them left right there. I think they have
11:19 the I think they have the big guy sizes.
11:21 I'm probably going to grab that.
11:23 Probably get it on the way out. Maybe
11:25 I'll combine it with the check. All
11:26 right. I purchased my t-shirt here with
11:28 this logo on it. I asked one of the
11:29 employees and they said they got a
11:31 reverb throughout the entire place last
11:33 October. And according to her, she does
11:36 not think they're going to be doing any
11:37 more reverb stuff, but I I don't I don't
11:39 know. We'll wait and see. But if so,
11:41 this might be the maybe this this will
11:43 be the last place, the last untouched
11:45 place. And maybe this just different
11:46 other areas of the country they're
11:47 refurbing it. Either way, I'm here to
11:49 eat. I am loving some of this blow mold
11:51 stuff. This is so cute. This happy
11:53 Halloween. Little Charlie Brown, great
11:56 pumpkin there. Little snake, little
11:59 gnome right here. Little uh little cap.
12:03 Little gnome with uh little flower eyes.
12:06 I mean, look at this. Served over our
12:08 classic sawmill gravy. Sausage and egg
12:12 hash brown casserole. That has to be fat
12:14 free, right? I don't think anything in
12:15 here is fat free to be completely
12:17 honest. Probably
12:21 when you think of not fat free, you
12:22 think of this place.
12:29 As I'm walking around, there's a lot of
12:29 employees here. They're all very
12:31 friendly and they keep asking if they
12:33 can help me with anything. I said, I'm
12:35 just waiting for a table.
12:37 Very, very helpful and very, very
12:39 friendly. So, I don't know. According to
12:42 the few people I've talked to in here,
12:45 this is not going to go away. But I
12:47 don't know. That's not that's not what
12:50 I'm hearing on the WBY. I don't know.
12:53 You can't believe everything you read,
12:54 but it seems like all all the different
12:56 locations are going to be toned down.
12:59 This does not appear to be toned down
13:01 for what it was before.
13:10 It's packed in here. There's like no
13:10 tables. I mean, this place is slammed.
13:22 Love all this nostalgic stuff. Please
13:22 don't get rid of the nostalgia, even if
13:24 you tone it down. Look at Cherry
13:26 Sparkle. Look at this guy drinking the
13:28 Cherry Sparkle right there. The taste
13:30 tells the tale. Oh, here's Bob White
13:33 brand. This is a Florida brand.
13:36 Bob White oranges.
13:39 No, that says Stewart, PA. But there's a
13:41 Bob White in Florida, also. I was wrong
13:44 on that one.
13:53 Eat your fall breakfast lineup. Here's
13:54 the new logo. Okay, the menus have been
13:56 taken over already. Uncle Hershel's
13:59 favorite breakfast is back.
14:05 Okay, now is Uncle Hersel Is this Uncle
14:05 Hershel? Are they getting rid of Uncle
14:07 Hershel?
14:09 I got Uncle Hershel on a shirt in here.
14:13 There was only two left. So, there's
14:15 only two shirts left, so I figured I
14:17 should buy it before I pay for my meal.
14:19 I cannot express how busy it is in here.
14:22 I'm obviously not showing people at the
14:23 tables eating, but it is there's a lot
14:25 of people in here. Here's the menu. The
14:28 world's best pancakes and French toast.
14:30 Fall lineup.
14:34 Cracker Barrel Classics.
14:37 This is all lunch. Comfort calling. Pick
14:40 up the fork.
14:41 Judging by the crowd that's in here for
14:43 this location with locals and tourists,
14:46 I don't really know
14:48 if they're going to be hurting due to
14:50 this reverb.
14:51 >> I like the mango.
14:53 >> You know, I think one of the best things
14:55 about this, other than the the insanely
14:57 good southern food,
15:01 but one of the other good things about
15:03 this besides the ambiance and all the
15:05 decor that's inside is the gift shop
15:08 itself. You got all this classic vintage
15:10 stuff. Stretch Armstrong. Granted, it's
15:11 new. It's made to look vintage, but you
15:13 got the Stretch Armstrong. You got the
15:15 View Master. You got the Etcha Sketch.
15:16 You got the classic accordion right
15:18 here. You got the is that a gyro wheel?
15:22 Euro wheel. How would you pronounce
15:23 that? Euro is the food, but I don't know
15:25 how you pronounce the the mechanism, the
15:27 wheel version. The slinky, the
15:28 harmonica, the walkietalkies.
15:32 Hope all this stuff stays. I hope it
15:34 does. went and put my newly purchased
15:36 shirt, which may soon to be discontinued
15:41 with that logo right there back in my
15:43 car. Another place that kind of rivals
15:46 Cracker Barrel for breakfast food I love
15:49 is Waffle House. I haven't I haven't
15:52 eaten at as many Waffle Houses as I had
15:57 this place, but I have eaten at Waffle
15:59 House a lot of times.
16:11 Back when I was in a a band many many
16:11 years ago, we used to play with another
16:13 local band called Playground Heroes.
16:15 Little shout out to Playground Heroes
16:17 for those in the CM Central Florida
16:19 area. They used to have a song called
16:21 Anarchy at Waffle House. Playground
16:23 Heroes. Good Scott, Scott Punk band back
16:26 in the early 2000s when I was in a band
16:28 called Alias Clark before I joined TNT.
16:30 Way before I joined Guttermouth in
16:32 Central Florida, we would play with
16:34 Playground Heroes all the time. Probably
16:36 played 50 shows with them and I'd always
16:37 be singing along to Anarchy at Waffle
16:39 House.
16:48 Didn't think I was going to mention
16:48 Playground Heroes today. I believe my
16:50 table is being prepared
16:53 and soon I'll be ready to sit down and
16:54 enjoy a nice southern meal in the old
16:57 country store.
16:59 Also, I believe the Oh, they're calling
17:01 my name right now. All right, table for
17:03 one.
17:05 I looked at this up front, but I'll look
17:06 at it again. Definitely want to get some
17:08 breakfast food.
17:12 They got a little bit of everything. But
17:13 I love
17:15 breakfast food. Most of the time I eat
17:17 it at dinner, but yeah. Here, just see
17:20 how many people are in here.
17:28 Sausage egg casserole.
17:28 14.49 bacon egg casserole $ 13.99.
17:37 Oh, I just realized it's 11:30 now. They
17:37 might have switched to the lunch and
17:38 dinner menu.
17:41 I think I was looking through the
17:42 breakfast menu earlier.
17:44 They do have this which is like just a
17:46 little pamphlet that goes in there.
17:49 I have to ask if they serve breakfast
17:50 now. I thought they serve breakfast all
17:52 day. If not, I have to get something
17:55 munchy.
17:56 All right, since I am recording this on
17:58 a Sunday, here's the weekend special
18:00 Saturday and Sunday. We have new items
18:02 here. Southern fried chicken, Nashville
18:06 hot southern chicken, honey butter,
18:08 southern fried chicken.
18:11 Also love some grilled catfish. Maybe
18:13 I'll get grilled catfish.
18:15 Now that I'm seeing the lunch menu,
18:17 maybe I won't have breakfast.
18:40 Is country fried steak only 600
18:40 calories? Come on. That's the No, that
18:43 can't be accurate. They do indeed serve
18:45 breakfast all day. I got something
18:46 called the Grandma's Platter, which is a
18:49 sample platter of everything. Also got
18:50 some coffee
18:52 for my breakfast stuff, my eggs. I got
18:54 some Shalua hot sauce. I got some OJ for
18:56 some vitamin C. Water to stay hydrated.
18:59 And of course, coffee for caffeine.
19:03 It's a little too many beverages, but
19:05 yeah, just I got this first and then
19:07 I'll take a water. I like, you know,
19:08 I'll take an OJ too. I'm getting
19:10 breakfast. A tiny bit of cream and sugar
19:12 in this, you know. And I could be wrong.
19:14 Maybe they have referred it. Maybe they
19:15 have toned it down to what from what it
19:17 once was. If they have, I'm liking how
19:20 it is now. But I don't think that
19:22 they've touched this one yet.
19:24 But I will say everyone that's in here,
19:25 I cannot imagine these people not coming
19:27 in here just simply because they take
19:30 some things off the walls and change the
19:32 tables,
19:35 but I could be wrong. I mean, everyone
19:37 is in here to eat. It is packed in here.
19:40 Again, it's also Sunday, so
19:44 maybe on Tuesday might be a little
19:46 different, but Sunday, everyone goes out
19:48 to eat as a family. So, I don't think
19:50 Sunday is going to be hurting any just
19:52 from the amount of people that are in
19:54 here. Cheers. All right. I will say
19:56 though, the peg boards,
19:58 the pegboard game, none of them are any
20:00 of the tables I've seen.
20:02 They have this like online thing and
20:04 they sell them in the gift shop, which I
20:05 think I might buy one in the gift shop,
20:07 but they're not at the tables like they
20:08 used to be. It used to always be at the
20:11 table and you could like do it right
20:12 here at the table. So maybe that's one
20:13 of the things they're removing. All
20:14 right, take it for what it will, but a
20:16 quick little interweb search
20:19 about the company. It expanded across
20:22 the US in 1990. This is only off of
20:25 Wiki.
20:27 Got the new logo on there. They got rid
20:29 of the older gentleman with the chair
20:31 and the the barrel itself.
20:35 were founded in ' 69 in Tennessee, so
20:38 it's southern based.
20:41 Looks like their income has gone down
20:43 dramatically over the recent days, but
20:46 their revenue is up, but their operating
20:47 income is up. I don't know what really
20:49 any of that means, but
20:52 Southern Cuisine.
21:02 Let's see,
21:02 the Old Country Store.
21:04 I hope they don't get rid of the old
21:11 Started by putting it on the highway
21:11 system
21:13 on the side of the interstates
21:16 and for a while I can recall that they
21:18 would let people in RVs park
21:21 in their parking lot. So that made them
21:23 very cool in my book. I don't know if
21:26 they still allow that. I haven't done
21:27 the RV thing in a long time.
21:30 There's the chair. Famous chairs.
21:34 Zaget survey named them the best
21:35 breakfast
21:38 known for their loyalty of customers.
21:41 Let's see if that changes.
21:44 658 stores as of last year.
21:48 658 locations all across the US.
21:57 Yeah, it'd be kind of nice instead of
21:57 being on my phone to be utilizing a pig
22:01 solitire game at the table, but there
22:03 aren't any. Guess you got to buy them in
22:05 the gift shop now. All right, food has
22:06 arrived. I did another quick little
22:09 search. Appears as if less than 50 of
22:13 the 600 stores are getting the rebrand.
22:17 I highly doubt if this one was if this
22:20 one was changed a little bit to what it
22:22 looks like now. Last October, 11 months
22:24 ago.
22:26 I don't think the CMI one just based on
22:28 the the people, the clientele,
22:31 demographics,
22:33 tourism. I don't think they they might
22:35 not streamline this one. So, I might be
22:36 eating at an untouched old school
22:40 Cracker Barrel store.
22:43 So that's like what 10%.
22:46 10% of all the stores are getting the
22:47 rebrand.
22:49 When the news hit a couple days ago, I
22:51 would have thought every one of them was
22:53 getting ransacked, but evidently it's
22:56 only like 10%. This is the breakfast.
22:58 This is what we're dealing with. Sunny
23:00 side up eggs, bacon, sausage, ham, a
23:04 little casserole over here. Got a grits,
23:10 two pancakes.
23:17 Natural Syrup,
23:17 Maple Grove Farms.
23:20 Dig in. They still have the checkerboard
23:23 down here, though. Still have the
23:25 checkerboard seats. Take a look over
23:27 here, though. They got this.
23:30 There's the old logo on it right there.
23:34 That cast iron.
23:37 They got their old syrups. All kind of
23:39 stuff.
23:41 over and you're exiting through the gift
23:42 shop and entering through the gift shop.
23:43 As I'm waiting in line to pay, they have
23:45 this little assorted nostalgic can. The
23:48 line to pay is like is lengthy as well.
23:51 You can also pay at the You can also pay
23:53 with the QR code at the table, but I
23:55 wanted to get a couple things. I get
23:56 some gummy sharks. I'm going to get some
23:59 of these lifesavers for the house. But
24:02 dad's root beer, Mary Jane's, bit of
24:04 honeyas.
24:11 Yeah, I am very full. very pleased with
24:11 the not only the amount of service that
24:13 was in there. They had an overload of
24:16 workers, team members working in the
24:19 gift shop, the old country store, but
24:21 also, you know, the people cleaning the
24:23 tables, people working in the at the
24:25 register,
24:27 the host stand, servers, etc. Everyone
24:31 was very, very kind, very, very nice,
24:33 just like always. And I didn't really
24:36 realize until I was kind of sitting
24:37 there eating my eating my meal and just
24:39 kind of was like searching the web that
24:41 yeah, evidently not all of the stores
24:43 are changing or maybe they're rolling
24:45 out to test it. I think 30 are
24:48 completely changing and then another 30
24:50 or 40, I'm just kind of paraphrasing
24:52 what I was reading, are going to be
24:54 doing some slight changes, but only less
24:57 than 50 of the stores, well, the Old
24:59 Country stores and the restaurants are
25:01 doing a vast
25:03 complete change.
25:06 That does not mean that the all the
25:08 signs won't change. I would imagine the
25:10 signs will probably at some point, you
25:11 know, the logo is probably going to be
25:12 the same across the board, but I'm going
25:15 to say this one might not
25:20 this one might not change the inside of
25:22 it. It might keep that same southern
25:24 decor.
25:25 The kitsiness, the quirkiness, the
25:27 clutteriness,
25:29 almost like you're walking through,
25:32 you know, like your grandparents or your
25:34 grandparents' friend's house,
25:37 that era. Almost like you're walking
25:40 through an attic full of relics. And I
25:42 like that. I like that a lot. I like
25:45 that ambiance.
25:50 It's good to keep that kind of stuff
25:50 around.
25:52 Be interesting to see if any any of the
25:54 Florida stores changed. I mean, all the
25:56 Florida ones might stay like this.
25:58 Anyway, that's going to do it for today.
26:00 Thanks for watching. This is on Highway
26:01 192 right across from Orange World
26:06 and it was busy.
26:09 Again, just to reiterate, it is, as I'm
26:12 filming this, it is a Sunday. So,
26:15 a lot of people go out to eat as a
26:16 family on the weekends, either before or
26:19 after church or maybe
26:21 Even when church is not involved, just
26:23 going out as a family because the
26:24 weekends are
26:26 like that. Most the tables completely
26:28 full of large groups.
26:36 That's going to do it for today.
26:36 Cracker Barrel still open. It doesn't
26:38 look like this one's going to be
26:39 touched. At least at least as of right
26:41 now. As I'm as I'm filming this.
26:44 It's a helicopter. That's right.
26:48 Still saying old school here at CMI.
26:51 Thanks for watching. I'll see you in the
26:52 next video. The vlog
26:55 is
27:01 I always wonder why he's not on a
27:01 rocking chair though. They sell the
27:03 rocking chairs and are so good, so
27:04 comfortable. But the logo, he's not
27:06 sitting in a rocking chair. That would
27:08 have really made it a better logo, but I
27:10 never noticed till now. He's just
27:11 sitting in a standard old school chair
27:14 with his arm up against a barrel, just
27:16 living the living the good life right
27:17 there. Just relaxing.
27:19 Probably just chowed down on some
27:22 hearty meal.
