0:37 recent decision to hit the road to go
0:39 back in the van and start traveling
0:41 around the country and seeing the world
0:44 I figured what better time than today
0:47 right now to announce to you that I am
0:50 going on a New Journey not only a
0:53 traveling Journey but also a weight loss
0:56 Journey now I know in the past I've done
0:58 these 60-day water Challenge and I've
1:01 also vlogged about dieting and that kind
1:03 of thing I want to take a different
1:05 approach to this because these Vlogs are
1:08 now edited I will be able to show you
1:11 what I am eating what I am consuming
1:14 what I am drinking on a daily basis and
1:16 I will be able when I go out instead of
1:18 eating a bunch of garbage I will be able
1:21 to Vlog and show some of the healthy
1:24 things that exist out there and
1:27 hopefully if you need help with losing
1:29 weight or if you have lost weight you
1:32 can help me by leaving comments we can
1:35 have this like back and forth
1:36 conversation through these Vlogs this
1:39 vicarious circle of weight loss that
1:42 we're about to create I'm about to weigh
1:44 myself right now I'm pretty sure I am at
1:47 my heaviest I've ever been in my entire
1:49 life I do not feel good about it either
1:52 as a size ratio of my stomach as it's
1:55 getting bigger and bigger and bigger and
1:57 I also do not feel good about it when I
1:59 lay down in bed at night I have acid
2:01 reflux and I have like the nastiness
2:04 that comes up to you when you're trying
2:05 to sleep and the heartburn all that is
2:09 because of what I'm eating there's no
2:11 doubt in my mind that is because I eat
2:14 pretty much anything I want to consume I
2:17 just shovel it in all that needs to
2:19 change so I'm going to weigh myself
2:20 right now and then I'm going to write my
2:22 weight try to do every single day on the
2:26 Whiteboard I will have a list I'm
2:29 leaving California in less than 2 months
2:31 I should be able to drop a decent amount
2:34 of weight in that TW Monon process so
2:38 let's do it here goes
2:46 nothing be gentle scale be gentle
2:46 whoa are you kidding me right
2:57 now this is 100% unnecessary and
2:57 completely my fault this is the heaviest
3:00 I've ever been what are my plans for
3:04 losing weight no more soda no more
3:06 coffee going to start tapering back on
3:08 what I eat what I'm consuming smaller
3:10 portions and healthier things I've never
3:13 really been into eating a lot of healthy
3:15 food I always eat the junk food that
3:18 completely has to change until I was 27
3:20 years old I was about 170 to 180 lbs I'm
3:25 considerably older than that now and
3:27 when I eat something I immediately gain
3:30 weight so you have to watch what you eat
3:32 a lot more the older you get and I have
3:35 to accept the fact that as you get older
3:37 your body and your metabolism changes
3:40 even though I am a very active person
3:43 your metabolism changes and what you eat
3:46 really affects the shape and the size of
3:48 your body I always like to think like
3:51 what if I was not an active person I
3:53 would just sitting on the couch all day
3:55 watching TV and eating I would be way
3:58 heavier than I am so the one good thing
4:00 I have going for me is I'm out active
4:02 every single day just to add to the
4:04 conversation and add some more facts
4:06 into this equation I will be 42 years
4:08 old on August 10th I am 6'3 so I am a
4:12 taller guy that does not excuse the
4:15 weight in my
4:16 opinion still kind of blows me away how
4:18 heavy I
4:26 got it's definitely going to be a little
4:26 bit of a challenge because I have gone
4:30 pretty crazy drinking a lot of Mountain
4:32 Dew and a lot of coffee lately a lot
4:34 more sweets I've never been a big sweet
4:36 eater but because I go to theme parks a
4:39 lot I always want to partake of all the
4:42 the wonderful things that are abounding
4:47 and all that needs to change so it's
4:48 going to be tough especially the first
4:51 few days I'm going to have major cafeine
4:54 withdrawals from not having Mountain Dew
4:58 not having coffee
5:00 I've done it before i' I've stopped
5:02 drinking soda before so I'd be able to
5:04 do it it's just going to take a few days
5:06 I'm going have some massive headaches if
5:08 the headaches get so completely out of
5:12 control I'll just drink a ton of water
5:15 my van falls in the compact
5:18 category doesn't it that's a pretty good
5:21 deal
5:36 California you Sly dog what California
5:36 does is they add on
5:38 a20 fee per case so I thought I was
5:41 getting three cases of water for $8 but
5:44 in actuality was $1 and change with the
5:47 recycling fee I guess that prompts
5:50 people to recycle so that's not a bad
5:52 thing but shouldn't it be on the price
5:54 tag before you load it in your
5:57 cart California
5:59 yeah look at that little
6:02 RV that is freaking
6:10 cool you're going to be seeing me drink
6:10 a lot of
6:15 water that's good you may remember my
6:15 friend cool duder from some of my former
6:17 Vlogs he lost a ton of weight in the
6:21 last year and a half and I used that
6:23 term loosely cuz he really did not lose
6:25 a ton but he lost a quarter of a ton
6:30 over 200 lb yes that's right guys I have
6:33 now officially completed my weight loss
6:35 Journey I'm now under 200 lb if you guys
6:38 don't know my original starting weight
6:40 was 456 lbs that was back in June of
6:43 2014 and that was my heaviest weight of
6:46 all time so it's pretty cool to know
6:48 someone who has also lost a lot of
6:50 weight obviously he had way more weight
6:52 to lose at his starting point that I am
6:55 trying to lose but I was hanging out
6:56 with him the other night and we were
6:58 talking about stuff he was giving me a
7:00 few little tips and advice and things so
7:03 go check out Sean's Channel cool doer
7:05 tell them I sent you one of the things
7:06 that prompted me to do this now kind of
7:08 like a proverbial kick in the rear end
7:11 if you will I was at Universal Studios
7:13 Hollywood recently and they added a new
7:16 land The Wizarding World of Harry Potter
7:18 and there is a ride there that I can
7:22 barely fit in and when I say
7:25 barely I mean it right inside this
7:28 Castle is is a amazing ride and I've
7:32 been there a few times since the grand
7:34 opening and when I'm with someone if I
7:36 don't go alone if I'm with someone else
7:39 getting on the ride is easy because it's
7:41 one of those strapped down types kind of
7:43 like California screaming a roller
7:45 coaster type where you get strapped into
7:47 this like clamp type seat and if someone
7:50 is with me I can jump in the seat first
7:53 they can push the harness down on top of
7:57 my torso but if I'm by myself
8:00 I the weight I am at now pulling that
8:03 down by myself is not possible and it's
8:06 very awkward it makes it kind of
8:08 embarrassing and the last time I wrote
8:11 it the person I was with jumped on First
8:14 and did not help me push the harness
8:16 down and the ride stopped how
8:20 embarrassing to have the ride completely
8:22 stop I had to get off the ride off of
8:25 the platform to move the self-moving
8:28 platform get back go do the circle
8:31 around through the q line area and get
8:35 back in again it was very awkward and
8:37 very kind of embarrassing and I know I'm
8:40 a I'm a tall big guy but there's a lot
8:43 of people out there who are bigger than
8:46 me so I started to think wouldn't a
8:48 theme park build a ride built for larger
8:52 people maybe they can't do that I don't
8:54 know the reasoning behind it but it also
8:56 got me thinking I really could lose some
8:59 weight and make this a lot easier on
9:12 myself the dishes are done man this will
9:12 be my dinner tonight this is a fetuccini
9:15 Alfredo and calories
9:20 250
9:21 calories so that's pretty good for a
9:23 dinner for some little snacks I have
9:25 these baby carrots instead of eating
9:27 potato chips I'm going to try to start
9:29 eating carrots or celery or something
9:31 like this and then for
9:34 dessert this yop
9:36 light which only
9:39 has 90 calories so
9:43 combined that's not really a whole heck
9:45 of a lot of
9:50 calories definitely much better than
9:50 what I have been
9:59 eating there's Elvira back there
10:00 the Mistress of the dark who do you

10:04 cooler alviva or
10:08 vampyra I'm taking a pole my head is
10:11 pounding it is exploding it feels like
10:14 someone has stuck it in one of those you
10:17 know those presses that would be on the
10:19 side of benches that you would like
10:21 screw in to hold something tight if
10:23 you're going to saw it or something
10:24 those those vice grips that's what it
10:26 feels like my Noggin is in right now cuz
10:29 I have not had any caffeine I've only
10:30 had water all day and it's only been
10:33 less than one day less than a 24-hour
10:35 period less than even an 18-hour period
10:38 but I'm so used to consuming and
10:40 drinking Mountain Dew and Dr Pepper and
10:44 lots of coffee that when your body does
10:46 not have that your head starts to
10:49 compress and explode or feel like it's
10:53 going to explode it's going to take
10:54 three or four four days tops maybe 5
10:57 days
11:00 hopefully at the most 5 days to get over
11:03 these caffeine headaches it's hurting
11:05 pretty bad my head hurts pretty bad and
11:08 I'm thinking with this whole change of
11:11 my eating patterns I'm not going to go
11:13 too crazy with it I'm not going to go on
11:14 any crash diet I just want to eat a lot
11:18 better than I have been eating and I
11:19 want to cut soda and I want to cut
11:22 coffee out of by normal everyday routine
11:25 that is the biggest thing I'm trying to
11:28 accomplish of this even with the losing
11:30 the weight and sleeping better at night
11:32 and all of that the biggest thing is I
11:35 really need to cut soda and coffee out
11:39 of my life cuz I notice a huge
11:40 difference I notice a big difference in
11:42 the way like my heart feels when I drink
11:45 too much soda like I don't have like
11:47 heart palpitations I don't have like a
11:48 heart attack or anything like that but
11:50 there's just a little weird feeling that
11:53 I can always tell if I've drank too much
11:56 soda I don't know if you ever had that
11:58 that feeling but when I drink a lot of
11:59 water I feel great so once these
12:01 caffeine had like subside it's going to
12:03 be awesome and now it's time for a
12:06 caffeine withdrawal headach version of
12:09 ask Adam the wo don't forget the hashtag
12:13 what did you use to hang up yours this
12:15 thing is so heavy um I probably have to
12:18 use a find a stud in the wall but I was
12:21 curious what you use you're right this
12:23 thing is very very heavy and the way I
12:26 mounted it on the wall you can see right
12:29 up there I use two very heavyduty Nails
12:32 side by side and then I zip tied it that
12:37 way there's no possible way if I shut
12:40 the door a little too hard that it will
12:42 fall to the floor ask the hello Adam I'm
12:47 wondering if you're going to come to
12:48 Memphis Tennessee me and my dad me and
12:51 my daddy are waiting for you
12:55 by once I start traveling in a couple
