1:11 before that there's 31 days in a few
1:14 months so I'm calling it also leave some

1:29 31-day months there are a few that have
1:32 28 29 30 days but there are one or two
1:35 or maybe seven or none that have 31 days

1:42 one I don't know it doesn't matter 31
1:45 day months that's what I'm going for the
1:47 31-day weight loss challenge is what
1:49 I've retitled this I've lost
1:53 25.4 lbs I have nine days left to go
1:57 next Wednesday so in 9 days I will post
2:00 my grand total of what I've lost in 31
2:02 days I'm motivated this is my motivated

2:13 stretches first woo and stay hydrated
2:16 I've been hydrated still haven't drank
2:18 anything but water been eating a lot
2:20 less than I normally have obviously I've
2:23 lost 25.4 lbs in 3 weeks I've got nine
2:27 days left to go on this 31-day challenge
2:30 so next Wednesday I'll do a vlog blog
2:32 before I leave Thursday for Thursday's
