0:03 Welcome everyone. Adam the Woo here. As
0:03 the recording of is TGIF, it is Friday,
0:05 July 18th,
0:08 2025. I'm here in my hotel on Disneyland
0:11 property. Not going to be hitting the
0:13 Disney parks today. I'm going to be
0:15 heading over to Knots Berry Farm where
0:18 Ghost Town Alive is in full effect. Love
0:22 Knots. Love their events. Scary Farm,
0:25 Merry Farm, Boen Berry Festival, and
0:28 Ghost Town Alive. It's time for me to go
0:31 over there. Join me, shall we? I love
0:35 Disney, obviously, but I also love Knots
0:38 Berry Farm. Picking a favorite Knots
0:40 event is almost like picking a favorite
0:42 Epcot festival. I love them all equally.
0:46 Well, with the exception of food and
0:47 wine, but the other three, they're kind
0:49 of tied and it's really tough to me to
0:52 for me to pick which one of the knots
0:54 festivals I love. Probably Scary Farm
0:56 would be my number one, but the other
0:57 ones the other ones are amazing, too.
1:00 All right, heading over there. Going to
1:02 Uber over. Waiting over here at the
1:04 pickup area in front of the Disneyland
1:06 Hotel entrance at the lobby. going to be
1:08 going from Disney property over to Knots
1:11 property, from one theme park property
1:15 to another.
1:17 Good to do both. Weather's nice, but a
1:20 very sunny day. Nice little breeze,
1:23 though. It is a beehive of activity over
1:26 here. Cars getting in and out, getting
1:28 the ride share.
1:31 Uber's just outside the gates, but
1:32 there's a lot of people getting picked
1:34 up.
1:47 All right, I have arrived. First stop is
1:47 going to be Starbucks. Get myself a
1:48 piping hot caffeinated beverage before
1:50 heading in. And it's probably going to
1:52 be busy cuz it's a Friday. 1868 Gold
1:55 Trails Hotel. Walking in to Ghost Town,
1:59 which has come alive
2:01 for their summer event,
2:04 Founders Day.
2:10 Look at these two guys. They've arrived
2:10 also exploring Ryan and Greg. He has a
2:13 game room.
2:14 >> Yes, I have a tiki room.
2:16 >> And Ryan has a tiki room and sometimes
2:18 he does a little exploring
2:19 >> sometimes. Just a little.
2:21 >> And Greg, just like yesterday at Disney
2:24 Disneyland, has never been here either.
2:27 >> First time in Disney, sorry, Magic
2:29 Kingdom. Sorry, Disneyland. I'll get it
2:31 right eventually.
2:32 >> And first time at Knottberry Farm. wants
2:35 to help learn how to be an apprentice
2:37 farmer, this is your opportunity time.
2:42 >> All right.
2:49 >> Love the sights and sounds and
2:49 experiences
2:51 of ghost town. the blacksmith over in
2:53 here working.
3:06 like he's firing up the
3:06 coal there.
3:11 >> What you making?
3:11 >> Egyptian.
3:14 >> I'm not Jamaican. I'm Egyptian.
3:16 >> Oh, I got what you're
3:18 >> Sorry. I'm working on a um small little
3:21 miniature horseshoes that we put in a
3:22 request for three of them. So, we're
3:23 just hammering them out.
3:24 >> Okay, sounds good.
3:30 >> Very random.
3:35 >> People say, "Oh, that looks like a
3:35 lovely building. I want to stay there."
3:39 >> Oh, well that she's got stinky feet.
3:43 That said, I Joe's girlfriend and every
3:44 once in a while she doesn't take her
3:46 shoes off. He smells terrible. She airs
3:48 her foot out the window. I know that's
3:50 not good advertising.
3:52 >> He's still incarcerated back in there.
3:55 >> We never got the horse back. We don't
3:56 even know what happened to the horse. We
3:58 don't even have the same sheriff
3:59 anymore.
4:00 >> He told me the horse is in horsey heaven
4:02 and I quote, "But that was like 10 years
4:04 ago." So,
4:04 >> I know, but
4:06 you know, you don't steal the sheriff's
4:08 horse.
4:09 >> Good point.
4:10 >> Well, uh, we have actually somebody over
4:12 here who has never been to Calico
4:15 before. I'd like to bring him over for a
4:17 second to meet you. Hold on a second.
4:19 >> I guess
4:21 >> Hey, Sadi.
4:23 >> Hey, buddy. How's it going?
4:24 >> Pretty good.
4:25 >> So, it's our town's birthday. We got uh
4:28 a big hoe down at 4:30 around the corner
4:30 over there, but this year we have a
4:31 parade starts at 4:25.
4:34 >> I can't wait. I told you about the
4:35 parade.
4:36 >> I saw it on the board over there.
4:37 >> You did?
4:38 >> Yeah, I can read the chalkboard. Yes.
4:40 Uh, so this tells you about how we let
4:42 somebody out of jail this morning
4:43 because what a better way to start off a
4:45 big celebration without letting somebody
4:47 out of jail.
4:47 >> Okay.
4:48 >> Brothers,
4:52 >> what's your name?
4:53 >> Doing good. My name is Adam.
4:54 >> Adam. So nice to meet you, Adam. What is
4:56 your all's names?
4:57 >> I'm Greg.
4:58 >> Greg.
4:58 >> Mr. Greg. And we got one more.
5:00 >> My name is Ryan. Ryan to meet you.
5:02 >> Ryan, sir.
5:03 >> There goes Pony Express, the precursor
5:06 to Tron. Same ride. same ride type of uh
5:10 there's one of the cats that she was
5:11 talking about exploring Ryan. He's the
5:14 one that found it right over there.
5:15 >> In my family, we find all the cats. I
5:17 sure
5:19 >> raise your right hand.
5:22 >> And just repeat after me. Say, I promise
5:24 >> I promise
5:25 >> obey the laws.
5:26 >> Obey the laws of the town of Calico. The
5:29 town of Calico
5:30 >> has sat down
5:32 >> by the sheriff.
5:33 >> The mayor may the mayor
5:34 >> and that devilishly handsome.
5:36 >> The devilishly handsome devilishly
5:38 handsome judge Roy.
5:40 >> Judge Roy Be right about. All right. She
5:43 did. She did.
5:43 >> Go like this. Your beard is luxurious.
5:46 >> My beard is luxurious.
5:47 >> Luxurious.
5:48 >> Yeah. I don't want to go there. Okay.
5:50 Count three. 1 2 3. So help me. So help
5:54 me.
5:54 >> You got it. Come over here. Get signed
5:56 the register.
5:57 >> Thank you.
5:58 Yeah.
5:59 >> See, uh,
6:01 >> how's it spell, sir?
6:03 >> Judge.
6:05 >> Wait, you're writing his name. You're

6:09 >> R O Y
6:10 >> and B is B E A N.
6:12 >> B E A N.
6:14 >> Make two.
6:15 >> Yeah. Yeah. The second. See,
6:16 >> they're not the same person.
6:18 >> Boy, the state the state of
6:20 >> confusion.
6:22 >> Yes. Love this train. Hello, sir.
6:24 >> How are we doing, partner? I heard a
6:25 rumor that sometimes there's train
6:27 robbers on this.
6:28 >> Oh. Oh, no. No, no. I I assure you
6:32 there's nobody bad on this train.
6:35 >> Oh, they carry
6:41 your
6:41 free.
6:52 >> I don't like it.
6:54 Deputy, Sheriff, whoever's inside. Uh, I
6:58 would like to talk to you about my
7:00 clients, Ox Mayfield and Durkens.
7:05 >> Yeah, I know. I know. Uh, I'm their
7:07 legal representative and I would like to
7:10 see what kind of proof. First of all,
7:12 what have you been accused of? What have
7:13 they been accused of?
7:14 >> Uh, I think they're both actually
7:16 hiding.
7:18 >> I'm hiding from Abigail that they locked
7:21 the door. I'm hiding from the soul of
7:23 >> Phil.
7:24 Hey, Clancy. Clancy, you realize that my
7:27 clients are locked in there by accident?
7:35 >> He said, "Oops, that's what I heard."
7:35 >> I would like to say the case of my
7:37 client, Ox Mayfield, he's too old and
7:40 decrepit to be locked up in that jail in
7:42 there.
7:43 >> Look at him. Look, he's don't have much.
7:48 >> Derkens.
7:50 >> Dirk was kicked in the head by a donkey
7:51 yesterday and he don't know what he's
7:53 dealing with. Look at him.
7:55 >> Look at him.
7:57 >> Let my my poor gang members go. They're
8:00 really struggling.
8:01 >> Hold that argument. I would like to
8:03 argue is the most reputable lawyer in
8:05 town. In fact, the only the only lawyer
8:08 in town. I would like to argue that they
8:10 should be let out of me for
8:13 >> more.
8:16 They're hiding there.
8:18 >> That one too.
8:18 >> Hey. Hey.
8:19 >> Hey. Wait. I've already had one false
8:22 warning in me already.
8:23 >> If you're going to talk to my client,
8:25 you need to talk to me first.
8:27 >> That's right.
8:28 >> He's my lawyer.
8:30 >> All I know is that I'm here to help my
8:32 clients get out. But the judge
8:46 What are you doing? We got to keep off.
8:46 >> Let my family out of that jail cell.
8:48 >> No, I don't think so. Play
8:52 >> don't make that do.
8:55 >> You know what? You're right. You might
8:56 want to check your police.
8:58 >> I'm not falling for that one.
9:01 >> James are gone.
9:02 >> Really?
9:03 >> Yeah.
9:04 >> Where did he go?
9:17 disarm them just so they wouldn't shoot
9:17 nobody.
9:19 >> You see?
9:20 >> Oh my god.
9:35 >> Finally.
9:38 Town Hall for trial. You're all
9:40 witnesses. We're going to see you down
9:42 at town hall for trial.
9:44 >> We got so many witnesses. They shot us.
9:47 All these people saw what they did.
9:50 >> All right. All right.
9:51 >> All right. Don't all speak at once. Boy,
9:54 nothing ever changes, does it?
9:56 >> All right. Thank you.
9:57 >> All right. But I think the evidence
9:59 speaks for itself.
10:00 >> Well, uh, wait a minute, your honor. I
10:03 think I can uh enter a plea that will
10:05 render this trial null and void.
10:07 >> No, that ain't how it works. You have a
10:08 trial.
10:09 >> I got to hear this. Go ahead, Clay.
10:13 >> We did it.
10:13 >> What?
10:14 >> We robbed the Calico miners bank that
10:18 100 lb golden silver nugget which shaped
10:20 like a giant choo choo train they call
10:21 the Calico. Have
10:22 >> we recovered and are clearly in good
10:24 hands? I'm willing to drop all
10:29 >> obviously they committed a crime. Yeah,
10:32 >> but it seems it was for a good cause.
10:35 >> So therefore, his case is dismissed.
10:39 >> Come on.
10:40 >> It's a lot bigger than that, sir. You're
10:42 a line.
10:49 >> He's a jury.
10:51 >> Why is there always been more?
11:01 >> All right. You can't go to NOS without
11:01 having a Boenberry punch. Your first
11:04 one. What do you think?
11:09 >> That's awesome.
11:09 >> Cheers.
11:11 >> Ryan got
11:12 >> They're cheersing it up.
11:13 >> Sash Barilla.
11:14 >> The Sash Barilla.
11:17 >> Think we're going to go over to the mine
11:20 train.
11:21 Classic dark ride. One of my favorite
11:23 dark rides.
11:37 Oh yeah.
11:37 Mine cart train goes right across there.
11:40 I think we've just decided also at the
11:42 end of the evening we're going to get
11:43 Mrs. Notch chicken dinner.
13:47 Look at that.
13:47 Slam is going to
13:50 make someone
14:22 Best I know
14:43 traffic now.
15:26 are over 140 years old and used to carry
15:26 passengers to and from Denver's Rio
15:28 Grand. In these railroad cars, the
15:30 cosplay telltales of the gold rush,
15:32 cowboys and sailors dreams of fortunes
15:34 and of the pler spirit of the west.
15:36 Walter not was on hand for the
15:38 dedication of this railroad and as
15:40 tradition has continued.
16:14 All right, folks. This here's a robbery,
16:14 my friends.
16:15 >> Been eating your hands to disguise.
16:17 Yeah. Why? Shoot. Now, that's what I'm
16:20 talking about.
16:23 >> Oh, you with those people back there
16:24 from Florida?
16:25 >> Yeah. Are they giving you talking smack?
16:27 >> They're saying they didn't want to give
16:28 me any money because I they are from
16:30 Florida. I said, "What's wrong with
16:31 Florida other than swamps and
16:32 alligators?" And then I realized, oh,
16:34 all the Disney Worlds.
16:36 >> Yeah, we got Disney World.
16:37 >> Stay away. They probably got some kind
16:38 of disease from being near. All them
16:40 Disney Worlds.
16:41 >> That's a good point. Val, valid point.
16:43 Hopping over to the Knox Museum here.
16:46 >> There's Walter Knox,
16:47 >> who Knottberry Farm is named after. And
16:50 this used to be at the front of the
16:51 park, I guess. Well, right here. Tribute
16:54 to the Western Pioneers. It was
16:56 installed back here in 2007,
16:59 but it stood at the foot of Ghost Town
17:01 for all to admire for many, many years.
17:03 Welcome to Ghost Town. You will see how
17:05 a breed of rugged pioneers lived. With
17:08 few tools, without government aid, these
17:11 hardy people subdued our great western
17:13 wilderness, Walter Kn.
17:17 A piece of history right there. inside
17:19 the Walter not and Knottberry Farm
17:22 Museum which is here in Ghost Town. A
17:25 lot of people don't realize this is in
17:27 here. It's kind of kind of tucked away.
17:30 Keep your eyes open.
17:50 cash registers in here. Little
17:50 miniatures of the an old west town.
17:58 There's even some old typewriters and
17:58 things down in here.
18:13 It looks like the old paper, the
18:13 pamphlet that they would give out was
18:15 called the naughty post. Look like
18:18 there's Walter there with some other
18:20 gentlemen on the train. Oh no, it's an
18:23 old San Francisco street car. Look at
18:26 that. There was a cable car at
18:29 Knottberry Farm back in 55. That was the
18:32 same year Disneyland opened. I didn't
18:33 realize there was ever a cable car here.
18:36 Wow. Okay.
18:43 Learn something new every day.
18:43 I want you to learn something from this
18:45 gentleman over here.
18:46 >> Just in general,
18:47 >> he's got a little history of this photo.
18:49 >> I know about it, but you guys need to
18:51 hear this from the man himself.
18:53 >> Well, you know where Wilmington is?
18:55 California. Not Wilmington, Delaware.
18:57 Down North Carolina.
19:00 Anyway, this is the Wilmington Fire
19:02 Department and so they were going to get
19:04 a picture taken, but unfortunately one
19:07 of the firemen died just before they
19:10 were going to get the picture taken.
19:12 >> And all the other firemen said, "Well,
19:13 you know, we don't want to leave him out
19:15 of the picture."
19:16 >> Oh god.
19:16 >> So, what did they do? They propped him
19:20 up and he's in the picture.
19:24 >> Now, when you say he died like before
19:26 >> Yeah, like the day before or something.
19:27 >> Okay. This was like,
19:29 >> not minutes before, but
19:30 >> his name would be Bernie, would it?
19:33 >> I don't know.
19:33 >> That's a That's the weekend you're
19:35 thinking of.
19:35 >> Oh, yeah. Different weekend. So, the
19:37 >> Can you guess which one it is?
19:38 >> There you go. A little closer.
19:40 >> I'll give you a clue. He's Well, maybe I
19:42 should
19:43 >> I'm going to go either with this
19:44 gentleman right here. This gentleman
19:46 right here. Uh,
19:48 >> I'll narrow it down. He's He's next to
19:50 the Undertaker.
19:52 >> And the Undertaker's in there, too.
19:54 >> So, I'm going to go with I'm going to go
19:57 with that guy. Yeah, that's the guy.
20:00 >> Wow.
20:01 >> Yeah. There you go.
20:03 >> You never knew that photo was taken.
20:06 >> So, that's the Undertaker there.
20:10 >> Wilmington, California.
20:30 Look at that. Dedicated 1952.
20:30 >> Predates Disneyland by three years. It's
20:33 plaque.
20:40 >> How you doing?
20:40 What do you got in there? Coffee.
20:42 >> Actually, it is coffee.
20:43 >> Piping hot caffeinated beverage or cold
20:45 brew?
20:45 >> It's cold brew. It's a little hot for
20:46 that, but I needed the caffeine.
20:49 >> Yeah. Did you need to sober up? Is that
20:50 it?
20:52 >> Can you believe the mouth of this?
20:53 >> What are you trying to say?
20:54 >> Are you all filming each other?
20:55 >> Yes.
20:56 >> What kind of coffee is this?
20:58 >> This is what we do. This is what we do
20:59 in 2025.
21:00 >> This is This is no coincidence.
21:02 >> 325.
21:04 >> Where are you fellas from?
21:06 >> Central Florida.
21:07 >> All three of you?
21:08 >> Yes. Yeah.
21:08 >> So, you came down to visit?
21:10 >> We did.
21:12 >> Uh, welcome. Thank you.
21:14 >> What are you? Are you family? Are you
21:15 friends?
21:16 >> Just friends.
21:21 >> Is it going to stop?
21:21 >> He's always tries to he tries to be a
21:22 jokester.
21:23 >> Never going to start.
21:25 >> Everybody's comedian. Well,
21:27 >> no. Just Just him. Just him. He he
21:29 tries.
21:30 >> Uh, now, what do you what do you fellas
21:32 what do you fellas do for a living? Sir,
21:34 what do you what do you do?
21:35 >> I point this camera at things and state
21:37 the obvious. Professionally.
21:40 >> Professionally. It's weird, but yes.
21:43 >> Hold on to those instruments so we don't
21:45 hear him for a second. There we go.
21:46 >> Decided to start making our way over to
21:48 Mrs. Not Chicken Dinner Restaurant. Now,
21:51 I've done the buffet at Scary Farm a few
21:53 times. I've done the takeaway Mrs. Not
21:54 spot, but it's been a while since I've
21:56 eaten inside the actual restaurant
21:59 started by Cornelia. Cordelia KN. Here's
22:01 her back in the 1940s. This photo of
22:04 Cordelia right there at the menu. Scan a
22:06 QR code takes you to the website. I am
22:08 going to get the Mrs. Knots Famous Fried
22:10 Chicken. It's a traditional favorite
22:11 served with mashed potatoes and not
22:13 chicken gravy. 26.50. Well, you can $5
22:16 more. So, for 3150, get the all white
22:18 dinner. I think I'm just going to go
22:20 with the the mixture. All dinner entre
22:22 include buttermilk biscuits and seasoned
22:24 jam. Dinner entre include two starters.
22:26 Toss out salad cup of chicken noodle
22:28 soup and house pour house rhubarb.
22:32 One side out of sweet corn, seasoned
22:34 cabbage with ham and a slice of pie for
22:36 dessert. I'm also going to get some
22:39 cauliflower for an appetizer.
22:48 Everybody else is ordering the dinner.
22:48 >> Okay. Some little biscuits they brought
22:50 out.
22:52 >> Plenty of buttercream.
23:01 >> I forgot the biscuits were this good.
23:01 We've already started to devour them.
23:04 >> And
23:06 poison berry jam.
23:09 >> And I got poison berry punch. Thank you.
23:23 >> You guys chicken just in a moment.
23:25 >> A little They don't They don't overdo
23:26 this the uh the sides. It's a little
23:28 little couple bites soup there. Couple
23:31 bites salad there. This is buffalo
23:33 cauliflower. So, it's cauliflower. Looks
23:34 like it's a little fried cauliflower
23:37 and maybe ranch or blue cheese and some
23:39 celery here served in a skillet. A
23:43 little uh little buffalo cauliflower.
23:45 Well, buffalo sauce over the
23:47 cauliflower, which probably appears to
23:49 be fried.
23:50 >> You've done this before? Yes. I don't
23:51 know if I mean I've had cauliflower
23:53 before but I don't know if I had this
23:55 supposed to be crispy is where I'm kind
23:56 of
23:57 >> I like the flavor though.
23:59 >> But that's temperature hot. I got to
24:01 wait for that to cool down first.
24:03 >> Definitely not mild.
24:10 >> But it's not unbearably hot. It's like
24:11 flavorful hot.
24:13 >> It's definitely flavorful. I wonder if I
24:15 can get some of that for the chicken
24:17 tenders.
24:22 This is what we're dealing with. Thank
24:22 you. My
24:22 >> pleasure.
24:24 >> Got some cabbage.
24:26 Cabbage, right? Yeah, cabbage. Got the
24:28 chicken meal. Got the mashed potatoes
24:30 and gravy right over here. And the other
24:34 guy's got some chicken tenders. You got
24:36 corn.
24:38 >> Oh, yeah. My corn. Pretty corny guy.
24:40 Chicken tender crew and non-chick tender
24:43 crew.
24:45 All right. Here is the dessert. Little
24:48 boenberry pie right there. Same thing.
24:51 >> Also got the boenberry
24:53 pie. It's a boenberry dag.
24:56 >> I mean, you got to do it, right?
24:58 >> I know. Winning. Winning in knots. Win
25:01 in Rome. Winning in knots.
25:07 >> That looks beautiful.
25:08 >> All right. Over in the gift shop now.
25:09 News flash. This is the first time in
25:12 years that the bear has not been in this
25:16 spot. Probably for well over 10 years
25:19 the bear has been removed from this
25:22 spot. Man, I feel like I don't even know
25:23 where I am right now. The fact that the
25:26 gargantuan bear is not in the spot it's
25:29 always been is really throwing me off.
25:31 It's over here now.
25:38 I've been in here way too many times for
25:41 it to confuse me that the bear is here
25:44 and not down there. All right, that's
25:46 going to do it for today.

25:57 Oh, we talked to that guy a couple
25:57 times.
25:57 >> Yeah, we know that guy
25:58 >> right there. He was asking what I do for
26:00 a living and earlier in the day he was
26:03 wearing pajamas.
26:09 See you in the next video. The vlog is
26:09 over.
