1:41 soda instead of milk instead of coffee

1:44 instead of cream and sugar in my

1:46 beverages as well as juice all I am

1:48 drinking is water and is paying off

1:51 handsomely I've actually lost

1:54 21 or 22 lb so far I still have a ways

1:58 to go I would like to get back to my

2:00 early '90s my early mid90s fighting

2:04 weight I am not a fighter but I still

2:06 want to get down to my fighting weight

2:08 my healthiest weight I've ever been in

2:10 my life and I'm very excited about my

2:13 progression so far through this diet

13:56 the original Highway markers placed

13:57 along US Highway 10 1 to denote the

14:00 historical Trails of the missions this

14:02 Bell was installed with the cooperation

14:04 and approval of the California Mission

14:08 Trail

14:10 Association there it is the L Camino
