0:17 me what the progression of the

0:20 transpiring events that led me to be

0:22 able to go back to Walt Disney World

0:24 property I spent last week I got back

0:27 day before yesterday and I spent

0:30 5 days Monday through Friday in Orlando

0:35 going to Epcot going to Magic Kingdom

0:38 going to Hollywood studi MGM which is

0:40 what I like to call it and as well as

0:42 animal

0:43 kingdom and a lot of people were

0:45 wondering how were you able to go back

0:47 there and a lot of people have been

0:50 following the progression of what

0:53 happened back in January of

0:56 2013 January 8th 2013 I released Vlog on

1:00 my Channel The Daily woo Channel where I

1:02 actually announced the fact that I had

1:05 been banned trespassed from Walt Disney

1:10 World in Florida that actual event

1:13 actually happened the day before in the

1:15 afternoon but because I had already

1:17 uploaded my daily Vlog a vlog that I

1:19 actually do every single day and I have

1:21 not missed a day since then in almost

1:24 well over 3 years way past 10,000 days

1:27 I've been doing this daily woo Vlog

1:29 since I had had already uploaded that

1:30 Vlog I did not announce the news that I

1:33 was actually trespassed from Walt Disney

1:36 World until that next morning which that

1:38 Vlog number was the daily woo 1 192 so

1:43 just look up the daily woo 1 192 and I

1:46 tell you that because that was the only

1:48 time that was the only instance where I

1:53 myself brought up the subject matter of

1:58 what actually happened and the reason I

2:00 did that is because I wanted people to

2:01 know why I was not going to be filming

2:03 any more videos at Walt Disney World why

2:05 I was not going to Walt Disney World I

2:06 knew because that was such a pretty much

2:09 a very heartbreaking blow to me

2:12 personally and a lot of people would be

2:14 asking why I was not allowed there why I

2:17 was not going there I needed to tell

2:18 people what actually happened that was

2:20 the whole point of me doing that Vlog

2:22 and everything since then it was all

2:25 speculation and what people conjured up

2:27 in their own mind or you know when you

2:29 tell somebody a friend something and

2:31 that friend tells somebody something

2:32 else and something else once it goes

2:34 down the line of 40 people the story

2:37 gets kind of misc constr and all that so

2:38 I wanted to tell people what actually

2:41 happened on that Vlog the daily woo 192

2:44 and it's still up on there you can

2:46 actually go back and watch it the reason

2:49 that the Walt Disney World Corporation

2:51 actually decided to trespass me to give

2:54 me

2:55 a band for

2:58 Life uh uh punishment if you will was

3:02 because I was very excited about things

3:05 backstage and I was filming things

3:06 backstage I really did not realize what

3:09 was going to happen I didn't realize how

3:11 the internet worked at that time I

3:12 didn't realize that if I put something

3:13 on YouTube I thought maybe like a few

3:16 friends or some family members would see

3:17 it I did not realize that it was going

3:19 to blossom into what it has become this

3:23 whole Adam the woo YouTube thing that

3:27 exists those videos if you watch those

3:30 videos you can go back and watch I

3:31 really not have that many

3:32 subscribers those videos are still

3:35 actually up on the internet too which

3:36 you can actually go watch but I wanted

3:38 to explain to you guys how me being

3:43 allowed back into Walt Disney World

3:45 actually happened it kind of actually

3:47 was a progression so basically almost 3

3:50 years ago so on January 88th actually

3:53 January 7th the Vlog was on the 8th

3:55 January 7th

3:58 2013 I went to MGM Hollywood Studios I

4:02 filmed the Vlog I went out to my van I

4:05 uploaded the Vlog which was from New

4:07 York Avenue streets of America I filmed

4:10 that little Vlog went out uploaded it

4:12 and then I thought to myself I should

4:14 probably just leave but since I was

4:16 already in the parking lot I decided I'm

4:18 going to go back to Walt Disney World to

4:21 go back from the parking lot to MGM

4:24 Hollywood Studios and just enjoy it was

4:26 a slow day it was not very busy so as I

4:29 walked back in the security was there

4:31 the police were there they had been

4:32 following my social media Facebook and

4:36 as I walked in the security guard who

4:38 had been watching my Vlogs been watching

4:40 my YouTube channel who had basically

4:42 been I guess been hired to actually you

4:44 know see where I was because they wanted

4:46 to talk to me and enforce this trespass

4:49 warning or this trespass Banning if you

4:51 will so as I walked in he said hello

4:54 Adam and I said hello and as I went to

4:57 the gate I realized that this was

5:00 probably actually going to happen and I

5:02 knew that was going to happen which was

5:04 part of the reason I posted on Facebook

5:06 where I was going to be because I did

5:08 not want to hide from anyone I knew what

5:11 I had done filming some backstage videos

5:13 I knew what I had put out there into the

5:16 world and I knew that people were

5:18 starting to recognize me and the par

5:19 cast members the security guards would

5:21 know who I was so I decided to just put

5:23 myself out there and tell everyone where

5:26 I was going to be that day so of course

5:28 that culminated into me being asked to

5:30 go into the office I ended up meeting

5:33 and seeing a lot of the higher ups in

5:35 the security platform of Walt Disney

5:38 World security and they were very

5:40 cordial they were very nice they

5:41 actually gave me food they actually gave

5:43 me a soda and they said you really

5:46 cannot be doing what you are doing this

5:48 is not something we really want out

5:50 there into the world we not want other

5:52 people doing what you're doing which I

5:54 totally understand so I ended up getting

5:58 a trespass warning piece of paper I had

6:00 to give my thumb print etc etc etc etc

6:04 so as time went on people kept saying

6:08 you need to be back there you need to be

6:10 back there and another very interesting

6:13 thing was I discovered this is before

6:15 anyone was really watching my

6:17 videos so I started to gain a little bit

6:20 of a following in the Disney community

6:22 and at first the Disney Community like

6:24 the people who were really into Walt

6:27 Disney World really started to dislike

6:30 me a lot I I really had a hard time when

6:33 people would send me things on Twitter

6:36 or send me emails or text me friends of

6:38 mine and say look what these people are

6:40 saying about you over on these message

6:43 boards there's all these message boards

6:45 it's insane I actually I had to stop

6:48 reading message boards because things

6:50 that people were saying were not true it

6:52 was speculation a lot of lies a lot of

6:55 them really hurt my feelings it really

6:57 like kind of was like getting kicked in

6:59 the stomach not being able to be allowed

7:01 to go back to Walt Disney World but more

7:04 than that was the fact that what people

7:06 were saying that was not true making up

7:09 things hearsay of what really what the

7:12 fact was was just the fact that I filmed

7:14 a couple backstage videos River Country

7:17 up into Journey imagination Pavilion and

7:19 things like that so there were a few

7:21 things that I had snuck back into and

7:23 shown but then it Whirlwind it into this

7:26 whole hatred Fest of people who really

7:30 did not really understand the full news

7:32 because when the news story broke it

7:33 ended up airing on the Orlando news

7:35 stations it ended up trending on the

7:38 internet I was trending on the internet

7:39 for one day finally I was trending on

7:41 the internet but not for a subject

7:44 matter that I wanted to be trending and

7:47 I've discovered I discovered right that

7:49 that there people only read the title

7:51 man banned for life from Disney World

7:54 and immediately people think this man

7:57 must be bad this man must be evil this

8:00 man must be up to no good and his his

8:03 whole purpose in life is to inflect

8:06 people with evilness that's what people

8:08 think when they read something like that

8:11 but luckily over time people started

8:14 watching my videos started realize my

8:16 personality they started to realize my

8:18 motivation in life and a lot of those

8:21 people have come over from that side of

8:24 hating me to liking me in fact some of

8:27 you guys that actually might be watching

8:28 this maybe discover me because of that

8:30 news really did not understand the

8:32 principles what was actually happening

8:34 there and maybe I have won you over

8:36 maybe you understand basically what I am

8:39 all about now that was a long time ago

8:41 those videos were over three years ago

8:43 about 3 years ago

8:45 so people have been asking now that I am

8:48 back at Walt Disney World how did you

8:51 get this trespass this band for

8:55 life you know Mystique that is around

8:58 you this paperwork this Le eal mumbo

9:01 jumbo which is the technical term I'm

9:04 not a lawyer but that is a technical

9:05 term lifted how are you allowed back at

9:08 Walt Disney World so I'm here to clear

9:10 up the misconceptions of what happened

9:12 now when the day I actually was pulled

9:14 into the office there at MGM Hollywood

9:17 Studios and so I guess there were some

9:19 Executives there some higher up security

9:22 guards as well as a security guard that

9:24 originally saw me and the police officer

9:27 that were waiting there because I posted

9:28 on Facebook with I was going to

9:30 be people were coming in and out of the

9:32 office to make sure it was actually me

9:34 to verify it was me I handed them my ID

9:38 I filled out the paperwork the the

9:39 police officer filled out the paperwork

9:41 gave them my thumb print and then I

9:43 talked to one of the higher up security

9:45 guards and I asked him what is this for

9:47 and they said it's because you broke

9:49 some rules and you crossed some lines

9:52 and we do not allow that here

9:53 understandably I understand why that is

9:55 not allowed now and after all that then

9:58 I asked well how long is this going to

10:00 be enforced for how long is this going

10:02 to be bestowed upon me for is there a

10:06 chance I can ever come back and they

10:07 said no you are in their words banned

10:11 for life this is a lifetime ban now in

10:15 Tech in technicality people use the word

10:17 banned but it's kind of like a madeup

10:19 word there is no such thing as banned

10:21 for life you can be trespassed for life

10:23 you can be trespassed and not not

10:25 allowed back in until they say you can

10:27 come back in so as time went on over the

10:31 first year it was about eight months

10:33 into that first year of me not being

10:34 allowed at Walt Disney World people

10:37 started to say you should appeal this

10:39 ban and I was told I do not know if this

10:41 is true I was told by a few people that

10:44 once a year Florida law if you have a

10:46 trespass in Florida you are allowed to

10:49 appeal that trespass one time every year

10:53 for as long as you want so I thought

10:55 okay it's been almost a year it's been

10:57 10 11 months January will be one year

11:01 January 2014 would be the oneye

11:04 anniversary of me not being allowed at

11:05 Walt Disney World I had actually proven

11:08 to myself I was not going back I had

11:09 abided by the rules I had not been back

11:12 to the park and at that point I had

11:14 actually Flo driven out cross country

11:16 didn't fly at that time I actually drove

11:17 from Orlando out to Anaheim which is

11:20 actually Where I Live Now coincidentally

11:22 and I had been to Disneyland a few times

11:25 five or six times by that first point of

11:30 the oneyear anniversary of me not being

11:33 allowed back at Orlando properties and

11:35 i' also been to Marceline Missouri which

11:38 is where Walt grew up I'd also been to

11:40 Kansas City to laagam Studios which was

11:42 the first incarnation of Walt's studio

11:45 so a lot of Walt history had been done

11:48 over those years so I thought I'll give

11:51 it a shot I will email the head of

11:53 security at Walt Disney World and just

11:56 say CU at that point I realized I cannot

11:58 just go go up and knock on Walt Disney

12:02 Orlando Walt Disney company's door

12:05 because I would be on property and from

12:07 what I've heard that if you have a

12:09 trespass against you and you go on

12:11 property where you are not allowed that

12:13 you can actually get jail time sometimes

12:14 up to 30 days in jail and I really did

12:17 not want to go to jail just trying to go

12:19 appeal a ban so I found the email of the

12:22 security director at that time and I

12:25 emailed him this is right before

12:27 Christmas and I pretty much I pleaded my

12:30 case and I said look I've been I have

12:32 not been back on property I've been to

12:34 to Disneyland and I've been good I have

12:36 not been going backstage anymore I

12:39 understand what I did and why it was

12:40 wrong and why I should not be putting

12:42 that stuff out in to the universe and my

12:44 excitement in the past had gotten the

12:46 best of me my curiosity had gotten the

12:48 best of me and I explained the whole

12:50 situation and I said I'd really like to

12:52 come back there and reprove myself prove

12:55 myself that I'm going to abide by the

12:57 rues stay above the belt

12:59 from then on and I had like in my mind I

13:02 was kind of like flipping a coin in my

13:04 mind this could go 50/50 this could go

13:05 the way where it might happen it might

13:08 not happen part of me thought it would

13:10 happen that appeal was actually rejected

13:13 I was actually told no we are going to

13:15 keep enforcing the trespass you are not

13:17 going to be allowed back so that made me

13:21 very sad and I thought well if they're

13:23 not going to let me in back after a year

13:25 it's probably never going to happen I

13:28 pretty much need to move on with my life

13:30 what I did the mistakes that I have made

13:33 have actually like going to haunt me

13:36 forever and I'm going to be punished

13:37 forever so I started to accept that as

13:41 time went on months and months went by

13:43 it became almost time for the second

13:46 anniversary of what happened which would

13:49 have been

13:50 2015 January 2015 which would have been

13:54 seven or 8 months ago around that time I

13:58 actually drove out here to California

14:00 and I actually started to contemplate

14:01 moving here I bought an annual pass to

14:04 Disneyland which is very interesting

14:06 because I was allowed to get a

14:08 Disneyland pass purchase a Disneyland

14:11 annual pass which I have had for a year

14:13 and a half now so I renewed it in

14:16 January so I've had it this January I'll

14:18 have an annual pass to Disneyland for 2

14:20 years so I a year and a half I had had a

14:23 pass at that time I had had an annual

14:24 pass for almost a year the first time I

14:27 had the appeal I had not had an annual

14:29 pass I did not get the annual passel

14:30 right after that so I ended up moving

14:32 out here at the beginning of the year

14:34 around the same time as I was eligible

14:36 for my second appeal I became a huge fan

14:40 of Disneyland I became inundated with

14:42 the history of Walt Disney and

14:44 Disneyland here in Anaheim and I thought

14:47 well a year ago I tried appealing this

14:51 trespass warning look at this whole car

15:01 so many old cool cars in Southern

15:01 California driving around the circle so

15:03 when it was time for my second

15:05 appeal I kind of just said you know what

15:08 I'm not even going to appeal it I just

15:10 said I'm just going to shut all that out

15:12 forget that it's ever going to happen

15:14 and just immerse myself with Disneyland

15:17 history even though Walt Disney World

15:19 was my childhood and where I was brought

15:21 up and all my memories were out there I

15:23 was going to make new memories here in

15:26 Anaheim at Disneyland so I actually did

15:28 not at the second

15:30 time so I pretty much had written off

15:32 the fact that I was ever going to get

15:34 back to Walt Disney World a couple

15:36 months later later went by and I had

15:39 another legal issue I needed to get some

15:42 legal advice nothing super major but I

15:45 needed a little bit of legal advice that

15:48 I needed I am not a lawyer and I've

15:50 realized when it comes to legalities

15:52 that people that think they know the law

15:54 really do not know the law so if you

15:57 have something legal pops into your mind

16:00 or pops into your life you probably

16:02 should probably get a lawyer so I asked

16:05 around I contacted a friend who

16:08 contacted another friend and this friend

16:10 said hey I know a very good lawyer in

16:13 Florida who can handle this legal

16:15 problem not the Walt Disney thing

16:17 another thing that was not too dramatic

16:19 but I needed some advice in the legal

16:22 realm so this

16:25 person told a friend told another friend

16:27 I emailed this lawyer laer whose name is

16:29 Joshua L Finton down in South Florida

16:33 and he handled This legal question that

16:36 I had and after that legal question was

16:39 actually completed he actually said I

16:43 like watching your videos I know who you

16:44 are I know the situation that you are in

16:48 and I would really like to help you

16:50 appeal this trespass warning that you

16:53 have to Walt Disney World my first

16:55 reaction is yeah yeah yeah whatever yeah

16:57 yeah yeah whatever it's never going to

16:58 happen

16:59 there's no sense in even trying there's

17:01 no sense in even trying so he convinced

17:04 me to attempt this again he said let me

17:08 just write up a letter to Walt Disney

17:11 Corporation in Florida let me just write

17:14 up a letter say the things that you have

17:16 said in your past appeal and let me just

17:20 approach them with a different a

17:23 different

17:25 angle so that's basically what happened

17:28 this lawyer in South Florida I think

17:29 he's actually down in boka reton which

17:31 is down near Miami area Josh Fenton

17:39 this I I uh apologize if I did not get

17:42 your middle initial correct so he helped

17:46 me out dramatically he was a he really

17:49 helped me out a lot and I really have to

17:51 thank him and the circle of friends

17:53 around him that push me in his Direction

17:57 because I don't honestly I do not know

17:59 if I would have ever appealed it again

18:02 it was a very heartbreaking

18:04 situation it

18:06 really it really knocked the wind out of

18:08 me to not be allowed back to Walt Disney

18:11 World to just doing some things wrong I

18:13 know I was in the wrong for what I did I

18:16 know that filming backstage is not

18:18 allowed and I encourage everyone out

18:19 there to never do that and to stay

18:23 completely above the belt when it comes

18:26 to anything any theme park especially

18:28 Disney anything just when there are

18:31 rules set in place abide by the rules I

18:34 was I was not allowed there for almost

18:36 three years for 2 years and about seven

18:39 or eight months and I honestly never

18:41 thought I was going to be allowed back

18:43 there and now that I say that Joshua L

18:47 Fenson he helped me out a lot I don't

18:49 know if he has a website or you probably

18:52 just Google his name if anyone uh or

18:55 Josh if you're watching this if you want

19:10 thanks because when this whole situation

19:13 actually happened a lot of people came

19:17 to my defense a lot of people started

19:20 doing these petitions there were

19:21 petitions floating around all over the

19:24 Internet and I was I really in my mind I

19:28 did not want to start up a campaign to

19:31 get me back in I never reposted any of

19:34 these petitions I never commented on

19:36 them I never favored them on social

19:38 media I never liked them I never

19:39 reposted them and the reason I did that

19:42 is because I did not want anyone to

19:45 think that I was trying to be the right

19:47 guy I did not want to be the right guy I

19:50 didn't want people to think that I was

19:52 correct and that what the punishment

19:54 that was put upon me was unjust or

19:56 unfair I knew in my mind that when you

19:59 do something wrong you should actually

20:01 be punished you should actually get a

20:03 slap on the wrist or a whatever other

20:05 punishment that you're going to get so

20:07 that is why I never really honestly

20:10 pushed the whole thing of trying to get

20:12 back in publicly I never did another

20:14 Vlog saying oh woe is me it's been a

20:17 year I can't get back in I never posted

20:19 anything on message boards I never said

20:21 anything negative about the

20:24 situation so I just I just kept the

20:27 faith pushed forward stayed the

20:31 course and ladies and gentlemen it

20:33 actually happened I am actually

20:35 back I'm actually allowed back at Walt

20:38 Disney World that's amazing and a couple

20:41 other misconceptions people now were

20:42 circulating saying oh this is all fake

20:45 you're not allowed back this is all this

20:47 is all fake you are not allowed back and

20:49 to those people that are watching this

20:51 that are saying this is all a publicity

20:53 stunt Adam is not allowed back at Walt

20:55 Disney World I just spent four or five

20:57 days at Walt Disney World with my good

20:58 friend Justin scard who was Snapchatting

21:00 a thousand Snapchats we were posting on

21:02 Twitter we're posting on Instagram I put

21:04 up a main Channel video I posted where I

21:07 was every 5 seconds I did meetups with

21:09 people like in their periscopes in their

21:11 Vlogs on Twitter in the park out of the

21:13 park

21:14 everywhere it's safe to say this is not

21:17 a publicity stunt I am actually back at

21:20 Walt Disney World Properties even though

21:23 right now I'm back in Anaheim California

21:25 but I am allowed a lot of people also

21:26 are now saying circulating they're

21:28 saying

21:29 oh it was not a lifetime ban it was only

21:30 a three-year ban so if you do something

21:32 wrong you will only ban for 3 years well

21:34 it actually wasn't 3 years it was

21:36 actually 2 years and seven or eight

21:38 months and it is a lifetime thing unless

21:41 you appeal it and unless they reverse it

21:44 and I actually received the paperwork

21:46 from the lawyer from the director of

21:50 security at Walt Disney World I have his

21:52 signature or her signature the director

21:54 of Walt Disney World Security on a piece

21:57 of paper and I printed that out and I

21:59 had that with me in my camera bag this

22:02 last week when I went down to Florida

22:04 just in case something happened and when

22:06 I was there I actually talked to a few

22:08 security guards I talked to a lot of

22:10 cast members a lot of cast members

22:11 recognized me and everyone said it's

22:14 good to have you back and that means the

22:17 world to me not only to be legally

22:19 allowed to go back somewhere but to

22:22 actually be by cast members and

22:23 employees and even people wandering

22:25 around the park to be actually embraced

22:27 and allow allowed back to be welcomed

22:31 back is more important than any legal

22:34 facet that actually happened and that

22:37 that means the world to me I love you

22:40 guys I love Anaheim Disneyland I love

22:43 Walt Disney World in Florida and I love

22:45 the cast members I love security people

22:47 out there love security people here
