1:45 maybe half a dozen fantastic houses and

1:48 the rest of everything in there is

1:49 decrepit grown up and

1:52 hideous you probably have a place like

1:54 that in your area I think it's very

1:56 bizarre how those exist how can a

1:58 certain area of a Housing Development be

2:01 awesome and the rest of it be not

2:03 awesome in the description and the thing

2:06 I'm going to show you now is

3:27 Housing Development it's just when you

3:29 get away from the houses that it starts

3:31 to look a little bit

3:33 different that guy's doing his job

3:35 mowing cutting the grass making it look

3:38 good but then you get up here to this

3:40 little culac area and it all goes

3:42 downhill from

3:44 there yield I just ran over a yield sign

3:58 this that's where the clubhouse was

3:58 supposed to be right

4:01 there they've been promoting the

4:03 clubhouse for years why have they not

4:05 built the clubhouse so we're in still in

4:08 the same Housing Development so you got

4:11 the houses back there the people that

4:13 bought those houses probably thought

4:14 they were going to be in a thriving area

4:16 the price of their house is probably

4:17 expensive at first and now the housing

4:20 market in this little region has died

4:23 their housing value probably isn't worth

4:25 that much nowhere near what it was when

4:26 they purchased it I don't know maybe I'm

4:28 just talking off the cuff and there's no

4:30 truth to what I'm saying but I'm pretty

4:32 sure that's the case what do you guys

4:34 think are you guys experts in the

4:35 housing market and what would your house

4:38 value be if you lived in a Housing

4:40 Development neighborhood like

4:53 this it's basically a baren wasteland

4:53 parts of it aren't like I'm saying parts

4:55 of it are actually pretty cool and nice

4:57 and decorative and fun but other parts

5:00 of it are

5:07 abandonment so let's talk about the

5:07 exciting topic of the housing market

5:09 today it's a housing market Vlog blog I

5:12 don't have a house so I really can't

5:14 chime in so I'm going to let you guys do

5:16 the chiming here's some rocks whoa look

5:26 there really UPS the resale value if you

5:26 have a bunch of rocks in your

5:28 neighborhood I am sure so if you want to

5:42 and check out and see what it looks like

6:09 waiting for about a decade so hopefully

6:12 their hopes and dreams will pay off and

6:14 eventually they'll be able to play a

6:16 game of tennis swim around in the pool

6:19 and then jump in the hot tub and enjoy

6:21 the housing development that they live
