0:03 Saturday June the 13th 2015 I have
0:06 reached my goal 60 days in a row by only
0:09 drinking this particular beverage water
0:12 H2O cold crisp water consumed into my
0:17 stomach and into my nether regions
0:20 through this little thing known as the
0:22 throat area I have drank only water for
0:26 60 days nothing but water which means no
0:31 milk no juice no smoothies no coffee no
0:35 soda no Mountain Dew nothing in fact I
0:39 have actually not even placed lemons in
0:41 the water because in my weird
0:44 psychotic strangely bizarre mind putting
0:48 a lemon in water would technically be
0:50 cheating because I would be drinking
0:52 lemonade now I know there are some
0:54 people who would argue with that fact
0:56 but the fact that if I was to put one
0:58 lemon in here then my mind would justify
1:01 why not put two lemons in there and then
1:02 eventually three lemons and then heck it
1:04 let's put six lemons in there Stir It Up
1:07 and then I have lemonade so I decided
1:10 when I started the 60-day water
1:12 challenge to myself that I would
1:14 actually annihilate every beverage
1:16 except water and see if it actually gave
1:19 me any health benefits and let me tell
1:21 you I feel a heck of a lot better since
1:24 I have done 60 days with no water it's
1:27 my second channel daily blog channel
1:29 it's
1:30 the daily woo completion edition of a
1:33 challenge that I created to myself a 60
1:37 day challenge I think today is day 61 I
1:40 didn't want to do the Vlog yesterday
1:42 because if I did it yesterday I would
1:43 not have completed and I may have
1:45 actually drank a soda after I announced
1:47 it yesterday so I wanted to keep the
1:50 promise to myself and not announce it
1:53 until today today 61 days after I
1:56 announced it on the same stretch of road
1:58 I believe I announced it on a
2:00 Monday and after 60 days this being the
2:03 61st day I'm standing in the same spot
2:06 as I was I started the Vlog last time
2:08 down there walked along here and then
2:10 ended it underneath this church Marquee
2:12 that used to actually be a movie theater
2:16 drinking water had a gallon of water in
2:18 that Vlog today I only have a 16.9 o
2:22 little tiny piece of water but I wanted
2:25 to end this Vlog in the same spot I
2:27 ended the Vlog wearing my Mr Miyagi
2:29 shirt 61 days ago now that I have
2:31 completed the 61 day challenge I wanted
2:34 to show you what you are going to
2:38 witness is the end of a 60 day water
2:43 challenge by drinking no soda
2:45 eliminating all of that soda out of my
2:48 system I ended the Vlog Last Time by
2:51 showing you a mirror image of myself in
2:53 this
2:54 window I have lost 30 lbs approximately
2:57 30 between 29 30 and 31 lbs my scale is
3:01 really weird basically every morning
3:03 when I weigh myself the scale will tell
3:05 me what I weigh but I have to weigh
3:06 myself five times because of those five
3:09 times there's always an approximate
3:12 difference my scale probably needs to be
3:15 replaced so I usually will take the
3:17 average of those five weights and five
3:21 weights on the scale and actually pick
3:22 to be that being the normal sometimes
3:25 two of the five are the same so I will
3:27 say well two out of five ain't bad so
3:30 let me pick that weight loss so I am
3:32 between 29 lbs and 31 PBS lost in weight
3:37 loss in the last 60 days by consuming
3:41 only water and actually cutting out a
3:44 few meals cutting back on calories
3:45 eating smaller portions and going that
3:48 route so I wanted to show you what the
3:49 completed task is by doing this only
3:54 drinking water now today I will probably
3:56 celebrate by drinking a Mountain Dew or
3:58 maybe a coffee or maybe not the
4:00 interesting thing is when I woke up I
4:02 actually had no cravings for anything
4:04 but water because after the three four 4
4:07 week period you really stop craving what
4:09 your major habits are which is actually
4:13 super awesome and I actually am not even
4:14 craving soda I will only drink a soda
4:17 now a lot of people are saying why even
4:18 go back because I find joy in certain
4:21 things I do not smoke I do not drink I
4:24 do not partake of things that other
4:26 people do that might even be deemed
4:28 worse than that sort of of things that
4:30 you can put inside your body so really
4:32 my only vices if you will would be a
4:35 soda and I actually do enjoy soda I do
4:38 not want to cut that out completely but
4:40 I wanted to prove to myself that I could
4:42 actually eliminate bad habits I did not
4:45 want soda being linked to my leg by a
4:48 ball and chain saying you have to drink
4:51 soda on a daily basis I am now nourished
4:54 by water and I'm going to continue
4:57 drinking a lot of water every day but I
4:59 am going to occasionally have a soda
5:02 have a Mountain Dew have a caffeinated
5:05 beverage have a coffee have a juice have
5:07 a smoothie I have been craving smoothies
5:11 occasionally especially when I go to
5:12 Disneyland I pass by that Jamba Juice
5:15 place it'd be really nice to have a
5:17 smoothie so I guess I have technically
5:20 kind of had a craving here and there but
5:23 no craving for soda which is very
5:25 interesting I've not had a craving for a
5:26 Mountain Dew or a coffee the only time I
5:28 really craved a coffee was at the
5:30 24-hour Disneyland event I did crave a
5:33 coffee that night because I stayed up
5:34 for 26 27 maybe even 28 hours in a row
5:38 and that was very hard there was a point
5:40 around midnight about 3/4 through the
5:42 24-hour event where I saw the coffee
5:45 stand and I thought man I'd really like
5:46 to have a coffee with some extra cream
5:48 and sugar in there but I stayed the
5:50 course and I can tell you now and tell
5:53 myself and that is probably more
5:55 important than telling you is telling
5:57 yourself I accomplish accomplished what
6:00 I set out to do I accomplished my goal
6:02 of going 60 full 24-hour periods by only
6:07 drinking water only drinking H2O
6:12 actually should probably finish this off
6:13 and throw this away there's only a
6:14 little bit left in
6:17 here so that's what I've been drinking
6:19 for
6:27 24 24hour period 60 days in a row you do
6:27 the math how many hours is that of
6:28 drinking water
6:34 60 * 24 is a
6:34 lot 60
6:37 days very cool now I will show you
6:40 basically what my body is looking like
6:42 now we ended this Vlog 61 days ago I
6:46 ended this Vlog on the same stretch of
6:48 road in this mirror and this is what I
6:51 look like today after 60 days look at
6:55 that car W you heard the car but you
6:57 didn't get to see it maybe you could see
6:58 it in the reflection and you can also
7:00 see my body in the reflection now I am
7:04 not the perfect image of Health you can
7:06 see I still have a little bit of a belly
7:09 here you still see I have a small
7:12 snippet there that probably still needs
7:14 to be little bit of weight loss still
7:16 needs to be done in fact if you watch
7:19 back from 61 days ago you will actually
7:21 notice that my belly was right about
7:24 there so I have actually lost this much
7:27 weight in that amount of time time so it
7:30 was there now it is there so it was
7:34 there it is there everyone's probably
7:35 wondering what I'm doing the guy walking
7:37 in the guy walking past is probably
7:39 wondering why I'm going like this on my
7:42 belly but my belly was out to about
7:45 there 61 days ago now I still need to
7:49 probably compress that just a little bit
7:52 but as you can see there has actually
7:55 been some
7:57 serious damage done in the form of
8:00 weight loss and I am super super stoked
8:04 to have lost this weight I still have a
8:06 ways to go I am not stopping drinking
8:09 water I'm going to make water probably
8:12 95% of my daily and weekly consumption
8:15 of beverages so water is still going to
8:18 be my main focal point but I am not
8:20 going to deny things that I enjoy in my
8:23 life but I did deny them for 60 days and
8:25 I am a better man for it thanks for
8:27 joining me on this journey so 60 days
8:30 only drinking water eating smaller
8:32 portions cutting out some meals and I've
8:34 lost just about 30 lbs maybe 31 lb maybe
8:38 29 lb let's say for the sake of argument
8:40 I've lost about 30 lb I started around
8:45 2505 now I'm around
8:49 226
8:51 225 so I was at 255 now I'm around 225
8:55 226 depending on my wacky scale so as
8:58 you can see by the mirror if you compare
9:01 that to the Vlog I did 61 days ago I
9:04 think it was from the same stretch of
9:06 road you can see how much I've lost
