0:08 Celebration Florida I am going to take a
0:12 little bit of a walk about a mile and a
0:13 half
0:14 walk that direction towards Highway 192
0:17 and then back of course maybe see what
0:18 there is on Highway 192. in the general
0:20 area near the fake Water Tower
0:23 that designates that this is the
0:25 community of celebration in that General
0:27 vicinity is a Chick-fil-A and I am going
0:30 to try to eat the healthiest items at
0:33 Chick-fil-A not a large portions of them
0:35 but enough to get myself a little bit of
0:38 a meal I mean
0:39 day two or three of trying to lose
0:41 weight yesterday I made a whole big
0:42 announcement about it yeah so I guess
0:44 yesterday was for me first official day
0:47 and I'm not going to deter myself from
0:50 going places that I enjoy but I'm going
0:52 to try to change up the menu items a
0:54 little bit I'm inviting you to join me
0:56 see what I can find
0:58 shall you showing about a mile and a
1:01 according to this will take me 33
1:03 minutes to walk there and back and I
1:04 also get some good steps in
1:07 also hit the gym today
1:10 which I've been going to the gym for a

1:22 there whenever I hit the old treadmill
1:24 and whatnot
1:25 I'm excited about dropping some pounds

1:29 this time anyway good Chick-fil-A it's
1:32 about 6 14 p.m so the weather's kind of
1:34 nice also you can see I have 202 100
1:38 budgeted calories for today but because
1:40 I did through I knocked off 300 on the
1:44 treadmill today 300 calories it boosts
1:46 it up to 2297.
1:49 you know save for my morning coffee that
1:51 I had earlier
1:52 I've been using this app online to lose
1:54 it
1:55 app on the
1:57 iPhone
1:59 and there's no way I'm gonna eat 2 000
2:02 calories that Chick-fil-A so I'm gonna
2:03 be far underneath
2:05 my my calorie content for the day which
2:07 is what I'm looking for
2:10 I want to be under that every day it is
2:11 a little sunny and warm today but being
2:13 in the shade it's not too bad and
2:16 you know the hottest part of the day is
2:18 over being that it's late afternoon
2:21 it should be a pretty pretty nice little
2:23 walk down here a little traversing the
2:25 pavement
2:26 right along here
2:29 I was gonna drive but
2:31 might as well walk I just love these
2:33 houses through here always reminds me of
2:35 a Backlot like a like a Hollywood
2:36 Backlot
2:55 I stated this the other day but I have
2:55 not noticed any Alligators around lately
2:58 oh a fish just jumped out of there
3:01 there's like a little splash over there
3:07 it's been a while
3:07 since I've seen a gator and
3:09 any of the lakes or attention ponds
3:15 maybe they're just hiding
3:15 it's a golf course over there
3:18 when you walk along here pay a lot of
3:20 the road there's this little overlook
3:22 it's a bench on there now I've rode my
3:25 bike on the other side of this road but
3:26 never on this side
3:28 seeing these benches there there's a bag
3:31 over there
3:32 floating bags are beautiful
3:41 offer down there too even though Disney
3:41 is no longer affiliated with the town
3:43 itself they do have offices and stuff
3:45 here you can see they're still on the
3:47 light poles there's still some of the
3:48 Disney
3:49 little emblems there see it also this is
3:52 upside down I'm gonna spin it around
4:07 kind of excited about this new process
4:07 when it go go into a lot of the same
4:09 places where I can really change the
4:11 places that I go a little bit I will
4:14 but just ordering different items
4:16 instead of going for the the worst thing
4:18 on the menu which is what I always did
4:20 it'd be kind of a fun experiment
4:23 and I really think it'll work

4:34 for example less sugar less fried foods

4:52 and I would say no I want to see me eat
4:53 a salad
4:54 I don't have to always eat salad I could
4:56 just eat something that's not as bad as
4:58 I was what what I was eating I don't
5:00 have to go full on salads
5:02 I just got to cut it back
5:05 kind of just reel it in a little bit
5:07 and maybe people want to see me
5:09 something that
5:10 wasn't a salad but also wasn't a
5:13 gluttonous
5:15 calorie filled treat it's like a halfway
5:18 me half medium there

5:22 I think that I think that'd be good

6:05 so I'm gonna look at the menu
6:07 see what pulled up here breakfast entree
6:10 salads let's look at entrees
6:13 so the Chick-fil-A chicken sandwich is
6:15 fried I'm gonna say that's probably fry
6:17 that's probably the calories are kind of
6:18 high deluxe sandwich
6:20 spicy chicken all those very tasty but I
6:23 need to go with a grilled here we go
6:25 grilled chicken sandwich 390 calories
6:28 call it 400 calories 390.
6:31 there's also if I wanted a little bacon
6:33 some cheese
6:35 and other items 520 so I'm adding on 130
6:39 calories just for that so I think I
6:40 might go with the standard
6:42 grilled chicken sandwich throw a little
6:44 mustard on there and then I'll probably
6:46 sit there 400 calories so I might get
6:47 that
6:48 there's also the regular nuggets I don't
6:50 want to get those but I might get the
6:51 grilled nuggets look at this half
6:53 half of the calories
6:56 just from getting fried to grilled
6:58 something at the grill that's 130.
7:01 and then I'm gonna get
7:03 the grilled chicken the regular potato
7:05 fries are 400 420 cows what I just got
7:08 would be doubled if I got the potato
7:10 fries so I'm gonna opt out of that but I
7:12 think I might go with a 60 ounce
7:15 fruit cup
7:17 that brings it to like 590 so we get one
7:19 of those I could get a side salad but I
7:22 think I've already got quite a bit look
7:23 at that 450 for mac and cheese
7:26 chicken noodle soup 170 tortilla soup
7:29 340. how about a kale crunch side I'm
7:32 gonna get the kale crunch side
7:34 I don't really like kale too much but
7:36 maybe I could learn to love it 170 and
7:38 then the Greek yogurt parfait so that's
7:40 what I'm gonna do Greek yogurt parfait
7:42 that's 270. kale crunch side
7:46 that's 170 270 that would be so after
7:49 doing the math it's a little over a
7:50 thousand calories a thousand 30 calories
7:52 for those items
7:55 that's the ones I'm gonna get
7:57 no fried just grilled parfait kale salad

8:40 seats outside too that's nice maybe I'll

8:58 drive-through

9:02 Disney lets out this place is a real
9:04 beehive of activity a lot of people pull

9:11 here drive through Lane there and they
9:13 Loop you around to come back around
9:15 through here so if it's too long it goes
9:17 completely around
9:19 got a little mat here when you first
9:21 walk in it says yum down below oh here's
9:24 a little nugget of History well that's a
9:26 little red card that's a Coca-Cola six
9:29 pack in there I'll not be drinking any
9:30 Coca-Cola but as you know their founder
9:32 true Kathy got to start in business of
9:35 the young age of eight
9:36 it's summertime you sold ice bottles of
9:38 ice Coca-Cola to his neighbors from a
9:39 wagon much like the one you see here Not
9:42 only was this the first mini Adventures
9:43 by Truitt his pursued but also started a
9:46 story partnership between Chick-fil-A
9:48 and the Coca-Cola all right I placed my
9:51 order I opted to sit outside they gave
9:52 me this little
9:53 little stand-up thing that I put on
9:55 they're going to bring the food out
9:56 total for all the items that are coming
9:58 out probably should wipe this table down

10:21 bring a little sample cup but they're
10:23 going to bring me a gargantuan large

10:39 I didn't have time to read all that okay
10:42 the interesting thing is I ordered it
10:43 for here I ordered it for here and they
10:46 ended up bringing it in it to go back so
10:47 I guess like it'll break it out on a
10:49 truck got yeah this looks like a pretty
10:51 good pretty good amount of stuff here
10:54 all right this is what we're dealing
10:57 with so this is the large water it's not
11:00 because a lot of places will not give
11:01 you like a big water like that so

11:15 you see the roasted almonds I guess you
11:16 could put on top of those which I don't
11:18 know if I don't know maybe I will
11:21 60 calories each for this I don't know
11:23 if I'm you know maybe I'll put some
11:24 almonds on there I've heard that nuts
11:25 are pretty good for
11:28 weight loss and whatnot with it again
11:29 this is gonna this is gonna curb my
11:31 appetite eating all this

11:47 it definitely needs to change

13:06 sauce to put on it is really good

14:15 thousand calories it's called 1100. all
14:18 right parfait huh
14:23 it looks like a lot of it's the fruit
14:25 cup items but they just put a little
14:27 whipped cream and
14:28 oh yeah

14:40 one I guess it's like a yogurt that's
14:43 really good it's like yogurt
15:13 I have not had a yogurt type of item

15:29 it's like riding a bike though always it
15:29 all comes back to you the flavor palette

15:34 back with anything I'm going to go ahead
15:35 and just finish this off now
15:37 or at least have a few pieces go with uh
15:41 strawberry
15:44 then go with the orange
15:46 a tasty meal tasty semi-healthy healthy
15:50 I would say healthy I mean there's
15:51 healthier things but for fast food
15:53 you're pretty dang healthy
15:55 healthy meal going with the grilled and
15:57 the fried also there was no one sitting
15:59 out here until I started eating
16:01 and then a big group of cheerleaders
16:03 show up showed up and grabbed all the
16:04 other tables around me so I was like
16:06 trying not to like get other people on
16:08 camera
16:09 then also trying to eat and do my little
16:12 review so it's always kind of a
16:14 kind of a very difficult task to do that
16:22 all right the temperature is cooling
16:22 down now pretty day good I think I'm
16:24 going to be able to do this not getting
16:25 fried getting grilled getting better
16:27 different stuff getting fruit options
16:28 which I rarely rarely rarely ever will
16:31 eat fruit I usually will just get
16:34 like veggies and meats and things but
16:37 I'm in this for the Long Haul so we'll
16:39 see what happens there you go for
16:40 posterity got the Drake got my leftovers
16:43 in the bag and have some leftovers
16:44 surprisingly me and leftovers is not a
16:47 common thing people are now pulling into
16:49 the drive-through it's becoming very
16:50 very busy well not very busy but busy
16:53 enough
16:53 as the day progresses I think that's
16:55 going to be make for a good
16:57 a good documentation of what I just had
16:59 and water you know Soda is so easy to
17:02 consume where you just like get sewed
17:04 and you down it
17:07 but then you're still thirsty
17:09 with water you drink it you're still
17:11 thirsty afterwards but you haven't
17:12 consumed all the calories
17:14 doesn't make any sense what I'm saying
17:16 but that's fine all right start walking
17:18 back
17:20 called 1200 calories
17:22 so I'm going to go ahead and put that in
17:24 there
17:25 recent meals let's see how do we get
17:27 back to this done
17:29 so this is today is still leaving me
17:31 with a thousand ninety seven calories
17:34 left over from my budget
17:36 for the day and that will be all I'm
17:38 going to eat today so did pretty good I
17:40 feel like I ate way more than I really
17:44 did I mean I ate a decent amount but man
17:46 I I'm pretty full
17:49 pretty full right now and there's the
17:51 treadmill workout from earlier and
17:53 usually when I go to a fast food place I
17:55 always will take it to go and I'll go
17:56 find a parking lot somewhere to eat on
17:58 the hood of my car or find a park bench
18:01 I was I was fooled
18:03 into thinking that I wouldn't have to
18:04 that wouldn't be a major issue today
18:06 but ended up being once I sat a lot of
18:10 people showed up and it was kind of
18:12 kind of awkward because obviously if you
18:14 have a camera in front of your face and
18:15 you're eating everyone's gonna be
18:17 staring at you
18:19 that's kind of what was going on though
18:20 the whole time

18:27 I cannot believe how full I feel off
18:31 and I didn't even eat all the bread
18:38 I didn't even eat all the bread that's
18:38 like such a glare too there
18:40 I still I took some of the bread off of
18:42 the sandwich
18:43 and one thing I failed to do was to get
18:45 mustard beforehand I had that honey
18:46 barbecue sauce yeah probably should have
18:48 had the cotton regular mustard instead
18:51 next time
18:52 should have only got one fruit cup I
18:54 only ate one fruit cup and half the
18:55 other fruit cup so I've got right
18:57 through half the other fruit cup away
18:59 and I only ate probably half the bread
19:02 on the chicken sandwich and I feel like
19:04 I ate like a huge four course buffet
19:06 style Meal which is because the last few
19:09 days I think I've been tapering back so
19:11 it's working
19:12 it's working I'm not gonna weigh myself
19:14 for like another week or ten days I
19:15 might get rid of myself every day but
19:18 anyway
19:26 I hear a siren I think this could be a
19:26 good thing for me not necessarily just a
19:28 series of eating like semi-healthy stuff
19:31 and I kind of feel like maybe that
19:33 wasn't the healthiest thing but it
19:34 wasn't the most unhealthy thing as I was
19:36 saying earlier
19:37 but I feel like I could just kind of
19:39 change my eating habits don't do the
19:41 whole like not eating for long periods
19:44 of time granted I'm doing some
19:45 intermittent fasting or I'm not eating
19:47 in the morning just drinking coffee
19:49 and then at night have a decent sized
19:51 meal and maybe like a little snack
19:53 during the day count the calories
19:57 see what happens
20:01 I'm excited
20:03 truthfully I should have only gotten the
20:05 little the Nugget Parts the the grilled
20:07 nuggets those might be a go-to from now
20:10 on
20:11 maybe shouldn't even got the sandwich
20:12 but I wanted to try different menu items
20:14 oh it's coming this way
20:17 with the water tower over there and
20:19 there's also an entrance here welcome to

20:29 if I was to do that over again I would
20:29 omit the parfait I would admit one of
20:32 the fruit cups I just have one fruit cup
20:33 and not two and instead of getting the
20:35 sandwich I would just go double
20:38 on the grilled nuggets
20:39 would have been a little bit less and I
20:41 would be less full as I am
20:43 and we've been less than less than the
20:45 whole grand scheme to take calorie wise
20:46 that's what I would probably if I had to
20:48 redo it again
20:49 that's what I would have done
20:51 I think I could get away without eating
20:52 a lot of breaded stuff
20:54 as long as I have a little protein a
20:56 little meat protein
20:58 you can get away man I like a good
20:59 sandwich
20:59 but it's not necessarily a necessity to
21:02 have a lot of bread all the time I gotta
21:05 get away with cutting that back
21:06 just throwing stuff out there
21:09 just talk just thinking out loud the
21:10 thing that's interesting is my belly is
21:13 so full now that it feels like
21:16 everything I worked for the last couple
21:17 days went out the window but I know it
21:19 didn't because I'm seeing the progress
21:22 I'm charting the progress but I feel
21:24 like I just had the worst meal that I
21:26 could possibly eat and I feel so full
21:34 but I know it's working
21:34 that's what's bizarre
21:43 well according to the calorie count
21:43 anyway I mean I don't know it feels like
21:46 I ate worse stuff than I understood that
21:47 I just ate the Big Challenge I don't
21:49 want to use the word challenge but the
21:51 big experiment see how I do at baseball
21:53 games and theme parks because those are
21:56 the kind of places that hello I have the
22:00 habits
22:00 of eating for me
22:03 but I'm gonna do it it's a fun
22:05 experiment
22:07 a life change if you will don't call it
22:10 a diet don't call it a weight loss plan
22:12 even though that's what I'm calling it
22:13 a lot of people say make a lifestyle
22:16 change that's what I'm going to try to
22:17 do that's what I'm trying to do I've
22:18 also learned the older I get
22:20 the harder it is to keep the pounds off
22:24 I can just eat a little bit
22:26 and I wake up heavier than I was the day
22:27 before
22:34 ah aging is fun I'm also not adding into
22:34 the you know the calorie count in the
22:36 apps and all that with exercise I don't
22:38 count my steps in I do every day so
22:40 that's just like an extra added bonus I
22:43 count the time on the treadmill thus
22:45 easily calculatable and it shows me when
22:46 I'm done with the treadmill workout but
22:48 as far as taking steps
22:50 I'm not even going to add that into the
22:51 equation that's just that's just like an
22:53 extra little bonus
22:54 which makes me wonder if I walk a mile
22:56 and a half there and a mile and a half
22:57 back how much of that 1200 calories
23:00 guesstimated
23:02 well I burn off
23:04 a couple hundred calories
23:06 maybe
23:15 around this tree these Gates say
23:17 also
23:19 blinking speed limit sign here
23:55 all Illuminating got the sun setting
23:57 at the celebration theater spiers a lot
23:59 of the letters are

24:10 all right the sun is kind of already set
