0:15 Welcome everyone. Adam the Woo here.
0:16 Crispy Cream
0:17 Donuts. Is there anyone on the planet
0:19 that is not a fan of that place? It's
0:22 amazing how just a simple donut, a
0:24 simple glazed doughut can taste so good.
0:27 And you can watch them go through the
0:28 conveyor belt system in there, which
0:30 kind of makes me really
0:32 happy. Oh my
0:34 gosh, that's good. It's my second
0:37 channel. Daily vlog channel. You want a
0:40 little You want some residue? It's the
0:43 daily.
0:45 Woo! Fingerlicking
0:47 good. I think that's another company
0:49 slogan. One of the first things on the
0:51 agenda today, getting my phone fixed.
0:54 The cracks in my cell phone are really
0:56 starting to affect the quality of the
0:59 video because the cracks are starting
1:02 to meld
1:05 into the front-facing camera. So, going
1:08 to try to get it fixed today. I'm hoping
1:10 that place does the trick. Not exactly
1:12 an expenditure I wanted to spend, but
1:14 because I do videos on my phone every
1:16 single day, it needs to be fixed. Okay,
1:19 going in.
1:21 And I think my shoe's untied. Okay, an
1:24 hour later, the phone is fixed. I am
1:27 $250 poor. No cracks anywhere on there.
1:31 And there is now a protective tempered
1:34 glass, which should help. It looks like
1:37 there's an old dinner show equestrian
1:39 center up here at the top of the hill
1:41 that's abandoned. Yeah, definitely not
1:42 in use anymore. There's the golden
1:45 horse right there. That's the golden
1:47 horse. I was pretty excited about the
1:48 golden horse. Little did I realize there
1:51 are lots of them back here, including
1:53 some over here that do not even have
1:55 their heads. You've heard of the
1:57 headless horsemen, but have you ever
1:59 heard of a headless
2:10 horse? Looks like some of the signage
2:10 here. And here's a a little buggy, like
2:13 an Amish
2:15 buggy. That's pretty cool. Hey, punk.
2:18 Get away from my bugging.
2:20 Hey, come back here. No. No. So, we had
2:24 this really great idea where David was
2:25 going to yell and scream at me like he
2:28 was the property owner. And your acting
2:30 skills of being a very upset property
2:32 owner are not up to
2:40 par. Don't break character. Stay in
2:40 character. Don't laugh. Too late.
2:44 There's a big cross up on the hill
2:46 there. And check this out. Gas here.
3:04 $1.79. Wow. Look at that. That's
3:04 beautiful.
3:16 Yeah, the views out here are pretty
3:17 awesome. Look at those
3:19 mountains and nestled the foothills, of
3:22 course. Consumerism at its finest.
3:24 Dollar General. Oh, look at that horse
3:27 rides off the beaten path a little bit
3:30 going through the mountains. Lots of
3:32 greenery. Wow. I need to get me one of
3:35 those. That is style. This tree has been
3:38 carved into a seat. And I'm not sure
3:40 what kind of animal this was supposed to
3:42 be carved into. In fact, I'm a little
3:45 stumped. I think that stump joke might
3:47 be might be running its
4:01 course. Gets a little rough down that
4:01 way. I'm going to try something I
4:03 haven't had in years. a pimento cheese
4:06 sandwich. And I got this here called Dr.
4:10 Enough. When I think of pimeto cheese, I
4:11 think of Mississippi, my grandmother
4:14 making pimeto cheese sandwiches. I have
4:16 not had one of these in a long
4:19 time. It's definitely not going to be as
4:21 good as my grandma used to make, but
4:23 it's pretty good. I also got some salt
4:25 and pepper chips made by Uncle Ray. And
4:28 don't you guys think you're going to get
4:29 any of them. Come on. I want some right
4:31 there. No, no, no. There's not They're
4:33 not for you. Yeah. Come on, Uncle Ray
4:35 here. Heading up the mountain to a
4:38 little place called Cad's Cove. Look at
4:40 this deer. Just chilling. This deer
4:43 right
4:55 here. Adam the Woos Wild Kingdom. We are
4:55 now entering a one lane
4:57 road for 11 miles. It's going to be like
5:01 this. The scenic loop they are calling
5:04 it. Should we continue on this way? Just
5:08 shake your head nay.
5:14 I ruined that joke. I meant to say shake
5:14 your head yay or nay. But I screwed it
5:18 up. It's definitely beautiful through
5:20 here. Look at this. The sun beaming
5:24 through the trees. Look at
5:26 this. Now that is what I'm talking
5:28 about.
5:31 It's beautiful. There's even a church
5:33 building out here. They call this a
5:34 primitive church. There's no doors on
5:36 the front of the church. It's kind of
5:38 like an open air church. On a side note,
5:40 these are the worst things I've ever
5:42 eaten. Girls, you come up here in the
5:45 front. Watch. You see how big that claw
5:47 is? It's huge, isn't it? Very, very,
5:49 very careful. All right. Grab that
5:52 one. Hold it up really, really high.
5:56 What is this?
5:58 Mountain line. Mountain line.
6:01 Why? What gives it away that it's a
6:02 mountain lion?
6:04 The long tail. Exactly. That's the big
6:07 distinguishing factor between a bobcat
6:10 and a mountain lion is this right here.
6:12 Look how big the tail is. Am I the only
6:14 person out here disturbed by what is
6:16 happening right now? He's holding up
6:18 animal carnage and children are holding
6:22 it.
6:29 Look at the moss and the algae growing
6:29 on that
6:31 wheel. Kind of gives it a little cool
6:35 ambiance. You look down in there, you
6:37 can see the wheel spinning around
6:41 inside this old mill. You got your
6:44 kernels of corn. And then you have
6:46 crushed up corn, which is corn meal. And
6:49 then we have wheat. And then we have the
6:52 crushed up version which is wheat flour.
7:03 There's an old wagon here off to the
7:03 side. These old
7:06 buildings, old farm buildings are really
7:08 cool. This house was built in
7:12 1879 and it's the first house that was
7:14 built out here at Cad's Cove. And I
7:18 believe the name of this house is Aunt
7:19 Becky's House. I guess that's the lady's
7:21 name who lived here. Her name was Becky.
7:24 Making some beans. Beans are not ready.
7:44 Oh, the change that's thrown in there.
7:44 Is there change in there? Oh, yeah.
7:47 There's like rusted out pennies in the
7:48 bottom of it. Like they've been there
7:50 for a while.
8:25 That's slightly terrifying, man.
8:25 It's an old blacksmith shop inside
8:27 there.
8:30 So, is it okay if I put this around your
8:31 neck? Okay.
8:34 So, we put them around the bear's neck.
8:36 This is something you can remember. You
8:38 can like I got to put a bear collar
8:39 around my neck. Exactly.
8:42 Hey, high five.
8:53 Little stuffed animal park
8:53 ranger and lots of
9:30 You were saying this was your
9:30 grandfather's old cabin, right? Yeah. My
9:33 granddad lived here for a time.
9:53 I'm not sure how stable the I'm not sure
9:53 how stable the ground is, but pretty
9:56 cool. Second floor up here. Wow. So, do
9:59 you know what room your aunt was born in
10:00 in the house? I really couldn't tell
10:03 you.
10:05 It is still pretty cool, though.
10:07 You got to wonder like what this area up
10:09 here was this was a room, but was this
10:10 like a storage area inside this door?
10:13 Well, I couldn't tell you.
10:16 Door is awesome though. Yeah, you can
10:18 just imagine your grandpa sitting right
10:19 here on this porch. Absolutely. Just
10:21 hanging out in a rocking chair right
10:23 there. Kind of cool to think about. The
10:25 coolest part for me about Cad's Cove are
10:27 the views. Like just look at these
10:30 mountains and the clouds and the
10:33 flowers. I got this really cool time
10:34 lapse and I didn't really think that
10:37 anything was moving. It wasn't very
10:38 windy. But looking back on this time
10:40 lapse, you could say it's even slightly
10:43 moderately majestic, wouldn't you say?
10:48 Majestic indeed.
11:11 There's an arrow on the side of this
11:11 bridge that says, "Hey, you and some
11:14 other lettering." What do you think the
11:15 rest of that says? It was a sign at one
11:23 point. There's an old
11:23 tram. Wonder what theme park that was
11:25 used at at one time. Pretty cool, man.
11:28 That's old school.
11:43 years
11:43 ago. This whole property used to be a
11:46 miniature golf course that was themed
11:47 around bunnies and it had an
11:50 underground tunnels that went underneath
11:52 here. I did a video about 3 years ago,
11:55 but since then a lot of it has been
11:58 removed, but there still are some
11:59 remnants out here. I'm guessing they
12:01 filled all this in with dirt. There were
12:03 like some underground tunnels or like a
12:05 little haunted house area. The haunted
12:08 bunny miniature golf. I'm honestly
12:11 really surprised that there's anything
12:13 left here. And I'm not making this up.
12:16 The reason the place closed is because
12:19 someone broke in and slaughtered a bunch
12:22 of live bunnies right here on this
12:25 property. Creepy, right?
12:51 You ever heard the song Rocky Top
12:51 Tennessee? It's a famous country song
12:54 and it was written right there at that
12:56 hotel, the Gatlinburg in it has been
12:59 sung by quite a few different singers
13:01 and the state of Tennessee made it their
13:05 state song and it's played at a lot of
13:07 University of Tennessee football games.
13:09 I'm sure you've heard it. And a married
13:11 couple who worked here at the end were
13:14 the ones who wrote it.
13:45 These keychains are awesome. Look, it's
13:45 Daisy's Jeep and Boss Hog's car. They
13:49 got some really cool stuff in here. And
13:51 if you need a Halloween costume, there's
13:53 plenty of time to decide if you want to
13:56 wear either one of these. And check this
13:58 out. This is a prop from the boar's
14:01 nest. It's a napkin holder. That was the
14:04 bar and restaurant that Daisy worked at.
14:07 Look at that. That's That's amazing. Of
14:09 course, this car needs no introduction,
14:12 but I am super excited about the fact
14:15 that they have the door from Uncle
14:18 Jesse's house in Covington, Georgia,
14:21 where the first five episodes were
14:23 filmed. The house burned down years ago,
14:27 but they have the door. I kind of wonder
14:29 if the sign was used in the episodes as
14:33 well. Looks pretty vintage. I'm finally
14:36 trying this drink. Everyone says it's
14:38 good, so giving it a shot. Have yourself
14:40 a little squirt.
