the main train station at the beginning

made it to Southern California.

Obviously, as you can tell, Disneyland

is in Anaheim, California. I got in

around 4 or 5:00 p.m. California time

yesterday and I was actually out here

for about 8 hours before the fireworks,

festivities of January 1st, 2015 crept

midnight. I met up with my friend Justin

and it's a new year. A lot of people

always make resolutions or revolutions,

Year's Day, plans for the future, hopes,

dreams, aspirations, passions, whatever

Woo! 2,600 miles I drove in the last few

days. I left on the morning of the 28th.

I have made it to the happiest place on

place on earth, Main Street,

California. Last night, the streets were

super super packed and super super busy.

This entire area was filled with

thousands and thousands and tens of

thousands of people. You could not even

walk. You could not even stand. Justin

and I stood about halfway up, watched

the fireworks, and now there is a horse

and carriage trouncing down the middle

USA. As it should be, the

Disneyland. Some say it's the happiest

place on earth. And I have to agree with

that statement because Disneyland for me

is definitely one of those places where

it always puts a good feeling in my

heart and in my soul. I've been out here

a multitude of times. In fact, it was

important enough for me to drive cross

country and start the new year

2015 at Disneyland last night. And

luckily, my van held up well enough to

make it cross country. I should have

drove in that. Driving in that would

have been really awesome. Probably

wouldn't have made it in in time for

last night's festivities. Let's just

take a look at the castle. Still

decorated for the holiday season, the

Christmas season, and the New Year's

finally coming to an end and a new year

is coming to a beginning. The old man

backseat to the new baby of 2015. And

just like raising a small infant into

adulthood, you teach it things, you give

I spent 8 hours in the park yesterday.

down Interstate 10, west to Interstate

up the coast, the western coast, coast

to coast in just a few days, and then up

Disneyland. So awesome. Just to think

night, tons of people were camped out in

here with their blankets. They were here

all day camping out. Thousands of people

waiting for that countdown clock to
