3:42 Chainsaw Massacre about 3 or 4 years ago

3:45 I was in this area and I did all the

3:46 filming locations from the movie this

3:48 place was abandoned then now it's open

3:51 not only to eat at but you can also stay

3:55 here

3:56 overnight and that's what we're doing

3:58 one of the many things that excites me

4:00 about this spot currently is the fact

4:03 that that door is accessible as well as

4:06 the front door which for years this was

4:08 boarded up and closed and in the movie

4:11 they have actually recreated the water

4:15 bucket that they used to wash the van

4:17 off that pulled up right here and the

4:20 gas pumps were completely out of fuel

4:22 and they have recreated the sign

4:25 perfectly that is so cool that's what

4:28 Leatherface would have would have held

4:29 they also have a recreation of the

4:31 Coca-Cola machine and the Indian

4:35 Motorcycles pump that was sitting right

4:39 out here on the porch that is so cool

4:43 blows my mind I'm not even kidding that

4:46 I am able to walk inside here for so

4:49 many years that wasn't even a

4:50 possibility you must be very careful

4:52 because the hitchhiker just hanging out

4:54 here in this chair in front of a

4:57 recreation of the gas pumps it's

5:00 incredible and a chainsaw that looks

5:01 like the one from part four I think it's

5:04 part four the saw is family there's even

5:07 a reaction figure for the man himself

5:10 right there I love that sign we

5:12 Slaughter barbecue and you know what I'm

5:16 about to myself cuz I am hungry that's

5:18 what I'm talking about and the beans yes

5:21 and that's barbecue sauce and there's

5:25 know it looks a little bit different but

5:34 cook came in and out of and had his

5:36 truck there yeah price of electricity is

5:51 announce that you're are going to be

5:52 hanging out with me for the next seven

7:25 real van tight quarters filming all

7:37 past this fence line she ran right along

7:40 the edge of the front of the building

7:43 this door was shut and locked she banged

7:46 on it a couple times and couldn't get in

7:48 and then she continued to run down to

7:52 this door which I was just in earlier is

7:54 where they are preparing the barbecue

7:57 and she stood here knocking on this door

7:59 until the cook opened up the door and

8:02 she fell inside there the showers and

8:05 restrooms are in their own separate

8:08 building it's pretty nice you have to

8:11 walk across the back

8:21 facilities my game plan is to get him

8:23 out of the room so that I can hide my

8:26 phone in a corner somewhere then when he

11:06 and what is the differing brisket and

11:08 normal barbecue Jacob the primary

11:10 difference being the animal that is made

11:12 from the p corg is a traditionally known

11:15 in the south is made from a pig and then

11:18 the brisket which is more popular here

11:20 in Texas is made from a cow right to be

11:23 honest with you I don't know if I've

11:24 ever had brisket before but whatever it

11:27 was was amazing yes and thing that was

11:30 really really an addition to that were

11:33 the sides very good sides not baked

11:35 beans Pinto beans and a lot of them and

11:38 potato salad which everyone has a

11:40 different way of making it they made

11:43 theirs with a lot of mustard which I

11:44 like mustard so on a scale of 1 to 10

11:48 I'm going to give this place a

11:49 7.5 on the barbecue RoR scale and I

11:53 think I'll match that 7.5 sounds good

11:56 good starting point it's place might be

11:58 hard to beat we'll see as the week

11:59 progresses I agree we're going to eat a

12:01 lot of barbecue over the next seven days
