0:35 months ago I actually asked you guys to
0:37 help me name my bicycle and I have
0:39 neglected to actually tell you what I
0:41 think the proper name is I think the
0:43 most clever name a few people suggested
0:46 was a Bicycle Built for
0:51 woo a very
0:53 clever play on words for a Bicycle Built
0:57 for Two the famous phrase this is only
1:00 Built for one person or maybe two people
1:04 depending on my weight even though I
1:05 have been losing weight slowly but
1:08 surely over this last
1:11 53 days I've been doing this water diet
1:14 I need to find a place to park this bike
1:16 the kickstand has been acting kind of a
1:19 little bit
1:20 unusual so let's just put it right
1:24 against
1:25 here let's put the bike right here
1:29 against the this pole it needs a little
1:32 air in the tire the tire is actually a
1:34 little bit low cuz I have not ridden the
1:36 bike in a while of course my hand
1:38 pressure is
1:39 not as heavy as myself being on the bike
1:44 but when I was riding and I look back at
1:45 the back tire and I noticed Tire you
1:48 need a little bit of air in there and I
1:50 have actually added something to the
1:52 bike I purchased this at the bike shop
1:54 the other day it's a very cool removable
1:57 basket you actually take it off there
2:00 this unhooks and latches like this check
2:04 that out see it just sits on there like
2:07 this so that goes into the little
2:10 brackets and then those pop into that
2:13 that bracket and then you just let go of
2:15 it and gravity takes a hold and then
2:19 it's clamped down I haven't carried
2:21 anything in there yet except
2:24 for this nice crisp cold water
2:30 right there I am 53 days into the 60-day
2:35 water challenge I have not drank any
2:38 liquids for the last 53 days I am on
2:41 route to 60 days on this water challenge
2:44 of only drinking water for 60 days which
2:46 means no milk no juice no soda I love
2:48 Mountain Dew I have annihilated that bad
2:51 habit as well as coffee I love coffee
2:53 now after the 60 days is up I will go
2:55 back to slowly bringing caffeine back
2:58 into my life but on a very small portion
3:00 like maybe one cup of coffee every
3:01 couple of days maybe one Mountain Dew
3:03 every couple of days a soda a day at the
3:06 most I want to keep the weight down keep
3:09 my health down I have not had acid
3:11 reflux in quite some time I have not had
3:14 heartburn did you just hear that did you
3:16 just hear a crow look at that a
3:24 crow if you have been following these
3:24 Vlogs which I hope you do and I hope you

3:53 month in these Vlogs that I have seen in
3:55 the rest of my life which is pretty
3:57 amazing all right back to the water

4:00 so Monday will be nine weeks and as we
4:04 all know 9 * 7 is 63 which is 3 days
4:09 more than what my challenge is for so on
4:13 Monday 9 weeks 63
4:17 days I will be hitting what I'm actually
4:20 very confused how many days has it been
4:22 okay so if Monday is nine
4:25 weeks 7 days in a week that would be 63
4:29 days
4:31 eight weeks eight weeks Monday is eight
4:36 weeks okay I have screwed everything up
4:38 Monday is eight weeks which means that
4:41 would be 56 days so Monday would be day
4:45 number
4:46 56 today is Saturday which means today
4:49 is 53 am I correct yes today is day
4:52 number 53 in a row of drinking water on
4:55 route to my 60-day challenge eight weeks
4:57 will be Monday which means
5:01 Friday so in 7 days from today if today
5:04 is day 53 okay I'm on track now today is
5:07 day 53 Friday will be 60 days of me
5:11 drinking only water I have lost a lot of
5:14 weight I will not announce how much
5:16 weight I have lost until Friday but like
5:18 I was saying I feel a heck of a lot
5:19 better and now that I got the bike up
5:23 and running again a Bicycle Built for
5:30 woo oh yeah have an announcement to make
5:30 today as well but before that people
5:32 have asked about the bicycle the bicycle
5:34 is in full form even though it needs a
5:35 little bit of air and the kickstand is
5:38 normal but I think because of the
5:39 incline of this parking lot I had to
5:41 lean it up against that a lot of people
5:42 have ask about my hand as well the cut I
5:45 have on my hand you can see it's right
5:47 there on the knuckle it took quite some
5:50 time for it to heal and if you're
5:52 looking at this in 720hd you will notice
5:55 that I am going to have a heck of a scar
5:58 right there on my knuckle but scars are
6:00 like War wounds of the heart and
6:02 memories that we deal with on a lifetime
6:06 basis so this scar will always remind me
6:09 of a certain something on the reason why
6:12 I got this scar I was actually putting
6:14 away some picture frames sliced my hand
6:19 across a broken picture frame when I was
6:21 moving some stuff so I always remember
6:24 that particular day because it really
6:27 did not hurt at first so when I looked
6:28 inside there I could see like weird
6:29 tendons and stuff in there and it didn't
6:32 bleed for about the first 30 45 seconds
6:34 and then it started gushing blood so I
6:36 had this 30 second weird feeling where I
6:38 was looking at my hand saying man that
6:41 is not good and it was a
6:44 weird I don't know I don't know what the
6:46 word not lethargic lethargic is when
6:48 you're lazy but a weird experience what
6:50 is the word I'm looking for when your
6:52 mind goes out the window and you're not
6:55 focusing correctly and all you're doing
6:56 is just staring at a wound thinking what
7:00 just happened that is what happened to
7:02 me and I will always remember that
7:03 because now I have a scar to prove it I
7:05 have another scar right here next to the
7:08 Futurama ship on my arm the Futurama
7:11 Planet Express Ship and the Death Star
7:14 from Star Wars right there I have a scar
7:18 right
7:19 here right there in the little middle
7:22 section of my elbow from skateboarding
7:25 now I am not a skateboarder nor am I a
7:27 bike rider but I do pretend to be be
7:29 able to do both of those even though I
7:30 can never do any tricks on a skateboard
7:32 I could ride it kind of I think maybe
7:34 I'm too tall and lanky and uncoordinated
7:37 for a skateboard to do tricks but when I
7:39 was very young I tried to do a trick and
7:41 I hurt my arm and I have the wound to
7:45 prove it right there next to the Tie
7:47 Fighter a lot of people also have been
7:49 asking you should do a vlog about your
7:52 tattoos every tattoo on your body I will
7:55 do that at some point that will happen I
7:58 will give you a detailed description
8:00 of all my tattoos so I do listen to your
8:02 comments that you leave down below I

8:18 this at the end of my 60-day water
8:20 challenge I have one week so Saturday
8:23 Sunday Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday
8:26 and Friday seven days one full week from
8:28 today I will be reaching the 60-day
8:31 plateau of only water hold on a second
8:35 taking a break from the Vlog to show you
8:37 this
8:49 helicopter maybe he's on the hunt for
8:49 crows that's another thing that's
8:51 interesting I've seen a lot of
8:52 helicopters since I moved to Southern
8:54 California more than I did in the past
8:56 as well as crows there's that Crow BR
9:00 he's circling
9:02 us so in one week I will hit the 60-day
9:05 water Plateau when I was young I used to
9:08 run races I used to be a lot thinner I
9:09 used to be a lot more fit and I used to
9:11 run a lot I used to run a lot of Two
9:12 Mile thre mile races 5Ks which is around
9:16 3 miles 5 km and a lot of one mile runs
9:20 I was very good at sprinting but I was
9:22 not good at the at the long distance
9:24 runs my dad would always come out to
9:26 watch these races very supportive me
9:28 when I was young running races and he
9:32 would actually be excited and enthralled
9:35 at my philosophy on running races and he
9:38 would tell his friends which would
9:40 actually excite me that as a little
9:41 child he would tell his friends and
9:43 acquaintances people in the church about
9:45 my philosophy on running races when I
9:48 would run a race a 5k a threemile race I
9:52 would basically take it in stride don't
9:54 go too overboard but take it at a medium
9:57 pace running running at a medium medum
10:00 medium pace and when I would get to the
10:02 last two or 300 yard two or three
10:05 football field link to the very fin very
10:10 pinpointed Finish Line If I could see it
10:13 in the Horizon no matter how tired I was
10:15 no matter how lethargic to throw back to
10:17 the beginning of the Vlog when I use
10:19 that word correctly how lethargic I was
10:22 and tired when I saw the Finish Line I
10:25 sprinted I ran as fast as humanly
10:28 possible just like those crows just
10:30 swooped by me very quickly it actually
10:33 swooped just by my head if you actually
10:35 rewind it so when I would see the Finish
10:37 Line after running a race at a very
10:41 normal Pace when I saw the Finish Line
10:43 no matter what place I was in first
10:45 second third fourth fifth or 150th place
10:48 it did not matter when I saw the finish
10:51 line up ahead I sprinted which means I
10:54 ran as fast as my legs could carry me as
10:58 fast as my heart could hold itself from
11:01 palpitating and I would run towards the
11:04 finish line break through the imaginary
11:07 Finish Line because I usually was not in
11:09 first place so the Finish Line had
11:11 already been broken through by the first
11:14 place person but the imaginary finish
11:16 line and the sign saying finish I would
11:18 go under that feeling good feeling
11:21 accomplished and knowing that I ended it
11:23 on a high note and ended it by giving it
11:25 my all giving it my best now why do I
11:28 say all that
11:29 talking about my father coming to that
11:31 my father also told me many
11:33 times sometimes in my youth but usually
11:35 in my adult life he would be trying to
11:38 influence me and give me opinions and
11:40 things and he would always tell me this
11:42 one little piece of advice when it came
11:45 to accomplishing goals when it came to
11:47 accomplishing things he would always say
11:51 100% if you accomplish things 100% you
11:54 put 100% of yourself into accomplishing
11:58 a goal you will see 100% percent I can
12:03 never I never have a a easy time saying
12:05 that word
12:06 percent 100% results so if you put 100%
12:11 of yourself into something 100% which
12:14 means giving it your all you will
12:16 actually
12:17 achieve
12:19 100% results so if you only do something
12:22 half way or a quarter of a way and not
12:26 all the way let's say you only give 10%
12:29 % of yourself to dedicating to a cause
12:32 or dedicating to actually accomplishing
12:34 something the results will only be take
12:37 a wild guess 10% but if you give 100% of
12:41 yourself to a project to goals you will
12:46 actually get
12:48 100% results now that is not a complete
12:51 actual scientific figure but it does
12:54 make a lot of sense if you give your all
12:57 you will get back way more than if you
12:59 just gave half of yourself or a third of
13:01 yourself where is all this going well
13:04 seven days left this is going to be very
13:07 I know this is going to spark some
13:08 controversy because a lot of people are
13:11 not going to see this as something I
13:14 should be doing but I'm going to try
13:15 this I've been doing a lot of research
13:17 about fasting when it comes to not
13:21 eating for a few days so what I'm going
13:23 to do is the last seven days of this
13:25 water diet I'm actually going to
13:27 accomplish I'm going to try to to
13:29 accomplish I'm going to put my mind to
13:30 it to try to actually go 7 days so on
13:35 day 53 of this water diet I have been
13:38 eating normal Foods just smaller
13:39 portions my stomach has shrunk down a
13:41 little bit doing pretty good on this so
13:44 the last s days I going to go without
13:47 eating anything I'm going to go on a
13:49 7day
13:50 fast what do you guys think about that
13:52 leave some comments if you think it's
13:54 healthy for me to go on this 7-Day fast
13:57 this 7-Day non food
14:00 Extravaganza what that means is I
14:02 probably will not be riding the bike I
14:03 will not be running so much I'll be
14:04 taking it easy probably watching a lot
14:06 of TV filming the Vlogs I do have a
14:08 couple of Adventure videos I'm planning
14:10 on doing but I'm not going to go too hot
14:12 and heavy there's no 24-hour Disney
14:14 events coming up there's nothing crazy
14:16 that I'm going to be doing I'm not going
14:17 to be out doing strenuous activity
14:19 weightlifting exercising I probably most
14:22 likely will be going out in the morning
14:24 doing a few things filming a vlog stuff
14:26 of that nature and then shortly after
14:29 that be going back home and taking a
14:30 little bit of a nap the first 3 or 4
14:33 days should be super super super super
14:35 super easy because I really have not
14:36 been eating that much anyway in the
14:38 grand scheme of things on this diet so
14:41 my stomach has gone from really big to
14:43 shrunken up so the first three or four
14:45 days would be easy but I think once I
14:47 hit Tuesday Wednesday Thursday and
14:48 Friday I'm probably going to get a
14:50 little bit tired now here are the
14:53 comments I would like for you guys to
14:54 leave down below like I was saying do
14:57 not be harsh like I said in past Vlogs
15:00 when you talk about politics and
15:02 religion it definitely gets you in a
15:05 very heated argument and the third thing
15:07 like I've always said is dieting so when
15:09 you bring up your diet plan people
15:11 always get into a heated debate just
15:14 like that Crow is getting into a very
15:16 heated debate with his friends that are
15:20 cycling around wow or maybe those crows
15:24 are just waiting for me to run out of
15:25 energy and lay right here on the ground
15:27 so they can Peck out my eyes they can
15:28 Peck out out my eyes I hope not so here
15:31 is what I would like I would like a
15:33 formulated opinion say it nicely leave
15:36 some comments down below about what you
15:38 think the benefits of fasting is seven
15:42 days there are a lot of
15:44 religious aspects of fasting and a lot
15:47 of those religious aspects also
15:49 transcend into saying that if you
15:52 actually stop eating for a little while
15:54 your bike your bike your bicycle I'm
15:56 looking at the bike your body your
15:58 bicycle of yourself if you will actually
16:01 Cycles back and gets healthy if you
16:04 actually look up fasting three- day 5
16:06 day 7-Day fast anywhere online look up
16:09 that Google it you will actually see
16:11 that there are way more health benefits
16:14 than there are to negative aspects about
16:17 fasting now if you went more than a week
16:19 if you went 14 days 30 days you would
16:21 definitely probably have some health
16:23 complications I probably would need to
16:25 actually see a doctor at that point so
16:28 so I think I'm going to do this now if I
16:31 go 2 or 3 days and I start feeling very
16:33 very very under the weather we will have
16:35 to probably break off this fast deal and
16:39 try it some people cannot do it I know
16:41 people if they do not eat for six or
16:43 seven hours they start to get physically
16:45 ill now my body does not work that way I
16:48 know my body very well just like you
16:50 know your body very well and I can
16:52 actually go two and three days without
16:54 eating sometimes I will go get super
16:56 busy and I will not even think about
16:57 eating and I will go three two or 3 days
17:00 without eating so I think doubling that
17:02 a little over doubling that to 7 days
17:04 will actually be possible I'm excited
17:06 about seeing the results and I'm excited
17:09 about taking the 60-day water challenge
17:12 taking the last seven days of that and
17:15 sprinting towards the Finish Line all
17:19 right so I have made my announcement and
17:21 the reason I bring this up it would be
17:23 very easy to not even bring this up to
17:25 you guys it would be very easy to keep
17:27 this to myself that way if I go a day or
17:29 to and then I don't do it if I fail to
17:31 accomplish it no one knows the
17:33 difference no one knows that I failed
17:37 but I as me trying to stay motivated you
17:40 guys help me a lot by me putting myself
17:42 out into the world whenever I say I'm
17:44 going to do something you yes you sir
17:48 ma'am children all of you all your
17:51 inspirational comments thoughts
17:53 criticism kind criticisms constructive
17:56 criticisms all that helps because when
17:58 when I put myself out there I have
18:00 actually pronounced what I am going to
18:02 do and you actually hold me accountable
18:05 to keeping my promises I'm a very
18:07 stubborn guy and I would probably have a
18:10 good percentage of accomplishing things
18:11 on my own but I just want you to know
18:13 that you help me stay the course stay
18:17 the course stay focused during the
18:21 lethargic mediocre running at a normal
18:24 pace and then you help me Sprint to the
18:27 end so we are sprinting to the end I
18:29 will keep you posted every few days how
18:31 I am feeling how I am doing and I'm
18:34 looking forward to Friday to telling you
18:35 the results of the 60-day water
18:38 challenge and my 7-Day fast that I'm
18:41 hoping I'm hoping I can accomplish the
18:44 only reason I will not accomplish it is
18:47 because if I start feeling incredibly
18:49 incredibly crappy and tired and
18:51 physically ill I might have to eat a
18:54 little can of tuna for some protein or
18:56 maybe have something of that nature to
18:58 actually to get something in my body but
18:59 I will keep you posted if anything
19:01 changes but as of now starting now 7day
19:05 fast begins now and I'll see you guys
