0:05 Welcome everyone. Adam the Woo here
0:05 coming to you from Jackson, Mississippi.
0:09 Made a little pit stop here last night.
0:11 We're on our way to Memphis. Walking in
0:15 Memphis. But first, we got to stop right
0:17 here off this interstate highway. More
0:20 of a roadside almost interstate kind of
0:23 thing. Walking around my birth place and
0:26 my birth state. I was born in
0:29 Mississippi, a small town, not really a
0:31 small town, but a town called Tupelo,
0:34 Mississippi, the birthplace of the King
0:37 Elvis. But I was also born in
0:40 Mississippi in that small town. So me
0:42 and Elvis have something in common here
0:46 in Mississippi. These are the state
0:48 fairgrounds. They had a fair back here
0:50 the other night, last night, as well as
0:52 a rodeo that I did not partake of. Did
0:54 not end up going into the rodeo. ended
0:57 up staying in a hotel down the road.
0:59 Definitely not the best accommodations,
1:01 but I still got a good night's sleep.
1:03 And I'm excited to be here in
1:06 Mississippi, my birth place. You know
1:08 how to spell Mississippi. M I S I S I P
1:11 I. The only reason I know that so well
1:13 is because I was born here. This person
1:15 is selling tickets right there. Look, he
1:17 wants to sell me a ticket. I got to
1:19 cross the road. He's probably wondering
1:21 why is that guy showing me in his vlog
1:24 blog? cuz I'm coming over here to check
1:26 this out.
1:28 Mississippi, the state fair was
1:31 established in
1:33 1859. I was not established in 1859. As
1:38 all of you know, I was born 2 years
1:40 later in
1:42 1861. Welcome to Dixie National Rodeo. I
1:47 think we're supposed to buy a ticket,
1:48 but I just walked right by there.
1:51 Stealth mode. I got my coffee. It's very
1:54 chilly out here and I'm wearing my BES
1:56 shirt from Texas. So, I'm vicariously
1:59 representing a convenience store called
2:01 Bies with this little beaver right here
2:04 that I picked up this t-shirt. Man, it's
2:06 cold. I don't really know where I'm
2:07 walking to. There's some tractors over
2:10 there. I was hoping to go downtown. You
2:14 can see the Capitol building protruding
2:16 over the top of the rodeo grounds down.
2:18 Look, you can kind of see the capital
2:20 building right there. Look, it's the
2:22 capital
2:24 building, Jackson,
2:26 Mississippi, right over there. This
2:29 really isn't an area I'm familiar with.
2:31 In fact, I've never actually stopped off
2:33 in Jackson, Mississippi before. I grew
2:36 up in a little town, not what am I
2:39 trying to say? I didn't grow up in a
2:41 little town. My grandparents used to
2:43 live in a town called Aberdine,
2:44 Mississippi, and I would always visit
2:46 there around Christmas, Thanksgiving,
2:48 and the holidays. I don't really
2:50 remember living in Tupelo. Where I was
2:52 born, me and the king of rock and roll,
2:55 Elvis was born in Tupelo. Man, that is
2:58 awesome. Look at that. So, basically
3:01 things I me remember, not remember. You
3:03 can remember something once, but you can
3:05 remember it later, which is what these
3:07 vlogs are all about. It's remembering
3:08 things and looking at signs and looking
3:11 at
3:12 tractors. So, I'm kind of like
3:14 relearning about Mississippi with you
3:17 vicariously with a cup of coffee. Warm
3:20 coffee. What is this? Bean Street Coffee
3:23 Company. It's pretty good though. I put
3:25 a lot of cream and
3:27 sugar in my coffee. There's actually
3:29 more cream and sugar in here than there
3:31 is actual coffee. Man, this is pretty
3:34 cool. I wonder if these are for sale or
3:36 just for display. Evidently, it's a
3:39 display hoping to tap into people's
3:41 noggin and get them thinking about
3:43 buying a John Deere tractor. I could buy
3:46 this one. I could buy this one and ride
3:48 it. And you guys could all ride in the
3:50 back vicarious style back there. You
3:53 think that'd be pretty dangerous if you
3:55 guys all hopped on the back
3:57 there? There's more of them back
4:00 here. All right. The purpose of today's
4:03 vlog is to mention something to you
4:05 about my other channel. This is a daily
4:08 channel. It's unedited. It just pretty
4:10 much tells you where I am and what I'm
4:12 doing. Let me switch hands
4:14 here. My My arm is getting tired. For
4:17 some reason, the phone feels heavier
4:19 today. There must be a lot of people
4:21 watching because my hand and my arm is
4:24 getting tired of holding all the weight
4:26 of everyone. Now you're jumping on a
4:28 trampoline. Boing. Boy. It's a
4:31 Mississippi style trampoline. My other
4:34 channel, the Adam the Woo channel, which
4:36 are edited adventure videos. My
4:39 adventure channel, the first channel I
4:40 ever started on YouTube a couple years
4:42 ago, has now accomplished and reached a
4:45 plateau of 50 50. Can you believe that?
4:51 50,000. That's a lot of zeros.
4:54 50,000 subscribers. And I just want to
4:56 say thank you if you subscribe to that
4:58 channel. It's pretty overwhelming and
5:00 pretty humbling that people come along
5:03 with me on my adventures as well as this
5:05 daily
5:06 channel. So, I just want to say thank
5:08 you. I'm excited about the future. I'm
5:11 excited about the things to come and
5:13 things to show you. I have so many
5:14 videos to edit. I know I'm on tour. I'm
5:16 doing these random videos. I wish I
5:18 could spend more time. I really wish I
5:20 could have gone over there and seen the
5:22 cap area. But for now, you just got to
5:24 see tractors and this here. And then
5:27 hopefully tonight, if you're in Memphis,
5:29 hit me up on the social networks. I'm
5:31 going to be there tonight, probably
5:32 tomorrow morning early, even though we
5:34 got to check out and leave to the next
5:36 area. I think we play Memphis tonight
5:37 and then Oklahoma City tomorrow. A lot
5:40 of traveling, but I'll be back in LA in
5:42 like four or five, maybe six days. I
5:45 think I'll be back in LA on the 17th.
5:47 So, hit me up. I want to see you. I want
5:49 to hang out with you. If you have got a
5:51 hold of me and I wasn't able to get back
5:53 to you or hang out with you, just give
5:55 me some time. It's very difficult on the
5:58 road to film things I want to film to
6:00 meet up with everybody. But keep trying.
6:02 You're not bothering me. Keep contacting
6:04 me on all the social networks,
6:05 especially Instagram, I think, is my new
6:08 favorite social networks. But also get a
6:10 hold of me on Facebook and Twitter. It's
6:12 cold out here. I'm going to let you guys
6:13 go. I'm going to zip this up. Drink this
6:16 coffee.
6:18 Oh man, it's a good day. I'm really
6:20 excited about the 50,000 plateau on my
6:24 other channel. It's just the beginning.
6:25 I've just begun. As awesome as it is to
6:28 hit 50,000, I'm convinced that it's
6:31 going to keep progressing. More people
6:33 are going to vicariously join me and
6:35 join you. Everyone's joining each other
6:38 in a happy conglomeration of Adam the
6:41 Woo adventures and the daily woo
6:44 nonsense. So, make sure you subscribe to
6:46 both channels. And if you subscribe to
6:48 this one, I am going to see you
6:50 tomorrow. You want a drink of coffee?
6:51 You want some coffee? You want some
6:54 coffee? Mississippi, you want some
6:56 coffee? Mississippi.
