0:11 Florida Today is an errand day I have to

0:14 go to the Post Office drop off a couple

0:16 things one of which pertains to the

0:20 house sale that I had a couple months

0:22 ago which I believe coincides with

0:25 property taxes so I'm going to drop that

0:27 off send that away also send out a

0:30 Titanic double VHS to someone who is

0:33 collecting think there are couple

0:36 thousand vhs's in their collection of

0:39 the James

0:40 Cameron classic if you will so I'm going

0:43 to send that in the mail as well and

0:45 going to get my library card finally

0:48 here in Celebration Florida now that I

0:49 am officially a a resident of the town

0:54 going to go up to the local library

0:55 which I have never bid in before and get

0:58 a library card start getting some books

1:00 and see what other kind of additional

1:03 things they have there as well I can

1:04 check out I'm inviting you to join me

1:29 who's been collecting these and he has a

1:32 PO box so I figure I'll partake of the

1:34 fun trying to build the entire Titanic

1:38 ship don't don't quote me on that but

1:40 paraphrasing I think what he told me he

1:42 trying to build the entire Titanic ship

1:45 out of vhs's so going to pack that up

1:49 and mail him a copy I only have one but

1:51 he can have it this is their Instagram

3:02 all that I'm not paying my property

3:05 taxes today that's separate than income

3:06 tax that you pay in April as far as I

3:09 know but I'm just putting in all the

3:13 info on the house that way they know

3:15 what to build me each month or yearly

3:17 figure that out as it goes I haven't got

3:19 any kind of statement

3:21 yet maybe I have to send in what I

3:24 already have before they start kind of

3:26 formulating all that however it's

3:28 interesting again a novice to all this

3:31 but whenever you buy anything else when

3:33 I bought this cart when I bought my car

3:35 when I buy an item at a store you pay

3:37 tax on it once you don't keep paying tax

3:40 on it every year so it is peculiar to

3:44 me why you have to keep paying that

3:47 forever even after what you're

3:49 purchasing is eventually going to be

3:51 paid off or is paid off you're still

3:54 going to pay taxes on that each and

3:55 every year until you're passing I

3:59 believe I'm correct in assuming

4:01 that so there was some discrepancy

4:03 recently about the town was established

4:06 in '94 but evidently people start moving

4:09 in until

4:10 96 some of the merchandise and some of

4:12 the

4:18 stores Leaf flower in full effect I like

4:18 how this I like this little parking spot

4:20 over here next to the truest bank they

4:24 use Bank of America but one block over

4:26 is this one look at it it just fits

4:28 perfectly right there nestled in there

4:31 and I've noticed this spot is usually

4:32 open as opposed to the ones in front of

4:34 Starbucks I'm going to get some coffee

4:36 point that's me right

4:40 there it needs a little Ray sticker

4:42 around the back cuz I have a ray

5:15 didn't realize that when you ship

5:18 CDs DVDs VHS things like that Medium ma

5:21 it's a little less expensive but there

5:23 still is tracking on it that's pretty

5:26 neat there's

5:27 also 10-minute parking here

5:39 Parkers you know how sometimes when you

5:39 purchase a vehicle you see them

5:42 everywhere I always see carts all around

5:44 town now ones I never paid attention to

5:46 when you first when you buy something

5:48 you start to realize oh a lot of other

5:50 ones are around now there's not a whole

5:52 heck of a lot here in town but there are

5:54 some and I'm starting to notice of them

5:55 more and more and you give them all a

5:57 little away I'm giving that one away but

5:58 if I was driving past pass I would give

6:00 a more pronounced wave and they would

6:01 see me better look at

6:04 that about to click right on the

6:08 hour 11:00

6:10 a.m. let me shift over this way a bit

6:13 see no 1 minute until

6:23 11: there it is boom I haven't showed

6:23 the clock in a

6:29 while even though I'm not too far from

6:29 downtown I don't live directly downtown

6:31 anymore so I'm not down here every

6:33 single day like I was before so I used

6:34 to live right on Market Street now I

6:36 live you know a mile mile and a half

6:38 away so not down here every day it's

6:40 kind of weird even though you're so

6:42 close when you're not used to the habits

6:43 of just walking downstairs and walking

6:46 over to Starbucks you don't have that

6:48 you start to kind of have a little

6:49 Nostalgia for something that is still

6:52 basically in your own

6:54 backyard if that makes any sense there's

6:56 also a clock here that has the correct

6:57 time the Fortuna Bakery house however

7:00 does not have the correct time that says

7:05 correct it is only a minute or two after

7:23 now someone needs to fix that clock

7:23 they're putting in new flowers up here

7:28 patunas I think at the workers over here

7:35 really really nice and my apartment used

7:40 there it's hustling and bustling down

8:10 went off the top there now there's been

8:11 a couple exceptions to that rule but

8:13 very very slight like I had a a little

8:15 treat at the over at the Beast Be Our

8:18 Guest restaurant and there's obviously a

8:20 little sugar in this but yeah I haven't

8:22 stayed away from like ice cream

8:24 and cakes and things like that and no

8:28 fried even though I did have a sushi

8:29 that I think they might have fried some

8:31 of the stuff that went on the sushi roll

8:33 but I haven't had like fried chicken or

8:34 anything like that I'm seeing a slight

8:36 difference but nothing major yet but I

8:39 also have an announcement coming up I

8:40 have signed up for something in the near

8:43 future that's going to really help me

8:45 even get even even more motivated I'll

8:47 talk about that probably in a couple of

8:49 weeks construction update they pulled a

8:52 tree out of here look at this they

8:54 pulled the tree out of

8:57 here look like they've done the the they

8:59 redid the concrete over here too well

9:01 they're just doing all kind of stuff

9:02 ripping up

9:03 trees putting in new

9:12 concrete let's take a look is this new

9:12 concrete what's new in celebration down

9:15 toown yeah that might be some new

9:18 concrete there it

9:20 is doesn't say wet concrete just says

9:22 just has a cone no sign of cool around

9:26 today but the weather is very nice the

9:31 cool I think it's really not it's not as

9:33 cold as it has been but the wind is

9:35 blowing a little bit so that little

9:37 little bit of a Wind Breeze makes it

9:39 feel a little a little less than 61 it

9:42 feels great oh man I am not looking

9:45 forward to the Summers here fact I'll

9:47 probably just be traveling during those

9:48 times cuz I don't like

11:16 System celebration is in Oola County

11:19 Orange County with just not too far up

11:25 Orlando but I am technically in Oola

11:42 couple years ago to the Orange County

11:43 library system which is up in

11:46 Orlando downtown Orlando which is

11:49 amazing just a treasure Trove of Disney

11:52 history when it comes to newspapers it's

11:55 almost like the Orange County library

11:57 right downtown Orlando has its own

11:59 Disney archives highly recommend

12:02 checking that

12:04 out I'm kind of hoping they'll have some

12:06 stuff on celebration here though on the

12:09 opening of

12:11 celebration at this little Courtyard

12:13 here very nice the palm

12:21 trees yeah never been in this building

12:21 there's a library turn slot over

12:30 there and then you got the

12:30 architecture

12:37 here couple tables out front so the

12:37 Orange County library because I lived in

12:39 Oola County when I had my apartment I

12:41 still lived in Oola even though I wasn't

12:42 a homeowner I had to pay like $200 to

12:45 get the library card in Orange

12:47 County but well worth it to be able to

12:50 utilize those resources there but this

12:52 one I believe because I'm a resident

12:53 would be

12:54 complimentary and the library is open

12:57 every day till

13:00 9: with the exception of Friday and

13:02 Saturday till 600 and Sunday till

13:05 600 okay got it all dialed in got my

13:08 library

13:09 card so I kind of asked if they had any

13:11 books on celebration and they had this

13:14 whole section here that's all

13:16 based on Florida and localized stuff so

13:19 I'm going to kind of peruse through here

13:22 there's also no late fees anymore I

13:24 think you have seven days to bring it

13:34 see what I can

13:34 find 3 weeks 21 days I can keep these

13:40 out it's a little study gu of things I'm

13:42 interested in obviously hidden Micky

13:44 I've done a lot of the Hidden mickys at

13:45 Disneyland back in the day but there's

13:47 one 2020 Edition it's a few years old

13:51 but hidden magic of Walt Disney World

13:53 Third Edition and then just not the

13:55 parks but I love old Florida history

14:34 a movie called bait shop had a comedian

14:36 I can't remember the comedian's name a

14:37 movie called bait shop used this did a

14:39 video many years ago there a lot of

14:41 great photos in here as well of downtown

14:45 and all that so yeah good little study

14:49 references things I can read on the my

14:59 home pretty cool nestled back here in

14:59 the little

15:09 out it's kind of nice you know a lot of

15:09 stuff you can find online but it is nice

15:11 to have something where you can just

15:12 detach from the interwebs whether it be

15:15 a computer desktop mobile device cell

15:19 phone smartphone just reading something

15:23 without you know just a few minutes a

15:25 day is kind of helpful for the for the

15:28 brain

15:50 a chess club every Wednesday probably

15:53 won't be making that

18:04 important things are done but now I got

18:08 don't really think about they like I

18:09 could probably do that that was one of

18:12 them and an auto renews there's no

18:15 charge for it the only charge is if I

18:18 had a book for more than 30 days it

18:20 didn't return it and didn't pay for it

18:22 then they would charge me the price of

18:24 said

18:30 book after am I going to end up playing

18:30 golf cuz I've noticed go in here I said

18:33 I can't turn in there but I've noticed

18:35 when it comes to things that I enjoy

18:36 like baseball I like the lowkey aspect

18:39 of baseball the slow Ascension of of the

18:44 the chess likee form when it comes to

18:46 the managing the

18:48 players you know all that which a lot of

18:51 sports is that way but I love the the

18:53 slow process of baseball as much as the

18:56 exciting times when it gets like the

18:57 bottom of the night bases guy on base

18:59 down by one you know if you drive a guy

19:02 in you're going to tie it or win the

19:03 game all that's exciting but I also like

19:05 the Strategic aspect and the

19:07 mellowness of baseball and I think golf

19:11 is

19:11 probably super mellow it's all about

19:14 being quiet going out on the course

19:16 there's a golf course right here I've

19:18 only golf I've ever played is mini golf

19:21 which I was okay at mini golf I wasn't

19:23 great at mini golf but I feel like one

19:27 day especially now that I have a home

19:29 here in town and golf is such a a a

19:33 massive thing around these parts and at

19:36 Disney World there's golf courses I can

19:38 see

19:39 myself in the future not immediate

19:42 future but down the road in the future I

19:43 can see myself fancying myself as a

19:45 little bit of a an uneducated

19:50 golfer ooh they have cut down all these

19:52 plants right here anyway just thinking

19:56 out loud right now they've cut down

19:57 everything Thing by the over here right

19:59 over on Water Street usually this

20:01 foliage grows up quite a bit kind of

20:04 takes over you can't see the water too

20:06 much but look at this they have trimmed

20:08 it all down I'm noticing a a vast

20:11 decline in the amount of birds that are

20:13 formulating over near the shore maybe

20:14 the birds like the foliage now that that

20:17 has kind of been mowed down the birds

20:20 are like no we're going to go somewhere

20:21 else where there's more foliage this is

20:22 Water Street it connects

20:25 directly into Market Street up there

20:28 stated this before but it reminds me of

20:29 the Venice Beach canals well Venice

20:31 canals not Venice Beach but right next

20:33 to Venice Beach is Venice it reminds me

20:35 of the canals I'm sure they probably

20:37 built it in that fashion to emulate that

20:40 over back near downtown again

20:41 unauthorized vehicle or vessels will be

20:44 towed unless you got the resident

20:46 parking

20:48 decal which I

20:59 do carts carts carts couple regular

20:59 spots here I got the last regular spot

21:02 before the EV charging only which I

21:04 believe are for more oh you know what

21:06 that'd be interesting I wonder if I

21:08 charge I don't really need to because in

21:10 my garage I have the charger and I never

21:13 really run completely out that's

21:15 interesting I wonder that's probably the

21:17 same type of charger that plugs into the

21:19 front nonetheless parked over here where

21:29 are also lock the back up the little

21:29 trunk space that I

21:35 have okay so here's the difference so

21:35 see how these look more like the regular

21:39 automobiles where the other ones where I

21:40 usually park look more like my gy

21:47 E2 but I locked the trunk part up just

21:47 cuz you know I don't want anybody

21:50 stealing the books out of the trunk or

21:52 the little trunk space I don't know

21:54 anybody gaining knowledge about the

21:55 Hidden

21:56 Mickey at Disney world that's just for

21:59 me not for you community volunteer

22:02 patrol cars here this is where a lot of

22:06 Park lot of security around

22:16 town citizens arrested so evidently

22:16 there's also some group tennis schedules

22:21 postings around town now I guess it's

22:24 kind of a heated debate so you got the

22:26 tennis courts but I guess pickle ball I

22:28 this is all just hearside but I've heard

22:30 that pickle

22:33 ball isn't here like there's no one no

22:35 one's playing pickle ball here it's just

22:37 still the Old School tennis even though

22:39 pickle ball has taken over completely in

22:42 other areas evidently there's a it's a

22:46 Hot Topic when it comes to pickle ball

22:49 here and

22:51 celebration I used to play tennis with

22:53 my dad years ago I feel like I could

22:56 probably as I get older I think pickle

22:58 ball would be a lot of fun but evidently

22:59 you can't do it here hear say really

23:02 nice basketball court here too used to

23:04 play basketball when I was younger I

23:07 used to pretty much play everything when

23:08 I was younger but as I've gotten older

23:10 your body when you don't play sports for

23:13 a while start to realize wow I I can't

23:17 do that like I used to I feel like if if

23:20 the court was empty like this I could

23:21 probably come out here shoot some hoops

23:23 but I am not very good just because I'm

23:25 tall I'm 6' 3 everyone just assumes I I

23:27 play basketball I was good at basketball

23:29 I didn't play

23:30 basketball but I was never really good

23:32 at

23:39 basketball I do feel like however I need

23:39 to start doing more active things I do

23:41 walk a lot that is one thing I will say

23:42 I walk all the time going out and about

23:46 always getting my steps in cardio is

23:48 something I just have no issues with

23:50 with partaking in but when it comes to

23:52 you know sporty type of

23:55 things I don't really do it as much as I

23:57 used to I i' like to kind of change that

23:59 at some point whether it be you know

24:01 basketball tennis pickle

24:04 ball nothing too

24:06 extreme I don't think I can play full

24:08 court press or anything like that but I

24:09 can you know shoot some hoops do a

24:11 little bit of moderate jumping things

24:13 like that would not hurt at all in the

24:15 in the grand scheme of me trying to be

24:17 fit by 50 trying to by August 10th of

24:21 this year I'll be 50 years old trying to

24:23 drop some weight I've been doing pretty

24:24 good diet wise been doing a lot of air

24:27 frying I do have a couple cheat days

24:28 here and there but really nothing too

24:30 extreme I've been doing really really

24:31 well and it's a process over the next

24:34 series of months so it's not an

24:36 immediate usually always do crash diets

24:38 but this time no crash diet I'm trying

24:39 to develop better habits and I have to

24:41 say I am pretty pretty content with my

24:44 progress so far it's kind of showing

24:48 again nothing immediate but it'll get

24:51 there if this place doesn't have the

24:53 perfect small town Vibe enough I'm

24:54 getting some Andy Griffith intro Vibes

24:56 over here with the

24:58 the Fisher the fisherman's love it I've

25:01 said it before I'll say it again I love

25:05 this

25:29 oh yeah I forgot to show this I got this

25:30 at Starbucks also it's a little Florida

25:33 coin coin purse thing it's full small

25:36 though not really a coin purse it's just

25:37 a little you see how it is on the size

25:39 of my hand but you can put like little

25:43 style pick this up oh he even has the

25:48 Starbucks thing on the

25:50 side you can put things in here carry

25:52 them around the cart so they don't slide

25:53 all over the dashboard the longer I'm

25:56 here I'm always discovering ing new

25:58 spots I've never seen before turn down

29:57 Hills Down and Out in Beverly Hills bet

30:10 because there's palm trees it reminds me

30:11 of Beverly Hills but you kind of look at

30:12 the houses through here how nice they

30:13 all are Halloween and Christmas the

30:16 whole town really does up all the

30:18 Inflatables

30:19 and decorations but they also do other

30:22 holidays too even though St Patty is a

30:24 little ways away they're already

30:25 starting to put up some of their stuff

30:26 this T-Rex

30:48 here kind of nice to take a card out for

30:48 a bit been a few days the thing I like
