weightwise but I definitely feel a lot

pretty consistent in the last couple

weeks with doing is no fried foods and

no desserts no sweets and there might be

an exception every once in a while in

the sweets but I really don't want to to

make it a habit so if I can cut out soda

emit myself from the fried foods on a
