0:03 Welcome everyone. Adam the Woo here
0:03 coming to you from a 50 degree Claxton,
0:07 Georgia. This is the warmest it's been
0:09 for me in the past few weeks cuz I'm
0:11 going southbound. I'm now in Georgia.
0:13 Claxton, Georgia. I have my hoodie on.
0:16 I'm still a little chilly, but nowhere
0:17 near as cold as it was a couple weeks
0:20 ago when it was 5 degrees, 10 degrees.
0:22 I'm excited for a little bit of warmth
0:25 protruding into my noggin. It's my
0:27 second channel, Daily Blog channel. It's
0:30 only 5 + 5 equals 10 days until
0:34 Christmas. You know what the most famous
0:37 regifted gift on Christmas is? Fruit
0:40 cake. Have you ever gotten a fruit cake
0:42 in the mail? Did I say it was the daily
0:44 woo? It's the daily woo. Why did I say
0:46 mail? I meant gifted gift wrapped under
0:49 the tree. Have you ever gotten a fruit
0:50 cake and wondered who makes all this
0:53 fruit cake? Well, the answer is clear.
0:55 You're judging by this water tower right
0:58 there. Judging from that water tower
1:00 right there, you are now residing
1:02 vicariously through me and through that
1:05 water tower here in Claxton, Georgia,
1:08 the fruitcake capital of the
1:12 world, right along these railroad tracks
1:15 right there. Look at that. It actually
1:16 says it up there on top of the water
1:19 tower. Claxton, Georgia, fruit cake,
1:24 capital of the world. And right over
1:26 there where my van is
1:31 parked, that's where we're going. Right
1:31 there. Look at that. Claxton Fruitcake
1:34 Company, the world famous. We're going
1:36 to go get some fruit cake. I'm going to
1:38 buy you a fruit cake, sir. Maybe a
1:40 t-shirt, a postcard. Who knows? Maybe
1:43 I'll send you a fruit cake in the mail.
1:45 Of course, it'll be halfeaten cuz I'm
1:47 going to eat fruit cake cuz I'm hungry.
1:49 I haven't had any breakfast or lunch yet
1:50 cuz I've been roaming around trying to
1:52 find this place. And I've now actually
1:54 found it. Got to put my hoodie back on.
1:58 The Claxton Fruitcake Company. See, I
2:01 had to walk way down there because I
2:03 wanted to show you that that actually
2:05 said fruitcake capital of the world.
2:08 It's Christmas right here.
2:12 Christmas at the Claxton Bank. Claxton
2:15 Fruitcake Company. Taking a little bit
2:18 of a walk. Hopefully you guys don't mind
2:20 walking. When you eat a lot of fruit
2:22 cake, it puts a lot of calories on you.
2:23 Actually, I don't know. Does fruitc cake
2:25 have a lot of calories? And will you
2:27 burn those calories off by walking back
2:30 and forth looking at the water tower?
2:32 There's probably a pretty legit reason.
2:34 Look at that. There's the courthouse
2:36 there. The Evans County Courthouse right
2:39 next to the water tower. And we're
2:41 getting closer. We're getting closer. Be
2:44 patient, sir. We're getting there.
2:47 Angels right there.
2:59 So basically, when in prime season, the
2:59 Claxton Fruitcake Company dishes out
3:02 more fruitc cake per little square area
3:06 than any other place in the world,
3:08 giving this the title the fruitcake
3:10 capital of the world. And it all happens
3:13 right in here. This is where the magic
3:15 happens, right there. Look.
3:18 Oldfashioned Claxton fruit cake. World
3:21 famous. Look. Look at this right there.
3:25 Look. Yes. Claxton fruit cake. I'm
3:29 getting hungry. Are you getting hungry?
3:30 My belly is getting hungry for delicious
3:33 fruit crammed in some sort of Nether
3:36 region concoction that looks like a
3:38 brick that I want to eat. And I'm going
3:40 to go get me one right
3:43 there. Oh man, I got so excited. I
3:46 almost didn't look both
3:48 ways. Claxton Fruitcake
3:51 Company. So, right inside of here is the
3:55 fruit cake. Right up there in the sun.
3:58 Is that This gentleman is excited. Maybe
4:01 we could interview him about the fruitc
4:02 cake. Showing some fruit cake over here.
4:11 Actually, he was on the phone. Didn't
4:11 want to disturb him. Maybe he was doing
4:13 a vlog as well. I think he's actually
4:14 just talking to his friends and family
4:16 members, telling them how excited he was
4:19 about this. The Claxton Fruit Cake
4:24 Company. I'm excited. Are you guys ready
4:26 to go inside? Are you guys ready to go
4:28 in here? Come
4:30 on. What? What?
4:35 No. They're
4:37 closed. Look at this.
4:45 Look at all that delicious fruit cake in
4:52 there. So much delicious goodness. It's
4:56 Sunday. No wonder they're closed. We are
4:58 in the south. We're in Georgia and most
4:59 places in this area are closed on
5:02 Sundays. And it's
5:10 Sunday. Oh man, I'm disappointed. Now,
5:10 the water tower is still there. That's
5:12 exciting. These wreaths are exciting.
5:14 And inside
5:16 there, there's some really awesome
5:19 t-shirts. I really wanted one of those
5:20 t-shirts. And I really wanted a chunk, a
5:23 nugget, a box full of fruit
5:30 cake. So, way back in there, they have
5:30 these massive cylinders that make fruitc
5:32 cake. And from what I've heard, during
5:34 the
5:35 prime guys, the prime peak seasons, they
5:39 create over 900,000 pounds of fruit cake
5:42 a day. But we're not going to be able
5:46 to. I'm going to let you guys go. Do you
5:48 guys like fruit cake? Leave some
5:49 comments down below. Check down below
5:50 for my t-shirts and social networks. And
5:52 remember, if you subscribe up here and
5:54 up here and all around there, I'm going
5:55 to see you tomorrow. I'm going to see
5:57 you tomorrow. But I'm not going to see
5:58 you tomorrow because they're closed.
5:59 Maybe I should come back tomorrow and
6:00 check that out. I'm talking really fast.
6:02 I'm going to let you guys go. Bye.
