0:27 walked in there and i sunk down in the
0:28 regions not the reasons

0:45 weight loss diet plans there's a bunch

0:50 and i'm going to announce to you now
0:52 that starting tomorrow not today today
0:54 i'm going to gorge myself with every
0:56 kind of carnivorous enjoyment plateau
0:59 feature that i enjoy this is going to be
1:01 my last day
1:03 for a while of eating just garbage food
1:06 tomorrow is monday i'm going to start
1:08 the new week off fresh by trying to lose
1:10 some weight i'm not going to make a big
1:12 deal about it i'm not going to tell you
1:14 how i'm doing it i'm just going to do it
1:15 no more excuses
1:17 i'm just going to start doing it
1:18 tomorrow so tomorrow will be day one and
1:21 the reason i'm telling you this normally
1:23 i keep a lot of things in my secret i'm
1:26 sorry i keep a lot of things about my
1:27 personal life secret
1:29 i don't think you should probably
1:30 announce everything to the world
1:32 probably shouldn't announce hey i'm
1:33 going to go on a diet because then what
1:35 happens in a month when you're the same
1:37 weight or you're heavier people will
1:39 consider you a failure or maybe you
1:41 didn't stick to your word well i want to
1:43 stick to my word and the whole reason
1:45 i'm telling you
1:46 about this is because i want you to help
1:49 me stick to my word it's not going to be
1:51 a daily vlog about weight loss i'm not
1:53 gonna say anything about it for probably
1:55 another week maybe a week from tomorrow
1:57 in eight days i'll give you the
1:59 announcement of how much i've lost and
2:01 how i've been doing it that's probably
2:03 going to be the game plan every couple
2:05 weeks i'm going to tell you how much
2:07 weight i have disposed of i'm going to
2:10 get excited about it now in a week or
2:12 eight days if i post a video and i say
2:14 hey i've only lost one pound i've gained
2:16 a pound i encourage you to give me
2:18 either words of encouragement or
2:20 discouragement give me some flack i know
2:23 people on the internet like to talk crap
2:24 a lot i get a lot of negative comments
2:26 about things that are positive so if
2:28 you're going to leave a negative comment
2:29 leave it about me not accomplishing my
2:32 goals that's what this is about i want
2:33 to accomplish my goals so hopefully
2:36 you give me a little bit of your advice
2:38 by leaving some comments down below i
2:40 already have the game plan about how i'm
2:41 going to do it i'm not going to share
2:43 that with you yet until it actually
2:44 works so in another week or two
2:47 hopefully the ritual that it's not
2:49 really a ritual i'm just sticking to a
2:50 game plan i'm not condoning i'm not
2:53 promoting anything so don't think in a
2:55 week i'm going to be telling you about
2:56 some new fantastic product i'm selling
2:58 you i'm not selling you anything i am
3:00 just going to really change my eating
3:02 habits and change the way i live my life
3:04 i'm a very disciplined guy i'm
3:06 disciplined with these videos i'm
3:08 disciplined i don't drink i don't do
3:09 drugs i don't do any of that stuff so
3:11 it's got me thinking
3:12 i need to be disciplined with my diet
3:14 and change the life start to get a
3:15 little older i want to be healthy i want
3:17 to look better better i used to be
3:19 skinny now i'm not so skinny i need to
3:21 get back to the thin slender in health
