0:36 Foot. Somebody sent me this the other
0:38 day in the mail to my PO
0:40 box. And now Big the Foot is now a
0:44 professional bag pie player. Actually,
0:46 you can't be a professional in just a
0:47 few days. Big the foot, you need to
0:50 practice a little bit more. Hate to
0:51 break it to you, buddy, but you need to
0:53 practice more to become a professional
0:56 bagpie player. I've never played the bag
0:58 pipes, and this vlog is not about bag
1:00 pipes or big the foot. It's about a
1:05 staring contest that I'm having with
1:06 you, sir. And ma'am, and children, you
1:10 ever hold your eyes open this long? They
1:13 start to water. I really want to blink
1:15 right now, so I'm going to. You win,
1:18 sir. Woo!
1:20 Man, my eyes just started to fester with
1:24 some sort of sleepy weird dew on the
1:27 eyeball
1:28 noggin. On the eyeball regions. The
1:31 noggin's my head. There's no such thing
1:33 as an eyeball noggin, is there? It's an
1:36 eyeball region. It's a retina. I'm going
1:38 to have a retina scan right
1:41 now. All right. This vlog blog is about
1:45 31day weight loss. I just completed 31
1:49 days. This is technically day 31. So
1:51 really, it's been 30 complete days, but
1:54 31 days ago, you can go back and look at
1:57 the vlog blog I did. I can't remember
1:58 what I titled it, but it was a weight
2:00 loss challenge to myself. And my
2:03 challenge for month number one has been
2:06 completed. And I'm going to tell you how
2:08 much I've lost. It's written right here
2:10 on this paper that I'm looking at right
2:12 now. I'm looking at a piece of paper.
2:16 Look. Wait a second. That's blank.
2:18 That's the wrong piece of paper, Adam.
2:20 It's over there. How much weight have I
2:23 lost in 31 days? 31 days ago. One month,
2:27 exactly one month, I made a commitment
2:29 to myself. And in my mind, I thought
2:32 100% results are completed and achieved
2:36 by 100% commitment to myself. And I'm
2:40 pretty happy with myself. That's why I
2:42 had this big smile on my face. That's
2:44 why Big the Foot, when he plays that
2:46 crazy new instrument, doesn't bother me.
2:48 Usually, I'm annoyed by new instruments
2:50 blaring in my ear while I drive. But
2:52 that's all right, Big the Foot. You play
2:53 it all day long because I'm happy with
2:55 myself. I stayed motivated for 31 days,
2:58 and I
3:00 lost grand total now
3:05 31.0 pounds. Look at
3:14 this. Start 254.6. 6. I finished at
3:14 223.6 this morning. A grand total of 31.
3:20 That doesn't say two. That says total. I
3:23 just didn't circle the zero correct. So
3:25 total, also known as
3:27 two.
3:29 31.0 lb. I'm going to post this little
3:33 picture right here. Every day I would
3:35 write down what I weighed. If I didn't
3:36 weigh, I would write do not weigh.
3:39 There's my total. 254.6. 6. And then
3:43 there's the grand total at the bottom
3:44 that I weighed this morning, August 28,
3:47 2013.
3:55 223.6. I will post this up on Facebook,
3:55 Twitter, and Instagram. I'll take a
3:57 screenshot of this and I'll post it for
3:59 everyone to see. A lot of people have
4:01 been asking me, "What have you been
4:02 doing to lose weight?" Well, basically,
4:04 I've been eating very, very, very
4:06 little. All I've drinken was water. In
4:08 31 days, all I've had was water. Nothing
4:11 else to drink. The only thing I put in
4:13 my body
4:14 beverage-wise in the last 31 days was a
4:16 little 2 oz drink of juice that my dad
4:19 made. Remember the juice vlog blog a
4:21 couple weeks ago with my dad? That's the
4:23 only thing other than water. My mouth my
4:26 mouth's watering now. I'm thinking about
4:28 something other than water. But anyway,
4:31 31 days ago, I started drinking water.
4:33 That's all I've had except that little 2
4:35 ounces of juice. So, in 31 days, no
4:37 sugar, no juices, no nothing except that
4:40 little teeny bit, nothing but water.
4:42 Water only for me. And I've also skipped
4:45 a lot of meals. In fact, I went one or
4:46 two days without eating. Would skip a
4:48 few meals. And if I wanted to go out to
4:50 eat, I did eat a couple bad things every
4:52 two or three days. I'd go out to eat at
4:54 a normal restaurant, eat normally,
4:56 didn't eat a lot of bread, still had the
4:58 water, didn't have my normal soda or
5:00 sweet tea or juices or any of that kind
5:02 of stuff that I would normally have with
5:03 a meal. Somebody over there looking at
5:06 me. He's excited about that guy right
5:08 there is excited about my weight loss,
5:09 too. But I'm going to continue the vlog
5:11 blog, even though that guy's staring at
5:13 me. So, basically, this is the gist of
5:15 it. I don't want to quote Back to the
5:17 Future too much, but like George McFly
5:20 says, if you put your mind to it, you
5:22 can accomplish anything. So, thank you,
5:24 George McFly. He didn't really help me
5:26 with his diet any, but I always remember
5:28 quotes from movies, helped me stay
5:30 motivated and that whatnot. Also,
5:32 there's somebody motivated right now
5:33 because they keep texting me. So,
5:34 anytime you hear like a
5:37 little on my iPhone, that's somebody
5:39 texting me. So, there it is. Did you
5:42 hear that? Rewind it back. You can hear
5:45 that. My phone is getting blown up this
5:47 morning with text messages. I texted
5:50 some of my close friends and told them
5:51 how much weight I lost in the last 31
5:53 days. So, they're texting me back to get
5:55 There it is again. Did you hear that?
5:58 They're texting me to give me a little
6:00 encouragement and happiness and
6:01 excitement on my weight loss program. I
6:04 still want to lose maybe 15 or 20 more
6:05 pounds, get super thin. I'm feeling
6:08 pretty good. This is the This is the
6:10 least amount of weight that I have
6:12 weighed in years. Probably almost a
6:14 decade. Probably since about 2003. So,
6:16 in 10 years, this is the lightest I've
6:18 been. This is the best I have felt. This
6:21 weekend, I'm going to cheat a little
6:22 bit. Cheat a little bit. Everything
6:24 you've ever read and heard is when you
6:26 go on a massive diet. Y'all, oh my
6:29 goodness, there's another text message.
6:30 Text messages galore. Everyone's blowing
6:33 up my phone. Excited. Now you know what
6:36 that noise is, sir. And ma'am, you don't
6:37 have to ask anymore. What's that crazy
6:39 noise when you're doing your vlog vlog?
6:41 Big the foot. Big the foot. Man, he got
6:44 turned around backwards. He was playing
6:46 the bag pipes
6:47 backwards. So, basically, that's the
6:49 gist of it. I have lost 31 lbs. Like I
6:51 said, I'm going to put this up on my
6:52 Facebook page. People need to stop text
6:55 messaging me. I'm I've gotten 87 text
6:57 messages while doing this vlog. 31 days.

7:22 It's not healthy to skip meals, but it's
7:24 also not healthy to eat at Taco Bell.

7:28 It's not healthy to eat at Taco Bell,
7:29 Pizza Hut, McDonald's, Burger King, KFC,
7:32 all that stuff. That's not healthy
7:34 either. And I was doing that three times
7:35 a day before. So now I'm not doing that.
7:38 Now I when I get down to the weight I
7:39 want to get down to, I'm going to start
7:41 eating healthy. I'm excited. Now I'm
7:44 starting My mouth's still watering. I
7:46 need water. I haven't had any water.
7:47 I've been drinking so much water that
7:49 now when I don't have water, my mouth
7:50 starts craving it. Starts foaming at the
7:53 mouth for water. Just like Big the Foot
7:56 foams at the mouth for bag
8:04 pipes. That's my bag bag pipe imitation.
8:04 Sounded nothing like bag pipes in any
8:05 way, shape, or form. Anyway, thanks for
8:08 the support everyone. Thanks for the
8:09 encouragement. And those without words
8:11 of encouragement, thanks for those too.
8:14 Good encouragement, bad encouragement,
8:15 opinions, all that's good. One thing
8:17 when you bring up about a diet, everyone
8:19 has their opinion. And my opinion and
8:22 the way I do things might not
8:24 necessarily work for you. So don't take
8:26 my word for it. The only thing I can say
8:28 to you
8:36 is 31 lb. 31.0 lb,
8:36 sir. So obviously the way I do things
8:39 for myself works pretty well. Hopefully,
8:41 if you're trying to lose weight, you can
8:42 find a way to lose weight yourself if
8:45 that's the goal you're looking for. My
8:47 one-mon goal has been accomplished. I
8:49 wanted to lose an average of one pound a
8:51 day for 31 days. And I did it down to
8:54 the exact point
8:57 254.6
8:59 223.6 was the total 31 lb. Before you
9:03 guys get crazy and say, "Oh man, that's
9:04 really heavy still." 223 lbs is really
9:07 heavy. It is a little bit overweight for
9:09 the technical overweight terminology
9:11 that a doctor would tell you. But also
9:13 remember I'm six 6 foot three and I now
9:17 weigh 223.6 lb. 6'3
9:22 223.6. So I'm feeling pretty good about
9:24 myself. I'm going to have a little
9:25 cheating weekend. I'm going to Dragon
9:26 Con in the morning. I'll be driving to
9:28 Atlanta and I'll be there for 4 days.
9:30 I'm planning on drinking a couple
9:31 beverages, some sodas. Haven't had a
9:33 soda in a month. So, I'm enjoy I'm going
9:35 to enjoy the nice nectar of a Mountain
9:37 Dew for sure and probably eat a couple
9:40 meals. Nothing major. Hopefully, not not
9:42 any fast food. And then Tuesday when I
9:44 get back, I'm going to go back try to
9:45 lose the rest of this weight. Thanks for
