0:02 Welcome
0:02 everyone. Adam the Woo here.
0:06 Robbie Retro. Look at this. Look at
0:14 this. There went the Montreal at the
0:14 airport over there. Yeah, we didn't ride
0:18 that.
0:19 We, myself and
0:22 Robbie are going to the road road to
0:25 Atoria today out of Seattle. Yes.
0:29 I'm wearing an appropriate t-shirt cuz a
0:32 little bit later we're going to go by
0:34 Stephanie's house from Short Circuit.
0:36 Ah, you've never been to a story. Oh,
0:38 first time. Do a few things. See where
0:41 the day leads. It's a 3h hour 4-hour
0:45 commute down there. We're going to see
0:46 some beautiful scenery. Can't wait, man.
0:49 Can't wait. Are you a coffee guy? You
0:51 know, I could go for a piping hot
0:52 coffee. Hot? Sure. For you. Look at
0:56 this. We have a We are in Seattle.
0:59 Well, we thought about going up north of
1:02 here. So, we're we're a little bit south
1:04 of Seattle by the airport. We were going
1:06 to drive the 40 and almost an hour up
1:08 into Seattle with traffic, but then that
1:10 would deter our trip down to Atoria. So,
1:14 we could probably get there's probably
1:15 Starbucks here, though. I'm sure. Yeah,
1:17 even the land of Starbucks. It's a long
1:20 intro. Yeah, I'm sorry. I'm not quite
1:22 awake yet. I slept four 3 and 1/2 hour 4
1:25 hours last night. We got into the hotel,
1:27 went to sleep around 1:30, got up at
1:29 5:30 a.m. We had a blast. Actually, a
1:31 lot of behind the scenes laughs. And
1:33 here a beautiful morning. Mountain fresh
1:36 air. We don't get this back home in
1:38 Winter Haven, Florida or Central
1:39 Florida. I live in Celebration. You're
1:41 in Winter Haven. We don't We don't get
1:43 This is This is outdoor AC. This is
1:45 really a long intro. We should get
1:47 going. Yeah. Look at this. All right,
1:49 I'll see you later. All right, you
1:50 taking
1:51 off? Join me, shall you? It's 8:47 right
1:56 now. 8:47 a.m. So, just shy of noon in
2:01 Central Florida. Three-hour time
2:03 difference. It's 55° here on the 4th of
2:07 June. It's June 4th and it's 55°.
2:11 Well, in Atoria, it's 55, but I think
2:13 it's it's it's about the I'll look up
2:15 Seattle, too. I should probably look up
2:16 Seattle also. But we're making the
2:18 commuting. June 4th. June the 4th. It's
2:21 55 degrees. Celebration. Right now it's
2:23 81 and rainy. So it's not scorchingly
2:27 hot, but considerable difference. 81 is
2:32 26° hotter. 81's a fall day back home.
2:38 All right, let's roll. This is a really
2:40 nice hotel here.
2:46 Has a very lodgy. Yeah, wilderness lodge
2:46 vibe. So pretty. This is a Double Tree.
2:49 Double Tree by Hilton. We weren't here
2:52 for a long time, but we're here for a
2:53 good time. We believe it's Seattle.
2:55 Yeah. Headed to better times.
2:58 Atoria. Oh, look over
3:00 here. There's a whale on that one. I
3:03 think one of those whales name is
3:04 Willie. I think so. That's when that's
3:06 free Willie, too. Yeah, Free Willie in
3:12 I got to ask you a question,
3:14 though. Do you think the the backwards
3:17 hat looks good on me? You know, I love
3:19 the the backwards hat look. Do you? Oh,
3:22 yeah. Cuz you know, it's from over the
3:23 top. You know, just like Lincoln Hawks.
3:27 Lincoln Hawks. Well, wears his hat
3:29 backwards. Call them calls them hawks
3:31 and hawk. Nose hurt. Oh, he says nose
3:33 hurt hawks. It's Lincoln Hawks.
3:36 Sometimes it's Hawk. They call them two
3:38 different things. It's hawk hauling. So,
3:39 if it's good enough for Lincoln, it's
3:41 good enough for me, right? Absolutely.
3:42 Looks good. I think Abe Lincoln ever
3:44 wore his hat backwards. I got to say
3:47 Robbie also has his appropriate short
3:50 circuit. What year did Short Circuit
3:52 come out? 86. Trivia time. 86. About how
3:54 much did it make at the box office? Did
3:56 okay. I think it did well. I'd say 50
3:58 mil, but I'll double check that number.
4:00 Okay. We'll double check. You're like
4:02 you're like a uh a mastermind of 80s8s
4:05 trivia. Yes. And I love short circuit.
4:07 Steve Gutenberg. Ali Shidy. Ali Shidy.
4:10 What what production company put it?
4:11 What? What studio? Tristar. Yes. They
4:14 nailed it. Should be an unwritten rule
4:16 about not filming my face before coffee,
4:19 but I did it anyway. It's all part of
4:21 the part of the experience. I am not
4:23 fully awake
4:25 yet. So, we can do Seattle's best coffee
4:29 or we can do Starbucks. Those are the
4:30 two big ones. I mean, there's others.
4:32 There's plenty of others, but do you
4:34 have a preference? I don't, man. All
4:36 right, we'll see. Whatever we see first.
4:38 Hey, look at that. Look at that tree
4:39 right there. So pretty. And these
4:41 beautiful flowers.
4:44 Oh, there's a bee right there. A beehive
4:46 of activity down in there. Look, there
4:49 was a bee came out right there.
4:52 Look, that's
4:54 Oh, double tree.
4:57 You were good to us. Yeah.
5:00 There's more than two trees, though.
5:02 There's like a dozen trees.
5:06 A lot of colors. More than we're used to
5:08 seeing that.
5:11 Classic van alert. Look at that bad boy.
5:15 Good eyes. I wasn't Yeah, we ended up
5:18 stopping off at
5:21 Starbucks right over
5:27 here. Continuing on. All right, we
5:27 stopped off at a
5:30 kind of kind of cool little Bigfoot.
5:32 It's adopt a Bigfoot there. We're at the
5:34 GC's truck stop. GC's. We're heading
5:37 down the five freeway. Same freeway that
5:39 runs through LA. Yeah. where Bigfoot
5:42 doesn't believe in you either.
5:49 Look at this. Oh, that's that. Look at
5:49 that. I like this. We are in Harry and
5:52 the Henderson's territory. Whoa, you're
5:55 mooning me.
5:58 That's awesome. Good stuff.
6:05 That's great.
6:05 Oh, look at this little bottle opener.
6:07 Yeah, that's not bad.
6:09 Oh, Bigfoot Boutique.
6:23 That's a scary Bigfoot. Yeah,
6:23 GC's truck stop. Bigfoot country
6:29 we're pretty close to Mount St. Helens.
6:29 Also, we don't want to let the sun set
6:32 on our memories. Capture them with some
6:33 postcards.
6:39 That is pretty good.
6:39 Maybe we should grab some. Grab some
6:43 Bigfoot blend coffee here.
6:46 Also have Bigfoot subs. Look over there.
6:48 Bigfoot subs they serve over there. Need
6:51 a That's interesting. A mug made out of
6:53 a tusk, I guess. So, or a deer antler,
6:57 I guess. So, I like this Elvis skull
7:00 right here. Yeah. Bow line horn.
7:09 a count one or a bullhorn. Look at that
7:09 thing. Yeah. Sheesh. It's like something
7:11 that army of darkness right there. Yeah,
7:12 it does. Look at
7:15 this red skull. The best give a penny,
7:18 take a penny tray I've ever seen right
7:20 here. Ali's changing the toes. 2923.
7:32 Pulled over on the side of the road
7:32 here. Still continuing onward to
7:36 Historia. Still in Washington, but soon
7:38 we'll be in
7:42 Oregon. This is Long View,
7:46 Washington. May have heard of a little
7:48 song by a band called Green Day off of
7:50 Dookie 94. The smash hit named after
7:53 this
7:54 town. True story.
7:58 Even though the song does not mention
8:00 the word long view in it, this inspired
8:02 them for their boredom of playing a show
8:06 here and just spending the day being
8:08 bored in Long View,
8:11 Washington. That was the inspiration for
8:13 the
8:14 song. Yeah. You were saying that there
8:17 so much rain here that there's a lot of
8:20 grass. Very It's very green here today.
8:24 It's a green thing.
8:30 Well done. Well
8:31 done. All right. Near center of town in
8:34 Long View, just above where I parked the
8:37 rental car, is a thing called Nutty
8:39 Narrows Bridge. There's a bridge that
8:42 goes between the
8:43 trees. There's a sign right there. It's
8:46 kind of hard to read cuz it's way up
8:47 there. But it's a bridge made for
8:49 squirrels cuz there's so many squirrels
8:51 in these trees that go across that they
8:53 have built a bridge for the squirrels to
8:57 go across the tree. Look at that. Ain't
8:59 that cool? Nutty Narrows
9:05 bridge. Kind of see it a little better
9:05 from this
9:07 angle right there. Look at that. Long
9:11 View, Washington. March 19th, 1963, I
9:15 think is what it says, was when they
9:18 constructed Nutty Narrows
9:22 Bridge. I I believe that says 1963 right
9:26 there for Nutty
9:27 Narrows. Those are fun words to say.
9:31 Creation of new territory, which portion
9:34 of what became the state of Washington.
9:36 Oh, right here. The Montello.
9:38 Interesting. So originally it was Oregon
9:41 Territory in 48 and then Washington
9:43 territory came to fruition in 53 5 years
9:56 later. Interesting.
9:56 Washington 1852 the signers of the
10:00 Monttoello
10:09 Convention. Well, CS
10:09 Hathaway and AF
10:12 Scott, Jr. Jackson, and JN Low. I like
10:16 how there's just so many initials there.
10:18 LH Davis, AA a Denny. Yeah. And who
10:22 could forget HC Wilson, remember?
10:26 Remember HC? You know, look at
10:35 this. You think that's a uh a descendant
10:35 of HC? Look
10:38 at the crazy guy. That HC. Oo, that's a
10:41 big
10:44 Oh, there's a couple of them. Look. Holy
10:46 cow.
10:48 Look. We're looking for the
11:00 bridge. And if you go over
11:00 here, there's a carving to the
11:03 squirrels. Chainsaw carving. Squirrels
11:06 are real big around here. This is a
11:08 really big squirrel.
11:10 Squirrels are real big around here. This
11:11 is to the memory of Amos J. Peters,
11:14 passed away at
11:15 84. Creative builder, developed and
11:18 donated to the city, the world's only
11:20 bridge for the squirrels in '
11:23 63. His love for family and community
11:26 inspired all that knew him.
11:29 And the car chainsaw carving here of
11:34 squirrel carved by Tom Kell in
11:39 2001. It's maintained by the Long Beach
11:41 Sandbaggers.
11:48 Wonder if Billy Joe and Mike Dirt are
11:48 part of the Long View Sandbaggers. You
11:50 wonder? I'm going to say yes.
11:54 This is the Long Bell Company. Oh my
11:56 gosh, that guy startled me. He's wearing
11:58 the Santa cap. I thought there was
12:00 someone watching us. He's ready for the
12:03 holidays. Is he Herman? It might be. Is
12:05 he a bow tie?
12:08 The boomerang bow tie.
12:15 It's a nice little stop off on the way
12:15 to Atoria. The road to Atoria. I might I
12:17 might title this video the road to
12:19 Atoria. Yeah. Or maybe I won't. Yeah, I
12:22 think we should go. I'm getting kind of
12:23 squirly.
12:29 These guys look awesome. Look at this
12:29 guy just chilling here, putting out the
12:31 vibe in between the two
12:42 trees. Ra Long timber tracks and a town.
12:42 He was the lumber baron right there.
12:46 Beautiful. Look at
12:47 this. There's a lot of bees around that
12:50 thing. I can see them from here.
12:53 Oh, that is awesome.
12:59 This is a historic moment. We're going
12:59 over the Louiswis and Clark
13:02 Bridge. Very famous bridge. And you're
13:05 with the Louiswis and Clark ancestor.
13:07 You are an ancestor. Yes. To Clark of
13:10 Clark.
13:11 Yep. William
13:18 Clark Bridge. We're out here. West
13:18 Coast. Love all these big metal bridges.
13:21 This is awesome. Yeah. This feels like
13:23 first blood a little bit, doesn't it?
13:25 Well, it's Pacific Northwest. It's still
13:27 the same general area. Hope Canada is
13:30 only a couple two or three hours from
13:31 here. It's all the same general area
13:33 where you were a few months ago.
13:41 Yeah, it has the first blood vibes. Hey,
13:41 entering Oregon. Oh, look at this. We're
13:44 now no longer in Washington. We're in
13:46 Oregon
13:48 territory. Lot of logs up here.
13:52 There went some right
14:05 there. We just crossed
14:05 that. We were in Washington. Now we're
14:09 not. That's the bridge we crossed.
14:11 That's the Louiswis and Clark bridge
14:12 right
14:14 there. Tugboat pulling pushing a barge
14:18 across it.
14:20 This is where it gets really scenic for
14:21 the next 50 60 miles till we get over to
14:45 Bridge. All right, have
14:45 arrived at our destination story,
14:48 Oregon.
14:53 Looking for some sea lions. I heard over
14:53 here next to this hotel there's some sea
14:58 lions. I don't hear any though. Usually
15:00 you can hear them. I've seen sea
15:03 lions in La Hoya Beach, California. And
15:06 also up in San Francisco at the pier.
15:09 You can usually hear them. I'm not
15:12 hearing any. Oh, I hear
15:15 them. You hear them?
15:23 I hear him. There's also a railroad
15:23 track here. I don't know if this
15:24 railroad tracks used the
15:26 iconic Atoria Bridge right over
15:29 there. Love it
15:40 here. Blight Hotel. Love watching sea
15:40 lions snuggle, swim, and serenate us
15:42 with the rest of the birds, fish, and
15:44 other wildlife.
15:51 Not hearing any
15:51 though. Maybe it's not the time of the
15:53 year the sea lions are out. There's also
15:56 another pier down there
15:58 that I heard the sea lions can be seen
16:01 at. So, we will cruise over
16:03 there. The boats out on the river
16:06 here. Loving the weather here. Nice and
16:09 brisk.
16:11 Not really cool enough yet to throw a
16:13 hoodie on or anything, but I did bring
16:15 one or two with me just in case. I'm
16:17 loving this weather. Story was founded
16:20 in
16:22 1881. Got this sailing ship
16:32 here. Going over to Pier
16:32 39. See if we can find some sea lions.
16:42 And then we're going to go to the short
16:42 circuit house. Oh, yeah. Oh, you've
16:45 added a hat. I have. You've added the
16:47 hat. Number
16:49 five is alive.
16:53 This is uh the stomping grounds of
16:55 Johnny Five. I know. And Alishi. Yep.
16:59 Gutenberg. Steve Gutenberg. Fisher
17:01 Stevens. Stevens. Yeah. And we're going
17:03 to
17:04 see Ali Shitis. Alishi Stephanie's
17:08 house. Stephanie. Stephanie.
17:11 Stephanie. Where
17:13 some input? No disassemble. I'm wearing
17:16 an
17:21 appropriate t-shirt. No
17:21 disassemble. I don't sound anything like
17:24 Johnny P. Now this is something. You can
17:26 drive across this wooden
17:28 bridge. First of I can hear him.
17:33 I could hear
17:34 him. Oh,
18:27 them. I think they're way over
18:27 there, man. Even when just walking on
18:30 these things, they're like bumping. Look
18:32 at that. Look at that. We drove over
18:35 that. Maybe I'll walk that. There's an
18:38 active phone booth here. Well, an
18:39 inactive phone booth.
18:42 There's no phone in there, but you're
18:43 not allowed to park in here, but you can
18:45 drive through here as well.
18:48 little section through
18:57 here. Signatures people have written on
18:57 the look all the way back to '08
19:01 1973. Wow. People have been writing
19:03 their wall on the walls here. 7172.
19:07 Let's look for 84 and 85.
19:16 Well, I wonder if the signatures were
19:16 really written then or if they just I
19:18 don't know. You think that signature was
19:20 written back 77 to 78? Or maybe were
19:23 these employees that worked here for a
19:24 certain time? Oh, maybe.
19:27 Yeah, maybe so. Because why would
19:29 somebody put a date range? They would
19:31 put the the date, right?
19:34 Oh, wow. Look at this. There's like a
19:36 little That's a museum. Maritime museum
19:38 here. This is great.
19:42 These all
20:02 boats. This is
20:02 neat. Looks to
20:05 be old P.O. boxes.
20:08 Oh, here's the pier love
20:11 locks right
20:32 there. Can hear him barking. Don't see
20:32 him though.
20:35 Uh-uh.
20:41 I see it way over there kind of like on
20:42 the other on the end around the other
20:43 side.
20:52 Okay, this sheds a little more
20:52 information. Canery workers only may
20:55 sign the wall. No graffiti, please. So,
20:58 canery
21:00 workers signed when they worked here.
21:04 Like Tim up there. 75 to
21:12 76. 81 to
21:12 82. Shrimp picker 1976.
21:42 I was not expecting to be driving over
21:42 this thing. Almost
21:47 there. Welcome. Then we got the train
21:50 tracks here.
21:52 Formerly active train tracks. All right.
21:54 Have arrived up the hill now to the
21:56 corner of Hume and West Dwayne
22:00 Street. Filming location of Short
22:02 Circuit. In fact, this is where Johnny 5
22:05 is
22:06 dismantling Stephanie's former
22:08 boyfriend's
22:09 car. And I stayed here a couple years
22:13 ago, but when I stayed here, didn't get
22:16 to meet the owner today and meet up with
22:20 him at the
22:22 house from Short Circuit, Stephanie's
22:24 house. Filmed a lot of scenes here.
22:34 Is that a real deer?
22:34 Oh my gosh. Is it?
22:39 It's a real
22:39 deer. Stephanie's
22:42 house. Holy c. There's a deer in your
22:45 yard. Yeah, man. Hey, what's up, dude?
22:47 Hey, I'm Rob. Nice to meet you, man.
22:51 Oh my gosh. You have deer in the yard?
22:53 Yeah, dude.
22:56 We can Andy out skateboard, too.
22:59 Yeah, I know. That caught my eye. What?
23:01 How do I not have this? It's worth It's
23:04 worth How do I not have the short
23:06 circuit sticker album? I didn't even
23:08 know it existed till now. How often How
23:11 often do people stay here? I know I
23:13 stayed here a couple years. Just about
23:14 every night these days. So, really?
23:16 Yeah. It's It's going well. Your book is
23:18 still on Airbnb. Yeah. All right.
23:21 Sheesh.
23:22 Robbie's got to stay here one day. Yeah.
23:27 Jesus.
23:28 It's hilarious.
23:30 So, there's one scene in the movie where
23:32 you can see the inside of this when the
23:34 doors open and you can see this the the
23:36 stairs and all that, but the interiors
23:38 weren't filmed in the movie, but whole
23:41 outside was on the porch. Stuff in here.
23:44 Look at this. Some serious details in
23:46 here. What? Right. This is the mother
23:50 load. Some of this I have.
23:52 Some of this you have. Some of this I
23:54 have. Whoa. She wants her sunglasses.
24:01 I have I have You've added so much since
24:01 I've been here. Oh yeah, I got some good
24:02 stuff. I have the uh 45 Johnny. We were
24:05 just playing that on the way here.
24:08 Classic. We weren't playing the 45. We
24:10 were playing a song through Apple Music.
24:13 Okay. I got the VHS. Get you We need to
24:16 get you a full size. We need someone
24:18 full size one. This is This is the one I
24:20 think when I was staying here you had,
24:22 right? Or maybe this one. No, I tell
24:25 people that's the screen used Adam Woo
24:27 Johnny 5 there. Did I have it in my
24:29 video? Yeah. Yeah. Okay. No, I remember
24:32 when I checked in it was all toppled
24:34 over and you're like it fell apart. I
24:35 left you a note. Yeah. I felt so bad.
24:38 I'm like this guy's going to hate me.
24:40 No, thanks for the tip. That was
24:42 very generous. California's Highway
24:44 Safety put out a thing about safety
24:48 prevention for stealing vehicles.
24:50 There's a garbage
24:51 can. Yeah, I've never seen Oh, these are
24:54 these were um those find you or did you
24:57 go on the hunt for that?
24:59 Um, but the Mike who's going to be like
25:02 johnnyfi.com for years. He he actually
25:04 only did. He look familiar up here.
25:07 That's the one you got in your hat.
25:08 Yeah. Isn't that cool? That's an unused
25:09 promo pack still taped to the What's the
25:13 Princess Diana? Oh, so that is she at
25:16 the premiere or something? Oh, yeah. I
25:17 see the tickets. So, there's a whole
25:19 booklet, but this is Oh, you know what's
25:21 crazy? just for her charity. They were
25:23 in attendance for that show. When I went
25:25 to London, I stayed in Lester Square
25:27 recently. Oh, nice. And they also did
25:29 the premiere of Back to Future Part Two
25:31 in Lester Square, probably in the same
25:32 theater. And Princess Diana came to went
25:34 to that, too. These be really hard to
25:37 find another one of those. Commodore 64
25:40 game there.
25:42 See you in the chat room. I'll be there
25:45 at the
25:46 Blu-ray. I have that. I think I showed
25:49 that to you. Yeah, this is these cans
25:52 are from a Canadian brewery
25:55 sent me those. Oh, you had that one
25:57 graded? The VHS? Yeah, I bought it
26:00 graded, but it's only like a hundred
26:01 bucks. So, PSO.
26:05 Oh, look at that. That's amazing. Yeah.
26:07 So, you're back to the picture, dude.
26:09 Yeah, it's my favorite movie. Built a
26:12 few. Is that like that concept poster
26:15 bridge? Just you have you have that
26:16 bridge every day. You just walk outside
26:17 and see it.
26:20 And this is new since I was here. This
26:23 is exactly like it was in the movie, the
26:24 spiral
26:26 staircase. Here's the deer right
26:30 there. Now, this is great. Having a cup
26:32 of cup of Joe here in the short circuit
26:35 house right up there. There's Johnny 5
26:38 on the
26:40 balcony. This brings back memories. I
26:42 think it's been like two and a half
26:44 years I stayed here. Stay here. This is
26:46 great on the fridge here.
26:55 Is this like peeking out right there?
26:55 Oh, yeah.
26:58 That might have been on the wall when
26:59 you were here. But
27:02 there's a Bronny tie in the short
27:03 circuit. Is that the script? That's a
27:07 robot report.
27:10 Okay. It's the schematics. Look at these
27:12 freaking prints, dude.
27:15 Wow. Aren't those cool?
27:18 That's from part two. Yeah, these are Is
27:21 this the script from part one? Yeah,
27:23 that's the script from part one. May 85.
27:26 Is that what this is? Yeah. And this
27:28 cover is red, by the way, in case you
27:29 thought that was blue. It says right
27:31 there. Yeah.
27:34 And free poster with your um or
27:38 Ida purchase.
27:42 I think you had this poster out there in
27:44 the case. Oh, there it is.
27:46 There was so I stayed here on February
27:48 9th of 23. That's probably worth money.
27:50 That's cool. Yeah, you got to sign
27:52 another one. I'm not staying here this
27:54 time though. That's okay. I can sign I
27:56 can sign it next to the old Well, here.
27:58 Right there. Yeah, it's right up there.
28:00 Or it's uh same
28:02 old bridge, but just like three miles
28:04 that way.
28:07 This is awesome. The Johnny Pies. Yeah,
28:11 that's the original scrapbook that those
28:13 people right there on the bottom left
28:15 put together. They own the house right
28:17 here. That is amazing. Can you imagine
28:20 having the house during the filming? But
28:22 it wasn't anything then, right? It was
28:24 just a house like it wasn't iconic.
28:27 Yeah, they didn't they didn't care about
28:29 that stuff. Was it this was it this
28:31 color or did they paint it this color
28:32 for the movie? It was this. Here it is.
28:35 White. Yeah. So after be before when
28:38 they wrapped up filming that was in the
28:39 agreement that they changed to paint it
28:41 white. Yeah. So but when the filmmakers
28:44 were driving by these are gold and they
28:48 like Wow. It was really bad and then I
28:50 believe they featherized it still. But
28:53 they Oh, there's the there's their
28:55 animals. Yeah.
28:58 So was it it was still I know you
29:00 painted it back to this color. that like
29:02 when you
29:04 walk like there's a picture.
29:09 No, I haven't seen that yet.
29:11 I just Oh, there's the boat flower boat.
29:13 There's the original.
29:16 Look at this. There's all the Johnny
29:17 Fives right here in the yard. It was
29:19 supposed to be Jeff. I just love this so
29:21 much.
29:22 So neat when someone will take a house
29:25 from a
29:26 movie, make it look like it did in the
29:28 film and preserve it for people to visit
29:31 and or stay at. And that deer is still
29:34 over there.
29:39 Walked by the window. I thought he was
29:39 going to come up the stairs and he just
29:41 hopped on a little bit.
29:45 Hi.
29:58 That's
29:58 amazing. Let alone a staring contest.
30:03 Come up here. Nature,
30:11 man. That is so cool. Falls down next to
30:11 the thing there. So every there's a
30:13 trail

30:26 trail back here.
30:29 Canery worker barracks and stuff here.
30:32 Oh, these stairs. Yeah. 90 counted them.
30:36 Oh, there's 90 steps. Yeah. Leading
30:38 down.
30:44 These are definitely very well hidden
30:44 back
30:52 here. I would have never known these
30:52 were back here.
30:59 The bushes were so grown up. I didn't
30:59 even find the gate for a few months.
31:41 We're here at deals only.

39:00 also got some shrimp tacos showing up
39:03 for this. All right. I got to say, South
39:06 Bay Wild, the fish tacos they had were
39:10 honestly probably some of the best fish
39:12 tacos I've ever had in my entire life.
39:14 That was the the seasoning they put on
39:16 it was absolutely amazing. I mean, the
39:18 fish the fish
39:19 tacos. I thought they were really good
39:22 at the fish house at South Bay. Wild
39:25 here in Atoria, Oregon. Yeah. Fresh
39:29 fish from the
39:32 river. 100 yards from here. Right down
39:36 there, I would imagine, is where the
39:37 fish comes from. And I cannot say enough
39:39 about how good those were. Taste. There
39:41 are now four deer. Oh, yeah.
39:43 in the short circuit house yard. There's
39:46 one here.
39:54 There's one. There's two. One, one over
39:54 here, one there, one there, and then the
39:57 other one's sitting sitting in the same
39:59 spot
40:02 as it was before on the side of the
40:03 house. There's four deer now. They're
40:06 multiplying. This one hasn't moved in
40:07 hours. Crazy. She was eating some
40:10 flowers earlier. I think that's like her
40:12 little bed. To me, it's so cool that you
40:14 have a space where they feel like to get
40:16 a little hazy. It's dusk now, so the sun
40:19 will be setting very soon. Temperature's
40:21 dropping
40:23 considerably. Can definitely probably
40:24 use a jacket now, but still enjoying the
40:27 coolness. Just hanging out here. Screen
40:30 used short circuit house
40:41 We're at the short circuit house and
40:41 there's deer directly below us.
40:44 Like what is happening right now?
40:46 Welcome to the short circuit reserve.
40:50 Hi guys.
40:52 Wasn't there I was going to say and
40:55 they're just letting her. We're just
40:57 going to walk right beside her.
41:00 Wow, they're so pretty.
41:12 Yes, definitely. Huge boat. It was Dr.
41:12 over there earlier. Look at that thing.
41:16 Wow.
41:18 And just hearing it. Look at that. That
41:20 is huge.
41:23 I
41:31 guess for the festival. Yeah, those are
41:31 the ones like Coast Guard ones. They
41:33 were being It's like grandfather did
41:37 Look at the size of
41:39 that. Right next to the coffee shop.
41:42 Look at that thing. Is massive.
41:45 Then you can see him take off. Yeah.
41:47 That's pretty. I mean, if that thing
41:48 veered off and hit the base of the
41:50 bridge, the whole bridge would collapse.
41:52 Well, that's what happened last year.
41:54 Oh, yes. The Francis Scott Key bridge.
41:57 Franc That's right. Yeah. The whole It
41:59 was this type of bridge.
42:01 Francis who wrote the Oh, so it buckled
42:04 the whole thing and the whole thing
42:06 dropped into the water. Luckily, they
42:08 had just shut the bridge. So, while
42:09 there were fatalities, they were the
42:11 workers. That was Philadelphia. Uh
42:12 Baltimore. Baltimore. Oh, yeah. That's
42:14 right. Just outside of uh that is a
42:18 massive boat.
42:20 But and it was one of those pilots like
42:23 he was qualified to do it and the the
42:25 ship lost power or something.
42:28 Especially the cruise ships when they go
42:29 under it's And then to be on top of this
42:32 is really
42:34 makes a difference too. Yeah. Yeah.
42:37 Wow. It's cool because in the morning
42:38 you can see all the sand bars out there
42:40 and they used to bring fish. They used
42:43 to go fishing with horses out to the
42:44 sandar. They used to take horses out on
42:46 ships to the sandbar. Earlier today you
42:48 could see it. It was exposed. Little
42:50 time has passed. Nightfall has now
42:52 reared its head. Looking across the
42:55 bridge, moderately illuminated there.
42:57 What a great view from this porch.
43:12 Yeah, in the movie the dog's up here
43:12 jumps
