0:07 this vlog is going to be about this this

0:10 little fountain right here that I'm

0:12 holding at the tip of my finger and that

0:15 van just ran my finger down and the

0:18 fountain down kind of force perspective

0:20 like it's August 11th, 2015. And I have

0:24 done vlogs from the orange circle, the

0:26 orange/plaza

0:28 before and I've done vlogs closer in

0:31 proximity to that fountain. But the

0:33 topic of this vlog is not the current

0:35 fountain, but I want to show you

0:37 something that's really amazing that

0:39 used to sit in that exact spot where my

0:43 finger is pointing. But first, I would

0:45 like to thank you guys for all the

0:46 heartfelt comments and emails and

0:50 comments and things like that on

0:52 Facebook and Twitter and Instagram and

0:55 other social media platforms. Yesterday

0:58 was my 41st birthday. I had a great day.

1:02 I want to apologize that I was not

1:04 actually able to reply to everyone

1:07 yesterday. I kind of laid low yesterday.

1:09 I went to Disneyland in the morning and

1:11 then I took a nap and kind of enjoyed

1:14 the day just kind of laying around

1:16 relaxing. Very rarely do I really have a

1:19 relaxing offthegrid

1:22 semioffrid

1:23 kind of day. So yesterday was kind of

1:25 nice. Then I went to a movie. I went saw

1:27 the movie Pixels last night. And very

1:28 rarely do I go to the movie theater, but

1:31 I decided, you know, heck it. I should

1:32 try something a little bit different

1:33 than I normally do. Normally, I'm more

1:35 of a DVD guy, a Netflix guy, but I

1:38 decided to go out. Went out and saw the

1:40 movie Pixels last night, the new Adam

1:41 Sandler movie. It was pretty good.

1:43 Better than expected. Wasn't amazing,

1:46 but definitely better than I thought it

1:47 was going to be. Then I got some dinner

1:49 last night as well. So, had a very nice

1:52 birthday. So, all in all, my 41st

1:54 birthday was a success. It's my second

1:58 channel, daily vlog channel. It's That's

2:00 right. You are watching the Daily Woo, a

2:04 channel that I started as a secondary

2:06 channel to my first channel. And I also

2:08 want to bring up a subject because last

2:10 night I went to bed and when I woke up

2:13 this morning, I awoke to

2:17 150,000

2:19 subscribers on the Adam the Woo channel.

2:21 That's crazy. It blows my mind because

2:24 just a little more than a year ago,

2:27 about a year and 3 weeks ago, give or

2:29 take, about a year and 3 weeks ago, I

2:31 hit 75,000

2:33 subscribers. So, if you think about it,

2:35 I actually have doubled my subscribers

2:39 on the main channel, the Adam the Woo

2:40 channel, in one year. And since I've

2:42 really been doing videos, what I

2:44 consider to be doing videos full-time

2:46 for four years, really in reality, five

2:49 years. That first year was kind of hit

2:51 or miss.

2:53 In that four years, it took me the same

2:56 amount of time to accumulate half of my

2:59 subscribers. So, I have doubled my

3:02 subscribers in one year. what it

3:05 originally took me 4 years, 3 to four

3:08 years to get that original 75,000

3:12 subscribers and now that has doubled and

3:15 we are 150,000

3:19 strong and that is absolutely amazing.

3:22 It blows my mind

3:24 to think that there are that many people

3:26 kindred spirits out there enjoying what

3:29 I do, what I present to the world on my

3:33 main channel. And a lot of people have

3:35 trickled over to this channel. That's

3:37 why you are watching here on this the

3:40 second channel, the Daily Woo, which is

3:42 more of an intimate, uplose, unedited

3:45 look into my life. And I really

3:48 appreciate the fact that you subscribe

3:49 to that channel and subscribe to this

3:52 channel, my second channel, my daily

3:54 vlog channel. It's the Daily Woo. Like I

3:57 was saying, I've been kind of off the

3:59 grid. I have been posting some stuff on

4:01 Facebook and Twitter and Instagram, but

4:03 a little bit less than normal in the

4:04 last day or so because birthday

4:06 celebrations and that kind of thing.

4:08 Trying to breathe easy on my birthday. I

4:12 did recommend something. I did ask

4:14 questions a couple days ago in a vlog.

4:16 If anyone wanted to help me out with

4:17 t-shirts, I did get a lot of those

4:19 tweets on those who actually know how to

4:21 design t-shirts and things of that

4:24 nature. Please get a hold of me again or

4:38 last day of kind of just relaxing and

5:03 original orange plaza/ orange circle

5:07 fountain right here.

5:19 That's right. This fountain

5:19 used to be down there where the other

5:22 fountain currently resides. And it says

5:25 so right here, documented by this

5:27 placard, the original Plaza fountain.

5:30 And it was erected in 1870.

5:34 Look at this. 1870.

5:43 That's pretty amazing. And down at the

5:43 bottom it says April 8th, 1981 is when

5:46 this placard was actually smooshed into

5:49 the ground directly in front of this.

5:51 So, I am guessing I'm going to assume

5:54 that in 1981 they took this original

5:56 fountain and they shifted it over and

5:59 they placed it here in front of the

6:01 Orange Public Library on the corner of

6:04 Center Street and Chapman Avenue.

6:08 I thought that was very interesting. I

6:10 was wandering around the other day and I

6:11 noticed this and I thought it would make

6:13 a good topic of a vlog, especially when

6:15 mixed in with me wanting to send out my

6:18 thank yous to everyone for subscribing,

6:20 the 150,000 subscriber plateau that I've

6:23 hit over on the Adam the Woo channel and

6:26 to thank you guys for all the birthday

6:28 wishes. So, what do you guys think about

6:30 this really cool fountain? And isn't it

6:33 interesting that they transplanted the

6:35 original fountain, they moved it and now

6:37 it is like literally a block and a half

6:39 away from where it originally once was.

6:42 It is no longer there. It is here. And I

6:45 wonder if anyone even realizes the

6:48 significance of this fountain as they

6:50 drive to and fro by this spot on a daily

6:53 basis.

7:23 channel about once a week, sometimes

7:25 five times a month. The interesting

7:27 thing is I have been filming way more

7:29 content, more variable types of content,

7:33 and I will upload a new main channel

7:35 video today, making this the third third

7:38 video on the main channel this week. I

7:41 have put up a main channel video every

7:43 two days for the last few days. So, I'm

7:46 trying to up not up my game, if you

7:49 will, but just kind of mix in the

7:51 content, try to do more stuff basically

7:53 where I'm teaming up with people who do

7:56 YouTube videos, meeting up with other

7:57 people, making new friends, doing

8:00 collaborations, going out and doing

8:03 wonderful things. That's what it's all

8:05 about. The Adventure Channel is not

8:07 about any one specific topic. It's not

8:10 about just abandoned places. It's not

8:12 about just filming locations. It's not

8:14 about just Disney World, Disneyland.

8:17 It's not about just any theme park in

8:19 general, Knottberry Farm, Universal

8:20 Studios. It's not about weird, wacky

8:22 roadside attractions. It is about all

8:24 that that I just mentioned and way more.

8:27 It's about getting off the couch,

8:29 getting up out of bed, leaving your home

8:32 and your house, closing the door behind

8:34 you, and going out and seeing the world,

8:37 breathing in the fresh air, and seeing

8:39 the sights and sounds of what is around

8:42 us. Whether it is structures of

8:44 buildings, whether it is grass growing,

8:47 whether it is birds chirping, I hear

8:49 birds chirping. I hear children

8:52 laughing. That is what it is all about.

8:55 Enjoying life, breathing in the goodness

8:59 that has been bestowed upon us in the

9:03 form of this wonderful earth, this

9:05 wonderful planet that we live on. I'll

9:32 like a double whammy of awesomeness in

9:35 the form of uh gratitude that I'm
