1:54 chilly in the van so I've tried when I'm

1:58 two days to get get a hotel sometimes if

2:03 get a deal so I got a cheap hotel here

2:10 and filmed all day in the freezing cold

2:26 crudded out on me crapped out on me to

2:33 this is a rant Vlog so we're going to

2:35 use the c-word not that CW word sir but

2:38 the crap word my MacBook charger

2:43 dung out on me if you will if that's

2:49 Apple Store from the hotel that I

2:52 checked and I thought man I'll go check

2:53 into a nice cheap hotel that has free

2:56 good coffee with lots of cream and sugar

2:59 and well edit all day that plan failed

3:06 charger ended up going to a Best Buy

3:09 normally I've had some problems with

3:10 Best Buy in the past I do like Best Buy

3:14 not have an issue with him yesterday it

3:16 was absolutely fantastic the retail

3:18 price on a charger for a Macbook is $79

3:22 however the kind awesome guy who worked

3:28 match he went on his phone and looked up

3:30 a price and I got it for under $40 I

3:34 think it was like $35 for less than half

3:36 price spilling this I actually got that

3:39 so thank you Best Buy near Nashville for

4:04 iMovie and that's what this Vlog is

4:07 about I kind of segue it with the buying

4:10 of the cord and how I got it for half

4:12 price at Best Buy because they do do

4:13 price matching so keep that in mind so

4:16 drove out of the way came back here got

4:19 out of the cold thought heck it I'm

4:20 going to sit here and edit down this

4:26 this particular video Adventure went

4:27 very lengthy 16 or 17 minutes and that's

4:30 not the issue the issue is it had lots

4:32 of overlays lots of Clips in it from

4:35 other videos lots of sound effects

4:39 an iMovie just could not handle it I

4:42 guess so I've had a major issue

4:46 all night with iMovie in fact I really

4:48 have not slept I slept probably an hour

4:50 or two I've been drinking copious

4:52 amounts of coffee and I have another

4:55 issue switching hands do you want some

4:58 of this do you want some of this this

5:00 look how much cream and sugar there is

5:02 in there there's a lot you want some

5:07 so basically after probably six seven

5:11 maybe eight hours of editing last night

5:13 around 1 or two I tried saving the

5:16 iMovie file

5:19 either saving the project that was not

5:22 going to happen major issues with iMovie

5:26 every time I would try to save it it

5:27 would take about 45 minutes to get to

5:29 that point projects completed my awesome

5:33 work and handiwork ready to be Unleashed

5:35 onto my desktop in the form of a

5:37 finalized file iMovie would not

5:39 cooperate what did they call oh they

5:42 said it's not there's not enough room in

5:44 the Heap Zone just Google it iMovie Heap

5:48 Zone H EAP P that's what I have deal

5:51 with all night the Heap zone of iMovie

5:55 heaps of stress that I've had to deal

5:58 with so long story short I've tried

6:01 saving it every different format mov

6:04 file MPEG file MPV file I don't even

6:08 know what other files every possible

6:10 file every possible Google scenario to

6:13 fix the problem nothing worked or

6:16 nothing has worked so basically what I

6:19 did because the file has so many layers

6:21 so much going on I have a MacBook Pro

6:24 which usually are pretty powerful

6:27 this particular time has been the most

6:28 stressful on editing down a video and

6:32 saving it finalizing it if you will so

6:35 every possible thing you will read

6:37 online about hey just save it as this

6:39 file save it as a lower quality none of

6:42 that worked so kind of like when you're

6:44 driving a car that only you could kind

6:47 of like Biff at Back to the Future too

6:48 nobody can start this car but me I have

6:51 figured out a way to make it work

6:54 basically what I did is I duplicated the

6:57 iMovie file this is this is like I'm not

6:59 a professional this is just Layman's

7:01 turns I duplicated the iMovie file two

7:04 and three times kept the original one

7:06 and then went to the secondary one and

7:08 deleted clip by clip it took forever

7:11 because the computer's running slow

7:13 because there's so much going on in this

7:16 iMovie

7:21 video

7:21 so what I've done is taken that epic

7:24 video which hopefully it's working right

7:26 now it's processing and saving so I'm

7:29 hope it's going to work took half of

7:32 that first file half of the second file

7:34 that I duplicated and now they're their

7:37 own separate files now two separate

7:39 files that I will Co jooin together

7:42 instead of one massive file with eight8

7:45 million Clips 8 million voiceovers 8 m

7:49 million other videos that are layered in

7:51 so I'm hoping I need to switch my hands

7:55 man I'm just telling you when you hold

7:56 your arms you know you're really not in

7:58 the best shape of your life when you're

8:00 having trouble holding a phone like this

8:01 for five or 6 minutes so I don't want to

8:04 get in any technical jargon honestly the

8:06 reason I don't want to get into it it's

8:08 because I really don't even know what

8:09 I'm talking about I used to have a

8:12 Windows computer and then I bought a

8:13 Macbook couple years ago and I have been

8:16 pleasantly happy with it MacBook is

8:19 awesome really don't want to get into a

8:21 discussion about what else I should buy

8:23 because I do not have the money to

8:25 afford buying another computer I spent a

8:28 lot of money on this MacBook just

8:29 recently finally got it paid off after 2

8:33 years so standing in here in front of

8:35 this danger Rock drinking coffee I'm

8:38 hoping this work hopefully tonight late

8:42 tonight I will have a video Adventure up

8:45 for you I'm excited about this one

8:49 and I'm excited about this coffee I have

8:51 not slept so once I upload this Vlog I'm

8:53 going to go meet up with some people

9:00 breath of I'm pretty stressed out right

9:01 now I know I'm acting very jovial and

9:04 happy but I have had a bad night when it

9:10 anybody that creates anything when you

9:12 put your heart and soul into something

9:14 you drive states away from where you

9:16 live you get you get legitimate

9:19 permission or you sneak into a place and

9:21 you find something that no one else has

9:22 ever documented you film it you spend

9:25 seven eight hours editing it and then

9:26 you go to save it w w w

9:31 that has been my evening so I'm

9:32 hopefully hopefully the day continues
